Very clean room. Friendly staff.

Convenient location with easy access to many area amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained and our room was clean with no issues. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

We stayed for one night and while the staff at have zero complaints about the front desk staff. They were amazing and hospitable! The room looked good at first but then we noticed the chunks of the popcorn ceiling coming off over the beds. The beds were lumpy and somehow overly hard and the pillows were completely flat. We've stayed at Fairfields before and never had this issue so I'm assuming we just got an older room? The fire alarm went off around 3am (system glitch of some type) and there was a large group of teens there slamming doors and yelling in the halls until the wee hours of the morning.

There was no yogurt no boiled eggs no sweet breads. The refrigerator in the room goes off every two hours clearly while you’re sleeping it goes off ridiculous. Smallest TV ever. Just didn’t feel like the staff really cared.

The room smelled, the bathroom had hair on the cabinet and toothpaste in the sink from the previous guest, the front desk evening receptionist was extremely passive aggressive. Breakfast was as expected for it being free.

Beds were uncomfortable, room to “accommodate 5” is only 2 queen beds. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Nice clean room with comfy bed and pillows. A nice variety at breakfast with specialty touches like a fresh blueberry compote topping, oat milk creamer, and raisin toast. Friendly staff and great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was filthy. There were stains on carpet m, sheets. The bathroom was nasty… hair on floor and shower. We sleep in our clothes on top on the sheets, wrapped in our own blankets till morning. Stopped by for breakfast and there was cereal and yogurt. The staff was nice but the place was filthy and nasty.

The breakfast was cold every morning and they ran out of items early around 8-830. The beds are hard as a brick and they only clean rooms once every three days. This will definitely be our last stay here.

I can always count on Fairfield Inn to have nice clean rooms and accommodations, including a great breakfast buffet. This hotel was in a great location, surrounded by plenty of places to eat, gas stations and shopping.

Our stay was comfortable, check in was quick and the woman working the desk was very nice. The bed was not comfortable, and rhere was so much noise inside and outside. Also room service is great but they knocked on our door 3 times. The first time woke us up, 2nd time we were nervous they would come in while we were getting ready for the day.

Nice place for long drive

AC/heat was very noisy, so mush so it was difficult to sleep. Staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean.

We got to the hotel 20 minutes before 3 and ask if we could go ahead and check in and was told no we had to wait till 3 or after. Then when we returned I was ask if I needed a handicap room that it showed on my account. I explained to the young lady that that was in January when I came through with my brother in law who was on hospice and was turned down when we arrived to check in so no I didn’t need it anymore. I just feel from the first time we stayed in this hotel until this lady visit the hotel gas gone down hill. Got into our room and went to make coffee and the package with the napkin and creamer packets were open. It had been used.

The walls are paper thin. You could hear everything all night long.

1. Room appears clean, but there is a dirty towel in the shower. 2. Return from visiting with family to discover my door is open, propped on the deadbolt. 3. Front desk says ALL the doors can be propped open if you aren't careful leaving. I wasn't the one who left it propped. Housekeeping was in the room for the towel (see #1). This is very unsettling to not know if I am secure or not, even after the hotel employee assured me everything is okay.

This property was located within 2 miles of eateries and convenient shopping. The staff was really friendly and a very clean location to reside for a few nights.

The original room was in poor shape with a non function TV and phone so they moved me to another room. In the pre room the toilet tank cover didn't match the toilet so it spit water onto the floor when it flushed. It was also very noisy with feet pounding on the floor above.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are updated and clean. Felt very safe.

Very convenient to I-40! This was a quick stop just to get some rest on a long road trip and it was an excellent choice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and felt safe.

The bed was clean but rock hard. The shower had a busted shelf that looks unsafe and the door and showerhead are on same end so it’s difficult to get into shower without soaking the floor. The towel had to hang on back of door so had to shower with door open. Wish it were better for the price. My loss

The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a bar soap and lotion.We’re a family of 4 including our two teens and we had everything we need in this hotel. Crackel Barrel is also just right in front of the hotel and just a few steps away from the hotel’s parking. We’d stay here again.

There was mold in the corner of the shower. One of the toilet paper rolls was half full and the other was almost empty.

Location is easy access off and on the interstate, Cracker Barrel within walking distance of hotel, lobby is pleasant and inviting with coffee, hot chocolate, and water with lemon available all times. Plenty of space in rooms, beds comfortable, bathroom and shower easy to get in and out. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of hot and cold options, including fruit. The only negative thing I have to say is that the temperature of the indoor pool should be around 80 degrees--70 degrees is too cold especially this time of year.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the really short toilet. The only grab bar was good for the shower but too far away from the toilet to be of any use. This is a safety hazard.Minor point was the scrachey towels.

We experienced a few issues, but the Front Desk Associate Nate was very helpful, Knowledgeable and Professional. He was always pleasant and ready to assist with the questions i had.

Reviewed with the hotel management, there was personal property from a previous guest in our bedsheets, and we discovered a pair of dirty shoes behind the curtains also from a prior guest. Questionable if the room was even cleaned prior to our check-in, but it was certainly the dirtiest room from a Marriott branded hotel I’ve ever seen with very poor housekeeping. Will not be staying again. Skipped the complimentary breakfast due to the very poor cleanliness of the hotel room we received and decided to eat somewhere else.

Easy access to interstate, parking available for truck pulling a trailer. Checkin was easy, facilities clean and updated, and the bed and pillows super comfy. Only sound was a train in the distance, which didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk was very understanding when we checked in late as a result of delayed flight. We were very tired and he was friendly, quick and helpful. Same with front desk clerk in the morning. Very personable. Beds and pillows were heavenly!

The only issue for me was a strange event when I checked in. I was told because the complimentary drinks area did not have lemon water she told me “ management is offering free bottled water”, when I came back with my luggage I passed by the refrigerator and picked up one bottled water. The lady chased me down at the elevator and stated I would have to pay for that because I had the 16oz bottle versus the 8 oz bottle. I explained the miscommunication and she told me if you keep that I will have to charge it to your room. Very, very odd since the water was a cheap off brand that is less than 20 cents a bottle.

My son and I stayed here at the end of a very long trip. We checked in late and left fairly early the next morning. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful and the property was in good condition. Our room was clean and comfortable. All in all, would stay here again.

The bathroom was fine. The breakfast was subpar. The eggs were gone and took forever to be replenished. The bread products were emptied quickly and not refilled at 7:30am on a Sunday.

The room we booked was not available upon arrival. We were given a room that was too small for our family but we made it work. The sheets were clean but that was about it. TV didn’t work, huge gap below the door, toilet was dirty and after two flushes no longer flushed. Overall just not a good experience but after a full day of work and then 8 hours driving we were too tired to deal with complaining. I can say the staff was nice but nothing else was.
