I love the beds. Rooms are clean. They're the greatest. I was a bit disappointed that the dining area was closed but breakfast made up for my disappointment lol

Loved the old fashioned feeling. Also had a big 2 queen size room. Thankfully it was big enough for my family not to feel crowded. Our stay wasn't long enough to find something I didn't like.

I am sorry but there is nothing good to tell. The hotel itself is run down. Cleanliness is very poor. Attention to even basic details are non existent. I was sorry I choose to stay here. In the future I will pay a little more for a more pleasant stay somewhere else. I was switched out of the first room b/c of feces smear next to toilet on wall and bug smear. Hairball in microwave and hair in other areas. Second room smelled like cat urine. (I am allergic to cats and reacted right away) The third room which was sufficient was extremely run down. Big update renovation and better cleaning staff

Location. The breakfast was great. They have eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. I love the separate livingroom area. Our AC did not work right. During check in two customers came down to complain about their AC. The hotel looked pretty booked, so I didn't think there would be any free rooms available. So we set it to 60 put the desk chair in front of the AC unit along with the ironing board to direct the air flow towards the bed. I slept with my head at the foot of the bed, never needed the covers and woke up every time it shut off. Why would it shut down if it was set at 60? It NEVER made it to 60! The fridge is too small. Bring back the fridge that fits the space it was meant for. The microwave was fine on the counter. Better towels and a split shower curtain/liner would be a nice upgrade. I know there are new owners, I hope they don't let the quality and standards that we have come to know and love about this hotel go. We have been booking rooms here for over 3 years now.

Room was clean, except for the toilet seat that needed some wiping down. Breakfast was good, has a variety of items to choose from. My only critique was our check out was on a Sunday and we came back to the room Saturday night but because it was after midnight, already technically Sunday, our room keys no longer worked anymore and we had to go all the way back to the front desk for a new one. I wish they wouldn't be set that way cause its an inconvenience if we want to leave the room and come back the day of check out.

I like to stay here when going to the Ontario convention center next door. The hotel is good value and family friendly.

The second night of my staing after midnight there was a lady screaming obcenities and banging the hallway walls and traying to open my door room, called the front desk by phone and nobody answered walked to the front desk nobody there either, after a few minutes a man show up and I explain to him the problem and I do not think he realy care.

I normally love this property because it’s always clean comfortable bed And spacious rooms. I didn’t have any hot water and when I showered in the morning, we waited for it for about 30 to 40 minutes never got hot additionally when checking in at night after a very long two days and very minimal sleep, we were ready to just go to sleep we’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great, but I don’t know if the clerk was having a bad day or what, but when we provided him the ID he refused to run the card until he saw my fiancé‘s face-to-face at the counter, even though we were trying to get a parking because the parking there is pretty bad as well. He was just short tempered and borderline rude and it just was not appreciated.

This place is great! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is nice and very convenient to where we needed to go.

The property is a bit run down. Breakfast for this stay was very limited more of a variety of food would be an improvement. The elevator floors weren't clean. The rooms was large but carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Pillows were awful.

Love the location

Nice staff. However, I asked for extra towels and was told I had to bring my old towels down to them to exchange them for new towels. Hotels should freely give pillows, blankets, towels, etc. I was also very disappointed that the hotel “ran out” of pillows and we weren’t able to get extra pillows. The pillows in the room were not sufficient enough to lean up against so we weren’t very comfortable when trying to watch tv. Furthermore, the tv was cable and had no smart tv option to stream shows so it was kind of a let down that we couldn’t watch our shows. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 9 pm but we went down at 8:20 and it was already closed for the evening. For these reasons, we will not be staying at Azure again.

I stayed in this hotel several times they had issues the last time, not with me, but with other people that had problems with the plumbing. This trip we had the problem the toilet wouldn’t flush it clogged and then when we tried to plunge it after I had to call the desk to have them bring a plunger up it back flushed and everything came back. It was stuck in there, and it was a mess. Not very happy with that.

Staff smelled like marijuana, my reservation was not held and they have to place us in another room. They handed sheets and blankets for Sofa bed at check in. Once we arrived at our floor (2nd floor) it smelled like wet dirty carpet. You can see stains in the hallway carpet. When we entered our room we right away noticed a very filthy carpet, dirty walls stains on sheets, bath tub dirty and moldy and there was a missing drawer knob with zip tie and a hole punched into the restroom door. The window did not have a screen on it and it opened wide enough for our 4 child fit through. The coffee table was dirty and stained and we had to ask for extra blankets for our 4 yr old to play in the dirty carpet. The toilet was overflowing and it took 4 phone calls and 1 1/2 hr for staff to come fix. Front desk phone is always busy and so we had to call the hotels public phone number just to reach them. The breakfast buffet was unpleasant. Tater tots were gray on the inside and oatmeal was slimy. When we asked for 3 towels for the pool they could only find 2, which were old and small. The pool area is very rundown. Cracks in cement that could easily cause injury. Chairs and tables seem to not have been clean in months. We are usually happy with hotel stays and are never really critical of our stays, but at this point we would have rather loved to stay at a Motel 6. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Please pay attention to the pictures on the website as they can be deceiving.

The size of the rooms are large, the wear and tear of the furniture can be scene, the entire hotel is or was a beautiful place, the hotels environment for air quality was very hot and uncomfortable. Needed to turn A/C on in order to sleep due to lack of air circulation. The breakfast food was cold so could not eat. Needs improvement desperately.

Air conditioning in 2 different rooms did not cool the room, 1st one was so bad I had to switch rooms, The air filters were disgusting. I didn't sleep well the first night, Then switched room and it was a lil better after I cleaned the air filter myself.

Everything was fine, except the we didn't receive housekeeping service. We booked a two-nights stay, and when we returned in the night, we were surprised to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. We had to go downstairs to request fresh towels and sheets, and one of the blankets had a urine stain.

The breakfast could have been better. Overall I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay. Only had two problems. Tv had no sound couldn't make it work so I turned it off and used my phone instead. Also the jedded tub didn't work so it was just an oversized tub.

Perfect place to stay to take advantage of nearby shopping. We loved the inner courtyard. It gave a wonderful lush vibe.

We stayed at this hotel last year for a dance competition and we were very happy with it. However, this year, not so much and don’t think we will be returning to this hotel. In just a year, it seemed very rundown and not kept up. When we walked into the lobby, it was stifling and very hot! First, upon check-in waited while the attendant was on the phone for a considerable amount of time before being able to check in. Then received keys to our room and confusing directions, had to walk back up to the front and asked for better directions being unable to find the room at all the numbers didn’t match! Even with somebody showing us to the room, we were directed to the wrong room. Keys did not work. After we had to go back up to the front again we received new keys to a different room on the other side of the hotel. Once entering that room, very disappointed, it was in need of updating. We had an accessible room because my daughter is an amputee. The accessible shower was pretty good except for very slippery!. We were there for three days for the competition. On the second day the key stopped working again. We had to go back up to the front to get New keys, one more time! In general, the front desk did not seem organized. Other staff seem to be friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. Again, I will not be staying there again and will look for another hotel next year.

The check in staff were not as friendly as I’d like. Young and not very customer friendly.

I expected a little more and way more cleanliness considering it’s a hotel. Right off the bat the floors in our room were super stained and gross. Went to take a late night shower due to arriving late after a hockey game and the shower/tub was full of hairs gross! Definitely loved the antique look to the inside and outside which is why I picked this place but that’s about all we liked about it.

Big place that seemed empty almost. Room was big and mostly clean. Did find a hair on one of the towels and the water from the sink was cloudy. Hot water also took a really long time to heat up, almost didn’t think it was working. Nothing special, it did its job for a fair price. Bed was comfortable! I would stay there again if I needed a place for one night on a budget.

The pull out sofa bed was terrible- towels in bathroom were dirty- breakfast is sausage, cereal and scrambled eggs- a/c struggled in the room- staff takes breaks at front desk, so u have to wait to be checked in- you have to go to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa couch (1 flat sheet, 1 blanket & 1 pillow)

The staff were great. The hotel reminded me of a place that had their heyday 30 years ago. They appear to try but alas fall short. The AC unit in the room had a dirty filter that did not even fit the aged unit. Note to staff. Get every AC/heat unit cleaned and properly fit with the right sized filter or better yet just replace them all with new units? Flooring outside the elevator looked like something Grampa fup put down. Tub was painted with porcelain paint to try and fool us. Not workie. Sound from pool and sub woofer boom boxes finally ended around 9pm. Train going by was icing on the cake

This hotel could use a total renovation, the carpeting is old with a strange odor, the chair at the desk looked dirty, maybe rip it up replace with laminated wood type flooring. Staff was friendly, I booked last minute in a rush without proper research.

Went on a 5 day vacation and stayed in the Superior Room and it was clean and just what i expected it to be. However, the tv did not offer streaming from our phones which would have been a plus during downtime. Some of the front end staff were not friendly at times (two gentlemen) but majority of the female workers were helpful and friendly.. Richard who works the restaurant/bar by far is the best, he has great customer service and worked extremely hard. Overall, a great stay and experience in good 'ol Ontario!

filthy hotel, jacuzzi is freezing, concrete near pool is cracked and broken. The staff were rude, especially the manager. Not just rude to us, but to EVERYONE…”breakfast” is super basic, overcooked cold tater tots, powdered eggs, and pork sausage. no fresh fruit. only bread option was wheat loaf bread. terrible experience. highly suggest booking elsewhere

The hotel was very clean. I did not appreciate that the only stair access was from the outside of the property and we couldn't even access the stairs because our keys would not work on the card reader. We walked around the entire property and none of the card readers worked. There were persons in our party that required stair access due to severe anxiety in elevators.

The night receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. However, when we dropped off the key and as we were walking out my husband said loud and clear, “Thank you!” to the 2 receptionist that were behind the counter and we were not acknowledge. My husband, locked eyes with the receptionist that was not attending a customer and repeated himself and still didn’t get acknowledged by the receptionist. Other than this, our stay was good.

I was very disappointed. I had Saturday checked in went there for a hiking trip got back to the room Saturday evening. My room was not cleaned. It was dirty.

It’s clean bit there is no food service between 9 and 4. There is not even coffee-except in the room. Also it’s not walking distance to any food places. It is clean but the decor is dated. I wouldn’t stay again because of the coffee situation and also the AC in the room didn’t work. So you should probably stay at the Doubletree.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean but there was no towels. When i come to the desk they apologies and provide everything what we needed.

Other concierge that I encountered were nice and helpful throughout my stay. The hot breakfast was a little lackluster. It was just eggs, sausage, a potato product and oatmeal. The cable channels did not match the paper guide that was with the tv. I saw the original concierge lady who had an attitude , in passing twice and the first time she ignored me. The second time it seemed like she called someone else to the desk to help me checkout instead of her.

The pictures featured were completely different than the condition the property is actually in. The bathroom in my room had mold on the walls and no trash can; only one trash can was provided with no replacement bag. I did like the variety of breakfast. Overall the room was spacious and served its purpose.

Convenient to convention center

Rooms are spacious and a comfortable space to return to . The beds are comfortable and the couch/ chairs in good condition. Bathrooms are in good condition with good water pressure for showers. The central outdoor common area is very nice . We never dinned at the restaurant here but the continental breakfast was a bit average. There are two good walking distance restaurant's close by. The front lobby is spacious and attractive. My room was facing the central common area and was nicely quiet of air traffic . On a previous stay in an outer room it could be heard more

It would be nice if people would let then doors close slowly. The room was clean. The staff was okay at check in the next shift was better. The tub was NOT a jacuzzi tub even though it had the jets.

receptionest destiny extremely rude was on her phone. not rude to just me but another customer. gave me a room where ac didnt work was move to another room a smoking room where even the smoke detectors had bags covering them. wont stay here again after 7vyears this was our go to spot

The carpet was visibly dirty, the pillows and bedding had stains, and the upholstered chair was so soiled that we covered it with a towel in order to sit on it. I initially thought I saw a cockroach on the floor (it turned out to be a raisin) but it certainly made us question the thoroughness of housekeeping. Overall, the property feels very dated and in need of maintenance and updating. Sleep was difficult. The air conditioner was quite loud and cycled on and off every 30–45 minutes. The walls appear thin, as we could hear conversations, doors, footsteps from above, as well as outside noise from cars and planes. It made for a restless night before an important day for us. We do appreciate that breakfast is included, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Destiny at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, she was the highlight of the stay. She invited us to let her know if anything was wrong with the room, but the overall condition felt beyond a minor adjustment. We are sharing this review for transparency so future guests can make an informed decision.

My room was not clean. Sheets were dirty. Hallway was trashed and the poor girl working front desk had no help. I had to wait for her to finish up checking people in so I can get new sheets.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. I booked cause of the Wyndham name but what a mistake it was. Very outdated, from the lobby, the hallways and the rooms. The only good thing about the room was that it was spacious. I was there for 5 days and not once they cleaned the room.

The room was spacious, had what I needed for the bar exam I took at the Ontario Convention Center. However, the bed was an accident waiting to happen. I smashed my ankle with what seemed to be wheels(?) right next to the night table. I was there from Monday to Thursday, never any housekeeping so overflowing garbage cans and damp towels. No tissues in the bathroom and no replacement toilet paper either. And when checking out, my CC was charged for "incidentals" again, after they were charged when I checked in. Will likely not repeat my stay unless absolutely necessary.

This looks like an older hotel hanging on for dear life to not dip into the 2/5 star category. Breakfast was the only perk. Rooms are basic and it looks like they take long term guests so I'm not sure if that is why the rooms are so bland. The property is quiet considering proximity to the airport.

Nothing to write home about with this place. First frustration is that they don’t tell you when booking that that they well charge you the full cost of your stay up front. Rooms were meh. The continental breakfast that reviews raved about… it was better than some hotels I’ve been to, but again, it wasn’t that great. Just meh. It’s not a bad hotel, but I’ve definitely stayed at better for cheaper.

One of the staff an older man was going to try to enter my room to fill up the hand soaps without knocking first. And the room was occupied so no one should be trying to come in the room. I did have the door locked. However I saw him trying to put the key in the door and not lock.

Room was clean and quiet location. Amenities were a nice touch. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. No one at desk during check out, waited for about 10 minutes before just leaving without anyone to talk too. Overall was a good stay.

Had an issue in the first room we were given (gross pull out mattress full of a weird stain) but then the second room the fridge wouldn’t cool and the ac wasn’t working good. I give it three stars cause they did give us the second room but it we did have to convince the guy he really needed to check the mattress and it didn’t seem like he wanted to

The room was clean, looks like they updated the shower bath recently. Lobby and restaurant was open and spacious. Checkin was 2 minutes and I also like the security of added cameras in all the hallways. Food was good and the bar had a good selection of drinks. Prices seemed fair and resonable to current day prices. Jose the bar tender and food server was helpful and made a good drink and checked on me 2-3 times. Overall, it was a good stay and the room was very large and comfortable. In room coffee maker which I liked. Fridge and Micro as well. Just down a block was fast food, a Spires is just next door and prox to sports events and of course ONT terminals was perfect. Would stay again.

Very convenient to convention center. The restaurant offers dinner - the waitress was also worked at the front desk. While she was very nice, she is NOT a waitress! Took 15 minutes just to get a menu (that we had to ask for). Water and soda took even longer. Dinner was over 2 1/2 hours because everything was so slow

We rented two rooms. One had new bedding and was mostly clean. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. We had to get sheets for the pull out couch. Someone else also needed bedding provided for the pull out couch and coffee. These must be upon request only. The second room we rented was not cleaned. Bedding was hanging off the beds. The couch was torn apart. Cleaning products were on the bathroom counter. All the lights were on. This is all I could see from the door. I was afraid to enter as I might find a person there. We only ended up needing one room so the office refunded one room and waived the cancelation fee. I feel that was the least they should have done. No over and above here. The only good things I can say. The rooms are spacious and the lobby is beautiful. I would not stay here again.

For breakfast they only had oatmeal & toast. There was a dirty towel still in the shower & they only gave us 1 face towel. But other than that the property was nice & the rooms were nice. I’ve never been to a hotel that had the split wall in between. I think was really a great addition & what drew my attention to the hotel to begin with.

I’ve been coming for years, and love the hotel. I checked in and got put in a corner room and had a ton of things to unpack and work on. The morning after check in, I had someone open my door with a key card. At first I thought it was housekeeping and I said “no thank you”. And since the door was also bolted with the hook, I figured they would leave. However, the intruder used his shoulder to bust it open to gain access to the room. I was not dressed or ready for the encounter, and had no idea who this man was. Turns out he was a construction worker who was scheduled to work on the room. I told him he had the wrong room. Shortly after I had someone from the front desk come up to ask me to move, and I said sorry, I already unpacked. Shortly after that her manager called me to tell me I had to move and left a cart for me to move outside my door to my new room. The staff felt bad and did their best to explain the situation and apologize, and I also think I may have got a small discount on my next stay, but not planning for a major construction project like this is amateur at best. It took me another hour to load up all my work gear, clothes, etc. and then unpack them after my intimate encounter with the construction guy. So, I’ll bid and fond adieu to the once trusty Aqua Soleil. We had some good times, but the customer experience has definitely deteriorated.

Would have been nice to have fruit selections at the breakfast with a yogurt bar. Maybe muffins or waffle bar too.

Air conditioning was not working and it’s was too hot

I’ve stayed here plenty of times but this time around, I was a little disappointed. Our room was dirty, they didn’t vacuum, the fridge was dirty and so was the sink. I did hear another guest when I was checking in that his room wasn’t clean. Not sure if they were short staffed or what happened but it just didn’t sit well with me that rooms weren’t properly cleaned

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is older but well kept. It was close to the airport which was convenient, but we could hear planes coming in and out. We had a double queen suite for 4 people reserved, but only 3 sets of towels available, it's a hassle to have to ask for basic essentials. Each time I went downstairs to come and go, about 5x, there was never anyone present at the front desk. They were always hiding in the staff room.

The staff was top notch and kind. The hotel was clean, decent breakfast great location next to airport and interstate. Yes it needs updates but I’m a no frills kind of guy.

The hotel is old, dirty, it needs a major renovation. The carpet smell smells. The food was awful for breakfast. Eggs that were powdered and mystery sausage. It was also extremely loud. You could hear everything outside through the thin walls and windows.The only positive is that it was right next to the convention center.

But they insisted on having two big screen tv’s on during breakfast, on different channels with the volume turned up very loud on both of them. It made for a miserable time. They did this everyday.

There was a lot of human hair in the shower and on the bed. A lot. I reported it and the desk staff was pretty blase’ about it. Asked me if I wanted to change rooms, ended up putting me far away from my family who were in the next room. The new room was the last room at the end of a hallway, and guests or staff with young kids were having a ball! Loudly. Luckily it doesn’t bother me and I slept great. Don’t be surprised if your bathtub stopper doesn’t work. Pool and jacuzzi was nice.

My recent stay occurred because I wanted to spend the last day of my SoCal trip right beside the Ontario airport since my flight from there was so early on a Monday morning. Azure ticks all the boxes! My room there was HUGE and it contained a nice TV and coffee maker. Very clean and very up-to-date, and it seems that they have kept up the grounds and building very well. The staff both at check-in and check-out were also very friendly, and there was good security. My flight was so early that I could not sample the breakfast, but they had a large dining hall for it, so it is probably pretty good, much more than cereal and Belgian waffles. There is not a shuttle anymore, but since the property is SO close to ONT, the Uber or Lyft ride is quick and low-priced.

Check in- upon arrival there was no staff at the front desk. Walked around and waited for like 10 mins with no luck. Finally I knocked on a back door and a rude gentleman came out saying he was using restroom. The whole check in process guy was very short and rude. Room was ok, very loud street noise inside room. Bed was not that comfortable and lumpy and worn. Would not stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. My wife and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The food was great! Overall awesome hotel. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Ontario.

We were looking for something convenient as we made our way from the San Francisco area to Tucson, AZ and Ontario was about halfway. The night we stayed, the hotel was very busy but Nataniel at the front desk accommodated us cordially and efficiently. The room was probably the largest we've stayed in for this price range. Arriving later than expected, we bought burgers and beverages in the pleasant on-site restaurant. I used the hot tub and pool that evening ... very relaxing! The buffet-style breakfast that was provided gratis with our room charge was ample, extensive, and tasty, with polite, attentive service staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable overnight stay for a very reasonable price.

Staff was nice, rooms could be cleaner and the lobby areas, there was a weird smell when going and exiting the elevators. The rooms were overall pretty clean, the water pressure in the shower was horrible. There was no extra toilet paper, towels, or blankets in the room. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel but I do think they need to do some improvements to make it even better.

The was a nice room and was clean. Only thing is it smelled a bit like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Besides that the stay was good.

Staff checked us in to 2 dirty rooms before giving us a clean room on the 3rd try. So we had to lug our bags back and forth 3 time. We called for towels and they never brought them. When we asked for towels from housekeeping in the hall she seemed annoyed and asked us to bring her our dirty towels. The carpet was awfully dirty. The sheets so thin you can see the pattern on the mattress. Mold in the bathrooms. Dirty and wet sugar packets in the coffee station. AC had a weird smell that became stuffy.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The property is very big. There is a beautiful courtyard with a fountain you can relax and enjoy. We liked this place.

Everything was good. Staff and rooms are very nice...But the pool could be heated. It was freezing.

Giving two stars because of the staff. When we first checked in we were accidentally assigned dirty room for both of our rooms. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very apologetic. The set us up with new rooms and upgraded us from double queen to double queen plus sleeper sofa, so everyone could have their own bed. They gave us the bedding for the couches and we went up to our room. The first room had a weird smell and when we pulled out the couch there was no mattress cover and the mattress was so incredibly stained I told everyone no one was sleeping on it. We went to the second room and it smelled much better but we once again pulled out the sleeper sofa and found a dirty sheet crumpled on the bed. When I knocked off the sheet the mattress pad and down through the mattress had a blood stain on it. The once again put the couch away. My son talked to the front desk and they apologized but there was nothing else they could do to keep us on the same floor as each other. Thankfully the other beds were clean so we just doubled up like we originally planned. Outside of the rooms, the hallways smelled like weed something awful. I was disgusted the whole night but only sleeping before flying out. Spoke to the front desk upon check out and they were apologetic again but that was it. Trying to give some grace as there was signs saying new owners just took over so hopefully these issues will get fixed but we will never stay there again. The pool was nice and courtyard too

Overall is a nice place. Kind of have a creepy haunted vibes, like the paintings are old fashion and feel like they stare, the eerie hallways, but we enjoyed it. Got to tease my family about it. But i have to give props to the server during breakfast. One working the kitchen and the other serving was overwhelming for 2. Should have had more help. They kept trying to restock and serve.. they need more especially during a covention. People are rude and cranky in the morning. They are doing their best. This is my 2nd time here and its always the same. They deserve more help and please tip them. Oh if i may mention my couch had no bed in it. So the couch was slanted. You might want to make sure everything is usable in the room. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Overall i enjoyed it. It was close to the convention and for the price i would stay again. The staff are nice and work woth what theu are given.

Lobby had a waterfall coming down from the ceiling when I checked in. I didn’t see them tear up the drywall so that water is probably creating mold as I type this. Room was dirty and smelled funky, shower had someone else’s hair in it…. We had no towels and when I went to the front desk in the morning, I was told I was lucky I came at that time because they were almost out. The hotel itself has some character but it needs all new management and probably another remodel.

Checked in room. Once laying down instantly got bitten. Moved rooms after showed front desk my arm with welt like bites. Moved us rooms. Next day myself and my daughter's had bites all over hands chest and back. Called to inform them and got no apology or sincerity by staff. Didn't seem to care. I believe its a huge concern that needs to be looked into.

The hot tub was room temperature with very little night time lighting, no pool towels provided. Slippery floors when wet. Food was very bland at breakfast. The rooms were well provided and the microwave, and mini fridge is appreciated. It was nice to have a seperate sitting area in the room.

Beautiful place to stay

The room was clean but the carpet was dirty. Someone had spilled stuff on it and never cleaned it up. The carpet was in poor shape. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was decorated nice. The breakfast could use a revamping. Not a variety at all. 7 days of scrambled eggs and sausage links. I ended up not even wanting to go down. It was sad!

Azure is a bit of an older building, but the King room we had was very spacious and nice! We had a living room and bedroom! The place was clean, bed was very comfy too. Wish we could’ve enjoyed the jacuzzi but we ran out of time. Breakfast was a nice addition!

The esthetic was very pleasing. The front desk person was very polite and kind. Breakfast was provided and was solid. Nothing extravagant but very good. Beds are comfy. I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi but it was locked. Luckily my room had a shower jacuzzi so i was able to recover before the next day

I had stayed at this hotel in the past and found it acceptable, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The quality has declined significantly. The sheets and the bathroom were dirty, and the room's furnishings were old and worn. Furthermore, daily housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it. The iron provided was so filthy that I chose to wear a wrinkled shirt rather than use it.

My stay was mostly good, but there were some concerns: only one trash can in the entire room, the water from the tap was very cloudy, the valve for the shower/tub was backwards ie cold was actually hot and hot was actually cold, the TV channel guide was completely incorrect and the eggs that I ate for breakfast gave me the runs. (I didn't eat anything else.) I was lucky to make it home in time.

Received a different room from what was booked.

At first I thought it was okay, but after having to extend our stay, we were harassed by security in the parking lot daily and constantly had to get our keys redone. Plus, our initial prepaid reservation was for 2 nights, they said there is a $100 security deposit which they charged me $120! Then to extend our reservation the total was supposed to be $345 but they charged me $545!!!

Nick at the front desk was great, engaging and personable. The other people at the front desk were not so much and didn't seem to care about helping or having to have to answer questions. Have stayed here before few years ago. Very disappointed to find out even though it is advertised drinks and food available between certain hours at night it's only when they feel warranted of there are a certain number of people staying there. We were looking forward to relaxing in that area and not having to go out for drinks and food. Your breakfast bar was ok. nothing to brag about.

Pictures on the site were misleading and not what our room looked like. Property is old and in need of updates. It wasn’t terrible, just not a very modern place. Pool and fountain/courtyard looked nice.

breakfast was okay but the grill/bar had superb food. at breakfast the sausage didnt taste like sausage at all and the hashbrowns were super crunchy like hard candy pool was really cold, but i'm used to warmer pools at my workplace (a swim center). spa was lovely. some particulate matter in the pool but it was a late swim on a windy day so no big deal thanks for a great stay! would absolutely book again

The dinner at the bar and grill was great, kudos to the chef that made the Cajun pasta. Breakfast was a plus. It was simple but yet still good with a variety to choose from. The bed and linen, very cozy. I'll definitely be back.

What is worth pointing out: breakfast was delicious! The eggs tasted like actual eggs (imagine that!) and not the mysterious spongy cubes so many hotels try to pass off as breakfast. The shower water pressure was spot on—thick-haired travelers, rejoice. Beds? Clean and ridiculously comfortable. Now, the hiccup: our room lost power for about 40 minutes. Just our room, not the whole hotel. Not exactly convenient, but thankfully temporary. Overall, if you’re looking for something cute, quaint, and cozy with a surprisingly tasty breakfast, this place delivers. Just don’t expect a luxury experience—expect charm, comfort, and a little bit of character.

The employees were very nice and the place was clean. However, there need to be serious upgrades to the mattresses and the lounge chairs and tables around the pool were in complete disrepair.

Had an amazing stay, used the fitness room and it is equipped with a good amount of equipment.

Breakfast was good, was strange to have biscuits without gravy but I guess this is California lol. I had my breakfast in the courtyard which was nice and quiet away from the news blasting in the breakfast area. The bed was very comfortable in the King bed room with the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Pretty good stay overall and I will stay again and make sure I ask for extra towels and toilet paper! Thank you!

Great hotel! Huge, comfy rooms with free breakfast and free parking. Bonus that it's within walking distance to the Ontario Convention center. The reason it didn't get 5 stars: The whole hotel smelled like marijuana, there was no coffee in the lobby, and there was a long line for breakfast since one person was serving the eggs/sausage/waffles cafeteria style. (It wasn't all self serve.)

The front attendant was rude and disrespectful when we arrived. The rooms were loud and had roaches crawling around. The toilet handle was broke and the laundry room was right across from us, and the doors were constantly slammed.

I absolutely loved my stay here, and my girlfriend did too! The staff went above and beyond—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Our room was spotless, super spacious, and felt incredibly comfortable. Parking was plentiful (such a relief!), and having on-site laundry right on the 2nd floor was so convenient. Both of us agreed that everything about this hotel made our trip easier and way more enjoyable. We’d 100% stay here again without hesitation!

The TV isnt as advanced as other hotels ive stayed where you can sign into your streaming services on the tv. Only one blanket, not very big.- but im sure you can request extra blankets

We stayed at this property before and enjoyed it so much that we returned. This trip wasn’t as good as the last. The first room, we received, wasn’t prepared for us. The beds weren’t made and the trash wasn’t taken out. The second room, the pull out bed was broken. Also, housekeeping is done by request only. We did request it and it was never done. I want to love this

The proximity of this property to the Convention Center is why I chose this hotel. It didn't disappoint- the place is clean, the courtyard they have is a plus, the pool is also well kept, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Would definitely come back.

The room was extremely hot. The room took forever to cool down. Its clean but the room has some wear and tear. The breakfast buffet is not special at all and I expected more. No waffle station, no muffins or danish, no bananas. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal and toast, that not really a buffet so I was very disappointed in that.

It was a very spacious room and very clean. The hot breakfast wasnt as good as last time we stayed. No fruit or yogurt. or waffles. Only scrambled eggs sausage and bisquit. There was juice and coffee and oatmeal and toast tough. Still good. But last time was excellent. We used to stay one a quarter before covid for biz. Would recomend Azure for the value.

Thai hotel was ran down and dirty. The carpet was stained the floorboards looked dirty. The room was hot and stuffy. The fitness room smelled like cat urine. The food was not good. The eggs and sausage were slimy. The staff were the only good thing about this hotel. I would never stay here again.

Infrastructure is failing and in total disrepair. Ownership and senior management must seriously look at providing the necessary tools and invest money to bring the overall stay of the guests to an acceptable level.

The room is big but smells so bad, very old property, and the breakfast is terrible.

Nothing unique. Service was poor in general. Front desk staff had attitude at checkout. Requested extra towels at check in and was told they would bring to room, but they never did. I finally had to track down staff & get them myself the 2nd day. Problem since disabled with mobility issues in handicapped room. Could not call front desk or anywhere on room phone since it didn't work along with bedside lamp. Towels were extremely worn and torn or shredding. AC didn't work and it was 90 degrees. No info in room about hotel services. Every time we had a question had to go to front desk and wait in line. Staff unsure what services were and there were language barriers. Ended up leaving day early due to poor services despite paying for 3 days and not getting a refund.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. There were ants both in the bathroom and in the bed. I was bitten by ants while sleeping and had to suffer through the itching and discomfort. I reported the issue to the staff, but they didn’t take any meaningful action to resolve it. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with insects and poor customer service.
