Not much to be honest The pool was green. Nasty. They make you give a $100 incidental deposit that you don't get back for 24 hours. That was odd to me. Food was horrible. Breakfast eggs were nasty. Coffee was cheap and gross

Some staff talked to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about!! Left and found another hotel!! Will never stay there again!!!

Good location Very upset! Room 208 has a very pungent mold smell in it and the whole room feels damp. The air has heavy with humidity. We arrived in middle of night so just tried to sleep and get out but it was hard to breathe and very unpleasant. This room is dangerous to inhabit and we probably should not have stayed in it! !!

The rooms need decoration as mouldy in places. The breakfast was very poor, ran out of a lot of things. Coffee was yuk. No Apple juice just water.

Check in and it was $25 for early. This ain’t Vegas… There were only a few tv channels; breakfast was spotty (at 7am oj was empty, only one biscuit.) I could not get the room cool even though it was only 80 outside. It did cool Off later at night. I’m 70 with bad knees, and this place has no elevator. It tools me two trips up to bring my stuff. I’ve put it on my NO list for Littke Rock. I travel 4 days a week so I’m actually not that picky.

Pretty clean, quiet, felt safe. Could use some renovation but pretty decent experience. I usually have to skip breakfast but they had eggs and sausage so bonus. Awards plaque from 10 years ago but you’re charging for late checkout at its current condition?? $100 for a clean double queen & breakfast was decent though.

This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad.

Outstanding stay, I will definitely stay here when I have to travel through the Little Rock Metro. Very clean big enough room, decent amenities only trouble I had was the noise next door and the TV would not move to Phil the screen.

I specifically booked because the listing shows EV chargers. They’ve been removed for over 8 months but the listing was never updated. This is misleading and unacceptable. Parking & Access Issues: - Terrible parking layout. - No key card access on back door meant walking around the entire building in pouring rain at night. Major security and convenience problem. Room Condition - UNACCEPTABLE: - Trash from previous guests NOT emptied. - Dirty shower tub with visible grime. - Soap dispensers filthy and clearly not cleaned between stays. - Overall disgusting condition This property fails basic hospitality standards. For the price charged, guests deserve accurate listings, functional access, and clean rooms at minimum. Management needs to immediately: 1. Update listing to remove non-existent amenities 2. Fix back door access 3. Address serious housekeeping failures I cannot recommend this location. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. There are better options in the area that deliver what they promise. Would NOT stay again. Would NOT recommend.

They ask for too much money for incidentals! $100 is a joke. I’ve stayed at the Hamptons. I’ve stayed at many high dollar hotels, they sure don’t ask for $100! I sleep in a hotel every night I’m a platinum member with hotels.com I shouldn’t have to pay any incidentals l And it takes too long to get my money back from best Western! And the lady at the front desk was just rude! I’m still waiting on three different stays over the last week and a half and best Western and I’m still waiting on my incidentals to come back on my Card. Funny how all these other high dollar hotels that I’ve stayed at either don’t make me give for incidentals or it’s $25 or $50. On top of that almost every single other hotel I stay at as soon as they check me out within the day no longer than two days my money‘s been back on my card! Funny how fast they can take it off your card, but it takes 7 to 10 days to get back Piss off. I will never stay at best Western again ever. I know they don’t care but I do because they lost me staying at their hotel even if it’s the last one in town I’ll sleep in my truck.

The shower in room 214 was really dirty.. the shower head had thick build up black mold on it so I had to take a bird bath in the bathroom sink. When I turned on the air it smell like mildew.. but other then that great location..

The property was a little lacking. There is only 1 washer/dryer for the entire property. So if someone else has already started their laundry, it will be at least an hour and a half before you can do yours. There is no elevator on property so if you are disabled, you won't be able to stay on the 2nd floor. The bathtub was gross, we had to clean the shower head before we could bathe. Also, the tub didn't drain properly, so we showered in ankle deep water. There were tacks sticking out of the transfer between the room and bathroom. My wife stepped on them several times. Last complaint is that the room we got was directly above the main boiler for the property and it woke us up several times because of how loud it was. I don’t think that the hotel was anywhere near capacity, that particular room should be not be filled unless necessary. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Good meal choices. I probably won't be back any time soon.

This BW needs upgrades & freshened up. The 1st room the door appeared to have been repaired & NOT done well as we could see 1 to 2 inch gap to hall! Cleaning staff was rude when I asked for towels. They practically pushed their way into our room! We do not ask for daily service, it's not welcomed & we keep the privacy sign on door for a reason. They keep a back door open ALL the time which is a security issue, it should require a guest key card to enter. We will not stay at this BW again & we're highly considering another hotel brand. BW accommodations consistency is lacking and we're frankly, tired of it.

We came to visit family, overall everything was good. Would have been nice if the room key would open the exterior door from the parking garage. I didn't care for having to walk around the outside of the hotel after 10 pm. The breakfast was a little lacking but acceptable compared to some other hotels. Carpet in our room could stand a deep clean as there were several stains. Towels could be softer but were clean. As was the rest the room. We stay here usually once a year. Will be back next year.

The coffee was very blah & watery & the towels were pretty rough on my skin. But I would still give a 5 star review!

Room was very nice. Only complaint was there was about a one in gap in the entry door of of room that you could see into and out of the room. And the extra protection latch to the entry door had been removed.

Staff was friendly and room clean. Only reason for 4 star was that the door mechanism decided to stop working after first day. After 3 or 4 trips back and forth to the room and front desk, maintenence was sent to open up the room. Was told that if we were to exit the room again, I would be best off asking for another room since that door was no longer going to open with a key.

I felt like the place was clean, but it seriously needs some repairs and updates.

They had breakfast but we did not participate in it. The beds were a little bit on firmer side and the pillows were flat. The entire hotel smelled damp. Our first room had mold on the pillows and curtains. It also felt like someone had just taken a hot shower without turning on the vent and the floors were not throughly cleaned. There was still some items left on the by other guests on the floor. Our second room was much better still a bit damp but not nearly as bad as the previous room. The carpet felt wet walking barefoot on it. The bed also felt damp. We left our clothes out for the next day and they were damp. I understand that it’s summer and the humidity is high but I lived in Sherwood for 6 years before moving and our house never felt or got this damp. I hope they can figure out how to handle the dampness in the future because after finding the mold on the bed it’s concerning how much mold maybe present in the carpets and could be a safety concern. The hotel smelled like there was an indoor pool combined with cigarettes and weed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating however I don’t think we will be staying here again in the future.

Room was very clean, quiet and in a great location. Staff was so friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and loved all of the amenities.

The room had a strong musty odor that’s smelled like it had been closed up with damp towels left in it. The air conditioner could not cool the room to below 72 degrees. It may have been that it was the hottest week we have had this summer in Arkansas too. The cap on top of the drain in the bathtub was missing and the controls to the faucet in the shower was loose to the point i though it might come off in my hand.

The property manager was cordial and helpful.

After checking in, I was unable to lock my hotel room door. I called the front desk to be moved to another room, he said there were no other rooms. I went to the front desk to speak with him directly, again, no rooms available at no did the front desk agent come check out my room try to help me lock it. So at 9:30 PM, for my safety I was forced to find another hotel room. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the property owner charged my credit card for one night anyway. I recommend no one stay here!!!! it seems after talking to Expedia, that the manager/owner had no concern for their guest safety. Again, do not stay here.

It is so close to CHI St Vincent. A great place to rest a shower when staying with loved ones at the hospital.

Check in was great. Room was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good but it wasn't refilled well on the weekday. We had to ask the front desk to have someone refill the hot food as it was empty. On Saturday, however, the staff kept right on top of it. No issues at all.

It was very old. There was an awful smell in our room, maybe mildew, not sure. Bathroom features had some rust.

Everything was above what I imagined!

Room was disgusting. Pool was ATROCIOUS, two people in our group literally grabbed the net and cleaned it and it was still slimy and algae everywhere. Mold in the window sills, shower was so loud and squeaky, no elevator and was never asked if anyone was handicap or even told us we’d have to use the stairs.

We had problems with our key, would not open the door, after the first time used, even with a new key, had to have maintenance come out, room smelled like cigarette, & it was non Smoking room,, the room was hot, the swimming pool was dirty. The lady at check-in was nice, but had a long wait, several people got was checking in & the manager didn’t try to help, not friendly

If i could add a picture I would. We arrived at 2:00 am'ish due to a flight cancelation outbound. place is not very clean, sheets have stains and I literally had to ask for different sheets and remade my bed at 2 in the morning and by the way THOSE sheets were stained, just not as bad.

The hotel is comfortable enough but there is some deferred maintenance and the lighting is not good. Also, modern amenities are missing such as usb ports for charging. The ac units make quite a bit of noise at times.

We booked this hotel last minute as we were traveling so I was not expecting too much. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be. We were greeted with smiles as we checked in late at night. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The shower had great water pressure. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was hot and plentiful. We felt right at home with this hotel.

Quick check in once the people in front called. I think he was working out in the gym as I saw him there after checking in. Room was good but the AC didn’t really cool down the room even when set at 70. The bed and pillows were older but being exhausted after driving we slept pretty good. Breakfast the eggs were almost nonexistent very few and crusty. We made pancakes with bacon and juice. Convenient freeway access.

Very nice place to stay Two story no elevator

My stay was pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable and met my immediate needs. Each of my wishes were honored [i.e. 1st floor, etc.]. When a room change was requested, the process was smooth and quick [i.e. prior rooms smoke detector was persistently beeping]…My new room was nice, but it should be noted that water filling up in the tub as one showers is not a good feeling…and I could faintly hear the sound of the smoke detector beeping throughout the night. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay and breakfast was nice.

There were unique smells throughout the hotel—sometimes wet dog, then sausage, then pot, and always overpowering chlorine. The check-in person had a problem programming keys that would actually work in our doors.

Shower head needs replacing poured out of the back. Please quit using Bag in the Box (dispensing machine) coffee it’s terrible. Nothing beats fresh brewed coffee.

It was a really good stay. checkin was fast and friendly. the pool is outside. there is soaps and shampoos installed in the shower. breakfast was hot and constantly being checked on. we had a little trouble with our room keys staying activated through our multi day stay, but not a huge issue. we were in town for a funeral so it was nice having a clean room and hot breakfast with comfy beds and clean working baths to come back to after an emotionally rough day

The experience wasn't so good. Breakfast was so, so and the dining tables were very lose. They wobble constantly. The cleanliness of the towels were also average. The beds were comfortably. Ad a whole our stay was average.

The bed was really comfortable, the jacuzzi was nice but the air didn’t work as well.

It was conveniently located for visiting my sister in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Her house was only abot 5.5 miles away.

It is a very nice hotel and they are currently doing updates on it. It was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in an area easy to get on and off the freeway.

After a terrible experience at one other property, this one was deemed to be a hidden jewel. Only downside to this stay was that we expected to be able to swim when we booked but later realized their pool is under construction. Overall this was very affordable and convenient. Great customer service. Rooms were very well maintained!

The hotel itself was nice, but we noticed right off the bay that anyone could walk in the side doors there wasn’t any kind of lock. Breakfast was good the first day but then Monday and Tuesday we barely ate because there was hardly any food and no one restocking at 830. The staff was friendly when we saw them but sometimes approaching the front desk they were more occupied on their phone. A/c in room kinda worked but it was loud when it was on, overall I was okay with it

Everything was fine but ice machine did not work.

The soundproofing between the rooms were not good. We could hear people talking and snoring non stop through out the night. The a/c-heating unit made a loud noise when it cycled. Otherwise, the amenities and cleanliness is good.

Had a problem with plumbing and i was told to come a get the plunger. No maintenance person available. Also it seems that rooms held for Hotels. Com etc. are the second rate rooms. Was nnot comfortable at all this trip.

The room was clean and well appointed . However the incredible Stench of Mold hit us in the face when we entered. We were so tired that we tried to ride it out and not leave. Also after a long day on the road the jetted tub in the room was welcoming. However it was a poor decision since I had an asthma attack in the night. I would avoid staying here in the future until the stink was addressed.
