Our stay was just for one night, it was like a last minute booking and I could say the cost-benefit was good overall. Just the AC unit was tricky to operate or was not fully operational but it got us through the night.

We are not able to sleep the first night, someone from next door keep music on by 2 pm and speak very loudly. I called twice to the front desk and they told will try to speak with them, but it it was still loud and they told they can’t provide a new room too. They told they don’t have available room. They did provide new room next day for us. But still we a not able to sleep the first day at the hotel.

This is a no-frills Hilton hotel, and if that’s your style, it works just fine. There’s no coffee maker in the room, which was fine for me since I don’t drink coffee, but having to go downstairs to use the microwave or call for an iron wasn’t ideal. Would I stay here again? Not sure, though it was conveniently located and met my needs. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

Location and convenience to shopping. Employees were phenomenal!! Out dated pool area. Chipping paint in pool area. Seen microwave in room on website, no microwave. Out dated bathroom. One trashcan in room.. No hot water for 6 hours, check out before it was fuxed.

Had issues connecting to the internet but eventually they got it working

The breakfast was subpar. Just bagels, yogurt, and cereal. It did the trick if you are short on time. They also didn’t have a juice machine, just some coffee pots and pitchers of orange and apple juice. They did have a water fountain where we were able to fill our water bottles which was great. The pool area could definitely be updated, paint was chipping in a lot of areas but the pool was actually heated and hot tub was great. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Room was basically clean, beds comfortable, however lots of issues: broken or missing fixtures, broken and cracked floor tiles, chipped and gouged paint on walls and doors. Used towels removed but not replaced. Staff was friendly. Hotel just needs attention to detail.

Staff was great, couldn’t sleep all night hearing some domestic disturbance and then people talking and drinking and being loud, smells pretty bad , heat doesn’t even work in the room they rather spend 20$ on heaters to plug in then air blowing at 90 degrees straight cold air, had a rough night and only slept maybe 2 hours, decided to pack up and leave after not being able to go to bed …. Like I said staff was great 10/10 but I cannot come back or recommend this place to anybody

When I was in my room staff just entered my room without knocking or me saying come in. I could’ve been undressed .

Thought it was hot food. Was disappointed Wish it could've been better breakfast. And I had kids across the hall I think for sleepover didn't complain but put them on separate floor.

Pool and spa was not working or accessible. Menu choices limited, bananas/fruit was old. Had to change rooms due to snoring/loud neighbors at 1am. Was only given an extra hour to checkout, didn't get to bed again until after 2am. Not pleased with this experience. Did not have an exercise room as stated on website or microwave in the room.

Steph was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation and staff took the time to fix problem and make sure we had a room for the weekend.

This new hotel rooms had an old air condition the bathroom vent did not function

I loved it! Everything was on point except the pillows lol omg they were terrible it was hollow and like it wasn’t anything in them and it flattened immediately and it wasn’t a microwave in the room but that wasn’t too much of in there issue an inconvenience I might add BUT the staff was really nice the hotel and rooms smelled fresh and inviting and the bed was really comfortable. That is my new go to spot when I go home to Chicago for visits but you if they could just get better pillows that would be great

They walls are very thin, you hear television and toilets flushing all night! The rooms does not make your feel like a home away from home. It's a lot of space but not enough item in it.

Pool was closed and was not informed ahead of time. Was told my manager the next day should of been offered bracelets to go next door to their affiliate to use pool but was not offered. The pool was the entire reason we booked this hotel, had canceled a previous hotel for pool cloaure.

Wasnt happy about the jerks next door blaring the tv until 3AM....that ruined our stay But all staff were outstanding- pleasant and very helpful

Excellent place to stay for three days. We had some issues on the last night that we stayed. They were not from the staff, but from the guests who were not considerate to anyone who stayed at the hotel. The staff should have the authority to evict the guests who had the party inside their rooms or turned on very loud music after 10:00 p.m. Hotel needs to establish strict policy to the guests. If the management read this comment -> please give authority to your front desk to enforce a strict policy regarding quiet hours.

My family and I went to Illinois to visit our extended family this weekend. This hotel was recommended. Yes, it is small. It was also very clean and bright compared to some of the reviews

Rooms were not clean, walls were dirty all over the place and they didn’t even have a single trash can in the room. So I requested one and got 2 that were horrible, they were dirty and disgusting

I booked specially for the pool. The pool was closed for maintenance and my family was very disappointed. Also said there was a fitness center but there is not one on the premises

The stay was good but the room was very basic. The furniture was fairly cheap looking but overall the room service it purpose

Limited options for someone with food allergies, bed was comfortable but room was hastily remodeled. Drywall dust everywhere, bathroom sink p trap not connected, shower curtain rod was moved and had wet drywall mud still in the patches, lock on door was hanging off. No one at desk for 10 minutes upon arriving, had to go ask for towels. Ice machine was broken and the one on the lower level was moldy. Pool was hot, hot tub out of order. For the price it was ok, room was just slapped together and not properly cleaned after construction.

Difficult to get to.

Overall the hotel is great! We stayed there for the night after attending a concert at Tinley Park, so the location is perfect. I’m taking off a star ONLY because the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. At 6am I swear there was a soccer game on the floor above us and full conversation maybe next door or in the hall. Balls were bouncing and shaking everything. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely stay there if attending another concert!

The property was not clean.

The front desk person, while nice did not explain anything regarding the property or amenities. We had to visit the front desk 3 separate times to get information about breakfast, obtaining a non existent do not disturb sign and getting more than one set of towels in a king room. I'm disappointed in this Hilton stay.
