You get what you pay for at this hotel. The price is very inexpensive so don't expect luxury. The hotel is old and you will find some things broken in the room or just not working great. But it is clean and served our purpose of cheap, convenient place to stay.

Bugs in the room and a cleaning lady stole my wife ring that was left behind. Will be contacting PD.

Worked out great.

I found a marijuana pin from the previous occupant laying on a shelf under the TV stand. The finish on the spa was wearing in spots which made it look dirty. There were cracks in the walls and a hole in the bathroom. The remote for the TV was damaged and missing pieces of plastic on the sides. They had to bring me two other remotes before my TV would work and then when my TV did work, the picture was zoomed in so the whole screen was not visible. When I got out of the spa tub and walked to get dressed, the bottom of my feet were dirty with how dirty the floor was not being mopped. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Country Inn. Clean, convenient and affordable. The noise factors is a concern, but I would stay there again on future business trips.

You can hear everything going on outside of your room. There was people in the pool smoking and talking very loud from midnight-4 in the morning. We heard every single conversation they had it was ridiculous.

I paid $120. The place was so dirty, noisy had stains on the sheets. Blood on one of the towels. Cracks in the floors smudges all over the walls. Would never recommend this hotel and would like compensation!!

There was too many drug addict around and police activity at night with sirens .. the first room we got was smelling like cigarette smoke very bad. We were given and re-done room and it was way better! Then I got yelled at and cussed out from the person downstairs, cuz we were making too much noise or dropping things.. I was just walking, I’m a heavy person… NOT recommended for families

This place is horrible. I would not let my worst enemy stay here. We reserved online paid upfront. When we arrived to check in they made us wait outside for over 30 minutes just to inform us that our room was never reserved. I said fine it’s 1 in the morning just give me a room. The person at the window said I noticed you have a dog wich I replied yes we do that’s why we searched for a pet friendly hotel to wich he replied we are pet friendly but you need to pay extra for the dog. I said I already paid upfront he said yeah but you did not pay for the dog so I paid the extra 30 dollars and said fine I’m tired we just drove 7 hours because we are here for a funeral we had a death in the family just give me a room. they gave me a horrible smelling room I could see cigarette smoke in the air. The area is dirty and run down my wife did not feel safe there were homeless people camped in the parking lot and bushes near the freeway exit. I went back and explained to the guy I cannot stay in that room one of my kids had asthma. So he gave another room wich was full of trash and clutter and old mattresses at this point I had enough I was like you’re gonna pay me my money back and I will simply go somewhere else. After I got ahold of the Expedia rep and explained the situation they were able to get me money back and we stayed at a nice hotel in Rancho Cucamonga. Stay away from this place look elsewhere for a hotel

When we got there the lady looked at us & no response from her we stood there for a couple of seconds before she said very rudely can I help you. Then when we left she was outside the office and we said bye & the lady ignored us.

We specifically booked this hotel to have a place large enough for my family and to have breakfast and stayed 30 minutes away from our destination for the weekend because this place claimed to have both. We arrived to find that they no longer offer any breakfast and they informed me that the room only slept 4 even though the website said sleeps 7 and I listed on my reservation we would have 2 adults and 4 kids. The beds are hard, you can hear every sound and in the middle of the night the AC started sirening and we have to unplug it from the outlet due to the high pitch screaming. It was nearly comical how awful it was.

It. Was a good stay... the rooms were ok for a budget motel ... staff was friendly and helpful...

This place was a dump. Paint was peeling off the walls, there were holes in the bedsheets. There was no way I was going to stay there.

The service here was great! Super nice people and helpful. But the actual hotel room was dirty and loud. The other tenets were knocking on doors all the way till the morning and one even walked into our room even after the door was locked. Overall a super weird place to stay even though service was nice.

Room smelled like cigarettes, fridge was broken, lamp was broken, outlets were missing covers and some didn’t even work, people were yelling outside of our room, said that breakfast would be available but there was no breakfast, people were smoking everywhere even though there are no smoking signs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Mediocre service and sketchy environment.

There was no elevator and i had a hard time with the stairs. And i thought i reserved a room that sleeps 7 and got a room that sleep 5 my son would have had to sleep on the hardwood floor

Price of the room was overly priced, tv isn’t even working properly phone wasn’t working either. I will never book in this place again, ever. Also no breakfast was served, not even a packed chips or crackers. Totally disappointed

Left to run an errand and came back to police arresting someone outside the front desk parking area.
- 2/5
It was doomed from the start when I specifically asked for early check-in they not only didn't let me but I had to wait for two hours past actual check in time!!
- 2/5
3 different rooms and they all smelled of smoke.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the towels were not enough and the sink was broken.
- 3/5
Chose to stay here for a few days, the first day we arrived my wife and kids were scared to see 4 police vehicles and many police officers walking around as we checked in. Not the first thing you want to see. Secondly the lady didn’t let us upgrade rooms. Then we asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like smoke and woke up with a head ache everyday. I told the front desk and said “what do you want me to do?” “We can’t do anything “ so this experience made us not want to ever rent another hotel just for the price. If your reading this and have time. Save an extra few bucks and stay closer where you like. If your single and smoke. Might be a good spot to sleep in.

The jacuzzi room.. jacuzzi was amazing! Lights, Jets and bubbles! Perfect size and very comfortable

It was annoying to be staying in a hotel in America where 40 out 45 TV stations were all Korean, Chinese, or Japanese. They obviously cater and prefer to have Asian Guests only.
- 3/5
Close to the freeway and very friendly staff who got me checked in and out in a reseaonable time
- 2/5
When we got to our room it smelled like somebody had been smoking in the room even though we requested a non smoking room. There were guests smoking outside our room and in non smoking sections clearly marked with no smoking signs. I would not recommend staying here at all.
- 2/5
Room was fine, but security doesn't manage the property well. Had a drifter outside our room door talking to herself almost all night, was knocking on our door, and pulled our window screen off; then followed us to the car when we left. Notified front desk and they were already aware but still did not ask her to leave.

I absolutely loooooved the jetted tub!!!! Will be coming back !

Hotel guests near the pool were smoking outside their rooms next to my room. Since I had to park on the other side of the hotel, I saw some questionable people walking around in the hall.

It’s was mediocre at best

We booked a room with spa did not work very well

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk attendant was pleasant. We checked out the pool and there were people in there that looked like there were on drugs. Funky smell around and inside the lobby. there was a dog in the pool with the people that seemed like it would attack any one who entered pool area. the room smelled weird. also, the was rotting food in microwave.
- 2/5
Horrible there was bugs in my room the keys never worked to open the door in the bathroom area there was mold I was not completely happy with this stay.
- 2/5
Lots of unsavory characters in and around the hotel. Saw a transient’s shopping cart vehind a bush while I was walking my dog. Later, a you woman emerged and looked like she was on drugs. I did not feel safe for either me or my car. I did, however, feel safe in the room.
- 3/5
Front desk staff is outstanding. Rooms are slowly getting updated. Room next to mine was being remodeled...late into the evening when I needed to be sleeping. Freezer door in fridge non existent so couldn't keep ice packs frozen. Fresh linens on bed and towels in bathroom.

The jacuzzi jets did not work. I paid extra for the jacuzzi and the jets didn't work!?!
