The property was up to date overall good experience.

Very clean n beds were comfortable n the front desk was very pleasant n rearranged plans so that the family could be side by side ! Beautiful outside pool didn’t get to swim cuz of only being there 1 day but overall beautiful place The breakfast was ok but for the price u pay for ur rooms could have been better n more choices

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small, the refrigerator was not working, and the bathroom felt old and unpleasant. The area around the hotel did not feel very safe. We also had a lot of noise from neighboring rooms during the night. We contacted the front desk, but later other guests were noisy as well. The soundproofing was very poor, and neither we nor our children were able to sleep well. Unfortunately, the stay was not worth the money we paid. For a similar or even lower price, we have stayed in much better accommodations in Europe. The hotel could definitely learn from European standards when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, room quality, and sound insulation.

Easy check in process The shower water pressure was none existent. They wouldn't let us swim in the pool the day of check-out. Room needed to be cleaned and renovated better.

I booked a standard king room. It was clean and well maintained. Staff gave us info on scenic spots and overall we had a nice stay.

Motel was modernized and it’s a pleasing experience. A clear value for money. It also had 1 elevator between two floors.

The property felt more like a motel than a hotel. While the room appeared clean at first glance, there were noticeable stains on the floor and some of the bedding. The outdoor pool wasn’t usable during my stay, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and welcoming. However, overall, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

Remodeled rooms gave it a fresh feeling. Staff was awesome.

The breakfast was good and freash . Felt comfortable in the parking lot. We had to leave earlier than expected. We could only stay one night. Family emergency back home . I couldn't change to one night with Expedia.

Overall not a bad place to stay. It was clean and neat. The hallway had a weird smell but that did not carry over into the room, which felt large. Contentenial breakfast was ok. I was stay here again.

The people working at the hotel are very nice. The room was not terrible, but it did need a good cleaning of the floor and the sides of the bed. I read another review that said the same thing about the floors. I’m not sure why they don’t want to clean them more. Otherwise, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was great except for a corporate decision to remove the little coffee makers from the rooms. This meant walking across the property in 3 degree temperatures with a minus 27 degree wind chill and icy walkways.

Very friendly and kind hotel manager by the name of Ryan. The room and hotel amenities were very organized, comfortable and clean. We will stay here again!

I went in not expecting the best but when i got there it made my day brighter and felt like i traveled back to my happiest moment the room was extremely clean and i felt the service was some of the best

Room was 54 degrees when it was -1 degrees out side the jetted tub won’t turn off and flooded the room

The room was clean and warm. However you could see daylight through the door, it made it rather cold. The tub was a little slippery also.

At night there was a woman screaming very loudly in the room for a long time; they were shouting and arguing, and it was the woman from the front desk. She went up to clean the room herself and was arguing with the guests. Unbelievable! No professionalism whatsoever; they work with a lot of bitterness. Don't expect to find a large room; they are really small in proportion to the price.

After reading amazing reviews we booked our two night stay. Arrived and had a wonderful experience with the front desk woman, but then we got to our room and immediately were disappointed. There was makeup all over the bathroom, long black hair in sink and shower, finger nails on the ground, and eyelashes on the vent. Not to mention stained sheets, dirty counters and it smelled awful. Told the front desk and she moved us to another room, this room was even worse. Blood in the shower, pee and poop on toilet seat, dirty floors, left over food in fridge and trash in all 3 garbage cans. Finally got upgraded to another room and it was still not great. I was highly disappointed. I never have these issues at hotels, but apparently there was a new cleaner. Pictures and an email sent to manager. Don’t settle people.

Terrible experience. First room the hot water tank didn’t work. Second room because i was moved, tje jets were broken. Than when i called and confirmed that all things were indicated the agreed and offered me a stay for more than half of what i paid for the original stay. I can not believe what is taking place. I have dtayed with them many times and have never been so disturbed by how i was treated.

We came a little late due car trouble. The registrar was polite, patient, and explained everything. Gave directions and instructions on visiting sites if we had time. We were there for a funeral and not sure of good places to take children.

I will never stay here again. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I could hear the conversations of the guests above us. Their walking and talking and clanging was crazy. Made sleep next to impossible. $180 a night .. awful!

The hotel seems run down. The additional parking area is unsafe. The additional parking wasn’t lit up and had a camping chair in it surrounded by beer bottles.

I was very disappointed. This was a 8.2 star review. Our room smelled like body Odor. The pillows smelled so bad . The bathroom ceiling was cracked with what looked like black mold. The towels were damp and rolled on the shelf. There was trash under the bed. The only positive experience was when we arrived there was no parking so staff moved her personal car so we could park in a well light area.

Unfortunately, there were some children running and screaming in the hallway on the second floor during our stay. I understand that this may be out of the hotel’s control, but it was disappointing that some guests were not considerate of others. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel has potential but needs further improvements. Rooms recently renovated and modern but bathrooms outdated, run down and mold evident in places. Lighting in room was plenty and quite bright. Convenience of microwave and fridge appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness questionable as swarm of ants noted under the night stand from leftover food crumbs from previous guest. Walls super thin. You can hear everything. Had to turn on AC/fan to drown out the noise. Consider elsewhere.

The continental breakfast items were not of great quality. Weird yogurt. Hard boiled eggs were in a bowl with a bunch of water at the bottom and some were very poorly peeled. Mushy red delicious apples. Not a lot of selection. The pool looked great, but it opens at checkout time (11am - 11pm), so could not be used in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was very nice and clean. The tub drain did not tighten completely and had a slow leak. The toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush completely but neither issues were of a major concern. The base of the shower handle was loose from the wall, but didnt impede the process of taking a shower. The complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner was very refreshing and smelled great. The free all day coffee was great to have. The only negative thing about the hotel was the smoking section. The designated smoking area was behind or on the side of the building. There were no benches to sit down on or cameras to keep us feeling safe. I understand wanting to keep the property clean and smoke free, but as a smoker, it made me feel unwelcome and like an embarrasment to the hotel. I dont hold this against the hotel because it may have been my fault for not noticing a "smoke free property " on the website. This was the only thing that let me down on our arrival. The staff was great, the room was clean. There wasnt too many sounds to interrupt our time while in the room. I would stay again if we didnt have another hotel that offered a better smoking area solution for their customers.

Although the location isn’t right next to the falls, it’s only a short drive away, and we liked that it was in a quieter area. Overall a good deal for price, but we booked a room with 2 queen beds and they are definitely not true queens (doubles are more accurate). A queen is 60 inches wide and our beds were only 55 inches. When we inquired about the smaller bed size, the desk attendant said the rooms only had queen and kings and that our rooms definitely had queens. Not a huge deal breaker, but we chose this hotel over others because of the bed size and paid for a room that we expected to have this size. Just a tad frustrating.

Didn't like: Faint smell of marijuana upon entry. Got better with A/C... Shower pressure weak. No appreciable work or eating space. Phone chirped at random times during the night. finally unplugged it. Didn't report it as we needed to sleep.

The check-in process was extremely easy. The person at the front desk was very friendly and just let me know that there would be somebody there 24 hours. There was a problem getting into my room when we came back and she explained what happened the keys got too close to a phone so it just wiped them. When we had breakfast, there were two people there cleaning and making sure it was full plus then both of the managers were there to assist when needed.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The pool looked wonderful. We just didn’t have time to try it out. The room was good with everything we needed.

This place was a great find! Affordable, but also very clean and updated. Our room was comfortable, the lobby/breakfast was very clean. Did not use the pool, but it looked well maintained. Only bad I would say is that the washer/dryer and ice machine could use an update. If you don’t mind a little drive to the falls, this is a great place to stay.

The room was incredibly clean and smelled so amazing, everything was provided with our stay… from good shampoo and conditioner to coffee and plenty of towels, the outside of the hotel was also very well maintained and clean.This place was everything and more for the price. I would not recommend staying here we checked in and checked out in few hours this is not located no where near the falls. No safe in the room, the breakfast they provide is a joke. The manager was very rude. I ended up down by the falls paid just a bit more at a Hampton very clean friendly safe in room and near a lot more. Spend the extra money and go near the falls. Do not recommend this hotel

We were at the Falls for my son’s wedding weekend. The hotel provided 10 clean rooms for some of our wedding party during the memorial day weekend. My 2 grandsons enjoyed themselves, especially the continental breakfast because they could eat as much food as they wanted. Although the pool was not open for the season yet it was very clean. We booked our rooms through Expedia and was not aware of the Jacuzzi suites. My son and then fiancé booked an adjoining suite for themselves and their 2 sons. I spoke with two of the nicest hotel personnel in the office about upgrading my son’s suites to one of their jacuzzi suite’s for their honeymoon night but the hotel was booked to capacity plus the room was very expensive the nice gentleman explained. To our surprise, the front desk called my son’s suite the next night to upgrade their rooms to the jacuzzi suite for their honeymoon night with no extra charges! I took theirs 2 sons with me and they were able to start their honeymoon. Thank you Days Inn for your clean accommodations and your great hospitality. My son and his beautiful wife are off to continue their honeymoon. Niagara Falls is such a beautiful and romantic place for a wedding. The only downside to staying at that property was the key cards were not working properly. And the area around the property was not great. It almost looked abandoned a block away while either side.

Our stay was wonderful. The gentleman who checked us in the evening we arrived was very helpful. He thanked us for doing our online pre-check in and gave us a map to go see Niagara Falls. He also showed us the best route to take to see beautiful views. The following day, the gentleman that was there in the morning was pleasant as well. He made sure we had everything we needed while we enjoyed the free breakfast. He also did our speedy check out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property manager was extremely unprofessional and when i tried calling to report the issue I was connected to the very same Property manger in which the issues were coming from to which he hung up on me. We ended up leaving an entire day early due to the issues we were experiencing with the manager.
