Great place! Right near airport, hotel has a shuttle that ran all night.

Love the happy hour wine and the mahi-mahi tacos! Also love the automatic blinds and shades in the room, as well as the sitting area and work area. Always appreciate bottles of water too! The fact that they were going to make me walk to a different hotel because they were overbooked, even though I had reserved my room three months in advance!!

Bathroom needed update. Tub T oo slippery Faucets were difficult to adjust and coming off the wall. No breakfast included! 19.95 too much for breakfast.

We have to pay a whole bunch of money and breakfast isn’t included… that makes absolutely no sense in this economy. Nobody can afford to buy a hotel and not have complementary breakfast when there are plenty of other hotels around that offers that. Had we known before booking this hotel, we wouldn’t have went there.

The rooms and facilities were clean. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though the breakfast as not included the $10 dollar prices is affordable and offers a good selection. I would definitely come back

Overall our stay was pretty good. Everything was clean. Hotel was quiet. Recently updated rooms could use a little better lighting.

This clean comfortable hotel was very conveniently located near the airport, yet it was still only minutes from downtown! For the price, I thought it was great, and the money I saved allowed me to spend more on the great restaurants in Charleston.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both time were exceptional. The staff was as extremely professional, rooms were clean, and the bar,Dani, was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here.

I was disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned during my stay. I would have at least liked to have had clean towels.

Everything was great. Had 5 rooms and 14 friends plus a 10 minute walk to the Shenandoah concert at the Performing Arts Center. I’ll be back. 🇺🇸

I never signed up for a handicap room They said I could not change it because it was booked through Expedia. The same elevator that wasn’t working three weeks ago when I stayed here it’s still not working.

The room was cleaned. The front desk clerks were friendly and the shuttle drivers were very good. I left my phone in the shuttle and the driver made sure to bring it back to the front desk.

Standout hotel breakfast, believe it or not. In addition to the usual less expensive fruit offerings, blackberries and cut strawberries were a great surprise. The entire staff was very friendly. Front desk, maintenance guy, hostess, to shuttle driver.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and clean. I wasn’t a fan of the shape of the bathtub. Standing for a shower almost gave me vertigo. I felt like I was falling.

Overall I have stayed at this Hotel due to my company having us stay here. Would not be my choice as there is no free breakfast like other Hilton hotels, area not the best. Hotel is ok, rooms are clean and a good size when you get a signal bed.

This property is very dated. The air-conditioning makes a horrible noise when running and the walls are paper thin. Additionally, although they stated that I would receive my Hilton Honors Gold food reimbursement at check-in, they ended up denying it since I booked through Expedia. Newer hotels in the area are located much closer to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice, but there are much better places to stay in the area for a good night's sleep.

The shower was weird in that you couldn’t turn on without blasting your face and very low water pressure Everything else was lovely and enjoyable

Great stay

Great in-house restaurant. Nearby restaurants also an option. Very close to Charleston airport with a wonderful shuttle service. In addition, for $10 a day, you can leave your car there. Most of all, the staff is very helpful and extremely nice. For shoppers, the Tangiers outlet is just two blocks away.

This property was great. We attended a show at the coliseum and there is a walkway from the hotel to the coliseum! They also offer free shuttle service. There is shopping close by and options for food. I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when I go to Charleston! It’s my fave place! The staff is amazing and the customer service is top notch.

It would have been an excellent experience, but unfortunately, the front desk staff did not acknowledge our presence promptly upon our arrival for check-in. It seemed that finishing her conversation with another staff took priority over recognizing us.

I arrived 3 hours before check-in, and had a room ready for me!! After a long and arduous trip, using that extra time to rest in a comfortable and clean room was invaluable!!

Breakfast was great and at a good price. Parking is not so great. The indoor pool was under construction which took up a lot of space in the lobby/ breakfast area. There was a bad smell coming from the construction around the pool

Chose this hotel as it was closest to convention center for Bridge run expo and bus connection to race start. Great location for this! Unfortunately, our room fridge did not cool properly, AC was off and on cooling, and the pool was closed for repairs. Kitchen did a great job with food considering they are undergoing renovations. Will recommend in the future.

Upon check in I saw a ton of kids in the lobby, so when she asked what floor I preferred to be on, I politely said "a quiet one please"... Hinting I didn't want to be near all these children. Do you think I got that? Nope! SAME floor as all the kids, and the room right underneath more kids! Slamming doors, running thru halls, dropping/jumping off beds, etc. Our evening was horrible. To make it even better? There was no hot water in the morning for our showers. VERY disappointed and not AT ALL what I'd expect from a Hilton. I will not be staying here again.

This is my fave place to stay when I come to Charleston. The staff is amazing! One of the lady’s at the desk this stay was phenomenal, I started shark week and I didn’t have anything with me. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond!

This hotel is located near a venue. So close to see the comedy show that we walked there and back, and had no issue with parking or navigating traffic at the coliseum. Perfect location.

This is an excellent airport hotel. Efficient, clean, shuttle to airport included. Restaurant in hotel does not serve lunch but pre-wrapped sandwiches and salads are available.

The frobt desk staff Anthony was very friendly. There was a system malfunction and he graciously communicated with all of us and handke the situation. The dining staff were friendly as well.

This was a very nice hotel, they are under renovations but held a clean lobby and parking lot. The bed was ver comfortable, shower pressure and water temperature was to my standard adjustable and hot. The rooms tv was large and up-to-date. They did offer breakfast thatvi was bot able to attend and also a bar service in the evening.

I came and went throughout the day and there was garbage (bags, fast food containers) in the hall at all hours. The housekeepers were there but the trash stayed for hours and hours

They did let us check in early, but the place was so noisy and no coffee out at 6am.

The staff at this hotel is great. Randy is an asset to them. Everything was clean and the staff was responsive to our needs. We were staying there for a concert at the performing arts center. When we came back late that night the parking lot was full and we found one space at the road by Wendy's. People were coming out of the woods and off the sidewalk from the coliseum from the Kat Williams show and getting into their vehicles. They used the Hilton parking lot to park and weren't staying there. Hilton needs a more secured and monitored parking lot. Also why have suites with separate bedrooms and living rooms with no doors on the bedroom. Also they need to offer some type of free breakfast even if it's just a continental breakfast. These things do not reflect on the staff but the hotel brand can do better.

Every person I encountered from maintenance to front desk was super friendly and accommodating. During this time when customer service is no longer a priority for people in service the staff at your hotel was more than excellent. It was very refreshing and made my experience the best it could be

Our stay at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The AC did not work. When we alerted the front desk, they sent a supposed "technician" who spoke no English and knew nothing about the system. He touched a couple of buttons on the AC unit and rushed out of the room. Immediately a burning smell came from the unit and the settings went hawwire. We moved to another room but again the AC unit produced virtually no cool air. It was hot and stuffy the entire night. We suspect this facility programs their AC never to get below 73 degrees in any room. Avoid this location--it is not Hilton quality. Aside from AC issues, the restaurant is good and the shuttle driver was very prompt and helpful.

Perfect location, close to airport, and short drive to city center. Lovely lobby with excellent casual restaurant and bar. Amenities such as indoor swimming pool and excercise room are a plus. Very spacious room with comfortable bedding and seating; as well as, spotless bathroom. Clean and modern. The staff was very efficient, helpful and professional. Free parking and airport van.
