This is the third time I have stayed at this place. It is always very clean. Tbe rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. It is close to Memphis but in a quiet, secluded area. Nice restaurant and bar area and a beautiful pool. I will stay there again when I am in the Memphis area.

Room was very clean and nice with a view of the pool off the balcony. Staff also helpful and polite. Breakfast is always great. I will stay there again for sure

The room was okay. Staff at front needs to learn how to provide proper directions. Did not eat breakfast or use bar. I left 300 am in the morning. Hotel could use some updating. No USB access to charge phone in room only if you have a plug in box. They can change the lamps and use lamps that have USB port. The bed was comfortable room 125 I must say.

Avoid this hotel. The staff took three hours to bring pillows to my room. They had small throw pillows on a king bed. The phone never worked despite notifying staff. Breakfast buffet was chicken eggs and rice. The bed was awful. It was sloped and very hard. The floors were sticky and looked in disrepair.

What looked like a brand new air conditioning system, nice new looking bathroom and Tv. Quiet at night. Staff was poor, lots of broken things and scratches on walls and doors. Very very strong smell of weed often, old stained furniture in the room, some of the towels were also stained. The elevator look absolutely horrible and felt like it was going to break down any moment, when I was leaving one side was beeping and not moving at all.

It was a nice hotel to stay in for 1 night. Very outdated though. Breakfast was ok. Needs more parking.
- 3/5
Front desk staff extremely rude at every interaction.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was polite. Bar was nice. You can tell it's an older hotel
- 3/5
Breakfast was kind of disappointing. Our family came down to eat with 30 minutes left during breakfast to find almost nothing available. Eggs almost gone, gravy gone, sausage gone. They did bring out fresh bacon after we came down which was appreciated. Not sure what brand of coffee they use but it was not good. Overall not a terrible stay though aside from the floor and breakfast. Our room was quiet, the beds comfortable, check in/out was quickand easy, and staff was very pleasant. We would stay again but would be sure to get to breakfast earlier.
- 4/5
Room was outdated but very clean
- 5/5
The room was nice and it was quiet for the most part. I really enjoyed the fact the windows open.
- 1/5
Dirt, fresh blood stains and multiple yellow/brown urine stains on sheet, mattress pad and mattress. One of the housecleaning staff took pictures and was shaking her head. Absolutely disgusting and a biohazard contamination of bodily fluids! We had to ask to be changed to another room and by the time that happened it was 12:45 am! Our hall wreaked with the strong smell of marijuana that wafted into our room as well. There was a line of cars outside waiting to have their windshields tinted/coated by some side business going on right where you check into the hotel. An extension cord was coming out of the front door of the hotel (safety hazard) that was being used by the windshield tinting side business conducting its business while hotel customers had to step over the cord and around people sitting there waiting for their cars to be done; and it was raining which added to the danger of trying to step over the extension cord and around the extra people. The buttons in the elevator did not light up when you pushed them and the arrow buttons at the top of the elevator were busted and not functioning. All of this absolute filth and inconvenience of changing rooms at 12:45 am so we could have clean sheets/bed, a violation of health department sanitation standards, and we were still charged for our one night stay! This is completely unacceptable! You pay for a clean, comfortable stay. We did NOT get that!! I have pictures of proof. A disgusting, filthy place!

We stayed one night. The room was clean, although the decor is dated and somewhat shabby. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, biscuits, grits, fresh mixed fruit, toast, cereal, and drinks. All Staff were courteous and helpful. Good value and convenient location.,
- 5/5
Nice staff & cozy, clean room
- 2/5
There were cockroaches in my daughter’s room. We left & went to a newer cleaner hotel. Do Nit stay here until this place is completely major renovated.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful, just wish we didn't have mold in the ice bucket, it looked like it was never cleaned!
- 4/5
The hotel is huge and beautiful, and the man who checked me in was very nice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and I really liked that it had a balcony. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The grits had a strange taste and were watery, the sausage seemed old and dry, the eggs weren’t hot, and the gravy looked old and crusty. It honestly seemed like the breakfast food had been reheated from the day before. The stay itself was pleasant, but the quality of the breakfast definitely needs improvement.
- 4/5
We just used the pool they were very cool about it. Could us a little love.
- 3/5
My stay was very disappointing. The room smelled musty as soon as I walked in. The mattress had a large stain that looked like blood, which was extremely concerning. I reported this to the front desk and was told a cleaning crew would come, but no one ever showed up. They also didn’t offer to switch me to another room. For the price I paid, I expected a clean and safe place to sleep. This experience was unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
The property was convenient to the area I was visiting. Close to restaurants, golf, and family.
- 4/5
I loved it the pool was great didn't get to eat breakfast by 8 they ran out of plates so we didn't get to eat other then that it was great
- 3/5
We had a 1st floor room at the back of the hotel. The sliding glass doors were filthy and the tracks were so caked with dirt they would barely slide. Outside there were empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhereabd all dirt. The sink drain was not working. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast sausage looked and tasted like it has been recooked from the day before and the bread was stale.
- 5/5
I loved the beautiful property and enjoyed the MSNF going on there.
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel, however my tv didn’t work in the room nor refrigerator. I addressed the tv issue, nothing happened. At check, I explained that the tv nor refrigerator worked and I wasn’t shown empathy nor anything complementary for the issues. I had food in the fridge that went bad
- 5/5
I wished I could have watched some movies!
- 5/5
Amazing stay good service I will be back
- 3/5
The inside seems nicer than the outside. We made our choice based on the pool and even though we asked at check in if it was open, it was locked when we arrived moments later. The following day the pool opened 1 hr before checkout which was inconvenient. We were not able to swim at all. Rooms were a bit inconvenient to walk to from the elevators.

The negative to report is we would've loved to have two chairs instead of one because of my wife and I's handicap we relax better in a comfortable chair than lying in bed.
- 2/5
Smells really bad
- 3/5
Floors in the room hallway were super slippery like they used pledge on the hard floor. outside cones denoted tripping hazards. No guides or anything inside rooms. It was quiet which was good. Room was clean and in good older condition
- 5/5
Staff very friendly, everything went smoothly, late checkout no problem.
- 2/5
I will never stay there again because the hot water wasn’t working good had bugs flying in the room like nets I’ll say stains on chairs the hallways was all ways hot didn’t know way but I want stay there again and ohh the front desk guy when I was checking in he keep on giving me hard time over and over I was just having a bad night that night but it’s over now thank god I’m safe and out peaceful

Staff at check-in, Ruby, friendly and efficient It is worth every penny

This hotel was nice, quiet and the food at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
It was great. We got there rather late so we missed the bar but it was our wedding day and it was nice.
- 5/5
Our stay was enjoyable
- 4/5
The hotel is big and has a restaurant inside. The only thing i used and didn't like was that the elongated toilet seat didn't match the rounded toilet and felt uncomfortable. I would stay again for the price i paid. It's a beautiful older hotel that would be excellent for weddings and formal gatherings.

The breakfast on Sunday morning was limited. As they must’ve ran out of items before the weekend was up. There was no milk, no jelly or butter. There was no creamer for the coffee. The food was hot, but when they ran out of items, it took an extremely long time to have it replaced

The hotel lovey and common areas smelled bad very moldy. The room was very dirty including the sheets on the bed had stains. The chairs in the room had very bad stains and smelled.
- 3/5
Staff were friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable enough. I was at a convention and my friends running it told me that the hotel did not fulfill several important parts of the contract. Some meeting rooms and hotel rooms were not provided, so the convention did not enough room for everything that was planned. Just days before the convention, some guests had their hotel rooms canceled and money refunded because there weren’t enough rooms. Additionally, one elevator broke down for half a day, but they got it fixed the same day. The included breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, grits and biscuits. But everything kept running out throughout the breakfast period. No fruit, no cereal, no yogurt, danish or muffins.
- 5/5
It was great and the breakfast was good also great stay

typical motel level rooms, it was clean, a little noisy due to some college conference in town. complimentary breakfast was good, area was safe.

Clean room, decent breakfast. Stairwells stink and a little rough.

Jermy at the front desk was the most professional and concerning worker I ver seen in my life!! He always asked me was I ok with my stay, did I need anything to please just let him know, & gave me information for bar and drink menus…Very nice service and nice hotel!! Worker (Jermy) at the front desk should b a manager as good of service he gave me!!! Thank you

The man who worked the front desk last night took multiple payments and mutiple deposits from our card. He claimed it had been declined however it had not. We had to have another gentleman look at it this morning. Thank god for him because if he wouldnt of looked at the transactions we would of been out of $300 for a one night stay! Please everyone look at your accounts before you even your room at check in time. Also there is no microwaves in the rooms we have stayed in. That is a big inconvenience!!
- 5/5
When traveling from Ohio, we only stay here. It is clean, we feel safe and it is very affordable!
- 5/5
This was a fabulous classic hotel. We loved it. It was clean and comfortable. It felt safe. It was quiet. We slept well. We go back and forth between Missouri and Alabama frequently. This will be our new middle stop.
- 5/5
Super nice and cheap place for one-night travelers, the attention of the agent at the entrance to check in was very friendly and explanatory, without a doubt a place where I would return because the room was very clean and comfortable
- 3/5
I loved the setup of the hotel. It was wonderful. Beautiful even. Reminded me of something from the past. My dislikes about the hotel, their wifi. Having a block on it so you couldn't game or watch movies on it. Couldn't even access my company's website because it was so horrible. They need to remove the blocks on the wifi, and have better wifi service or more routers for better signal.
- 4/5
I liked the price, value and quiet. I disliked the location, breakfast and lack of a room microwave.
- 4/5
Nice to play to just lay your head for a night or two
- 5/5
Poor elevator design with ramps serving two floors. Ramps are steep and luggage carts are to heavy for the grade.
- 5/5
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The room was beautifully designed, with top-notch amenities and breathtaking views. The dining was a highlight—delicious food and excellent presentation. The staff was always available and attentive. An unforgettable, luxurious stay!

Worst.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness
- 4/5
My main complaint about this Hotel was the dirty floors, in the rooms and hallways. Breakfast was a little scarce, and nothing refilled. Our air conditioning broke down during the night, so I hope they repaired it.
- 3/5
Historic structure, grand staircase, but needs gutted and redone. They have plastered and painted over. The cosmetic fixes are not working any more
- 1/5
Room was dirty and smelled awful. Smoking everywhere. Won’t be back.
- 1/5
We showed up to a very dingy looking building. As soon as you walk into the building it stunk. Our room was dark and smelt horrible and the room where the housekeeping is kept looked very dark and unclean. The area felt very unsafe. We left immediately and refused to stay a night there. The reviews are very misleading.
- 4/5
what unique is the room have a glass door that one can open outside. I feel that the price very good for this hotel.

The night we arrived our bathroom light quit working. We thought we had blown the bulb so we called the front desk who notified maintenence. After 2 hours maintenence finally came to our room. We really didn't think anything of it. Things happens and check-in was really busy. Maintenence ran in and out of the room a few times and the light started working. Saturday off and on we didnt have any lights in our bathroom. Sunday we never had lights in our bathroom at all. While talking to a few other guests at breakfast we learned that the whole left side of the hallway we stayed ins bathrooms was without lights. We couldn't get our showers hot and our room smelt like wet dog the whole time we were there. We are very dissappointed we spent our money on this hotel.
- 2/5
My 1st room 427 had crickets inside somewhere hiding and chirping loudly, so i asked to change rooms. My 2nd room M303 had ants on the night stand everywhere. The ants would occasionally crawl onto the bed. I eventually i just got up and checked out early. Luckily for me i live down the street and had just got a room for the weekend to get away from visiting inlaws. Unfortunately to sleep comfortably i had to deal with the inlaws.
- 5/5
I would tell family and friends about this hotel.

The lady at the counter that helped check us in was fantastic! She was so helpful and even gave us an early check in.

- 2/5
My room wasn't clean. Loud and there were ants
- 4/5
Very clean and friendly
- 3/5
The check in and out attendants could have been more friendly. The elevator instructions should have also been included as it was not as defined as you would think it would be. For example to go to a room of the 200’s you had to hit M in elevator to get to and to get to a 400 room number you had to go to 4R or would end up on floor with 300 rooms.
- 1/5
We booked and paid for a King size room called made sure we got a king size room. Get here they have a whole conference going on get to the room first thing We noticed where two beds. Go back to lobby only thing we were offered was our money back and not what we paid for. We are a married couple that needed a break and had to sleep in separate beds, to be comfortable .They catered too who they wanted to cater to we will not stay here again very disappointed.
- 5/5
The beds r very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I like the rooms having access to the outside instead of walkn a mile to get to a exit. But there hotel didnt have extra shower chairs for there handi for accessible room and the room is outdated from the lobby and the hallways r very long and with people with breathing problems its very hard to walk other then that i loved it
- 1/5
I was very unhappy at the fact that my room smell like mariguana all the time, and not o my my room but the hallways too
- 5/5
Great staff! Close to shopping and dining options. Plus an on-site restaurant!
- 2/5
We got there and customer service was good when we arrived-pets are not welcome and the Hotel was old in in run down condition
- 5/5
Kinda sketchy with homeless people walking around when I got here. Room isn't top rate, but nice.
- 5/5
Softest pillows! Melted into the bed after a hot shower!
- 1/5
They put me in a nasty, stinking room with stains everywhere. Oh and bugs. I went to the front desk and told the guy that it was unacceptable and that I would not stay there. He asked me if I would at least stay the night, if he gave me another room , and he would refund all my money the following morning. He did put me in a different room that was somewhat better for the night. Naturally he wasn’t on shift the following morning so I informed the lady at the desk , because no manager was to be found ,about the conversation I had with the night guy and she assured me that the manager would take care of the refund when she came in. 2 1/2 weeks later and no refund and miraculously the manager is always in a meeting and never has returned my calls.
- 2/5
Check in started with a man tracking blood on his shoes through the lobby. Scary. Then checked in to the room which was very rundown to notice the fire alarm didn’t have batteries and kept beeping all night. I called the front desk to have the batteries replaced and they said nobody was able to come do that. Suggested unplugging the fire alarm. Excited to get out the next morning.
- 4/5
The place was nice and clean. Staff were nice at checkin. Only sort of con was that it was SO big and it took me Forever to get to my room from the parking lot. Def not for someone who may have issues walking or breathing.

Bath tub wasn't that clean, glad I had my own cleaning supplies. Because my room was at the end of the hallway, near the door to go outside into the parking lot, the closet was filled with mosquitoes. The coffee maker wasn't clean, so I had to flush it out several times just so I could have hot water for my tea. But the bed was comfortable and clean, and also the area which the bed was in. I was also asked to pay an additional $100 dollars for any damage that may occur, which was crazy because I am a 50 year old woman and it was just me in the room. So I took pictures because that seemed suspect to me.

Hotel was peaceful and quiet
- 4/5
It was so peaceful there and I felt safe.
- 5/5
It was good
- 2/5
It looks very formal and business casual. Was nice but just not what I was expecting at all. Especially with the bath tub not having a bottom faucet for the water to come out. Didn’t feel homey at all. Also is very easy to get lost inside of the building. I wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast included due to not having any idea where it was located.
- 5/5
This is such a hidden gem. The bed was 10x more comfortable than the Hampton Inn I stayed at a couple days prior. I was beyond happy & content. The breakfast was phenomenal. Love this place and won’t stay anywhere else when in that area!!
- 5/5
This was by far the best breakfast ever that was included in the price! Staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure needs were met! I will definitely be visiting this place again!
