The location It was dirty elevator was disgustingly dirty. I sent an email to the property to ask for a walk in shower nobody responded my 87 year old mother was not able to shower. Also lots of people employees on the property not sure if they work there.

So not come if you dont mind people watching you. Dont come if you want management to disrespect you. Dont not come if you want people in the parking lot to stare at you and make you or your family feel unsafe. You have a better chance staying in a Motel 6. Worst place to stay. And if you go thru Expedia and you want a refund good luck go thru another company. Worst service when it comes to getting a refund.

It’s conveniently located close to the freeway and close to the airport. During my visit, the TV was not working and the water was shut down for about 2 hours. I guess it’s undergoing renovations but I did not appreciate the inconveniences. I would not stay there again.

Had the room been properly cleaned and the bedding changed, many of these concerns could have been avoided. I also believe guests should be notified in advance when major amenities, such as the Jacuzzi, are not working, as some guests choose the hotel specifically because of those features. In addition, ongoing construction resulted in phone calls and parking changes that disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. During breakfast, guests were left waiting approximately 15–20 minutes for pancake mix to be replenished, creating unnecessary delays for travelers who were on a schedule. I have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why these issues were especially disappointing.

The rooms lack closets, the chest's drawers don't open, there were just towels for one person for a king bedroom, no extra pillows or blankets, and no hangers. There is no cleaning service if you stay more than one night. The international breakfast is very poor. Coffee is terrible. Only waffles, cereal, and some pastries. Nothing else. The concierge is formed by a single person. Not helpful at all. When I inquired about the things my room was missing or needed did not offer any help at all. His answer was that that's all you get for the price you paid. I would not be staying here again.

I booked this hotel primarily due to the cost and at this level was satisfied. It's located in commercial park kind of area near other hotels at the edge of a residential area about a quarter mile from the convention center, and within walking distance of several (fast and casual fast) restaurants which was convenient. My main issue was that I was surprised in this day and age that there were NO available electrical sockets (for charging phone and devices) near the bed or desk, nor even charging ports on the lamps. I was fortunate to have a 6-foot charging cord for my phone that was just long enough to allow me to keep my phone on the nightstand by me. I had a single king size bed in a room felt plenty roomy, but from an aesthetic point of view, the room might have felt a bit less sterile and cold if they invested in some art or prints on the walls lol. I stayed two nights and was surprised there was no housekeeping or fresh towels for the second night of my stay, but no biggie. Parking was in front and felt plenty safe. Also on the plus side, the complimentary morning breakfast, while not really having any hot food beyond self-made waffles (which were good) and a toaster, was nevertheless a nice amenity. As long as you go in with open eyes and recognize that some tradeoffs are necessary if your goal is a reasonable price, I would recommend.

I book the Ramada Ontario hotel on May 20, 2026 at noon. I checked in at 11 pm from a long drive from Northern California. Turns out that my room was not cleaned when arrived, the bed was not made, still from previous customers, and towels all over the floor, and food was still left over on table. I went downstairs to the front desk and complained. But they did not change my room or call a housekeeper. Instead they give me a bed sheet and a pillow case and tell me to changed it myself!! Horrible customer service, no housekeeping! I rate this place at a zero! Not recommend anyone to book this hotel!

The breakfast food is too cheap

Breakfast did not start until 7. Most people would be long gone. Never did eat breakfast there as I had things to do in the morning. There was a puddle by the entrance to the elevator, so the elevator floor was wet. Ok but I probably won't stay there again.

The place is dirty

The room was clean but my husband spilled orange juice on the floor and used a towel to clean it up. When we checked out we asked for our 100.00 deposit back that we paid cash and the staff said they had to check the room first which is expected. The house keeper sent the front desk staff a Pic of the towel with orange juice on it in the pile ofd towels that we used and they said 25.00 a towel. First off orange juice comes out when washed. 2nd no way we're the towels 25.00 a towel. The pool and hot tub needed just a normal skimming with the net to get leaves out but the hot tub was freezing and didn't work. Breakfast was cereal. Bread for toast and you could make waffles .

The staff was nice and the room was comfortable.

The hot tub wasnt working i never fully checked in for this reason and after disputing this with a representaive from expedia i was told that i could not get my full refund and i never got my cancellation reference number by expedia and when i called them they were only willing to give half of my money back meanwhile they were now fully booked with no rooms available what a scam

The room was very nice inside. Good amount of room and the bathroom was spacious. The inside looks nicer than the outside. When i got to the room there were no towles in the room. I calles down to ask for towels it they had noone to bring them i had to go back to the office myself to get them. This was unfortunate and the only real negative to the stay.

This was hands down the most horrendous hotel experience I've ever had. The room had a weird musty feel and smell to it. Too many chairs that had no theme with the room and one had a giant white stain on it. I felt like this was a storage room for extra furniture. The toilet seat was missing a screw. The floor was absolutely disgusting and has not been mopped in a while. Because, after taking a shower, my feet already had dust and fragments just taking a few steps out of the shower. The real reason I'm never recommending this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. As soon as I lifted the lid to get a piece of bread, there was a cockroach. Which then was running around the counter and then the wall.eanwhile, the lady working there was busy struggling with the juice machine and spilled juice all over the floor. That's when I decided I needed to check out.

The room had a smell that would just annoy you but for the price,it was expected. Hot water was only available later at night and the breakfast was not very good, toast and waffle.

No closets to hand clothes, food was no very good and not a large selection.

Rooms were not as decribed.

It was clean. Everything was nice. The sheets got me a little itchy. I forgot to bring soap, but they didn’t have any soap in the bottle either but all in all it was good.

The room I stayed in seemed as though it was not completely cleaned. The floor in the bathroom had dirty foot prints, there also no rug provided to prevent slipping on water. The faucet was leaky. In a double queen bed room they only provided one towel, which was used or was stained red. One of the beds had a blood stain on the sheet and on that same bed one of the pillows had makeup on it. I did not call the front desk to address the issue as I am sure they may have changed my room. But that was my experience and why I am leaving a honest review on stay.

Jacuzzi is cold and filthy. Rooms are gross and drawers are broken we had to use the iron board to hold our luggage just a bad place. The owners stare at you and are mean grouchy cheap owners.

Peter J. Changed his badge to Peter A. After I reported him to Corporate for illegally photocopying State ID, breaking California Regulation Code. The Manager only called to say that’s not how they do things but he still works there at the front office. Also they didn’t do anything besides offer me a snack from the side room as compensation. Last I checked, illegally taking someone’s information puts them at risk for identity theft and an Arizona Tea doesn’t solve the problem. I DO NOT advise going here. Unsafe, especially at night. Rooms are cheap, but the mutual respect is lacking as well as noise level. Be prepared that rooms and showers have black mold and walls are thin. Breakfast area has two tables and a waffle maker and stale cheerios. Unprofessional. Unclean and breaks California Regulation codes for customer privacy if ID information as well as health code. I had to keep the AC off because of it. Again, DO NOT go here. This was a terrible disappointment for the holidays. Find somewhere safer, cleaner and more professional, a place that doesn’t offer excuses for their illegal behavior.

This was my second week staying at the property, my first week went great, I chose to pay at the property and arrived at 6 pm. No issues with payment or the room. This week I arrived earlier and was told, again with the same opinion of paying at the property at check in. I was told I would be charged extra for early check in, so I decided to go have lunch and come back. Whole I was having lunch, I noticed they charged my card. I was supposed to pay when I checked in. The person at the desk did not give me a good explanation, he said the computer charges automatically at a certain time, yet that didn't happen the previous week. This time the room although still clean, had an uncomfortable noise not for of from the fridge, people outside my door talking and smoking very late. And when I tried to use the jacuzzi, I found it cold. I need a room for this week again, and this won't be it. I will say the room was clean, no carpets, bathroom looked redone, but the room I had the previous week was better. The jacuzzi was very disappointing since it would have really helped alleviate stress.

The website pictures are cleverly taken. They make it look like a hotel, but in reality, it is a run down motel. The is a motel 6 down the street that looks 100xs more modern and cleaner.

I did not stay at Hotel. Reservation was cancelled by Hotel due to not being able to charge in advance for a Reservation I agreed to not have charged until I arrived at Hotel. Staff however, was friendly

The appearance was run down and shoddy. It was a trip hazard for anyone with mobility issues as the walkways had very uneven tile and the stairs had a metal lip that stuck out and caught your foot. We did not stay there and found another hotel. I never got my money back as I had to leave with my parents as their driver and caretaker. The elevator was also broken; this hotel is NOT ADA compliant!

by far the worst hotel ever, the hallways where under construction, the room smelled like fresh paint, the toilet seat was chipping and peeling, there was no remote to the tv, there was blood on the curtains, and bed was extremely springy you could feel the springs in the mattress. I would not recommend staying here nor ever book this location.

This property is disgusting. The room was dirty. HUGE bugs flying around, the front door had about a 1/2 inch gap to the outside, there were (what looked like) blood on the walls on of the tissues in the bathroom. The pictures aren't even close to what the actual rooms are like. There are other hotels right across the street and nearby that are 100x better for the same price. Do not stay here.

Room sleeps 4 but only came with three full sized towels and no wash cloths. There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom except on a hook behind the door. Our shower curtain rod was damaged/loose and leaning down, it’s one of those arched ones, and it looks like they tried to shore it up with hot glue? The result was the shower curtain would slide to the middle of the arch and not stay closed. We ended up using a hair tie to fix the side by the shower head closed to avoid water going everywhere. Everything else about the room was nice. Beds were on the firm side but comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the AC unit worked perfectly. Breakfast was simple but filling. And again staff was lovely. Would stay again.

The parking was great, easy to get to the rooms. Not much if a variety for breakfast but enough to start the day! Free coffee was great! I’d say the rooms online don’t look similar to the rooms you stay at. Small fridge and microwave stack, but not a full kitchen.

This hotel was affordable and simple - which is what we needed for our trip-on-a-budget with baby. Sheets, towels, and room were clean. Location is close to airport and highways. Some downsides: breakfast is not great. Mandarins and waffles were the best options and milk was spoiled when we visited. Water pressure in the sink is strong and splashes water. There were a couple of bugs during our stay in the room. We didn’t mind, but if white noise is a problem for you, the hotel is next to freeway. TVs were not working during our visit but it wasn’t a big deal. My iPad unfortunately did not connect to WIFI but my phone did. Positives: new floors are being installed - looks like vinyl. The rooms are spacious, enough room for baby gear. The soaps and lotion provided are good quality. We found the beds to be comfortable. Staff were all helpful and so friendly. Overall okay! Budget friendly and clean is what we needed, nothing fancy. And that’s what we got.

The room was perfect. It was exactly what I needed. Especially because I work two jobs and I need as much quiet as possible. The room was in a corner not attached to any other room so I was able to sleep in peace. The only things was the hot water for the shower wasn’t really there. It was more like taking cold showers and that is not good for me. Other than that it was amazing and I will continue to use this hotel.

Hotel has a dingy appearance. Broken walkway and balcony feels like it is leaning. Shower had little water pressure and bathtub was very small. Pool area had broken plastic chairs, and jacuzzi was broken. Ended up leaving and getting a different hotel. Not worth the money. Found a cheaper, nicer hotel less than 2 miles away.

the hotel looks like they took a cheep travel inn and did a sloppy interior landlord special, poor painting crooked fixtures and switches broken shower curtains not enough outlets near amenities in the room near the night stand that’s between the bed no way to have anything but the lamp plugged in bathroom was permanently humid hot water almost non existent had to fix the shower curtain myself with a screwdriver was completely unscrewed from the wall on one side left wedged on itself they put me in the one room with 3 cameras pointing straight at it which did not make me feel comfortable seemed like an invasion of privacy

The gentleman that checked us in was awesome. Phone in room did not work so i couldn't dial front desk. I texted asking for wifi password and was given a password that did not work. Texted several more times showing screenshot that password did not work. No response. We had no free wifi which was advertised. Cockroaches in bathroom and in sink area. I took pictures.

They are remodeling. The new rooms are nice. The shower leaked, poor caulking. The maid didn't check the coffee maker. I don't think they xhanged the sheets, found two hairs in the sheets.

I was a female solo traveler. I guess I got what I paid for. I checked in, front desk staff friendly. Property outdated. I didn't feel very safe walking to my room. There were a bunch of men sitting in back of their truck drinking beer. I felt uneasy. TV didn't have a clear picture, no washcloths. One of the lights didn't work next to the bed. No closet to hang my clothes. I forgot my phone charger in car. Decided I would not leave my room to retrieve.

Good service quiet and clean

The motel offered amenities that were "out of service" like the hot tub and the pool was very dirty. The grounds need serious upgrades, paint, and repairs. Very unsatisfied considering that other motels in the area at the same price looked to be better kept.

There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. Also, a Stater Brother’s grocery store making it easy if you have a family with young children. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was simple juice options, bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. The staff were polite and professional. The only thing that I would recommend is that the location may need a little bit of remodeling. For example, the ceiling was patched in the room we stayed, we could tell that there had been a large leak on the roof. Overall, the stay was great.

During our first night here we were welcomed by a cockroach on our bed! We went to complain and they said they could only offer us 10% of our first night which ended up being $7 which would have been fine if we didn’t find another cockroach a couple of hours later. At this point me and my sister was super uncomfortable with staying their and asked for a refund but they said since we already got a partial refund of $7 that we were unable to get a full or more refund. Me and my sister ended up sleeping in our car but was grateful to have a bathroom to wash up in during our stay. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS MOLD IN OUR BATHROOM. I have no idea if we just got unlucky but they definitely have a cockroach problem because some of the other guests complained about the same issue.

The people who work there have great customer service to an extent. I came from NYC & they cancelled my reservation . This hotel is very dated. Needs renovation badly. Dirty sheets , no iron in the room, no proper washing materials. This is my first & last time here.

Very dirty place. Our bed was super dirty well we had two beds one of them looked like they never changed the sheets. Just avoid it in general.

First room I was offered was with a heavy smoke odor but once I asked to the manager he changed me to another room, unfortunately it was too hot but it got better in time after the cooling system kicked in

Check-in was quick, friendly and well-lit carport parking was available near my room/lobby. My room smelled bad, like dingy-chemical and near the restroom I felt like it smelled like urine. I did not unpack or even open my luggage unnecessarily for this reason. I'm pretty sure there was dried, splattered blood spots on the door of my restroom. The towels smelled just very chemical and scary but they were visibly clean and white. The bed was comfy, no smells and there were plenty of channels on the TV to watch. I was there for less than 12hrs, it was fine but overall I would not want to stay there again.

Pool was absolutely filthy. My husband couldn't shower, no hot water.

It took over 3 hours to fill up the hot tub and the heat of the water was just past warm. If you like your hot tub water steaming hot then this is not the place to stay.

This property is not safe and has a lot of street noise also no security peoples knocking on your door at 2am and all the front desk can say is sorry no compensation for the 2 hour interuption of my sleep

I should’ve taken a picture of it. Swimming Pool was Filthy! Door Lock was loose. Floors have cracks. On the day of check out around 10:30, there was a very loud and multiple knocks on my door. It was HouseKeeping asking what time I’ll be checking out. I quickly said @11AM! Check Out is @11AM after all! I will pay a little extra somewhere else next time!

They are not animal friendly, questioned for certification of service animal. Caused me to have a seizure because they threatened to kick us out after seeing my service animal.

Room wasn’t so bad but the surrounding was terrible, you had trash and peddlers everywhere, the elevator work going down but going up, poor lighting, no towels in the room you have to call the office and pick it up there, we were not informed about this when we checked inn.

I have stayed at Ramada hotels the past decade in Canada and the hotel always looked as it did in the pictures. This hotel did not. The room was dirty with an extremely old air conditioner. The bedsheets were stained with what appears to be dirt or dried blood (I have photos). This was a very disappointing stay, I was considering finding another hotel but could not as it was already late in the evening and other hotels were fully booked.

There was some rubbish left on the floor and rang reception no one answered the call. We just decided to pick it up and throw them in the bin.

Ad to ask multiple times finally hours later getting them handed to me when i went to front desk. No towel hanger near showrr, no hand towel holder and hot tub was broken.

It was a bed to sleep at night. But it was a bit filthy around outside

All is good. Comfy beds. Good water pressure in shower. In n out..chick fil a..kfc close. Plenty of parking

The bathroom floor was flooded. The pipe under the sink was loose. My spouse tightened it. But there was water coming from somewhere else. The blow dryer did not work. I was surprised the condition this hotel was in. Specially since it’s a well known establishment. Will not stay there again. The staff was not the friendly and when asked questions they had an attitude like we were purposely bothering for no reason.

It needs change, upgrade. carpet remove.

Tv didn't work ask 5 times to have someone come check it.ask house keeping for extra towels was told no because my room wasn't on the list to be cleaned.had to go buy toliet paper because there was no extra in the room

Property was not all that clean and people smoking in the rooms

Room 203. Thin walls can hear the neighbors clearly at 3 am. Clean just dusty. They do provide the soap shampoo conditioner on the wall of the shower. Shower curtain bar was almost fully broken. Smelled a little weird like really old carpet (doritos) bedding was clean,bathroom clean, no bugs. Furniture wasnt torn or dirty. Black out curtains. Pool and jucuzzi clean. Easy check in and out. Hotel service kind. I didnt go for breakfast but they do provide it.

Hot tub not heated. Pool not heated. Only hot items at breakfast were toast or self-made waffles.

Room was dirty, found a medical needle at the edge of the bed. Noisy neighbors walls super thin can hear everything. Felt unsafe at night

My stay was a good one. The place is dated with their appearance and amenities however, if you are looking for a relaxing, affordable, decent place ( not luxury) this is a place of recommendation.

Call front desk to let them no I had no towels. Follow up an hour late and was told she will be there in 5 minutes. No one showed up and I never received any towels for my stay.

Friendly staff and plenty of food options nearby. Their parking lot is closed off which adds a sense of safety. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again with friends

I liked how it was out of the way so not so crowded when pulling into traffic. Very limited parking spots. There was a stranger in the room we were given not a guest just someone chilling there. Front desk were very understanding and nice.

When we checked in the front desk person gave us our room key went to the room and the door was open and we heard someone laughing went back to the front desk let them know they went to check and there was someone’s belongings in the room. They gave us a new room which was okay we should have just asked for a refund and found another hotel.

My stay was good, I think a few things could’ve made it better! The Elevator could use some work to make it more inviting and clean in appearance. My room had a broken glass to the outside that was taped up with duct tape, it should be replaced for sure!
