The location and price. The bathtub faucet was loose, the AC was not blowing cold air, the hallway smelled like weed. Saw some weird hairs in the bathtub. It was ghetto to say the least.

There was no breakfast. The room was very clean. I did not realize it was an extended stay. There was Usually just a note at the front desk with a phone number. Since My hearing loss is so great I can't hear on the phone. Thankfully I did not need to call. The staff was very helpful with me walker issues getting in and out of the doors. There were no hand towels. The shower needs a grab bar where I got out of the shower. That is a safety issue. The TV did not work. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I booked on booking and when I got there hotel staff was not only completely out of uniform but also very rude and over charged me. When I brought it to their attention they were very dismissive, kicked me out within seconds of charging my card and still have yet to give me. This happened on Monday and today is Saturday. The worst service I ever experienced and now I see why their ratings are so low.

First room they put me in was not cleaned. Water bottles on table and bed not made. 2nd room was clean but a lot of banging on walls and the people above stomping on floor and bouncing a ball. It was constant even after calling desk 3vtimes to do something about it

Key wouldn’t work at my door. Couldn’t access the internet. Won’t stay there again. I’ll pay more and stay somewhere else.

Staff was extremely rude because we felt sick the morning of check out and didnt check out on time. We proceeded to pay late fee plus additional day because they demanded it even though they locked us out of the room. The lady in the front proceeded to raise her voice and take pictures of us and our vehicles invading our privacy even after having paid the late fee PLUS an additional day! Worst customer service and lack of empathy towards customers. 100% do NOT recommend staying here.

Constant banging at night. Must bring your own toilet paper and wash own sheets/towels. Adan waltzed in 30 minutes late with quite the frown on his face and overcharged me.

Everything was dirty refrigerator, the bed wasn't clean they used the same sheets for a couple customers and the cup top was disgusting 😒 so nasty everything without clean I never gonna be thid place again

There was nothing in the room. We reserved to stay an entire week and there wasn't any place to sit other than 2 kitchen chairs. Only had one night stand for a queen size bed that was hard as a rock. No hair dryers or dishes/pots and pans for kitchenette. The place smelled like smoke and the hallways were noisy and dirty. The parking lot was noisy, and parking was tight. A lot of people running vehicles in the middle of the night. Also had a lot of oil field works and really didn't feel very safe or secure.

I didn’t like the fact there was no WIFI . There was absolutely no help from front desk staff the whole stay .I honestly would like a refund or credit back because it was a terrible experience

The check in was quick and uneventful, clean room but most importantly it was quiet.

My microwave was broken, and I had to receive 4 different WiFi codes before I could connect. Beds have a plastic cover under the sheets making it very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Throughout my 11 night stay my room never got serviced for the trash, clean towels, or even toilet paper.

My rooms were given away. I didn’t get to stay there bc it was completely full. The front desk clerk said that they had to give the rooms to all the customers who had prepaid for their rooms. Mind you, I pre reserved two rooms with my credit card a week in advance. This was just ridiculous! Never again I will ever stay or reserve in that hotel!!!

I payed for 10 days and they stared to tell me after after 6 day that I owe a balance of three hundred dollars. Telling me that every days because I had to get my room key scan .

The only amenities provided, where they have a full kitchen: bars of soap, towels. Not a cup or a spoon or a blow dryer or coffee maker or ironing board. Filthy. The main floor smelled like sewer gas.

The only thing I did not like is that it has nothing. It has a kitchenette but no glasses and no cups. It has no blow dryer, no iron and no coffee maker. Maybe it's just me, but I've stayed in several motels, and they all have at least a blow dryer and ironing board. But It is a very clean motel.

I’ve had ongoing issues staying at WoodSpring Suites in Odessa for work. From unposted holiday closures and disruptive guests to key card failures and billing errors, it’s been a constant problem. On one occasion, I've been woken up by management demanding payment, only for them to realize they made an error in charging my stay through Expedia. Recently, after showing proof of payment and my checkout date, the assistant manager was dismissive, saying I still owed a balance, even telling me to stay somewhere else if I didn’t like it. The poor management and customer service have made it clear I won’t be staying at WoodSpring Suites again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it.

Very basic hotel. No frull, to be expectected Seems luke a hotel that caters to oul field workers, construction. Water pupes are loud. Walls need cleaning. But for a quick overnighter while traveling it wasnt bad. No hotel staff after hours. I was told if we get locked out its an extra $20 and they have to call staff.

Check in went perfectly fine went to the room after check in room was clean and nice. Left to spend time with friends and family got back to hotel about 1:30 am went to room and noticed people standing everywhere. One of the other guests asked if our room key was working i said it should be tried it on the door and it did not work they said she was going to charge 20.00 cash to make a new key i was like what. So i went back down to lobby and more people everywhere its like the whole hotel was locked out of thier rooms. I paid the 20.00 and got new key which still did not work. The chick at the desk end up having to come let us in with master key. I not at all amused with the situation and had us sign a paper for lock out which i assume is for if key was lost or locked in room but i had it in hand. So i have no idea what was going on nor do i care it could have been handled better. I will never stay there again if that is how they handle things.

Shouldn't you have that listed next to the time frames that is mentioned higher up in the email instead of damn near at the bottom? Thanks for the 3 hours of asleep at my OWN home and having to be to work at 645AM.

Barrage- king bed was a full size bed that was scary with two people felt like it would fall apart at any moment.

They were suites but u had to bring your own everything, from coffee to hairdryer.

The staff. The staff here are absolutely amazing.

All night long the room above me had kids running back and forth non stop , sounds like they were jumping off the bed. The beds felt like I was sleeping on the pavement.

Customer service was rude and intimidating when a complaint is lodged. Non responsive to guest complaints and when holding them accountable for their lack of responsiveness, the become rude and intimidating

Good area many restaurants and stores at walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Only negative was that the room did have a cigarette smell to it even though its a non smoking room. We were offered to change rooms , but were tired and had already brought down all our belongings. Room cleaning is only offered to those who stay a week or more. Rooms on first floor or below the top floor can be a little noisy because of kids playing.around.. walls a little thin. All in all enjoyed the stay and price. Would stay again.

The room was mediocre but my issue was our door room, it was hard to lock. If you shut it normally it wouldnt lock, you have to slam it repeatedly for it to latch. You have to take your own trash out to the garbage outside as well.

Staff would star knocking at your door early to ask you to leave on your check out day. I worked night shift at 9 am they star knocking on the door for housekeeping.

We needed a place to stay for a night and it was perfect for that. It's obviously used more for oil filed workers, but for one night, it was cheap and clean. Front office was kinda rude. When I arrived to check in, he was trying to check in another person. It was taking quite a while and I asked to use the restroom. He wouldn't let me use the restroom until I was checked in.

This is the best hotel in the area for the money. Very reasonable & clean.

The room was clean. The mattress and pillow was firmer than I would have liked. The sheet were clean and fresh. This was a cost effective, minimalistic, facility. Had refrigerator, microwave, and two burner electric range but no utensils. Would have been nice if this was noted on their web site. The room met my needs, and had hot water in the shower.

Hi where do I start. So the whole room smell like old cigarettes. Like I guess it was in the wall or in there. But I use for braze. I could not get that old cigarette smell out of the room. The whole 10 days I stayed there plus no room service at all. Like when I will go to training with the USPS I thought I will come in there. Get fresh linen and french towels. Nothing the whole two weeks and it just smelled and felt so bad. It was nasty, just old cigarettes. It was unacceptable.

At arrival into the room the bed sheets were stained the room smelled dirty, i was changed to another room and it smell really bad (marijuana) the bed was not stable it moved when you would sit on the edge, towels where dirty and stained. Very bad experience and very low quality hotel!!!

Sandy, the lady at the front desk, was amazing. He was kind, thoughtful, and courteous. She needs a raise!

I had problems with my room key and waiting up to an hour for someone to come to the front desk to be helped out. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re desperate to find a place to stay.

No particular complaints. It was clean and comfortable. The key cards are known to quit working so be careful leaving your room after hours.

The stay at this location, wasn't the best. The AC/Heater unit went out in the room, and we also ended up not having any working outlets. The lady at the front desk, did give me the box fan to use, however it didn't last long since the electric in the room wouldn't work. She was the only good thing about this hotel, with her being understanding and willing to help no matter what the time is, she was calling people trying to get the issue resolved. She tried to move rooms, but all were booked. There could be a lot of improvements made in total with the building such as bed, bathroom, cleanliness etc.

I didn’t like that they would not let my Uber come to my room to deliver my food then they did notify me the front desk that they had it sitting there I have to call my Uber eats they told them I went down to pick and would not give me my food intill I put on a shirt also the a/c did not work that well they had no lotion soap conditioner and shower supplies

Had a really bad experience, no staff to check in were there for more than 15 min. Had to rebook another hotel.

I was going to stay a whole week but ended up staying 5 days. The room comes with a kitchen but you have to buy pots,pans etc. Who travel and Carrie's pots and pans utensils etc. Then they only give you 2 towels & they'll clean the room every other week after you've been there for 3 weeks I said I'll only be her 1 week so that means they won't clean it then. They said nope ,plus you have to be throwing out the trash to the dumpsters. Once you walk in it smells like they were doing a crawfish boil. Since the check in window,elevator and all the way to where you room is.Found some roaches in the restroom. It was my first and last time staying there. AThey say free wi-fi but it doesnt work you have to pay to get the better service.And they won't refund you.

Instructions to call on provided phone to check in. Other folks in front of me with key issues. Called number provided and it just rang and rang for over 45 minutes. Finally, someone showed up, then no keys would work - system issues. Was walked to room - Master key opened. Could not return to.car as no keys working. Room clean - no shampoo provided - couldnt go to car to get shampoo as no key. Only stayed one night - that was the plan anyway.

The way they handled booking when i got their the lady at front desk asked my disabled two daughters for their ID because they was over 21. If i was me and my husband she would've ask for his ID she only supports to get my id cause the booking was in my name only with 2 in the room

I will never stay at this place again! Rude and incompetent night front desk attendant. Also the rules that this hotel has, for example if your trash can is full they want you to go and throw it in the dumpster. I am paying to stay at your hotel and that is why you have paid housekeeping that only shows up once a week. They can grab my bag and throw it away themselves. This is the worst stay i ever had and the only kitchenette room with absolutely no utensils, pots or pans, nothing!
