    This hotel was unfortunately one of the worst we’ve experienced. There was someone else’s hair in our tub. The hallways smelled of marijuana. Our lock on our door wouldn’t work properly, and none of the ice machines worked. The continental breakfast, which we normally love, was a disappointment. We would not stay again.

    Breakfast is limited to Pastries, bread, waffles and yogurt. No proteins or water but super clean. Stayed 3 nights and 4 days, room wasnt cleaned till the 3rd day. For families, sofa bed was only a twin. Washing machine was broke. If visiting New York, plan 1 to 2 hours before scheduled time to get there. Traffic is heavy anytime of the day.

    The breakfast area was also disappointing. The chairs were visibly old and dirty, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to sit and eat. In addition, the elevator was outdated and extremely slow. The hallways had a persistent unpleasant odor that made walking through the corridors uncomfortable. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance and upgrades.

    The staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are decent, the carpet in the corridor requires some work. I felt it is old, but, when I inquired working staff, they said it's recently replaced. It may be a good idea to upgrade carpet with wooden or vinyl tiles for easy maintenance and good appearance. Breakfast options are less but decent.

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the property’s condition did not match the images provided on the Expedia booking site, and I found the overall environment to be in urgent need of renovation. During my stay, I noted several significant issues: - Guest Room: The bathtub was rusted, and the surface was peeling. - Lobby: The furniture at the front desk was cracked. - Hallways: The carpets throughout the hallways were visibly dirty. The discrepancy between the online representation and the actual state of the hotel resulted in a very poor experience from the moment I arrived. I hope you will take these concerns into consideration as you plan future improvements to the property.

    The hot tube looked like it was stabbed it did not look good at all so i refuse to lose it. It was also not clean properly. The room it self was clean no issues. The staff was very nice. Parking was very good i felt my vehicle was safe at all times.

    Nice, simple hotel near New York Times Square but the room the showers were 2.5 out of 5. The lights, the lamps barely worked. Shower was clogged aswell 3/5 hotel - Keynote if you stay here and you’re gonna go to Times Square and you don’t have an Uber, you need to take bus 125 but the walk to 125 is painful lol.

    The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Pretty and Veronica went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They arranged luggage storage and car parking to allow us to sight see without worries about security. These two staff are an invaluable asset to Quality Suites .NYC. The hotel is old now and needs renovating. Breakfast is only a continental breakfast and would benefit from a full breakfast.

    A bit of real tic to the building would go a very long way. Breakfast was meh! And they have a lady that rather then seem helpful, gives you a feeling of judgement every time you grab any of the breakfast foods. It was quite uncomfortable to be honest. Maybe if the lady would stay away and periodically restock items that would be best. I will not stay there again. I will spend the extra money for a better experience.

    I did not stay at this place. Upon arrival I asked to view the room before check in and it definitely was not a pictured. The room was old and outdated and the hot tub was disgusting. I ask to be refunded and had to find another room for the weekend. The front desk clerk was understanding and gave me no problem with a refund.

    The bathtub was rusty and the shower didn’t function properly. The couch in the lobby was peeling, wallpaper was peeled in areas throughout the building, the AC in the room had a musty smell. All in all, i booked a last minute room and received one that was cheap and “good enough” but i wouldn’t come back.

    Jacuzzi was in extremely poor condition. Peeling plaster, maybe holes in grout, not even cleaned. Continental breakfast was literally a waffle machine and a bowl of fruit. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Even though, after that long walk you can take one bus to new york for $4 with a trip of 30 minutes. On the other hand, the breakfast was the same everyday, the hotel offered a continental breakfast but you will only get a bread and a cooffe. It could improve if they provide eggs

    Rooms need serious remodeling- tub had a dip in the middle, toilet base and sink had been repaired poorly. Sink actually had a hole in it. Bathroom door was damaged and furniture in lobby had seen better days.

    Everything about this hotel we didn’t like! They sit behind a plastic glass window with minimal interaction with guest. The room deposit was $150! I’ve never paid that much for a room even going out the country. The hotel needs a lot of upgrades.

    There was a used bar soap in the bathtub bathtub had dirt on floor. There was also dirt all over the floor by the window. Overall, it was terrible not there to check in. They said that my check-in was canceled because they tried to hit my card at six in the morning when I had noted that I was going to pay at the hotel so I didn’t transfer any funds into the account they tried hitting and no one contacted me to let me know they were trying to make the payment. They just canceled my booking and didn’t let Expedia know and then when they got me a room, they charged me about the same amount for basic room when I was supposed to have a Jacuzzi room never again

    With all that being said, I did not feel safe to the point where I only stayed one of the two nights that I had originally booked for. The lobby’s front-desk was separated from the lobby by bulletproof glass which definitely doesn’t come across as inviting. There was trash all throughout the parking lot on the ground, and while it seemed like there were no bedbugs upon -MY- inspection, there were mattresses and other furniture pieces in the dumpster (in the parking lot) that I didn’t inspect, but looked quite suspicious… There was a ton of different people’s hair under my pillows and throughout my bedding. I know it was from multiple people because there were a few different lengths and curl patterns. The flooring throughout my room was laminate faux-wood that you would put in a house which I’ve never experienced before. Usually hotel rooms are carpeted and that’s what they all look like when you look at their pictures online the laminate on all of the furniture was warping and peeling off the headboard looked greasy, where two people would put their backs up against the headboard to watch TV. Disaster.

    The hotel itself is outdated and looks nothing like the pictures you see online, the “hot breakfast” they offer is only waffles. The tub in our room was rusted, moldy, and felt as if it was ready to cave in. We had 6 people in our room, so we set the pull out sofa. The bed had crumbs and change folded up inside of it. The coffee maker in our room had coffee still inside of it. As well as the bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless slammed multiple times. I brought these things to the attendants attention on our second night because it was already late when we checked in. They offered to switch our room but at this point we already unpacked and were going to be gone for the day. Looking on the website the rooms were $50 cheaper so I asked to let me just have the difference. Since rates fluctuate. They wouldn’t budge and I don’t think that was a huge ask.

    Our original room had styrofoam screwed into the ceiling and a leak through that into our room from the room above us (which again they had to have known about because of the styrofoam sheet patched over the leak) and while they were able to move us for the 2nd day we were told the option for night 1 was to deal with it or check out.

    The room was great for the price. Good location if you’re visiting NYC, easy 5 minute drive to the Park And Ride bus lot, straight to Times Square for 10 bucks! Breakfast was pathetic.     I arrived after a long 16-hour drive from Kentucky with my children. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay: • The lamp on one side of the room was not working. • The TV channels were not working properly. • There was no Wi-Fi available in the room. • The breakfast quality was very poor. The options were limited to bread, croissants, coffee, and tea, and even the coffee creamer appeared to be diluted with water. Despite these problems, I did not complain during my stay because I wanted to avoid any trouble and simply rest with my family. On checkout day, I requested a small understanding because I was travelling with kids and might be about five minutes late. Instead, a staff member was sent to my room, and I was told by a staff member named Romi (speaking on her cellphone) that if I was even five minutes late, I would be charged for an entire extra day. I found this treatment very upsetting, especially after the inconveniences I experienced during my stay. I hope you will review this situation and improve customer service and facilities so future guests do not face similar issues. Thank you for your attention.

    There really wasn’t anything we liked other than it was a bed to sleep on. Wasn’t the cleanest, and there was a big argument between a couple on our floor. It lasted multiple hours and multiple complaints were made to the staff and front desk with nothing being done about it. The breakfast they offer was basically just cereal.

    The room was not as advertised.The tub finish was flaking off and not in good condition. The staff was friendly and tried to help they offered another room but that Tub was just as bad, they werent able to solve our issue. We also saw bugs in our room. They looked like smal cockroaches, I really hope it wasn't. We were so icked out by the place, that we ended up not staying the night and went home early.

    The smell in the room was quite bothersome. We are assuming it was from some cleaning product. The bathroom sink never delivered hot water.     Everything was amazing! We arrived early from our flight and the staff was nice enough for us to leave our bags there while we went to the city, our room was clean and organized. The hotel had an option for a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the hotel to NYC. The morning breakfast was a great option before we left to the city, whenever we returned our room was always clean. i definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. i will definitely be returning here!!

    I actually booked the room for the wrong day by my own mistake. I booked it for the following day and we needed the room TONIGHT! The hotel was so helpful, they helped fix my mistake.     I booked this room for my wife's birthday, and sadly for her it was a complete disappointment. The room looks like it hasn't had an upgrade since the day the hotel was built (I assume in the late 70's or early 80's, judging my the decor). Door looked like it has been broken into in the past and card lock was very hard to use. Whole place smelled strongly of harsh cleaning products. Floor was sticky. Burn hole in carpet right outside the door. Ceiling patched together over the hot tub. Bathtub shower fixture wouldn't turn on unless you held it with force for a few minutes while water pressure increased enough to lock nozzel. TV wasn't working and had to call front desk to have it reset. Scratched furniture. Broken handle on closet door. Breakfast area in the morning was filthy and only had carbs and a few apples and small yogurts. I asked about eggs and the staff laughed at me. The only good thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to NYC, but beware that you are right on highway and across from a train yard, so expect a lot of noise. I would not give this place a second chance.

    Cons: some of the rooms have old bad smelling carpet but looks like they are working on it >> my cousin’s room had LVP instead of carpet and there was stuck of LVP flooring in unopened boxes on the first floor. Bathrooms have damages that require updates (bathtubs and sinks with cracks). Breakfast is very poorly served. There was no restroom available to the public on the first floor so when our two families arrived early with three kids, we had to go to another hotel to use their restroom.

    Wish I could give zero stars. I had an overnight stay here two days ago upon entry. I noticed that the shower was still wet, and there were stray hairs in the bathroom, which got me looking around the room more. I stripped the bed and found bugs in the room. I went downstairs to customer service where they went up to the room to tell me they didn’t see anything for themselves, but if I wanted to switch rooms, I could, even though I had clear video footage of a bug crawling across the bed. I told him I didn’t want to stay at the hotel property and I wanted a refund for my money since I wasn’t staying in a dirty hotel and they told me the only thing they could do is wait for a supervisor to come in the morning when I called in the morning I got sent to voicemail and haven’t heard anything since

    First I’ll start by saying there cockroaches that I didn’t see until late at night 6 in the bathtub, 2 around the jacuzzi, 4 around the sink, even took some photos of them. Then the jacuzzi seemed out dated need to fix the lines bc some of them were not shooting out water. Then trying to sleep and you could hear upstairs running around sounded like very thin walls or ceiling. I was disappointed that none of the pop machines were not working and also the room smelled musty, I didn’t feel like the staff were all that friendly. It was just hard to sleep.     Property was what I expected, everything is pretty average for an affordable last-minute stay. Staff was very friendly & helpful and my only complaint or recommendation would be to upgrade or fix up the bathrooms.     It was okay. Lots of construction going on around it, which isn’t their fault but it made it inconvenient to get to. Lots of traffic, near the NJ Turnpike. Hotel was fine. It just wasn’t as easy to get to the city as I’d expected. We ended up ubering to the train station and taking the Journal train into the city each time. I won’t return, but it’s due to location- not the hotel. If you’re comfortable with city traffic and transportation then it might be perfect for you.

    I came here with my family for vacation. Room smelled horrible. The carpet and bathrooms are dirty. Mold growing on shower and all over the bathroom. Carpet hasn't been clean in years. White socks will end up black. We had roaches in the room. We could get a refund due to there policy.also we check other hotels and all where booked as they had events. Also they charge $60 early check in and $150 deposit. Please take your money somewhere else. As a mom of 3 kids do not recommend staying here. There is nothing remodeled here. They try to mask the horrible smell with lavender scented cleaners.

    Our room was much dirtier than expected by the other reviews. There were hairs all over the place and didn't look like the shower was cleaned prior to our arrival. The included breakfast is only pastries and none of your typical bacon/eggs/anything to that extent. Just bread, bagels, muffins, etc so that was disappointing. We chose this one as it was a bit more expensive than others in the area hoping that meant better quality but we were wrong about that. The staff were nice though, no problems with them.

    This places wreaks of #2 and Fabulouso. Had a hard time breathing, and the bed sheets always felt wet, like they weren’t dried completely. Removing the carpet will solve 50% of the problems here, also we woke up to the bathroom ceiling leaking submerging the bathroom. They didn’t offer to clean or change our room. They stopped the leak and moved on with the day.

    Checking in wasn’t an issue. The AC in my room was broken & even after talking to someone bout getting it fixed…..they said it’s “cold” in here….which clearly it wasn’t. The “breakfast” that was provided was non existent. After getting the green light for a “late check out” by the front desk, they said we checked out too late, way before 11:30. Managerial staff very unprofessional, if you’re in room 513 or 518 I forget which one it’s the one to the right of the elevator, the AC is broken in that room, the best they could do was 1 fan for the entire room.     Said in room 317, we elected to stay in the room with the whirlpool tub. Tub was completed chipped and the glaze was peeling off, so everytime you used flakes would float up. The tile surrounding the whirlpool tub , had a 1 ich thick transitioning molding. Which youbl kicked everytime getinf out of bad. The room seem to be innvery bad shaped and looked orginals from the early 90s. The only ice machine working was on first floor(lobby), we check all 5 floors and only the one in the lobby work. I really felt that the money i spent for 3 nights was not worth it

    Hotels these days all charge an arm and leg to stay in a garbage pit usually. This one didn't have noticeable roaches or hair on the sheets, but also had no hot water the first night, no working fridge, no ice or laundry options, room smelled like feet, and nothing but various bread options for breakfast. So compared to reasonable standards I'd say 2 stars, compared to hotels these days, probably 3. Check in check out was relatively easy, elevator worked, it was quiet enough, and there was parking.

    We booked a room for 6 people with kitchenette- we got a room without kitchenette and with little sofa bed that not fit to our family size We asked the staff to get the room we booked and they were totally useless- at first they said that there is maintenance problem and the morning after they told us that somebody already took this room the day be (so we don’t know who to believe) Location- at the website they wrote “9 minutes drive to Times Square “ but it was 50-60 minutes so we couldn’t take the car but the public transportation is very hard to get and the shuttle is so expensive We won’t come back

    Our two-night stay at the hotel was pleasant. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my future visits. The breakfast was also very nice and offered a wide variety of options, all of which were included in the package.

    Property was ok, room however was not. Paint was chipping/falling off the walls and chipping all over the hot tub. There was a stale smell to the room. The spare bed in the sofa was FILLED with dust and dirt and have mouse droppings all over it. And the roach traps/ mouse trap had dead insects and roaches in them

    horrible.disgusting.i might as well have stayed at a motel. the tub was so dirty the water turned green and we scrubbed with our own bleach and soap three times the floor was really greasy felt like no one mopped at all the toilet was broken and the room had a stench that smelled like smoke but even after smoking in the room it still lingered i wouldn't stay here again and honestly learned my lesson about not looking at reviews

    VERY thin walls and ceilings/floors.. cozy, all we needed it for was sleeping so it worked for us. Have to go a few mins out of your way to get to hotel due to traffic flow

    First off I want to say that the people were friendly and courteous but the hotel was run down and old and I did not take pictures because of that.. I am diabetic and they had a shower room but where the drain was it was exposed concrete.. the desk chair was cracked and I didn't realize that until I sat in it and the vinyl cut the back of my leg.. they were dings on the wall and it smelled funny when we came in like some kind of cleaner but it wasn't pleasant at all.. I will not be staying there again

    Check in was easy. I had a jacuzzi and the person who checked me in did take me to room first to show me some chipped paint in Jacuzzi, which I was okay with. Both shower and jacuzzi could use some touch ups in room 117. Only reasons I did not give 5 stars across the board.

    Not feeling it. The hot tubs were gross & the bath tub looked like it wasnt cleaned well. We had to buy our own cleaning products because they wouldnt even provide us with theirs. Wont go back. Looks more like a motel then a hotel
