The hotel was very nice for the price. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There were stains in the carpet and no microwave in the room.

The only issue was the bathroom needed to be cleaned properly. I saw hair shavings on the sink and in the shower. I had to get them to change the pillow case because it smelled like someone already slept on it. Front Desk was polite.

rooms could hear sounds of people on the phone in hall, running up and down halls. Room smelled of bleach. An alarm went off at 6:30 am- no announcements on why alarm was, called front desk - no answer. Turned out to be a fire alarm!!

The room was good but there was a smoke detector in the room next to me with a low battery so it beeped all night. I called and reported it twice and they kept assuring it is being taken care of. Needless to say when I checked out the next morning it was still beeping.

The room was in good condition. The room service could improve. The towels were taken not given new set and the space was not cleaned up.

Rosewood’s clean location was clean and nice. The only thing that I asked for is an updated fitness center. otherwise, than that, I enjoyed myself the area I had a lot of shopping and food around.

I thought breakfast was included and wasn't, used the regular coffee and they didn't refill in in the room..but it was a nice quiet hotel..ther then that..I will do another bundle deal through experian everything was lined up just right ,I had no issue with the fight ,or the car rental or getting in the hotel..satisfied with the arrangements made ..thank you

Would have been alright but they didn’t have enough groceries to offer what they had on the breakfast menu. If you’re a hotel you should be able to offer everything on the menu, your guests shouldn’t have to go hungry.

The staff was great. The building smelled old. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low and there was the sewer smell coming from the sink as well. The room was cold even though the setting was set to the highest allowable temperature of 90 degrees.

Our room was okay we usually stay here when visiting family in the area but maybe looking for another place. The pjs and bonnets in the lobby was a definite turn off. Our bathroom had an odd Oder and the sink was dirty.

The room was dirty. Hair on sink, shower, floor, towels and both beds. The comforter had what appeared as brown make up or some substance in several areas. Make up smears on sink. Some dried white splatters in front panel of bathroom sink. I had a 4 hour window to sleep from 930-130; people were extremely noisy in the hallway and rooms across the hall. Every time they jumped or slammed a door, the walls shook. This was awful, regarding the room.

Housekeeping was fair at best. We were there almost 4 days before Housekeeping came to our room and that was only after I mentioned it to the front desk. We had to go to front desk every morning to get coffee for our room. We probably would stay at this location again.

Easy check in.

No coffee offered for early flights. Restaurant opens at 6:30! I was shocked.

My one complaint is that the room door was difficult to open and close.

The room was available early which was a plus. The bathroom door did not work couldnt close. The shower was so close to the toilet it was about 6 inches from the toliet to the opening of showers. We are 74 and 76 which was a pain for us to get in shower and then when I went in closet where safe was the shower had leaked into closet. puddle on floor. when I reported to worker at desk she said thanks for telling me. Never said she was sorry we were inconvenience. I am writing for a refund.

The hotel was great, the service was nice, but one major issue is the doors did not shut easily so people were slamming doors all night. I would highly recommend not staying here until they fix this

Came in for a cruise. It was located close enough to the cruise terminal and other attractions.

Loved the room! Check in was great and loved the water and warm cookies. Due to the rain the cable was out in our room for about 4 hours. Room service never picked up the phone. We called numerous times and even called the front desk. Went without dinner that night and no cable.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice if a microwave was in the room. The window view was of a wall, couldn't see anything, which was a little disappointing; but overall, the hotel was good enough that I would definitely stay again.

Noisy, the guest next door had loud TV all night through the morning. Air conditioner was not working. Sink in bathroom had no hot water. Shower was low pressure. Floors were dirty, dirt and hair.

I love that they offer warm cookies and bottled water at check in! The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean!

Short notice business trip. Last minute booking Hotel was okay, staff was kind, definitely an A+ with the Gluten free cookies!!

We couldn’t sleep the whole night. We reported it to the front desk, but they did nothing. They said management would contact us, but no one has reached out and they kept our deposit, and no refund yet. This completely ruined our holiday and affected our health. We are requesting a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have been to Double Three before, but this one was horrible.

The place was very clean, and we definitely loved it. The beds were also incredibly comfortable.

Bedroom was clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel was very dirty and hot. Floors were covered with dead bugs and dirt. No ac was running in the lobby or hallways. Bathroom toilet had problems flushing. Refrigerator was not cold. Walls were paper thin and guests were loud and rowdy. The pool area and gym was like a zoo.

Ryen at checkin was extremely nice and helpful.

The only negative was that my neighboring room was extremely loud well into the evening

Hotel building looks nice from the outside, clean & pleasant when you first enter for checking in. Our room was okay too and comfy bed except for one thing our shower on the 6th floor doesn’t have enough water pressure. Just very frustrating experience when you need stronger water pressure to feel relaxed and comfortable from a busy day.

Shuttle service between hotel and airport was excellent, and my shuttle driver was very helpful on giving me directions to where I needed to go once I had my rental vehicle.

Great stay. I was greeted at my arrival with a smile, southern hospitality, and hot cookies- my fav! My room was spacious and had perfect accommodations to work from the room. WiFi was sufficient for my needs. The bedroom was very comfortable. The restaurant was also great. Tia, the bartender was super personable and made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely stay again.

The customer service experience was significantly lacking. My request for a company-named invoice was simply ignored by the reception staff. He failed to even listen to my feedback/ suggestions. Really terrible customer service. Furthermore, the description of the breakfast as 'complimentary' is misleading, as it was already pre paid during booking. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room didn't do the job of cooling the room. Avoid the ATM machine at the facility. It doesn't dispense any cash. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Shuttle service was excellent from and to the airport. Warm cookies at check-in. Property quiet and safe for solo traveler.

After we were settled in our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and it clearly had been used with female personnels in the trash used soap and hand towel. It was late and no house keeping was on site. We were given cleaning supplies to clean ourselves but no other compensation or accommodation. Needless to say we were disappointed and grossed out.

Overall, my stay was a last-minute event, but I want to give a special thank you Marchelle she was the front end receptionist that did my check-in and I want to say she did an amazing job. She was very professional, friendly, and made sure that if I needed anything that they were going to take care of me and that means a lot. So not sure whoever this goes to but we need to make sure that we take care of that employee because she’s doing a great job.

The hotel is outdated, sheets were dirty and the room had a smell. I saw a roach in the hallway and I was asked for a deposit but was charged again for the room, even though I booked through HOTELS.com. Very disappointed and completely unacceptable

We had a nice start at the Doubletree. Room was nice, only complaint was the shower walls need a little more scrubbing. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant staff at the hotel were very nice and food was absolutely delicious! We were so glad that we decided to stay there and try them out. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the fact the employees wear Norfolk State gear to support our homecoming.

Quiet and Clean. i was waiting outside for a Lyft at 4:30am and there was a youngam on the lobby, then in front of the hotel asking for someone to pay for a Luft for him to get home. He even went aa far as following aam to his car asking fir a ride. This made me very unconformable and nobody told him to leave the property

Our stay was amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was nice and hot, they have an indoor pool and a gym, the food at the restaurant was good. Definitely worth the money.

The stay was going well up until there were an unbelievable amount of police cars outside of the facility. Very concerning. When asking staff if it was safe to come back into the building after returning from the store, we were told it was a “small situation” and that it was already handled. Yet, I watched 3-4 more police cars pull up to the facility rather quickly. I stars this to the staff member and he responded with “ok.” I have never heard of a small situation resulting in 14 police cars surrounding the facility as well as 3 officers with a rifle on same floor where I was roomed. Very concerning and resulted in us leaving same night.
