The property is old and a bit dilapidated, but the bed was clean. The only problem with the room was that the floor seemed sticky and hadn't been cleaned adequately. Other than this, the room was quiet and comfortable.

Owners really need to step it up and fix all things that need to be repaired!

Did not fee safe when we checked into our room. Was not clean but beds at least were made. Asked to move to another room indoors which staff at the counter was reluctant to do at first, but allowed me and my family. Room we moved into was better, but not by much cleanliness wise. My kids kept hitting their knee on metal bed frame that stuck out 5 more inches than the mattress itself.

I checked in at midnight and had a room with dead bugs all over the floor along with dirty footprints that weren't mine and other dirt and debris. Since it was so late and there were no other hotels with availability, I had to spend the night. Seeing the area in the daylight, I also did not feel safe. However, I found a different hotel 45 minutes away to move to for my second night since I was unwilling to have bugs for roommates and wanted a place that was safer.

The room was not at all what we expected. I think it was over hyped on the website. We could not enjoy the pool due to it being dirty. I think it’s weird that they allow the bar to go till 2 but can’t use the lounge area upstairs past 10. Makes no sense when the music blares thru the rooms from the bar. Everything was way too expensive. The drinks at the bar the drinks at the restaurant and you pay a fee at the door to the bar and they take your wrist band if you leave the bar. House keeping was good but the mirrors windows and walls where dirty. The towels were in my opinion a little too dirty so we resorted to using our own. I say the website could definitely update the pictures.

Remote control didn’t work, have to get up to turn the volume up or down and to turn off and on the tv. Restroom walls had plaster falling off. Front office wouldn’t swap out for a different controller. There is a bar inside hotel so it’s loud from the music.

The bed was comfortable. The room was not clean. The bed was made nicely, yet the sheets had a cigarette burn mark. There were shoes marks on the TOP part of the door and one of the locks did not work. There was no working tv service. I felt uncomfortable going up to the room on both nights because there were many men roaming the parking lot and “loitering” outside of the rooms. There is a “club” on the grounds, so there was loud music and patrons talking loudly, throwing up, and revving engines past midnight. I tried getting a room at another hotel, but they were booked, so I returned and waited in my car until I felt safe to walk upstairs to my room.

Cigarette burn holes in comforter. The door had huge gaps in the jam and didn’t shut without slamming it. Then entire inside of the hotel was dirt the carpet was old with dirt leaves grass and crap all over it. The pool was dirty and cloudy nasty. The front desk guy couldn’t understand a word he was saying.

Water backing up from bathtub, ac very noisy sounded like it wanted to come apart, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PILLOWs had to go buy some new pillows for our stay. Sitting chair VERY VERY DIRTY, card wouldnt read to go in. Didnt report this since we just neeededit to sleep and was going back to hotel late. By the looks of it this property does not take pride and is very rundown!

The pool wasn't properly maintained, it was so much chlorine it hurt my kids eyes and made them nauseous after 20 minutes. We went back to our room to discover that they cut the power off due to maintenance on the building. We were without electricity for 30 minutes and the front desk hadn't the slightest idea what was going on. The ac made a horrible noise every time it started or stop a cooling cycle. And the bed was on some rigged up frame that popped every time someone moved on the bed. My family and I ended up leaving last night because my kid's couldn't get to sleep with the noicy environment.

The staff were very helpful. Even though the microwaves were not clean (They were cleaned when we let them know) and the 1 tv did not work, but they did try to fix it until the lightning storm came. I do appreciate them going their 110% to make us feel comfortable.

The room itself was a little dirty but overall not completely terrible. The shower was unusable, which was a real pain. The walls are also paper-thin, so you could hear every little noise through them. I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel if I had other options.

There was black mold in the bathroom of our room. The ac unit was right above the entry way to the bathroom and poured water out onto the floor if you kept it below 70. There was contstant yelling, screaming, cussing, running, banging at all hours of the night. The hallways ans balcony area were litered with large amount of trash. And i over heard an empoyee tell an woman in a wheelchair she was prehibited from entering an area because it was for the handicapped only.

Very good room and clean too! Room rate is less than it would cost at Motel 6 and you get a great place to stay. It has a great breakfast buffet too! The staff is very friendly and helpful who make you feel welcome!

This property is very outdated. Our room had stains on the walls and found boogers smeared on the shower curtain. Although the rooms were non smoking they had a strong odor of smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend you book a different hotel as this hotel is dirty and in need of some serious supervision when it comes to cleaning.

TERRIBLE. I checked in late (2:00 am—exhausted after endless travel and flight cancellations). I double checked that I had a non-smoking king. “Yes,” said front desk. “But sometimes crazy people go in there and smoke.” I was too tired to really get into what he was talking about. Took a while to get to my room (around corners, past indoor pool, outside, through parking lot and up stairs). More like a motel from 1980s. The room absolutely reeked of old smoke. Walls dirty. In need of massive overhaul. Thought to complain but how did I know other “non smoking” rooms didn’t smell the same? Plus, it was now after 2:00 am. I just collapsed under the sheets (which didn’t smell bad) and hoped it wouldn’t be a big deal. Bad decision. Woke up three hours later, headache. Room still stinking like an ashtray. Only clean smelling room was bathroom. I put my luggage in there. Fitfully slept until 8:00. Showered and got out of there. Told front desk. New guy. The owner. Nice enough. Sympathized, but said people smoked and it got through the vents and walls?? Okay. Never again.

This “Ramada” needs a makeover. Musty rooms, no air circulation, dirty jacuzzi. Hotel host eating food while attending customers. This hotel is the definition of the “no tell, motel”.

Room was nasty and dirty looked like it hadn’t been swept all the drawers from the nightstands to the ‘dresser’ has trash and crumbs. My microwave stunk so bad we asked to get a replacement or something done about it we couldn’t even open it without it making the room stink!! Asked multiple times for something to be done and nothing done. A lamp didn’t work,Phone didn’t work for them to ‘call us about the microwave’ so we had to leave our personal number then to top it off plugs did not work and the shower was disgusting with old dried soap like it hadn’t been cleaned either.

I would have done better by sleeping in my car.

The whole hotel was dirty as hell. It smelled as soon as you walked in. Our room was disgusting. Nothing was clean, the bathroom door was falling apart, one of the walls in the room had water damage to it and the whole wall would move. We didnt ask for a room change cause everything in the hotel was dirty. We were only there 1 night. Also the hotel has a bar that is part of the amenities when you reserve room. My sister in law and i tried to go to the bar and they wantes to charge for entry even though we were guest at the hotel... hell no.

This happened to me at 3 separate properties, 3 issues, employees left stranded, refusal to send refunds, refusal to work with me. The only common factor was F-ups by Expedia! BBB going to love this one!

The place is older and somewhat rundown, BUT the incredible staff makes it work. Check-in was quick and easy. On arriving at our room we noted a cigarette burn on the bedspread and an inoperative light. Called the front desk and within 5 minutes he was there with someone from housekeeping and spare bulbs. Changed the bedspread and remade the bed, fixed the light and checked the others. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an outside room and heard noise, even though there are nearby train tracks. Not the greatest place, but the staff made up for it.

When I got there at 4:00pm no body was in front desk I had to wait for 10 mins for someone to get there, there is a ice machine in front lobby, a man was grabbing ice with his hands and loading his cooler, front desk didn’t even tell me my room number, no kind of information just rude, when we got into room, housekeeper came and said room was not ready, she needed to bring towels, later, we asked for a extra pillow, front desk said come get it,the 2 nights we stayed it was loud people banging on our door, arguing in hallways, outside was people just standing looked like prostitution, not a good experience at all

I ordered towels to be deliverer two days in a row, and I never received them. On the second day, I searched for housekeeping to get them myself. There was a dead cockroach on the floor near my bed, and waiting for the water in the shower to warm up took more than 10 minutes. If you need cheap, fast, and somewhere just to sleep, then this could be perfect, but I won’t be staying here again.

The smell of curry fills the air as soon as you walk in… they make devices that help it not!!! The pool is murky and it looks like someone poured bubble bath into the hot tub. There are shopping carts everywhere and the breakfast was horrible… the eggs needed to be cooked 2 minutes more… the bacon was paper thing and the cleanliness was very bad…. Ow the room… there was a big chunk of hair in the shower still and there was water damage to the whole restroom.. the internet was super weak and the tv was crap. The bed made a sound like a muffled gun shot everytime one of us go in!!! The ping pong table had holes in it and the golf course was uneven….

I stayed at the Ramada in Odessa, TX off Business 20 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The overall appearance was extremely worn, with multiple nail holes in the walls and visible stains on the ceiling. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the room lacked a clean, fresh feel. Even after being moved to a different room, the sheets still had stains, which was concerning. I also saw several roaches during my stay. Everything felt grimy and poorly maintained. Had it not been so late after a long day of travel, I would have left and found another hotel.

Increíble, el primero estaba ocupado y con maletas dentro de el de hsi nos dieron el segundo y dentro de el olía a animal muerto o algo asqueroso y no servía la tv y el tercero que nos dieron tampoco servía la tv y ya no dijimos nada porque era ya demasiado pésimo servicio y nos quedamos en el, como ya, estaba pagado por hotels. Com ya no podíamos cambiarnos de hotel y era noche y estábamos cansados. Teníamos buena experiencia con los hoteles Ramada de Nuevo México pero aquí fue el extremo opuesto. Nada recomendable ni para una noche de estadía, hotel viejo, y mutcnsl mantenimiento y servicio

The room had several areas that needed repair work and was very dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The fake eggs was not good and you had little to choose from. In my opinion you should take this property off your stay list.

A really ghetto place! I had to call the main office line to get a number for the front desk to complain about some people yelling and screaming outside of our room for over an hour! The bed was horrible and broken and I almost fell off of it several times. I told the front desk person about that this morning. I really think I deserve a full refund for this horrible experience.

The room was gross. We had to ask for almost new everything (bed redone, new shower curtain because ours was dirty, a remote- our tv didn’t have one, new chairs due to ours being stained and dirty). It would have been easier for us to get a new room, but they offered to get us everything. Every morning like clock work, someone would use some sort of leave blower or some device to blow dirt everywhere. This would leave it going into your rooms. It got to the point where we had to buy a mop and mop every day because there would be aloof of dust or dirt on the ground. We also had to buy disinfectant wipes to redo the “job” they did when they redid our rooms. We were on the bottom floor and could hear everything everyone above us did, said and thought. This property could use an upgrade.

Upon checking in, I was told, and written on my key card, a different room number. I was attempting to get into a room that already had someone in it. I was traveling by myself with my children and had to get everything back together and back in the car, go to the front desk because they wouldn't answer the phone, and inform them of the room issue. I didn't receive an apology, or anything. They looked at me and said "No it's ___." The room was not comfortable or fully clean. The TV did not work. Will never stay or recommend to anyone else.

I reserved a handicap room with roll in shower. They didnt have one for me when i arrived. The booking said free breakfast and they didnt have anything for breakfast and coffee in loby was out of order.

It was disgusting and horrible! The walls were all dirty, broken bathtub with residue on the stopper. The chairs in the room were hard with stains and visibly gross! there was dried blood on one of the chairs by the pool. The worst of if all is there was bed bugs!!! And they tried to give me a different room but i denied it and they sent someone before i could go up front where people could hear what i had to say. Please dont stay there!!! Im trying to add a photo of the bed bugs but its not allowing me to.

Victoria (front desk clerk) obviously doesn’t know how to treat her customers with respect. She is too worried about who is trying to have sex with her man Alex so if she feels u are a threat she will lie about anything to get u removed off property regardless how much money you spend daily to stay. She needs to learn how to separate business from her personal insecurities I’ll never stay here again!!

The pillows and blankets smelled terrible and felt dirty, like they hadn’t been washed in ages. Even the towels smelled bad and were unusable. It was revolting. On top of that, nothing in the room worked properly—the plumbing was awful, and the lights barely worked. To make matters worse, we were put in the back of the hotel, where it was incredibly noisy all night. There was constant yelling and chaos outside, making it impossible to relax or feel safe. This hotel needs a complete overhaul, and they should update their pictures to reflect the truth about its poor condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

I had them switch me to an inside room as I'm not a crack head. In the inside room the only way to turn the tv on/off or control sound was to walk over to it as the remote only worked for the direct tv function only. Stains on walls and the bedding was hard as can be. Pillows sucked, lumpy as hell. People kept knocking on my door late in the evening saying they were looking for a friend of theirs and he gave them this room. These were just shifty ass dealers. Place is basically a spot for prostitutes and dope. Do not recommend. Stay away unless that's your thing... Didn't have any problems with the staff.

The room smelled like weed. The AC did not work. People came to.our door askimg if we wanted to score. We asked for a new comforter, and the "new" one had blood stains all over it. We had to listen to the neighbor beat his wife over "the last hit off the pipe".

The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and so kind. Front desk staff especially were amazing and very understanding. Housekeeping was prompt and helpful and very quick. Pool and hot tub was an added bonus and I enjoyed having access to a gym right near my room.

Everything about our stay was unpleasant. Our rooms were so dirty, the floors and couches were almost black because of how dirty they were, there was no phones to reach reception and at 3 am there were people shouting death threats to each other which woke us up and startled us, then we tried looking for a phone to call front desk and there wasn’t one. Showers were very old and dirty, sheets were stained and overall ambiance was very old and ghetto.

Was okay for quick trip

Nice bar on this property. The Indian food isn't something everyone with like for this area. Try your best to tell front desk you want a inside room instead of outside. Great area for anything you want to do whether it's shopping dining or bar hopping. I've stay here tons of times.

They did not have at check in. Offered me room double beds and wanted to up charge mec$15. Room smelled like it smoke. not cleaned adequately, bed covers looked dirty. Shower curtain definitely dirty from oil. Counter had facial hair all over. Ckerk was rude

The hotel RM were nothing like the web site they were small and don't get to get breakfast cuz they closed early they was told on site

Trashy place and very rude. They have prostitution and drugs all over the place. People roaming around at all hours of the night. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my funds to hit my account and watched 10-15 guest check in and not one of them were asked about a deposit. As soon as I stepped up to the counter the owner or the guy that runs the place asked me about a deposit. I said "a deposit, you didnt say anything to any of them about a deposit" he responded with its up to my discretion on who does and doesnt have to leave a deposit. I was paying with a credit card so i shoupdnt have had to leave a deposit in the first place. Then he tells me there was an issue with the booking. That i needed to go back into my app and cancel the reservation that way we could proceed. Once i canceled it he told me there wasnt anything he could do for me. So since they had already charged my card online and that was all the money i had at the time it left me with nothing no car or place to stay so because of this very inconvenient run in i had to stay outside all night. Just a terrible experience altogether

Normal motel-like experience.

This is our 4th time staying. Beds are huge and comfortable. Rooms are clean.

I liked everything about the Ramada. I would recommend anyone traveling to Odessa should stay here.

Customer service at check in was not polite. Room TV did not work, outlet for hair dryer did not work. Floor was sticky. Room was outdated.

For the price of my stay it was really good. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant on location

Was ok for place to sleep

if they was all outside rooms then I’d not stay here. To much happening,it’s way to noisy and walls are paper thin.
