Would not stay here again, felt dirty, several light bulbs out in the room and toilet rocked

BEWARE!!!! The website does not tell you when you book that they do NOTHING in your room until 3 days!! THEY DONT take out trash, make beds or even give you new towels. This franchise is CHEAP!! If this were stated on their website I WOULDN’T have booked a room there.

They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice.

Rooms were clean and inviting, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. That the breakfast was only open until 9am, 9:30am-10am would have been better.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were alot of people checking in at the same time and staff were attentive, courteous and professional. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was super comfy. Common areas were well appointed and inviting. Nothing.

Nice staff, clean rooms. A bit outdated. TV was older so could not access streaming networks on it. Pillows were actually great. Bed was decently comfortable. Mini fridge kept drinks very cold which was great. Nothing super special but definitely a solid good stay.

Stayed at a Hilton down the road. It was amazing.

The breakfast was nice and fresh. The mattress was too soft everyone don't like soft mattresses.

Clean Propery and room

The room was clean as was the building and pool, the parking area was large and close to the building. Breakfast had a good variety with tasty protein options and a waffle maker. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Front desk guy was very nice and respectful and it didn't take him long to get everyone to their rightful places.. The first room he gave me was stank as if a dog been in the room, even though this facility supposed to be pet free... But people still sneaking them up but any ways he changed my room and it was nice.... Great job!

Well let's start with the arrival in the room at 62 degrees yesterday 62. It's all about keeping house keeping cool at not the guests being comfortable upon arrival. Second the shower curtain was barely long enough to keep it in the bathtub. Then needed a jacket to eat breakfast that included potatoes that were nearly still frozen inside with some too loud music in the background. So ya not good.

The carpet could have been cleaner and the coffee lids were dirty. I have to throw them away. They had stains and black stuff on them.

The bath tub would not drain after using the shower. I bath but I was in fear of contaminated back flow. It was awful! The standing water caught insects that were in the room the next morning. I didn’t move while there because I wouldn’t know what other problem would occur in another choice. And I didn’t want workman in my room, either. My stated room rate was $134 ( plus taxes and fees) however I was charged $169 the first night 7/5, then 134 the second night. This was not explained to me in advance. Otherwise my stay was fine

I liked the area we stayed in and the staff was very nice. There were parts of the room that were run down. It looked like there was mold/mildew under the desk by the big mirror. The floor under the fridge looked like it was rotting also. Minor things that did not effect our stay, but worth fixing for future guests.

We can therefore advance a competition like the room. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was actually really good. The eggs did not taste like powder. All in all, we would recommend to stay there again. And into our friends and family.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HOTEL OVERALL WAS GOOD CLEAN AND HALLWAYS SMEEL GOOD. ROOM SHOWER WAS TERRIBLE NO WATER PRESSURE AND THE DIVERTER FROM THE FAUCET TO THE SHOWER WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL IF i WASN'T CAREFUL I ALMOST PULLED THE FAUCET OF THE PLUBMING AND WALL. SHOWER NEEDS UPDATES BADLY.

Uncontrollable constant loud noise from central AC outlet in the room.

The staff, especially Carlos, was excellent! We reported a toilet that was plugged Thursday morning it wasn’t even noted, though. The toilet didn’t seem to work well from the beginning. We were able to change rooms and it was much better overall, but that toilet continued to run unless the handle was lifted. Needs repair.

What a clean and well maintained property! This hotel is much more expensive than an IGH property where I stayed the previous night. But, oh it’s wort the added expense! I’ll continue to look for any Marriot properties you offer.

This is my second time staying here and both times we had issues with tiny bugs in the room. I even found some in the bed. I slept fully clothed to ensure nothing crawled on me but I did have a few bites on my leg. It could have just been my experience but I probably wouldn’t stay here again

The poor lady at the front desk didn't know how to access the reservation because she was in training and the person who was supposed to be training her was not at the property and took approximately an hour to arrive. He then told me that he could cancel my reservation because I was talking on the phone with my wife about it and he accused me of yelling even though I wasn't.

The hotel is clean and up to Marriott standards. The rooms seem a little dated, but we had a very pleasant stay. The front desk, dining, and housekeeping staff are wonderful, very friendly and professional. It's nice to have a hot breakfast daily. The fresh baked cookies are a nice touch! Refreshing, citrus water available, and coffee available all day. I would stay at this Fairfield Inn and Suites at Orlando Ocoee again.

On the last of my 4 night stay, there was repeated door noise and marijuana smoke in the hallway, severely limiting my sleep. Aside from running up and down the hallway spraying air freshener, the night auditor’s words to me when I pointed out to her that it was my neighbors were, “…yeah, it’s an adjoining suite (to mine).” The noise continued through the night and into the early morning. Aside from that and the terrible pillows, the hotel was tenable.

My family loved everything about the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

The manager Mike was very helpful when my key did not work. He also went above and beyond to have my linens changed when I requested it. He is a great asset to your company. The breafast was good. The coffee in the main lobby was probably the best complimentary coffee I've had at any hotel.
