Location and breakfast was decent. Uncleaned rooms. Sofas are stained profusely. Bed was hard, not as cozy as I am use to.

The customer service was phenomenal!

I like the Front desk staff, They were extremely accommodating, I booked a room there after my surgery, Because I was not in a position to drive two hours home. My refrigerator was not working, I notified the front desk. Someone was there in minutes to fix the issue. I don’t usually partake in the free breakfast, But do to my situation I was pleased with how much attention was given to spread that was given out, all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was in a convenient location. A decent price for a suite hotel room. The hot water didn’t work on the bathroom sink unless you ran the shower for at least 3 mins. The sink had minimal water pressure. Also, cleanup of room was not done very well, we found Cheerios on the floor from previous tenants.

Good breakfast, clean room inattentive staff

Room size was great! However first night sporadic beeping , found out it was refrigerator and they came next day and took care if that. Big blood stain on carpet, they didn’t clean. 2nd day they came and took all towels but still didn’t make up room at all or even leave us new towels. Pillows also very uncomfortable.

Room was nasty, fridge had mold in hinge and seal, bathroom had mold in cracks, hair dryer was nasty with old hairs, the bathroom door was dry rot at bottom where you can tell it flooded at some point. Front desk person was rude and not personable when checking in. Because of this, I will NEVER stay at a home2suites again

The room was better than I expected but there was a hand towel with what appeared to be feces on it tucked back in the cabinet behind the clean towels. There was also a tooth flosser left by the plates in the kitchen but everything else was clean.

The staff were great, very friendly!! The hotel was clean. Very convenient to our destination. Love the outdoor patio with fireplace. But, we could smell marijuana all throughout the floor we stayed on.

I found everything to be comfortable and the bed and bathroom were clean big plus!! The floor could have been cleaner but overall everything was good.Also the price point was a value, definitely would stay there again.

We booked a two double suite and it was huge, nice, and very clean. My family and I will definitely stay here again!!

On the downside, the internet connection was not stable and often didn’t work, which was frustrating when I needed to get things done.

When we entered the hotel, the smell was just horrible. But when we got to our room, it was even worse. My wife is terribly allergic to cats, and it feels like we were in a cat room. She did not have to use your EpiPen, but it was close. The hotel was just generally dirty.

Room size and smelled good Got a call at 10:30pm that my room wasn't charged and they needed my credit card to bill me. Luckily I'm smart enough to know never give info over the phone. So I walked downstairs to talk to the front desk and found out it was a scam. I'm sure someone fell for it, though. This was not their fault, though, just bad people.

I would definitely stay there again everything was great except for the continental breakfast. It’s more like a snack not enough choices. It didn’t look appetizing, but everything else was very well put together.

The property is currently undergoing reservations so it was a little loud during the day but overall, great place to stay when visiting the ATL area.

The toilet tried to clog on multiple occasions. The tub in the bathroom leaks in the same place it did last year when we stayed in the exact same room ( Room 413). Next to no lighting in the room, especially in the work space area, the eating/dining table area and the living area. So once the daylight ended, lighting was almost non-existent! Nowhere to plug in your laptop that makes sense, and electrical outlets that don't make sense where they're placed. Which of the refrigerator doors is the freezer and which is the refrigerator? Not obvious, because not labeled.

I can't remember his name, but the hotel manager was fantastic. He made the stay for my mother and I convenient. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Give that man a raise, immediately.

There was some sort or stand off in the hotel. The hotel was surrounded, but they were still doing business. It was crazy finally an officer said we should leave for a bit. The staff gave no information brought keys to our car and told us we could use the back stairs but go straight to our room. Idk it would have been nice to just be informed rather the dangerous situation was inside the hotel or outside on the property. The room was comfortable furniture was worn but overall it was good. Breakfast could have been better. More options and again staff be more helpful.

The power went out for a few hours it was kind of scary I wish a staff member would’ve at least acknowledged the issue

We only have a few complaints that can easily be addressed for future stays. First, the lighting in the room was way too dark. There was a small desk lamp and lamp in the corner but no light at all at the dining table. Second, the microwave- we literally couldn't figure it out so had to keep pushing the button that would at least heat up for 30 seconds a few times. Lastly I'm not sure what was going on with the toilet but it sounded weird after each flush and would stay on for at least 5 minutes after. Please if you offer appliances make sure they are user friendly and clean. We didn't have to use all four refrigerators, maybe they were just extra units. But the ones we didn't use were kind of moldy. As for other amenities we didn't have time to use, but was able to get breakfast before our trip. The selection was ok but could be better offerings. The bread in the sandwiches were stale and hard that after heating up for even harder. Some people just want a simple breakfast like sausage and eggs and haven't found that in a while but we appreciate food given.

Property in a safe area close to got on/off interstate.

Visited the property during snowing conditions. The walk way and parking lot was not salted which was a potential safety risk for the guests and employees. During the stay we utilized the sofa bed and the linen in a bag didn't smell fresh. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was very nice. Our room was amazing. It was very roomy. Dishes and cooking implements (available upon request) was a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay and are discussing coming back again next year!

Quiet neighborhood. Our room had a urine smell, asked them to clean the floors, didn't smell better. The hot water was not hot or very warm. The breakfast was average, more variety would have been better. Staff was nice.

The tub leaks; poor lighting in the entire hotel suite, once it gets dark, there is very little lighting to read or work; there were only 2 trashcans in our suite. All of the electrical outlets were in the work area, but very few elsewhere. My spouse worked in the work space area & I had to work in the bedroom because there were no outlets near/around the dining table area. The carpet in our suite needs to be cleaned; the dining table needs to me touched up or replaced. It is a nice property, but they need maintain the furnishings/interior.

I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER AGAIN ! There was Cockroaches, Blood on the wall and hair on the clean towels! The housekeeping manager said he was going to help us get a refund and we never did! I was extremely frustrated and extremely upset because I never had something like this ever happen to me before! I do not recommend this hotel at all! I recommend Marriott Peachtree Corners across the street!

Dining for Purchase would be a huge plus to the venue. Im a mother of 3 and getting food delivered was difficult. Having hot food available in the evenings would help me out greatly. It would be a one stop hotel.

Staff was great to let us check in 3 hours late.

Everyone was nice, the only reason I gave a 4 is because I noticed the sheets were dirty with makeup, didn't realize until we were leaving. Other than that everything was good

Property was clean and staff was very informative and polite. Rooms were spacious and air condition ran very cold. Extra points for that. The pet break areas could be bigger as there is no sidewalks to walk your pets around. Good thing is there is a school next door with a field.

We did enjoy our stay, the staff was excellent no issues with them. Very friendly and kind, spoke and said hello. The bed was very uncomfortable. Our shower had hair in it, I am assuming it wasnt cleaned because it had black hair in the shower. We had to purchase cleaning products to clean the shower. Our blind for our window had a huge hole torn so alot of light shown through. Other than that it was okay.

The location is very quiet and safe. Great parking lot, the staff nice and friendly.

Very clean and large rooms. Loved being able to pick our exact room ahead. Staff was overall good minus the attendant at 9 pm when we checked in not wanting to get up from her phone to assist us

Property was average clean. Bathroom mold around shower is covered with caulk to hide. Room was noisy with ice machine near by making sounds all night. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was basic.

The location to an event we were in town for is what sold us and the reasonable price. However, this was definitely a hotel showing wear and tear in the rooms. Dirty carpet, stained. The towels all had hair on them. Roach crawled out of the shower. Shower had mold all around it. Did appreciate the quick check in and the breakfast included but the rooms need some major deep cleaning and reno!

The employees here are great. Rooms are fantastic. Disappointed when they give out electric skillets to persons who apparently fry fish or something. The whole floor smells and so do your cloths. There is not room ventilation set up for this. Whitish that would stop.

I’m not please one bit with this location. I could not sleep all night due to the AC noise being so loud and turning on and off all night long. Walls had mold and the couch had stains. I’m not pleased at all

I liked the fact that there was plenty of parking space. The breakfast was good. I did not like the fact that my room was not ready when I got there.

Evening check-in person was unfriendly. Check-out person was friendly. Room flooor was dirty. Pull-out bed was filled with stains on the couch and in the bed.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD..

Had a reservation booked over a month in advance. Called the day of my stay while i was on my way there from 8 hrs away to inform me they overbooked and my room wasn't available. They said they would give me a smaller room if i like but it had less beds than needed for my family. Asked if they could give me 2 of the smaller rooms and they said sorry the only other option was to cancel my stay. Not to mention charged me twice for my first stay when i stayed the week prior on my way through. To top it all off, I'm giving this review from an emergency room because the only other hotel in the area with a room adequately sized for my family that had a room available on such short notice has no lighting in the parking lot and my wife tripped over a curb and injured herself pretty bad. Thanks for ruining my vacation

Hotel was convenient and comfortable. Was great to have a dog friendly place. Room is very well outfitted especially for longer stay or doing some work from there. Breakfast was ok. Coffee at breakfast was meh.

We had a church event in Atlanta and we rented a total of 4 rooms. 3 with double beds and 1 with 1 bed but they said their where over booked and we got 2 rooms with double bed and 2 with one bed. I was disappointed because that wasn’t our fault.

It took 90 minutes to get checked in. One person was overwhelmed mobile check in is not available.

I book two rooms for double queen bed , but they give me only one room double queen bed and another one only one king … I’m very mad because I go with my family total 10 people… not good

I don’t like having to go back outside to put parking pass on car and turn car around to satisfy whoever made that stupid idea. Have to drag luggage back outside put in car, turn it around and take luggage out again. Won’t be back! Tell the city of Norcross that it’s private property and quit trying to be control freaks with politics.

Room smelled stuffy, like it hadn't been occupied for a while. So i sprayed it down with Lysol. King size bed wasn't very comfortable & floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was a wad of hair on it.

The two complaints I have is that when you search the property address it takes you the opposite way. You have to search it by the name of the hotel. Then booking a two double bed room and receiving a king with a pull up couch is frustrating also.

Came in to a « smelly » room, we were reassigned to a greater one immediately.
