    I loved the location, the room, ,the housekeeping staff! Definitely made my transition to moving very comfortable! Thank you all sooooo much! Not too much.. Just the internet was a bit slow, but that was about it!

    Spacious room, comfortable bedding, close proximity to vending and ice. Staff was helping and kind. Quiet and environment and close to surroundsing restaurants, grocery stores, and midtown area. Plenty of fresh towels and room had microwave and fridge. Plenty of space for my luggage. Room had a few bugs, and water in tub never seemed to get hot enough.

    Nothing good. Everything bad. Dude was parked way over the line and had the nerve to threaten me and my car. Staff did nothing. I got it on video. Had to call the police. Not even a refund. Didnt even see the room. And they kept my security deposit too. Dude threatens to smash my car and this hotel keeps my security deposit. What a joke. $800 in small claims coming soon. Show up.

    The Staff - They dont turn into vampires right at the stroke of the 11 th hour. ? The Location - Great lost of fast food and shopping in this area easy access to interstate. The Rooms - Nice and clean. Good place to stay. Not alot of lighting in room at night seems hard to find things but daylight hours just open curtains. And really dont like the key cards u have to push in and out wait for light never seems to work the first time usually takes up to 3 tries last hotel you just tap and go with card which was really convenient when u have a handful of things.

    The place is clean, closer to the area restaurants and the staff was fabulous. The housekeeping has improved over time. I didn't have any complaints about this property. Still kind of having a sour spot with the accounting department for charging me late fees for not returning the key card on Wednesday, although my check out date was not until Thursday.

    Ground floor windows were cracked and didnt lock. Every night around 2am, furniture in above unit was moved around for hours.....based on the smells, other guest mustve been using drugs. Loud music was played the last 2 nights i stayed. No ameninites. And barely any lighting in the room at all.

    Staff and residents were in your business too much . Things from my room kept disappearing . Trash being left in the stairwells . Only had ONE washer and ONE dryer . Only one ice machine that you had to get to by going all the way downstairs . Homeless people sleeping outside the property and inside the stairwells . Front desk had nasty attitudes .     When i say run….. RUN !!! This hotel give haunted hotel vibes. Its literally stinks from the outside to the inside. The receptionist is rude. I walk in she like what you need as if im bothering her. The room was absolutely disgusting bugs on the walk in room dark nasty barley lighting the walls was rusted. Bathroom peeling nasty really nasty. It smelled so bad through the entire hotel. If you like motels and roaches have fun. They need to shut this old hotel down it was a litteraly waste of money. They wouldn’t even try to accommodate to make me comfortable. Lady at the desk was just like leave the card. I do not recommend the pictures makes it look nice i knew it was cheap not to expect nothing fancy but this was absurd. Terrible i have never checked out a hotel so fast. The reviews have to be fake this place is terrible

    The staff is super helpful and polite! They were also very accommodating during my stay and knowledgeable about the policies within the hotel! Guests were very quiet and respectful. The room was up to standard, especially for a motel. The only thing I have to say that they should definitely work on is a their little bug situation, which could be a huge red flag for other guest!!

    They gave me a used room, sheets,towels and pillow all over the room and floor, the beds were not done and one of the pillows had what I believe is a period stain, I asked for my money back and they said a manager had to be present, and I went back the day after, and they told me that my money was refunded, but there’s still nothing in my account

    The whole building and the rooms are dirty and the hallways and elevator smells bad. Staff barely speak English. Rooms are nothing but one bed and two school chairs. Bathroom has stains all over the toilet seat.

    I booked my room around 4-5am to sleep a couple hours before continuing my trip . We was traveling from Asheville to GA for a quick 24 hour Korean bbq joint . We just wanted to rest , & upon calling the hotel they advised we couldn’t check in until 8. We weren’t even going to stay the full stay we just wanted to nap before going back to Asheville . We couldn’t wait till 8 & went on & traveled back to our hometown .

    I tried to contact them through the app and by calling them to let them know that I needed to cancel my 3 day stay. No one contacted me back within any of those days. I understand that the first day might not have been able to be cancelled or refunded because it was less than 24 hours until check in, but SOMEONE should have contacted me and refunded the remaining days of my stay.

    My family and I walked into the lobby it was dilapidated. The from desk staff was impatient, rude, and would not listen. She was also very very slow with helping guests. There was vomit on the hallway floor. The first room smelled bad, the sheets and bedding were stained. The wallpaper in the bedroom was falling off the walls. There were still items from a previous guest in the room. The second room the bathroom walls were dirty, she bedding looked stained. In the third room, the bedding was stained and there was hair on the sheets. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was falling off the wall. The doors for two of the rooms did not lock. One room door was already opened before we got to the room. The cameras were hanging off the walls. Things were held together with duct tape. The back door was too scary/creepy for my daughters to walk through. We did not stay, we are still attempting to get a refund from Hotels.com for one of the rooms. When we were trying to get a refund for the other room, the front desk staff reassigned the dirty room we switched from.

    The thing that my wife and I didnt like was the air conditioner wouldnt come on and stay on. It was hot most of the time we were there and the bed was so uncomfortable, and the pillows was flat.     Nice pool. Loved the Jacuzzi in the room. Didnt have a coffee pot which would have been great to have coffee on site. Vending machine was apparently down. But overall a good stay. Lots of extended stayers but they were friendly.

    The staff was rude and unprofessional, treating all guests the same—regardless of their situation—as if they were homeless. I found this very unfair, especially since I explained that I had a home to return to and was only staying temporarily. When I mentioned that Expedia would be calling to confirm the situation, a staff member told me it had nothing to do with him and rudely told me not to ask again. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and the condition of the property was well below any reasonable standard.

    I would not stay here! They had bed bugs, roaches and room ceiling was leaking on the bed, management is never around! I have been trying to get my money back for my stay and they refused after pictures and hospital stay for the bugs submitted from third party. Don’t let the 7 or better rating fool you! Do not stay here!

    Reviews said property was good but upon arrival, noticed property is rundown and unkempt. Room itself had several roaches crawling on floor and walls throughput the night. Kept lights on but lighting was too low to keep them hiding. Wallpaper or whatever material is on walls was peeling. TV way too small and cable was blotchy. Beds were uncomfortable and springy. Comforters had several burn holes in them. Didnt even bother to uncover.

    They charge for soap and shampoo, I had to ask for a towel plus towel rack was missing and advised there's a fridge but there wasn't one. Paid for a deposit which is normal for all hotels but what wasn't normal is they taxed it which I've never had done at all the hotels I've been to or the fact that they charged for the toiletries.

    Lighting in the room is HORRIBLE,all bulbs must be 60 watts, I ask for a lamp or just take one of the frosted lamp shades of and no one came to do that. Get your things out your suitcase before the sun goes down or your screwed! The AC is at 6, only reaches the bed and you can't change it. If your on the couch for get it. NO IRON! The ONE you have to leave your license at the front desk for was broke. I actually bought a iron and offered to sell it to them for the $16 I paid for THEIR RESIDENTS and they said NO. The guest I gave the iron too said they don't even have a PLUNGER and they have ants! Don't let the pool and free night fool you.

    The cover photo of the lobby looks nothing like it does now. There is a giant plastic divider covering the front desk along with multiple prices of any amenities that any other hotel would offer for free. $15 for extra pillows, $9 for extra towels, $5 for soaps and toilet paper. The only elevator in the place reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. The housekeeping ladies just barge into the rooms without knocking. The parking area looks like a place where prostitution, drug deals, and other crimes happen frequently. Broken glass, pieces of trash, and various drug paraphernalia are littered all over the parking lot. Various shady characters were walking around giving my wife and I unpleasant looks. I have a strong feeling our car would have gotten broken into if we had stayed the night. Once my wife and I entered the room, we noticed how disgusting the room was immediately. We did not even set our bags because the floor was so damp. Along the walls, the outlets were loosely hanging. The bed frame looked like it had been chewed on at the bottom. When inspecting the bathroom, we noticed we were not supplied with extra toilet paper, any soaps or shampoos, and that hair was all over the floor. The refrigerator would not turn on.

    The clientele of the property is diverse, to say the least, and some are questionable. The front desk has a Perspex screen to protect the reception staff, who try to do a good job. I would not choose this hotel again.

    The price was amazing but that’s about where the accolades stop. The keys were difficult to use, having to put it into the slot sometimes up to 5 times to get access. The towels were thread bare and they gave no toiletries at all. The guests or shall I say residents of the hotel made no effort to keep their noise down on the later hours of the day. In fact, on our last night there, I had young children, not teenagers, running the hallways and making a ruckus from around midnight to 12:30am. The parking lot had a lot of sketchy activities, though I never felt unsafe I’m sure other people less used to this type of environment might feel uncomfortable. The only real other positive thing to note was that the staff turned down our room and made the bed on the daily.

When you sign in it says smoke and drug free facility, however, as soon as the elevator opened i was slapped in the face with weed.     Then bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was another bed in the room where the frame extended beyond the mattress. Both of us ran into it several times. No wounds, but it hurt. The kicker was that the bathroom had very little toilet paper. When I went to the front desk they charged me a dollar for another roll.

    The property is old and needs major renovation. I was in a room near the exit door and was very nervous. I asked the representative for an upstairs room but he refused to give me one. I did not get to sleep because of people constantly coming in and going out.
