I found foil with drugs and another customers clothes inside the the dresser

wasn’t as advertised on website, there was no a/c, terrible parking, staff was less than accommodating..1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper for a whole week. had cockroaches. the only window in room did not lock, making access to room easy for anyone.

It does not even qualify as a hotel and you should take it off your listings.

I found blood stains on my covers and bed so I my room changed. Extra nasty place! I will probably never rent at this location anymore. Nothing!

Nothing It had a lot roaches couldn’t use the microwave cause it was infested and broken they didn’t give us the remote to the tv so we didn’t end up watching tv, the curtains were baby blankets only gave us a single pillow wen their were 2 of us gave us no Toilet paper luckily I had brought one just in case nd brought our own soap to wash our hands and no trash can nd 1 towel

there was no breakfast provided, thank goodness. The F. D. clerk showed me how to connect 2 bare wires coming out of the wall to get the heater to turn on and to disconnect them to turn off the heater. The mattress was a bit comfortable. the cockroaches the holes in the walls covered with duct tape the absence of valve handles for the water taps in the shower (vice grips? really!) dirty yard, dirty floor, no towels, no bathmat, no smoke detector, no chair

I didn't like anything about it. The hotel was very run down there was roaches the TV didn't have a remote or any station to watch. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never again will I book through Expedia unless somehow you can make up for this horrible stay. Dirty, gross, nasty are the words to come to mind. There was no air, no heat, no towels, no toilet paper. Everything was broken TV was a joke is was smaller than a 19 inch with no good working channels. The roof leaked water and so did the tub and shower. I hope you take this hotel off of Expedia. I really would like some kind of compensation for having to stay at this horrible hotel.

I really don't like this motel. It was so uncomfortable. Low quality of service. Almost nothing for the amenities. Location was so bad. The price was so expensive, it should be lower than 30 dollars in total.

I did not even sleep there for one night! I booked another hotel voor $350,-. Your safety is not worth it. I was not the only one who left this bad motel that day.

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was no one there. Had to wait outside for 1 hour. They had this number written to contact but no one picked up the phone. The area is not safe after dark. Once someone came, the rooms are smoking rooms when online its written non-smoking. The person said that they don't have control over their guests on smoking. Are you kidding me? Called the managers and they were both very rude and hung up the phone. Even though it's a cheap hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone. That night myself and 4 other people didn't stay there. We went and stayed at another hotel. Terrible experience and please think wisely before booking.

It's not the best accommodation I've had or expected the rooms at times were ant infested the air condition was not working and the tv was not always in good condition.

No sign. Had to ask for tv antena, wifi password 20+ letters,no help for check out,taxis.

there was no ac, no cable , no wifi, we could not get staff for things that we needed, let alone to clean the room. parking was very hard, and if we did not get there early there was not a space close to our room. the people in the room next to us were doing ( smoking ) drugs and due to no ac we had to have the small window open and could hear them and smell what they were doing. this hotel did not match what the ad said it was on the page and I was very sad to stay here. if we could have and would have had the extra money we would have went to another hotel and not even stayed but we paid in full before we even got there so we could not do anything about it, and like I said we could not find staff for basics let alone to make a complaint.

I never stayed at this hotel because when I went to check in no one was there. I called hotels.com and they tried to reach the hotel but were unsuccessful so I cancelled the reservation and found a place on my own.

the room was complitely different from the photos, staffs are old and most of them do not work, the room is small and is not comfortable.

I could not stay there. The pictures are fake. The room's are not like the picture. The outside building has no sign. You can't even tell it's a hotel. Broken window in the office.

Hotel in very seedy area of Oakland. From the exterior, it looked like a run down storage facility. We payed but elected to not even stop. Over the phone the staff was accommodating for our late check in but we called and told them it looked to sketchy and we went to a Days Inn.

Worst experience. All I have to say is, you get what you paid for. Actually, it's over priced for the condition this place is. You'll be staying at the east side of Oakland and this place was super hard to find, it's so hidden.

A Lil disappointed in no room service or towels provided. 1 large drying towel was the only accommodation In the room. I had to request a refrigerator.Barely got hot water, Luke warm evertime you take a shower. Large gap under the front door, about an inch high. Yippy can clearly see daylight. Large holes in the bathroom door and the shower curtain rod falls with curtain of you move it. The day staff offs great but the evening person is no help at all....

Horrible. I guess you can't expect much for the price that you pay. But I would suggest pay a little more to stay in a better place. The hotel is in very bad neighborhood, no towels, no clean bedding, the room was smelly. Not a good place to stay.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. No complimentary soaps/shampoos, no cable (only an antenna hanging from the wall with tin foil on it to make it work better), you could hear everything that was happening in the surrounding rooms, you could feel every spring in the bed, the pillows were flat, stains in the tub...need I say more?? Service was lousy, as well. I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Please remove this motel immediately from your list as this will ruin your reputation as a resources to find motels

It's not the Ritz...but, for the money - it was decent...If all you want is nice staff, a bed and a hot shower - this is the place...
