Reviews
The hotel is generally appreciated for its convenient location and friendly staff. However, many guests have noted that the property is dated and in need of renovations, with issues such as thin walls, old furniture, and inconsistent cleanliness.

The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and smoke free. Nice view of the river and excellent breakfast at the restaurant.
- 5/5
Everything was great. My grandson graduated from Oregon City so it was, also, super convenient.
- 5/5
We had a terrific long weekend at the Rivershore Hotel . Great room, outstanding restaurant, beautiful balcony view and extremely efficient and friendly staff at a great price.
- 3/5
Hotel and room were clean. I booked a partial river view with balcony. Definitely not worth it as all you saw was construction. The restaurant had great food. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t explore a lot.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice view of the river.
- 5/5
The bar and restaurant staff interactions varies depending on person working. Both are expensive for what is offered.
- 4/5
Loved the location and that there was a restaurant on site. The room overlooking the river was exactly as described but the air conditioner did not work right.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Have stayed here several times over the years. Great location, and views of the river. Rooms are very generous in size, and clean. However, things have been sliding downwards ever so slowly. Staff if no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the on-site restaurant is no longer a decent place to eat. It is understaffed, overpriced, and the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the place used to be really awesome, and is still decent for the most part.
- 4/5
The property was well run, professional, and staff was great. Bathrooms need a little updating.
- 4/5
We stay here often and will continue to come back
- 5/5
Easy to find, great parking
- 3/5
Location, Staff was vert sterile. The property is getting old, not just here and there, but everything just looks old. Office, pool, hot tub, carpets, doors, tub/shower surround stains, furniture, quality of the TV reception, A/C, screen door to patio, furniture, evevator.
- 5/5
A nice view of the river with a balcony
- 0.5/5
All of it was trash
- 5/5
No complaints, under refurbish and remodel so its clear things are being handled to be improved.
- 4/5
The bar and restaurant that is in the same spot has excellent waitresses and great food
- 5/5
Great view and restaurant.
- 5/5
Beautiful river views from the lanais. Excellent halibut fish and chips!
- 4/5
Clean renovated room overlooking the river. Older property but they do a good job keeping things as updated as possible.
- 5/5
Bar was nice very clean room and adequate parking
- 4/5
Restaurant was very nice Parking was very good and secure
- 4/5
Love that it’s near the river and the location is great for when we visit family near by. The room we stayed in, had weird angles that made it hard to enter the room with all of my things. Also, the TV was very hard to maneuver. A regular remote would have been better, so I could at least see what’s on each channel without having to actually click on each channel. Was so frustrated.
- 5/5
The daily room service and the view. It was nice to come back from a hard days work to a clean and refreshed room with daily linen changing. Breakfast is too late in the morning and the parking situation is horrible. There’s not enough room to comfortably maneuver our work trucks around and breakfast would’ve nice to be served at 6am and not 7am. For the guys using the hotel while working out in that area would’ve been nice for us
- 5/5
Love their coffee bar!
- 4/5
Everything was great.
- 1.5/5
Out dated
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Always enjoy out time there. Love the river view!
- 5/5
Bathroom could have been more clean
- 3/5
Clean with good bedding and space. BUT the TV remote was confusing and dysfunctional. And then no HD on my big TV screen, what a surprise and disappointment. Some channels had as much snow as a 1950s TV. I could hear my neighbors talking, walking, and even breathing as one of them slept! My coffee maker didn't work and the ice machine near my room was jammed. My reception at check-in was cold, and I wasn't shown the price of my room with taxes and fees included. When I checked out I was told I would get a receipt via email. None has yet arrived. I did appreciate the fact that at one point I was able to get a covered parking space, but I would not stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
I would not stay again. The hotel is in a high crime area and we heard cop cars outside tons. The hotel is slightly updated but the kind of update where they slap lipstick on a pig and hope youre okay with it. The layout was not really easy easy. Crammed rooms and the chair had white stains on it.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff
- 1/5
The TV didn’t work. The bathtub was clogged, and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in the dispensers. This is uncommon for this hotel.
- 4/5
Great location, just off I205. Some noise if the windows were open, but didn’t bother my sleep. Beds are very comfortable and clean. A nice place overall to stay and I would stay again. The restaurant has great food and friendly staff, the same with the bar. The River view is lovely and there is a park just down the street. The bad: The hotel is outdated. The room, the hallways, the stairwells and elevator. Everything is just on the shabby side. Clean though. The ugly: looking out at the beautiful rice and seeing your neighbor across the street is a homeless person sleeping in a ratty car. His blankets all over the sidewalk. Sad.
- 2.5/5
No toilet brush! No filtered water, disgusting coffee setup for only 2 portions of coffee. I could hear from my hotel room people in the next room walking and talking. Staff forgot to provide me “Do not disturb” hang for my door. The water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom every time I went to take a shower. A door in my hotel room that didn’t have any purpose and I wasn’t sure That I can lock it.
- 3/5
TV was unusable.
- 5/5
Service was friendly and rooms were clean
- 3/5
😎
- 5/5
Excellent location for eating at food trucks while you learn about the Oregon Trail.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent
- 5/5
fit my simple needs for an overnight.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable had fridge microwave and coffee maker I would stay here again ….
- 4/5
Comfortable room with a nice view of the river.
- 4/5
Room was clean & quiet. Close to freeway, which was convenient. 1night stay near family.
- 4/5
Dinner at restaurant was good. Great service.
- 4/5
Needs upgrade. No pool or hot tub available
- 5/5
The room was clean. Nice view from the balcony. Great food from the restaurant. Excellent staff. Our Waiter in the restaurant, Douglas, was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well equipped with all of the necessities and very comfortable for our short stay.
- 3/5
Did not use gym or hot tub
- 0.5/5
Breakfast It was dirty and I felt unsafe due to the door having a huge gap and being placed right next to the elevator. There was a dirty sock from the last person who stayed in the room as well as hair in the shower from the previous person who stayed there. The balcony floor was sticky. It was dirty. And the pool and hot tub are closed.
- 5/5
Very sweet staff!
- 4.5/5
The river view Nothing wrong
- 5/5
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean...one of the cleanest ive been in. Restaurant was really nice and excellent tasting food. Will stay again.roostayed.
- 1/5
The hot tub didn’t even work. That’s the whole reason we came here, over priced for no reason
- 4/5
Everything was fine except it was chilly the first night because an outside hallway window was left open all night right outside my room, and then in the early morning, I could smell stinky marijuana smoke. The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Felt very comfortable
- 1/5
Location and staff was polite Pool out of order, there was hair on the towel and also bed. The view was above a roof. And all night they had workers and generators running. So sleep was very little. We came off a 12 hour drive wanting to soak in hot tub and sleep. All that we didn't get. The hotel it's self is nice and the rooms are decent.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and it was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Great cancellation, no issues
- 3.5/5
the location, beds, dining room and mini casino were all good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I didn't like that there was no door separating the bathroom vanity from the bedroom, so the light and noise associated with washing hands, brushing teeth, etc. was too noisy if roommate was sleeping. Also, our bathroom light/fan was too noisy, so had to take a phone/flashlight into the bathroom to avoid making noise.
- 5/5
Everything was good!
- 3/5
It’s a clean, no frills hotel
- 4/5
Wonderful location and easy to find. Great location for food and coffee. Quiet!! Secure.
- 4/5
The view and layout The restaurant and bar
- 5/5
It was awesome no worries
- 3/5
Terrific view of the Clackamas River from our room.
- 3/5
I wanted to pay with a card attached to my Apple wallet and was unable to which was understandable but frustrating. We tried to order food from the bar but the server didn’t know if they were still serving and said to ask the bartender but they were doing karaoke. The bathtub in our room smells like mildew and caulk is way past needing to be done. The location was convenient. Our stay was mostly fine but not great.
- 4/5
Location and amenities, bar restaurant and entertainment.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Friendly staff good location
- 5/5
Staff is friendly
- 1/5
House keeping stole my meds and the manager couldn’t even look me in the eye.
- 4/5
No. On one day the room was not cleaned.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Had room service daily. Restaurant is open till 11 and there’s an outdoor area if you smoke. Felt more like a resort than regular hotel. Hot tub could be hotter but it was decent and open till 10. Price was great
- 4/5
I’ve stayed here twice in the past year as a “staycation” with a friend for a girls night out/in. Excellent staff. The restaurant and bar are great. Super friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean and comfortable. Only complaints are the pillows are awful… I’m bringing my own next time. And the TV/lack of streaming abilities/ entertainment selection. Other than that. Top notch. Will be back again I’m sure. Fingers tightly crossed that the tv entertainment selection is more up to date by then.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Clean and quite
- 1/5
They put us in 231 which had adjoining rooms on each side . It was horrible! We could hear every word that was said in the other rooms. When they came in 11:30 pm and when they got ready and left at 5:30 am. I won't stay there again.
- 1/5
There was hair in the shower and the hot tub was closed and that’s why I picked that hotel
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean and up to date rooms.
- 5/5
clean room, staff, amenities
- 5/5
However this trip the hot tub was closed for repairs so if you are looking for a place with a hot tub I would call first to see if it’s open.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Balcony view of the river was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Fitness room is quite small but has a few good machines for cardio and a multi-station Nautilus for weights. The on-site restaurant (not operated by BW) has decent food and is definitely convenient. We walked from the hotel into downtown a few times - an easy walk.
- 5/5
Amazing service and helpful staff!
- 4/5
Nice view of the river!
- 5/5
Nice bar
- 5/5
Just a few minutes from downtown Oregon City.
- 4/5
Rooms with balcony and river view are beautiful, newly updated and very comfortable. AC was exceptional and everything was very clean. Lovely stay, I would happily stay again and recommend to others.
- 3/5
Dislikes were all soda machines on every floor were out of drinks. Walls thin you could hear your neighbors inside the room and down the hallways. Also if you book through Expedia or a 3rd party you do not get the meal voucher for their restaurant that you otherwise would get if you booked directly through the hotel. Otherwise a nice stay I would stay again.
- 5/5
nice staff
- 4/5
N/A
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were very polite. The room was wonderful with the balcony overlooking the river.
- 4/5
Front desk was very pleasant and efficient. Parking sucked w small spaces and not enough of them w all the construction boxes.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful we were able to check in early and found us a room on the top floor.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 3/5
It is an older hotel that is in the process of being remodeled. Near the river. Great patio. Desk services person was very kind and helpful. It is your basic one night on the road trip stop for a hotel. Would recommend!
- 3/5
The hot tub was OK. Could see where it needs some work (drain rusted out, grout is a bit dingy, and the jets are looking rough. It was plenty warm enough and seemed to have clean well treated water. Never got to use the gym, but looked ok. The room was relatively clean, just run down with exposed capped wires under the AC unit, a munched bathroom door corner, leaking faucet from the tub while showering, slow draining sink, and missing part of the drawer at the desk.
- 4/5
The manageron duty was very nice.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!! Local to a lot!!
- 4/5
Perfect location for what we needed. The restaurant lounge was a fun hangout spot in the evenings.
- 3/5
Easy access to highways.
- 1/5
Bad
- 3/5
Wifi didn’t work. Noisy.
- 5/5
Nice property. Newly renovated rooms. Nice restaurant and lounge.
- 5/5
Really nice room! Large, with plentiful space for the bed-desk-round table-extra sink- cabinets-fridge-microwave. And still enough room to have a dance if you wanted. Comfortable bed & nice linens. Friendly, helpful staff at check-in. The only down side is the freeway noise. But I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Most best westerns offer this. Except for this location
- 4/5
Ket to access elevator & return from restaurant gave added security. Requested close to elevator and room was just a few steps from elevator doors, restaurant on same floor as were laundrey, gym and pool. Perfect for disabled traveler. Balcony overlooking river. Dined at Rivershore restaurant several times. Excellent food and service.
- 4/5
We stayed here before andcwill choose it again. It was a great stay in a great room.
- 5/5
Great choice for the price and value. Room was very spacious. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which serves an excellent breakfast and lunch with excellent views and a bar as well for the afternoon/evening. Room was quiet and clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Very convenient across the streets from stores and shopping. Very close also to downtown Oregon City.
- 3/5
Major construction both onsite and on adjacent roadways. Noisy, difficult to sleep. Difficult to navigate. This is a hotel where we have stayed many, many times. When the work is completed we will most likely be back.
- 2/5
No pool available, construction everywhere. The front receptionist was very very rude. She does not need to be a receptionist. The room was clean. But the balcony felt very unsafe, it felt as though it was slanting and might fall forward.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel
- 2/5
First night was fine, but walls are paper thin along with door to adjoining room made it noisy. You can clearly hear your neighbors. Second night was woken up after midnight to a woman whimpering, raising her voice and crying, only to realize she was having sex. This went on for a while. Tried to call front desk but the phone didn’t work. They started at it again around 9am but add arguing to the noise. It’s one thing to barely hear it but it’s almost as if you’re in the same room.
- 4/5
Quick and easy stay. Room could use some added lighting and updating but it was comfortable and very clean. Would stay again. Great location and easy parking was a bonus.
- 3/5
Could not get the a/c to get the room cool. Noisy people in halls late at night. Food was baf
- 5/5
The balcony overlooking the river was an unexpected bonus, plus the low price for the room.
- 5/5
Easy check in
- 4/5
Comfortable beds. Restaurant was superb!
- 4/5
Accommodating staff
- 5/5
Very comfortable and welcoming.
- 2/5
This doesn’t even touch on lack of cleanliness. I stay in hotels 40 weeks a year and this place is VERY overpriced for what you’re getting. Better off at a quality inn.
- 5/5
Great service and the restaurant was excellent
- 5/5
Easy to get to, clean, attractive, comfortable.
- 5/5
Spent the weekend here for a wedding in the area. Even though there was construction it was clean and quiet. The restaurant and bar were amazing.
- 5/5
Despite doing upgrades and construction on a major bridge. The location and new upgrades to the rooms are really good
- 5/5
Restaurant was great!!
- 5/5
The room is very roomy, clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
The facility was average. There was hair in the shower, obviously not clean. Tv remote did not work. Ac smelled like it was burning when turned on.
- 3/5
I was given a queen bed but wasn't told it was a murphy bed. Quite uncomfortable. Sofa and rug had stains.
- 4/5
Room was clean, plug ins on desk did not work. Can always use a plug in by a mirror when more than one person sharing a room. A grab bar on wall of tub for stepping out for seniors. Overall well satisfied, just suggestions.

- 4/5
Nice stay, with beautiful river view.
- 3/5
Beautiful view of the rivet
- 5/5
Dining on the outside deck was very enjoyable. The landscape was beautiful with the river just across the street. It was a very peaceful, serene setting.
- 5/5
I could not have done a better job choosing this hotel. My friend and I were coming out for a work training and we chose this hotel by the river, hoping that our evenings could be relaxing and they were exactly what we needed with an added gorgeous view on the most perfect patio. Our training was in Beaver Creek/Oregon city and this was a quick jaunt. The restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely amazing, we were able to eat outside with again a perfect view. Our room was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. We had housekeeping come in every day and make our bed and give us fresh towels. The fitness room had a peloton which was amazing for me. They had the most incredible coffee machine in their lobby that had a variety of options for fresh brewed coffee. They had a hot tub that was inside which was lovely, my friend and I spent over an hour in there relaxing. I loved the fact that the parking was in off of the street. It felt very safe. You had to use your key to get into the elevator to go up to your room. Everything about this hotel was five star. We went out several evenings and ate some amazing food and everything was very close by. I absolutely loved this hotel and this area and I’ll definitely be back whether it be business or personal!!!!!!
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Liked the pool and proximity to river.
- 4/5
Newly remodeled clean & comfortable rooms. Very nice view of river from the room balcony. Front desk staff weren’t well trained on dealing with 3rd party (such as hotels.com) systems, so checking in was slow. Overall, we’d stay there again.
- 3/5
This is the 3rd time that I have stayed here. Every time the building has been under renovation. Seems ridiculous that for 3 years running this work has not been completed. Until construction is completed we will choose another hotel to stay at.
- 5/5
Lovely view from our room of the Willamette River. McDonald’s nearby and restaurant attached. Room was efficiently sized with bathroom sink located in the room so as be convenient for two people.
- 5/5
Beautiful place we always enjoy our stay
- 5/5
The staff were welcoming and helpful and kind! They truly showed that they cared about their hotel and their patrons.
- 5/5
It is always great to stay there
- 3/5
Property under construction. The place smelled.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 4/5
The walls are extremely thin you can hear the neighbors conversations including the TV’s but overall the room was nice and had a nice view!
- 3/5
We were excited to stay there for the even we had to attend in the are and all the photos online were beautiful of this hotel. Check in was fine, got to our room to find the queen bed was more like full bed, my husband almost fell off it twice during the night. Bed was so hard we felt as if someone beat us all night and woke up with whole body hurting. There were blood stains on the bathroom door, we wiped those off. Nobody wants to look at blood stains on the door. Our smoke detector in our room still had plastic wrap over it that they used to cover for painting from the looks of it. The pool and hot tub we were so excited about was also a disappointment. Pool is outdoors and was freezing cold. Hot tub was like warm at best. Staff was nice and if our room looked as nice as the lobby that would be wonderful but all this place has going for it is amazing area that it's in. Glad we only stayed there one night, not sure I could have slept there more than that
- 5/5
I tip my hat to the lady who accommodated my need to add another night stay due to my own oversight.
- 4/5
The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The elevator was under construction and not easy to use. A continental breakfast was not offered.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind.
- 5/5
Nice and relaxing view of the river
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. We stayed one night and it was just what we needed. Good location, we could look out on the river from our room. Very clean.
- 5/5
I absolutely loved karaoke at the bar on sat night it was fun the bartender was a great singer i forget her name but i hope to see her face if i come back to this hotel the room was clean they offered room service wich i didnt need but it was a great offer i got towels and everything i needed i wish the pool was not open unfortunately but its not too warm yet. some crazy homeless lady who talks to herself lives somewhere near the Mcdonalds next door and spends alot of time in the area but other then that it was amazing
- 4/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Property looks like it was recently updated. My only criticism for building management is the rooms were all updated EXCEPT for the bath fans. We got a 4:30am wake up from another guest using their bathroom above or below us. Each one has a loud drone including ours. Staff was friendly and property access and parking is very convenient.
- 5/5
We stayed during renovations, but it was still clean and quiet. It was perfectly walkable to all the awesome food stops and shops, which the kind/helpful staff told us all about. When I am back in the area, I won't hesitate to stay here again! Thanks!
- 5/5
Loved the river view
- 5/5
Under construction on the top floor but on he weekend was not intrusive
- 3/5
Quiet street on the river side
- 2/5
The construction on the 205 bridge ran ALL night until around 1:00 AM. Sawing, riveting, hammering, with "backup" beeping of construction vehicles. How is a guest suppose to sleep??? The soap dish in the shower was dirty when we arrived. The clock on the nightstand kept blinking and could not be used, AND since it was bolted to the nightstand, I couldn't even see all the switches or buttons. I was very disappointed with my stay.
- 3/5
For the price paid, it was not a good value for the money. We had one major complaint due to beong woken up by noisy neighbors in the adjorning room at 11:30pm. They woke up our whole family from a deep sleep with yelling and arguing in the hallway that continued into the room next to ours. They could be heard loud and clear through the adjorning door and very thin walls. It went on for a couple minutes before we called the front desk. The person working the front desk said he would send someone up. After another 5-7 minutes hearing them screaming and hitting the walls, we called the front the desk again. The man working at the desk told me that he sent someone up and it "sounded like they were quieting down" so if it was still bothering us then they could offer to move us. My boyfriend was not okay with this response so he had to walk down to the front desk and demand they handle the situation or make the loud tenants move, not us. The other man at front (maybe a manager?) came up and heard the screaming so he knocked on their door and told them to be quiet or further action would be taken. This finally quieted them down to a level that could be drowned out by the TV. Based on this experience, I do not recommend staying here because they did not handle this properly from the beginning.
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Oregon City. We stayed for 4 nights as we were visiting family. The hotel is in the middle of remodeling, however, we were not disturbed by any remodeling noise. The room was clean, the front office people were extremely nice and helpful. I did eat breakfast at the restaurant it was really good. We really enjoyed the view of the fishermen. We did not experience any issues with AC noise at all. We plan to stay here again in the fall.
- 3/5
Under construction.
- 4/5
Room was a bit musty. I thought it smelled like cigarette smoke, husband just thought it was mustiness due to being close to the river. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and tidy.
- 5/5
Nice Hotel and Restaurant on the River
- 5/5
Great river view! Great salmon Cajun Alfredo at the attached Rivershore restaurant, parking felt secured!
- 3/5
nothing
- 5/5
It is a clean but tired property. Eric the evening desk person was super helpful and friendly. I will stay there again.
- 4/5
It is only about 5 miles from my mom's home and my other relatives stay there also when visiting. We all like it.
- 5/5
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional during both check in and check out. Room was very clean and felt secure and quiet. Nice location by the river, close to the freeway without being loud at all.
- 3/5
Spotless room, but major construction is happening on *level 2, which is how you get to the restaurant. No guests staying on level 2 currently. Lots of dust. Also, 24/7 construction happening on the river within earshot of my room. I was on floor 3, and upstairs was noisy - same with my friends down the hall in another room. The floors are LOUD. Went to sleep late and woke up early because of it. Try to get a room on level 4 or *level 1, and you'll be able to sleep. Good access to the highway.
- 5/5
The property is undergoing construction

- 5/5
Great staff! Love the food! Room was perfect for attending business zoom calls.
- 5/5
Nice balconies overlooking the river which had a nice walking trail along it.
- 5/5
No.
- 3/5
Coupled with major work on the 2nd floor, ongoing work on the bridge across the river and a noisy AC, it was not quiet.
- 5/5
I used to live in the area and would love to grab Clams at the restaurant they have. Now that I travel for work I like to stay here. It’s quiet. I can usually get an early check in which is soooo nice.
- 3/5
Run-down. Bad smell. Broken bed. Will not return
- 2/5
Shared door between rooms let total noise in my room. Next door people partied and were very loud!
- 2/5
Noisy, guests in the room next door played music LOUDLY
- 3/5
We had river view which it has a tree right in front of our room. The traffic noise from the bridge is loud so no sitting on the deck or leaving the siding glass door open unless you’re okay with traffic noise. The room itself is in need of being updated but clean, which I’m okay with because it was clean. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable at first but in the middle of the night it was sagging us into the middle. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was okay, I had prime rib and my husband has Cajun chicken pasta, it was cold but tasted okay. It was okay and I’m sure we’ll stay there again because it was okay and probably eat at the restaurant again because it was okay. I know the second floor is being remodeled so maybe the next time we’ll be in an updated room. The hotel has elevators which is nice for people with disabilities, which my husband is.

The hotel is under renovation and will be great. Our room had not been renovated and showed its age. I will go back next time I’m in town. The location is good, the room’s potential is good. Housekeeping was terrific.

The property is very old, but is going through a renovation. Hopefully next time will be cleaner and more modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site was convenient.

Good hotel, under construction at the time

My favorite part about this property is the river view and balcony plus all the walking trails available. My complaints are all the dust and the room could use some renovation. They are currently in the middle of remodeling the hotel and they even have signs that say excuse the dust. Stil, I feel that my balcony door shouldn't have been coated in thick dust that resembled dog hair.

There was a Nice view of the river from the deck. The bed was really comfortable. We liked the easy parking and the location was good for visiting our family. Unfortunately the room heater/air conditioner was super loud and cycled on and off every few minutes making it hard to sleep.
