Ice machine and microwave were broken. Front desk even didn't inform us regarding WiFi, and charged my card twice for deposit.

This location is definitely more worn, less maintained than the three other Holiday Inns we have stayed at on our driving trip.

The Facility was immaculate. The breakfast staff was courteous attentive, very nice. The food was good. Staff was able to accommodate me with a late checkout because I have 95 and 90-year-old parents, that mean a little bit more time to get ready and get moving. I will definitely come back. I am a IHG member and I will definitely recommend to all of my friends to stay at this facility.

Ice machines on 3 and 4 did not work. Breakfast hot food was pretty bad, even for banquet food. Don’t expect to watch anything on the TV in your room as 50% of the channels are infomercials. Would’ve been nice to have a smart tv with the option to log in my own Netflix or YouTube like a lot of properties are using. Staff was nice, but even after several attempts to get my bill emailed I still don’t have it. Guess I’ll have to call them and ask again.

Breakfast was fresh. Everything looked delicious. Tasted delicious coffee as well.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to modify the reservation and had to cancel and rebook instead. The process was more difficult than expected, and the cancellation terms were not as flexible as I had hoped. I recommend double-checking your dates before booking and reviewing the cancellation policy carefully to avoid any surprises.

This is a business stay hotel. Nothing too special, close to the fwy. It was clean though.

The location. The sink in the hotel room did not drain made it impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth. It took 10 minutes for the sink to drain. The shower also had drainage issues .

Staff were less than cordial , not rude but not friendly . When taking a shower , we found the bathtub to be not structurally sound . The floor of the bathtub when standing to take a shower felt like it was close to collapsing thru . I informed the front desk when checking out .

The hotel offers transportation to airport which is one big reason I booked the hotel, but the Hotel only offers a shuttle service from 9:00 am to 5:00pm. I would have liked to have known that in advance considering my flight was at 7:00am. I would have booked a different hotel.

The carpet of the room tile around the the shower tub. The air conditioner machine broke down, wouldn’t go back on. You could hear people walking down the hallway very loudly. The upstairs above us was banging and jumping sounded like someone was working in the room in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and it did not stop.

All went well until my last night. I stayed here before.

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and when we asked for something to fix it like an industrial odor spray they gave us a Walmart room spray which only helped a short time.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean. The only thing it was very noisy because of the 60 freeway.

The only issue we had is they put us in the most furthest room possible and my husband is almost 70 years old. It was definitely a far walk for him.

Room was remodeled. The shower head and water pressure was not good. People were partying in the room next door all night and staff was not doing enough to stop it.

Breakfast was amazing. Spa was hot and perfect. Even though there was a convention it was not over crowded. Front desk staff went above and beyond for us when our fridge stopped working and held our left overs in the employee fridge. They also found a lost item and saved the day. Loved the experience and will be back again.

I had a serious problem with Housekeeping that went into my room with the "not ready" sign on the door when I went down to my car prior to checkout to load some luggage for about 10 minutes and return to my room to retrieve the rest of my belonging as I could not carry everything at once. The housekeeper first took some expensive items including food, snacks, and water and left a few pieces of jewelry I was going to put on after trekking to load the car. When I discovered the initial items gone, I ran down to the front desk and complained in such a hurry I forgot to grab the jewelry. I went back to get the jewelry, and it was gone which means she went back to get it as well.

The tub was very loud when stepping in the shower like a popping noise

I got locked out of the room, didn’t even get a partial refund, I had important pills I need to take for brain issues and they said oh here’s a tooth brush go to another room can’t do anything about the door lock dying. Next day did not even call us to let us know that the door was open already got back the stuff until 10am. And they didn’t even let us check out a little later no type of compensation, the over night lady was super nice but the morning ladies horrible, moody and rude. Horrible place horrible experience be careful when you book with them, because the doors don’t work and you can’t do anything about it. At least that’s what they tell you.

The outside, inside and room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was hot and more than I expected. Clean and nice decor.

Slow draining sink. Practically clogged. I let the front desk know and no one ever came to fix it. The shower head was squirting out the side so that the water would end up on the floor of the bathroom.

Nice clean room. Our Television did not work in the room. Check in staff was very nice and friendly but front desk in the evening was grumpy. Not many nice restaurant options nearby. The breakfast was good in the morning. It was quite expensive for what it was. You could hear people above walking in their rooms.

The bathroom outlet did not work The chord to the phone was broken & rigged to work The cable in the rooms was out half of my stay. Staff was great & very friendly. I would stay here again, even given the issues..they were able to be worked around.

I spent 4 nights at this property and was absolutely pleased with my stay. The building is modern, and everything is impressively clean from the public areas to the private rooms. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, creating a relaxing experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again.

No offers for food, drinks etc. Breakfast was cold, staff was not friendly other than the cleaning staff. Felt old walking through the halways, dark damp smell.

Expedia booked a room in Ontario Canada, not Ontario, CA. Then tried to charge $130 to change the booking.

Great clean hotel with excellent staff. My family and I had a great night at this place.

Property is good. But I was disappointed bec I was given a handicap room the bathroom, mirror is so low had to bend and stoop to use it. Had to removed the shower bench in the tub.

This was my first time staying at this property and it was excellent! I was traveling here for business and its location was perfect for my needs. Next time I'm back in town I will stay here.

We came into town for 1st time for our youngest grandsons 1st birthday. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve been in forever in a hotel. Breakfast was great Monday but all other days was mediocre. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean (we were there 2nd to 6th during colder days) loved the area and convenience. Will always use this hotel when we come to visit them!

Needed a quick, convenient overnight stay for a family wedding. Location was great and the hotel seemed brand new; clean, spacious, good staff.

Beautiful modern property. Few safety repairs necessary, like a broken tile outside the breakfast area that my child cut their foot on and our ground floor highway facing room couldn’t open or close but was open. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper inside it as an option to use as a tub for the kids. Breakfast 10 stars, hot tub was great, staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating to help

Our room was very clean and visually pleasing. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of towels. I was surprised to find a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The outside noise was unavoidable since the hotel is in the airport’s flight pattern, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

We love this place. Comfy beds easy to get to and convenient location. Free breakfast isn’t too shabby, typical hotel stuff. We’ve stayed here twice and haven’t had any issues.

Staff was nice but kept having small issues, tub faucet was dripping so changed room. New room didn’t have a hair dryer and then the safe wasn’t reset couldn’t use the safe. Manager wasn’t available to reset safe. Not the staff’s fault. Overall, it was alright but will try other places as well.

I liked how close it was from the highway and close to where I needed to be. There could be improvement on the rooms. Our room smelled very humid and bath tub was very noisy. You couldn’t move because it would sound like a cracking noise. Parking is included which is a plus. You can’t go wrong with the free breakfast. Overall a good stay.

We had the worst time trying to find the hotel. There are 3 Holiday Inns at Ontario airport and they all seem to have the same name in Google maps. Seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to give them different names. After pulling up to the wrong hotel and wasting time we found the right hotel and got checked in. No complaints with the room. Breakfast was decent the next morning and the staff had a lot of food out early. Appreciate that.

Property is well maintained, great beds, nice pool area and fitness room is up to par. Easy going place. Right off 60 so it's easy to get around. Maybe a bit loud if you are on the street side but not a huge issue.
