The front of the building is very close to the road, if you want to sleep at night request the back of the building. The rooms were cleaned but not really clean. Several items in the room and around the property needed attention to get better than an average rating.

Don't stay , if you like to stay in a dirty torn down place then this is the place for 1 night. I canceled but still was charged, I know I arrived late traffic heavy guess not there problem.

Room was clean, staff friendly and parking was good. However, the hotel was on a very busy and noisy road which made resting and sleeping very difficult.

Room outdated. TV console doors would not shut. THe Microwave was on bottom shelve 3 inches off the ground. The chair cushion cover did not fit exposing foam. The ceiling and part of wall was peeling. Just neglected. On a good note, Staff Great and heat and Ac worked good. Rm 313.

The beds were very comfortable and every single time I’ve stayed I thought I was safe… Someone stole a car in your parking lot and hit me from behind a totaled my car and left me in pain. Multiple doctors appointments and without a job for several days. 01-29-26

There was no comfort on the bed. There was no soap in the bathroom. The empty bottles that was in there had someone's hair all over it. And the tub didn't look clean.

They has scrambled eggs on Sunday , But not on Monday Morning before I checked out of the hotel. They should also ask quest what they would like to eat. The Bath in which I took photo of as well too that I can send to you as well. over the Shower over the shower the ceiling was peeling apart look like asbestos that needed to be fixed also the room above mine 217 when they ran the shower or it seemed like water was running through the wall not through the pipe that needs to be checked out and looked at

The property needs updating. Wall paper is peeling off the walls. The bottle of shower gel on the walll inside the shower was empty. They should have been filled or changed before I checked in.

Beds were clean but there was stench by the first room I was placed in and in the next room, the shower wasn’t the cleanest and heater wasn’t working but the workers were nice.

Quiet and comfy but the door locks were sometimes not working.

They need to get rid of that carpet badly.. staff were wonderful. My room was clean and the amenities were great especially the washer n dryer.

It would also be great to have smart TVs with access to streaming platforms like Netflix or YouTube, as this has become a standard expectation for many travelers. With some updates in design and technology, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable and modern experience.

The only negative thing about the property was the first room at had was not clean no fresh sheet, But the lady that was on duty Saturday night was very very nice and helpful in changing my room, After that i no other issues,

We are coming from another hotel which we decided to cancel due to cleanliness. Country Inn maybe “older” than the other hotels (no USB connections), but they certainly compensated for other things. Room is clean and beds very neatly made. Friendliness of the staff is also excellent…Carlos, you are awesome. Very accommodating and made our terrible experience with the other hotel much better. Would highly recommend for those who values cleanliness over our “modern” needs.

Proper needs to be renovated. Elevator was out of service. However, they changed my room from third floor to first floor once I told them about a recent knee injury. I saw two roaches in my room.

The property was nice and affordable. It also offered a nice breakfast buffet. However, the queen bed I had was horrible. It was very bumpy and very hard and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Terrible experience, the room was dirty, towels used and on the floors and when I asked for a new room, the staff got upset, after complaining they gave me a room with smoke smell and extremely noisy, if something I learned is stay away from Country Inn.

my main purpose was to sleep and check email while I was on a business trip. it worked fine for me. I didn't really eat the breakfast there.

The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. We came late at night and the staff was not welcoming. We left early morning (at around 4) as we did not feel comfortable. We received the same attitude at check-out. Not recommended.

The hotel looked as is it had just opened because nothing was functioning correctly. The ‘automatic’ front door was broken and I had to push the door open every time leaving/entering. Then the elevator buttons were broken. The room itself wasn’t terrible but the bathrokm was a serious issue. The toilet continuously ran and the shower/tub had rust in it. Also there was never an attendant at the front desk besides when we checked in.

The bathroom was not very clean and the sink stopper was broken. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. The room itself was ok but the cabinet doors would not stay close. The room needs maintenance attention and it will be fine.

One of the worst experiences. Staff was wonderful, place awful. I arrived around 930pm. Front desk and reception area decorated lovely for the holidays. The staff was very helpful and personable. When we got on the elevator it smelled of burning rubber. A little scary. When we got to our room it was very dated but appeared clean. However, our heat did not work. Being one of the coldest nights of the year, my daughter and I braved the elevator again lugging our suitcase back to the desk to request a a new room. Staff again was pleasant and provided a new room on the first floor( thank goodness) and even gave us an upgraded room. We opened the door and it was warm and toasty. We got our Jammie’s on and sat on one of the beds to watch the tv in front of it. When I went to the other bed, it was covered in some sort of wood chips and dirt along with black pubic hair. Wanting to vomit I went back and slept in my daughter’s bed as after driving 10 hours and changing rooms I was exhausted. Fast forward to the morning. Go to get a shower, more pubic hair. Disgusted we brushed our teeth and left about 630am!!

THE FLOOR HAS WAY TOO MANY ANTS. NO HOT WATER AT ALL. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS REALLY DIRTY. THE REFRIGERATOR IS BROKEN. THE SOAP SMELLS STINKY. THE ROOM ISN'T CLEANED WELL AND A LOT OF STUFF ARE REALLY DIRTY.

Our first hotel room had bugs in the pillow, trash and food on the floor, AND the toilet exploded after one flush and the entire bathroom became flooded with dirty water. The maintenance guy told us the valve is loose and the cleaning lady told us that this is a consistent problem with many of the bathrooms on this property. We demanded a different room as we had a wedding to attend in an hour ao we can get ready and the other room was just as dirty, stained sheets with green fluid, trash on the floor and sticky carpet! We quickly got ready and packed our suitcases and left. Still trying to get our refund! We felt so unsafe at this place. If you have a family with little ones, please consider a different hotel!

Hotel was very dirty, smelt strong like cigarettes so the whole time I struggled to breath as I have asthma. My daughter was really looking forward to the pool but it was closed due to being unclean go figure… next time will pay a little more for much nicer

The hallway on the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Not sure why but it was very pungent. The room, thank Goodness, did not smell of smoke. Nice place all things considered.

Very kind staff, comfortable environment. Good breakfast options! The only thing a bit off putting was having a dirty sink, side tables, and seemingly the sheets.

The staff members were extremely courteous and the facilities were pretty basic, but clean. My only real complaint was the spotlight that shined into the room the entire night. We were on the bottom floor facing the back of the hotel and for whatever reason (security maybe?) there was a spotlight shining into our bedroom window. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains did not fully cover the window so if you require a pitch black room to sleep, this situation would not have been ideal.

The lady who works at the front desk during the nightime shift is terribly rude!! Everyone else was nice, but she literally had a RBF and just had a bad attitude towards guests, for no reason. The pool is closed, maybe because of the season. The breakfast is "meh". Probably better off walking to Wendy's or Sonic next door. Or even ordering in. Parking was fine. There was a bright parking light shining into our room, so that was annoying.

Room smelled like smoke, toilet didn’t work well, 1 guest washer dryer for whole hotel, internet constantly was down.

2 Star hotel with 5 Star Customer Service!! I spoke to Shanil, Mgr; about my specific reason for my visit. Once I arrived I knew she had put forth the effort to make my visit exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with her efforts. She had Susan at check in very aware of my arrival so check in was easy. The room was big & spacious. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was clean. I enjoyed a nice bubble bath for ea of the 3 nights of my stay. The hot breakfast was good. The housekeeper, Juelita, was also very kind & helpful. Even though the hotel is a 2 Star due to it's age, furniture a little dated & stained, curtains broken but functional; none of this overrides the excellent 5 Star customer service! Because of Shanil & Juelita; I will consider another stay next time I'm in the area. They really made this stay well worth it!

She said the computer did not catch that. I actually went to the room and opened the door to find someelses clothes there.

The bed was okay but not really comfortable. Black out curtains could have been better too much light in the room at night.

The building is getting older and run down looking but for 2 nights it made do.

The bed was comfortable and the shower good and the staff was excellent. The property was way out of date, the carpet was stained and nasty. The furniture was also old and stained. There is only one ice make working and it was not working when I arrived. The vending machine had empty selection with no indication so I wasted my money. The TV remote needed new batteries. The frig froze everything in it. If it hadn't been for the bed, shower and Staff, I would have demanded they cancel my reservation. I won't be staying there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately the building is in desperate need of updating. I heard that was coming. So many were broken or didn't work correctly. Again. Staff was amazing.

For the rate it was pretty awesome. Close to alot of things and we were looking for a park to take the kids to to burn off some energy and there was a nice one not five minutes away.

The grounds, hotel, and room were all clean and nice. The staff were nice as well. The only complaint is that the bed was hard.

Everything was good but there was people smoking weed next to our room that reeked into the hall and into our room.

For the price is not bad at all

Staff was friendly but the hotel was old and outdated, it was dirty, appliances and stuff were broken, wifi didn't work, at 2:30am the trash truck showed up to empty the dumpster and was loud as ever. I will never stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very dirty. They did not clean the rooms very well. Found a dirty condom under the bed. Moved to another room and there was a rose pedals under the bed from a previous person that was in The room.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and the check in was quick. The facility is old and needs an update. We definitely feel like the room was overpriced, but it wasn’t awful.
