Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.

Good buffet (food was fresh), bacon and sausages properly cooked. Hash browns too. We had a room for 3: bathroom suitable for 2, not 3 (need place to hang towels). Showers need more grab bars for handicapped people (I am older and have balance issues; a horizontal grab bar would have been helpful. A notepad and pen would have been appreciated. Everything else was good.

I loved the staff , but the owners need to put seats for the registration desk employees to be able to sit on a bar stool during there 8 hour shift . I saw several loyal employees doing a great job , standing without anyone awaiting to register . It would be a reasonable accommodation to allow for two bar stools so that the employees could sit when not busy

At check-in they told us breakfast started at 6am, but when we arrived at 6;45, we were told it wouldn't start until 7am and we would be charged for every item taken before 7am, They were really rude about it. Lots of the hotel rooms were booked for a soccer tournament which meant everyone had to leave before 7am, and so folks were just paying for cereal and fruit for the children of going without etc. Wouldn’t expect such a ridiculous situation at a Hilton. The whole thing was very awkward, particularly when a lot of the food was already set out.

Location, cleanliness Check in staff unprofessional, keys didn’t work on door, worker unapologetic, breakfast cost unclear, signs suggested omelets available, then heard extra cost, bought breakfast at booking, but had to ask several times if it I was going to be billed for it. Dinner person due at 6 was late. Breakfast food cold, but tasty. Breakfast room cold. Description listed hot tub, didn’t say it was outside, too cold to use. I chose to stay at the highest price motel in the area expecting quality experience. Also no pen and paper pad in room.

The room was extremely run down. At 8 am when we got up we tried to open the curtains and they were fullnof holes and teared. Whenbopening the a piece of metal 10 ft long by 6 inches fell hitting by 4 year old grandson on the head. The manager came up and said she woul give my grandson a treat and comp us a night. At check out she was not there and no comp was as done. I have pictures if needed. I will report this to Hilton since we filled an incident report.

For a Hilton hotel was not kept up that well .. beds were not very comfortable and exterior doors would not unlock with my key.. I had my dog so going through main lobby all the time was an issue with other dogs or guests who were afraid of dogs etc. I complained several times but issue was never fixed during my stay.

We got a junior suite and the TV kept saying channel off air. We asked the front night shift about it and he did not have someone go up to our room to check it. The reason I got a junior suite was. C we had a kid with us. I spent 400.00 on a room to where one tv wasnt working and ice machiens were broke or empty and couldnt keep our drinks or food old on top of that

We were given an accessible room when we booked a standard 2 queen room, the tv in our room did not work, the hot tub did not work and the pool and hot tub were dirty. When we complained at the front desk, the staff said “sorry”. There were no amenities as advertised and no tv either. This stay was terrible and I would like a refund.

I reserved this room for my son and daughter-in-law as they were evacuating from Hurricane Helene. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude and refused to let them check in. After speaking with two managers, they were finally approved to check in. I think the front desk staff should have a refresher course on customer service and empathy for those affected by a natural disaster.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton. Highly recommended. We stayed for six nights. Friendly staff and front desk. Clean and spacious rooms. Surrounding and common areas are pristine and inviting. Ample parking and walker accessible to dining options. Conveniently located to NAS Jax and I-295. My family and I will be back.

Matt at the front desk was extremely rude to me. His tone and attitude was unnecessary as I wasn’t giving him negative energy after he approached me after assuming incorrectly that I was being loud in the lobby when I had just entered the premises. It clearly was the group of 6-8 guests that was sitting next to him who had been loudly lounging in the lobby when I left the building and later returned. His apology when he realized he was wrong was rude. I was a returning customer of this property but will not book again for my next visit. If I’m being calm with you, offer me the same respect. Anything else is unnecessary.

The cook to order breakfast was a plus was not free but it's ok I enjoyed my French roast etc.the hot tub was nice and the pool very clean . It’s your typical Hilton Garden Inn. Only used it for a place for our dogs during our Open House. Beds are stiff as a board. Conveniently located next to the freeway & dining options. WiFi worked.

Made up planned overnight stop here. Front desk immediately gave us the bottomline price. Were super helpful to give us a great huge room on 1st floor. Right off 95 with lots of places to grab food or walk around to stretch your legs. SO clean and the bed was so nice I would have slept for days if I could have. Breakfast looked good but unfortunately was not included. To pricey to splurge on and get back in the car to drive far. Will definitely stay here next time - quiet off the main drag. And next time will make it a couple of days!

The staff and breakfast were amazing! The pool area and grounds were somewhat messy and the elevator was very shaky…a little scary. Our room smelled horrible, the TV didn’t work there was yellow “liquid” under the phone when we moved it. We asked about the TV and since it was a Sunday night they did move us to another room. I picked this hotel because it was a Hilton and have always had great experiences with them. I don’t like to leave a bad review:( The cleanliness in the lobby was great but the room not so much:)

I was sent an email by Hilton after I booked and paid for my room on hotels.com that prompted me to download Hilton Honors to not have to check in at the front desk and have a digital key sent to my phone app. This was a service that I was excited to use on a day when I knew I’d be exhausted checking in. The front desk here made me do the whole thing over again, couldn’t print any paper for me, and it was an irritating waste of time to download the app and put all my payment info in.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Park Florida. The staff was very helpful and courteous anytime we talk to them. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the rooms were always tidy and clean. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We were visiting family that live there. It started out with the front desk person arguing on whether my hotel was paid for. After showing the receipt and credit card multiple times, they attempted to charge with card on file AGAIN for $800 dollars. My credit card then cancelled my card thinking it was fraud. It did get worked out, however it was me that worked it, no effort on their part. The weekend staff was rude and condescending. I asked if my room can be cleaned since it was 2 days of grandkids in and out of it. I was told they don't have cleaners because they are short staffed and then asked if I could just pick up the trash and they would give me towels. The manager did attempt to resolve issues by apologizing. it's way to long to explain. The day I was leaving there was a new person whom hadn't been there all weekend. She asked me if I was checking out because it was 11am. I explained I had worked out a late check out the previous day with staff. Then I said, WAIT you know nothing about it. She said it was no problem and she would advise the cleaning staff. I passively aggressive remarked "Oh wait you have cleaning staff?" I walked away and then came back to apologize for my statement. She asked me what had happened. She listened very well. I explained we had a large group of people and everything that had happened. She told me she was the General Manager. I was very impressed with her. I felt like this isn't how this hotel is typically run but I felt like she was is

The problem was we were given a room with broken automatic window blinds which didn’t work. Also had to replace the coffee maker. We stayed a 2nd night. I was told at the front desk all the rooms were booked and wasn’t able to use Expedia had to use front desk to make the reservation. Cost an extra $50 for the stay. Never stay at a Hilton Hotel again. Over Rated.

So through Expedia I paid for breakfast it was $10 extra when booking. We went to get breakfast and the hotel said it wasn’t included. It was $14.95 per person. So that was a huge waste of money. Overall it’s a ok hotel but Expedia was a huge problem. I have been using Expedia since the beginning but I may bail due to so many issues. I tried to get my money back for breakfast I prepaid for but they argued with me too.

Checked into hotel, unpacked, got settled in room 317 which had a huge mold stain in the ceiling! Complained to front desk, Sara changed our room to 311. Had to re-pack everything and move to the different room. One would think when the room was cleaned and put in rotation for service the cleaning people should have noticed the mold!!!

Then the day before my last day, the maintenance man entered my room with his key pass unexpectedly. We did not request maintenance and he said that he didn't know the room was occupied. Why in the world would you not require maintenance to check with the front desk to make sure a room is not occupied before entering the room. I'm disgusted! I will never stay at this hotel.

A door near room 101 slammed shut very loudly many times after 11pm. I think it must have been the door to the outside being used by smokers? It was really loud! I am sure that future guests would appreciate it if the sound was muffled somehow.
