Comfortable bed. Clean room. I recommend this hotel

Nice property.

I liked the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Towels were abundant. Lots of space for toiletries. Air conditioning unit was noisy at all times and a dirty washcloth had been left hanging in the shower rod by a previous guest and had gone unnoticed by housekeeping I guess. I was surprised there was no closet or hangers at all, just there holds in the wall. I asked for a couple hangers at the front desk and they were able to find one. Had a nice dress that needed hanging up. One nasty little surprise in the bill was a $10 fee per day for parking. I was not made aware of that at check-in. Ironically the entire parking lot was nearly empty. It is hot humid summer in Florida. Overall, good. But I can’t say great.

The room was nice and clean and the bed felt very cozy. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, the staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. I guess my only complaint would be low water pressure in the shower but being I’m bald it’s not really an issue for me.

The offerings for breakfast were various. I loved the coffee. Breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly and accommodated us to store 13' pole vault poles. The room smelled wonderful, and the bed/pillows were soft. The AC was perfect. My only suggestion is for the deep cleaning staff to clean the legs/bottom of cabinets and the sink vanity.

The only issue was not having tea in the room.

The water pressure in bathroom was low and water was barely warm. Someone on our floor was staying in the room with the dog that was barking throughout the whole night and morning. Other then that, no complaints, but warm water and good night sleep are important

Our stay was great. The room was clean and spacious with easy check-in and checkout.

This is a well run property. Breakfasts are good, staff is very attentive.

Breakfast had a daily variety of similaritems, yet consistent on some wihich was perfect for all ages!

Overall the only things I would change is some of the garbages were a bit dirty upon arrival and need to be replaced. I wish there was more water bottles in the fridge as well would be very nice! Other than that not much else!

The room was spacious. TV service was good, Linens were clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly. The A/C in our room was noisy, but it worked well. It was hard to fall asleep because of the noise. Bed was too firm but the pillows and blankets made it cozier. Bathroom toilet/bathtub was tight. Door was too close to toilet.

I didn’t use the pool but I saw many smiles when I asked how they liked the outdoor pool. The breakfast selections were delicious. I liked the warm cheesy bagel. Families had fun with the unique waffle iron and choice of flavors. The coffee was fantastic. Breakfast staff were friendly, cleaned often and kept selections full. Front desk and housekeeping staff smiled and greeted us warmly. Keep up the good work.

Room was clean. But there didn’t seem to be the ability to turn the fan up, down or off on the air conditioning unit. It stayed on all the time.

The clean rooms was great The staffing and how they trying to take extra money from us even though we already book though booking.com They gave us trouble all morning forcing us to pay a price that we didn’t need to pay since it was their fault that their system was down.

The room was very neglected. Old, musty and outdated. They must save the worst rooms for reservations made through 3rd parties. Front desk staff needs to be retrained. Not one smile from either daytime or nighttime hosts. They all have the attitude that they are doing me such a big favor for letting me stay there. Printer and internet services were down for majority of my stay. And for the icing on the cake, I was charged $10 a night to park, which I was never informed of until I called the day after I checked out.

The hot tub was luke warm. The jets didn't work. If you pick a hotel with a hot tub it should be fully working and not just Luke warm.

Room was spacious and appeared to be clean We were bitten all night on the bed by some type of bug. It was not bed bugs that we're aware but we both ended up with bites and very itchy. I made the desk person aware and she did not even apologize. She just handed me a card with the number to Corporate but only because I asked her for the number. There were also some automakers ridiculous charges like self parking. Like where would we park if not there so why the charge? Also I was not are there was a state tax. I'm a Florida resident. Not happy at all with our stay. This was the second time and the first time we did not have these issues except for an extremely loud extracter on the 7th floor that ran all day and night. Will not be staying there again.

This hotel is absolutely perfect! From the cleanliness, the breakfast options, and the staff, it’s an excellent place! And the Whiskey Wings restaurant that’s right next to the hotel has great food and entertainment! Ask for a coupon at the front desk. I highly recommend!

The heater did not work in the room and they charge a 10.70 parking fee they do not explain at check in but bill you after you checkout 2 days later.

Room size for our family of 4 was great. Also free parking and breakfast included was a plus. Staff were great and I want to give a shout out to Greg on the reception when we got there on Christmas Day evening and the Hotel system was down. He was very friendly and helpful between trying to get everyone installed and solving the issue. Awesome customer service! We only had 3 towels for a family of 4 and when I asked for more the second day we were there they had none (only pool towels).

Humming noise all day and night from vent by ice machine

The room and bathroom was very spacious which was great. But the cleanliness was definitely sub par. There were red sauce splatters on the wall, a floss stick and crumbs from the last guest on the floor!! A broken lamp that should be thrown away. (Which also had red stuff on it). Other than the cleanliness it was great. Because of that I only give 3 stars. But I would probably go back (and just bring my own cleaning supplies). Pool and hot tub also very nice. Staff was friendly.

First time visiting, Gina, at front desk was there to greet me with a smile. I was allowed to check in early. Rest of stay was restful and stress free. Every staff member was polite and accommodating. Breakfast was very filling. Hot tub and pool were clean. I will be back when I am able. Well done staff!

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive; Greg was particularly helpful. The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable and clean, fresh towels were delivered daily. We have a toddler who doesn’t like to eat restaurant food, so I made a bunch of meals for him which I froze for our flight, so the microwave and fridge were crucial for our stay. While most hotels are equipped with these, this hotel room had a separate “kitchen area” that was extremely convenient for prepping his food. The breakfast bar offered a large variety of food, including a variety of selections daily (hash browns, country potatoes; chicken sausage patties, country sausage, pork sausage patties; scrambled eggs, western omelettes, hard boiled eggs, etc), a pastry case full of scones, muffins, different types of bread, bagels, coffee cakes, a waffle bar with toppings, cereal bar, a juice bar, and a 24 hour coffee/tea/cocoa bar (self-service). There was a wonderful lady who managed the breakfast bar & it was never packed, surprisingly. Parking was not overtly plentiful, we were never without a spot, & it was free, so no complaints! The pool was always empty. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations within a five minute drive, but the hotel still had a quiet & secluded feel to it. It was about 30 mins to Clearwater Beach, 40 mins from Indian Rock Beach, an hour from the Springs (Wiki Washee), 20 mins from the River Walk, & 15mins from the airport. This place is a winner!

Breakfast was awesome!! There were options for every type of pallet and preference. My two preteens, my mom, and myself all throughly enjoyed our respective meals and left fully satisfied.

They were all very nice and professional. The only thing they have to do is make sure the breakfast is hot, not cold or lukewarm and the coffee and tea must be hot too. It was always warm but that's the only bad thing. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would go back again

It’s a great location…. Staff was really nice and efficient. The property was clean. The pool was great. The breakfast was awesome. Try hey had eggs fritta , sausage, and waffles just to name a few things they had.

Not hotel's fault, however, on first night, my children, teenagers, woke up to some very loud and inappropriate noises coming from one of the rooms. They said it lasted for over 2 hours. Luckily, we assumed "they" checked out as it was all quiet the 2nd night. We stayed a total of 5 nights without further issues.

After we had a mishap with our original hotel , Hampton took us in last minute. We were only suppose to stay until Sunday, however our kid had a hockey tournament game that night and they were very accommodating to us to get another night.

Everyone from front desk to breakfast coordinator were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, hotel was well located to the areas we had to visit. Quiet and safe, yet restaurants and activities were close.

As always- Hampton Inn provides a clean environment, great breakfast and friendly front desk.

The hotel was under a Mandatory evacuation because of Hurricane Milton and they charged me for the room anyway. Never checked in, never had a chance.
