It is a lovely location, and the staff were great at meeting our demands. The AC noise in the room for the whole night, regardless of the setting, was the only negative. We'll recommend it.

Wonderful, quiet resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious- especially the amazing brunch they offered for Mother’s Day. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

As always, Bay Hill never disappoints. We had been visiting every year from 2007 to 2022, but hadn't been back since then, for many reasons. We were delighted to find that the rooms had been nicely renovated, the golf course was in excellent condition, and the staff -- Cheryl, Pamela, and John, especially -- were still their welcoming selves!

The only missing was a refrigerator in the room and the AC it was very noisy! Other than that, it was an extremely enjoyable day and the golf course was spectacular🏌‍♂️⛳️

Amazing service from check-in, restaurants, golf shop/course. Restaurants and food were great. I was a little nervous about the dress code throughout the property, but it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely a 5-star experience.

As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable.

Be careful what food options you choose

Very disappointed in the golf situation. As we know, no one can control the weather, however when you can only complete 9 holes due to the forecaddied group ahead taking over 3 hours in the rain to complete their 9 holes, you’d expect at least a half round refund. Unfortunately for me, I just got an “Oh well” and that was it. Wouldn’t mind completing that 9 holes one day seeing I’ve paid for it!

Room was larger than a standard hotel room by a little bit. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Room was quiet. Check out was quick.

The rooms were a good size and liked the fact that the shower was high pressure unlike many other hotels. Also the staff were very polite and the breakfast choices were amazing. We also loved the fact it was a sit down breakfast where you are served vs a buffet.

The staff were friendly and efficient ensuring that my stay was great. the room was clean and of a good size, the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. I am struggling to come up with anything I didn't like. As I stated above the staff and room were great. The breakfast was also good

I was quite disappointed; the service is poor. We stayed in a guesthouse with two bedrooms, which was poorly equipped, old, and dirty. For the price, I expected much more. Wifi didn’t work

IT WAS MY AND MY GRANDSON'S 8TH TIME VISITING AND IT WAS EXCELLENT AS USUAL.

Best place to stay in the Orlando area! Mr. Palmer's place is a living museum that showcases his persona and how great of a man he truly was. Everyone there takes great pride at doing their job and seem genuinely happy and blessed to be there. Golfing there is the Florida standard for me and getting to stay and play at Bay Hill is a privilege that I do not take for granted. Hat's off to everyone at Bay Hill for continuing to keep the legend alive.

Bucket list golf course. Course was great shape obviously right after the PGA event was held. Room and food good. Quiet and clean. Would recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Service was excellent! Food was absolutely delicious. We will be back again very soon.

Great hotel for golfers …

I love this property - the staff are amazing, the golf course is excellent, the food is also really good and reasonably priced The rooms are dated I say it every time I visit, I appreciate they want to retain the legacy of Mr Palmer and that is a good thing but it is time to update the bedrooms, there have been some improvements since our last visit, improved WiFi, better TV’s and USB ports but I still think a little modernisation would go a long way

A very convenient location with easy parking. The property is nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are in need of significant upgrades to include furniture and a remodeled shower. The room was clean but felt dark and musty. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected a small mini-fridge and basic room amenities.

Great time

They have done a disservice by completely changing the menu. Many things we loved like Arnie’s navy bean soup are no longer being served. The am coffee station has also been downgraded. None of the fancy carafes or rock sugar were there. On our checkout morning at 8:25 am despite the “ do not disturb “ sign on the door, housekeeping was banging on the door and woke us up. Considering that checkout time is 12 pm, it was a rude ending to an otherwise okay stay. I think the new management needs to reconsider what brings back clientele at a lodge like Bay Hill. Thanks.

Amazing and friendly staff, pool was very warm and available from 6am to 7pm. There is a dress code but other than that everything went smoothly.

This is a place to stay if you like being away from the crowds. So relaxing and quiet. Property is well kept. Just need to upgrade on the furnitures (i.e. refrigerator, iron/ironing board etc.) inside the room.

Love staying at Bay Hill

It was a total treat to stay at the King's place! (Arnie!). The whole resort felt like such understated class. The employees were attentive and professional. I enjoyed my stay from the first minute to the last.

The facility is immaculate, the golf course was in tremendous shape and all the staff are very nice and helpful.

Also, to get to the accesible room you had to go up stairs and down stairs or go through the patio door. What is that about?

But for history…. Really tired hotel. Bathrooms ok but everything else is really old and tired. Food was good. Golf is great, but expensive.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We felt very safe here. It was clean. The balconies were nice on the second floor. The night shift front desk staff and house keeping were kind. I believe his name was Wiliks, the night shift front desk staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. He even helped sort out a matter with expedia and helping us without us even asking. Me and the guests with me highly recommend this hotel!

Having access to the Bay Hill Golf Course was reason enough to stay here. Amazing staff and facility.

Only reason I stayed here was to be able to book a tee time for golf. The staff couldn’t have been nicer throughout the whole experience but I really expected more here. The rooms were average with no real features to use inside the bedroom, the network and television reception was constantly going in and out and there is only one restaurant open for dinner where you need to email for a reservation and everything closes at 9p. Prices were not bad at all and again, everyone we met at a extremely friendly…just was expecting a better experience out of bayhill.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room, but I honestly didn't miss it. There was delicious fresh hot coffee and tea in the morning served just outside our room and the restaurant was just downstairs if we got hungry. My wife absolutely loved the hotel, and even tho she is not a golfer, insists that we come back.

Bay hill is always a wonderful oasis in a chaotic city.

It was my sixth trip with my grandson and we have always had an excellent time.

When we checked the front desk looked disgusted by me she didn’t even smile once nor conversation nothing except what she had to do. If your there for a pay check get a new job. The bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain had moldy spots that are very noticeable. The shower Handel was coming off the tub you can clearly see had a ring of dirt around it. At check out front desk staff still was not clearly to see me no smile now a hello how is your morning. Just how can I help you. I did advise them of the bathroom but was just told sorry for that. I advise them for the amount the service and bathroom should be better then it is as I have no problem paying. Just not for the conditions I had to take.

Everything was very nice, the staff was excellent, everyone made us feel like family. The course was great. Our only suggestions are coffee and iron in the room and our mattress felt like we were sleeping in a hole, maybe needed to be flipped over?. Over all a 9.5, we will definitely be back.

Hello, my only issue is we had a vehicle parked (not with us) in our driveway and I had to call security. We were up dealing with your property management and on site security until 1:45 AM. My family was very concerned that it was a stolen vehicle. It was a long night.

This was a very convenient place for us to stay.

While this is a private club and this was my first time visiting, the staff treated me as if I had been a member for years. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating in every way. My only complaint, after playing golf at Bay Hill I am spoiled and all the courses I normally play won’t come close to this experience…..I will be back as soon as possible.

No coffee/tea makers in the rooms is a mystery, they are less than $100. Can't think of another top class hotel that doesn't offer them. Very limited and awkwardly place electrical outlets in the rooms to charge devices.

Awesome… simply!

This was our first time back since April of 2019. The room was nice and overall clean. Our bathtub/shower drained extremely slow and filled up with water while showering and one of our towels had black stuff on it. During our first stay there was an amazing eucalyptus scent throughout the lodge that we didn’t notice this time. Overall it was another great stay.

This is my second stay. While I like how quiet the hotel is, I am disappointed with the room and staff. Our room was dusty, especially around the lights and the sheets had a few stains on them. We asked that they be changed the next day but they were not. One day we didn't receive room cleaning and no towels despite housekeeping waking us up twice. Also had a light out in our bathroom. Rooms definitely need a refresh. Also there's no mini fridge or microwave and being that there is no vending for snacks, just soda. This makes it inconvenient if you just want a quick snack. When I asked for fresh towels the staff were rude and also when we checked in and out. There was no guide in our room for restaurant hours and hotel info, and nobody there informed us or even asked how our stay was. I couldn't believe how rude they were. Will go elsewhere next time.

You cannot beat the setting. The golf course is pristine and the views spectacular. The lodge itself is dated but clean and comfortable. The dining was very nice. Again, a bit dated but the food and service were great.

Love this place. First class in every way. The staff are friendly, respectful, effecient. The decor is beautiful and easy to live in. Rooms quiet, comfortable, and well appointed the grounds are so well kept and lush. Restaurants have great food and service.

Incredible property, excellent staff, deeply meaningful heritage.

The lodge at Bay Hill is famous. It’s located in a very nice part of town in Orlando. However Mr Palmer if he was alive and had his business hat on - would change this place right away. It’s like stepping into a Hollywood movie set circa 1978. It is old old old - there are shower curtains … that let the water leak all over the bathroom floor, the decor is just jaded. The restaurant is great but again, a lick of paint .. the sunshine hides a lot of stuff but in the middle of January - it doesn’t fly. The owners need to cough up and stop being penny pinchers. Spend the money, and give people what they want and that is a nice comfortable stay while they pay their respects to one of the greatest golfers that ever lived !!

Very elegant and classy

Obviously the golf course is beautiful, the staff was absolutely awesome helpful with great information, and the food was amazing.

The property was nice, just a little old and musty. Pretty sure the furniture in our room was as old as us. The food in the dining room was good and the ambiance was nice. We also think it is proper to not have a hat on in the dining room but my husband put his back on as we were leaving and the gentlemen busing the tables had a fit. Really ridiculous. Loved the golfcourse and our caddie!

My son in law wanted to play golf here. He said the course was excellent and enjoyed his games. The hotel rooms were dated and looked tired. General cleaning could be better. We were never able to make reservations at the restaurant since it was always full although it didn’t look like it was. I didn’t feel like a valued guest.

The staff were well trained, professional, and friendly. Always went out of their way to be helpful. This was consistent throughout the resort, including the golf course. The lodge is older and in need of some maintenance, but the golf course was in impeccable shape.

First class golf course and facility, very pleasant staff. Rooms are dated; no coffee makers, and TVs are small and old.

A very special venue. Fabulous.
