The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Property was completely remodeled. Staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Room service is very good and breakfast is great. I highly recommend this location in Lake Nona. It’s centrally located next to good free garages parking and lots of very good restaurants and walking trails.

Front desk personnel were great. Not many amenities. Three switches in the room didn’t work. There’s a seriously foul odor just outside the hotel that seemed to linger. Smelled like a sewer odor. Otherwise stay was great.

The location was great for spring break tennis. I was amazed at how clean everything was inside and all of the surrounding property. I definitely recommend.

Mya at the front desk staff was hospitable. Our friends lived in the community near the hospital, so the location was perfect for our stay. The location was very walkable. It was great for a morning walk. You can take a cup of coffee from the hotel for your walk or stop by the starbucs and grab a cup. The courtyard family friendly festivals, restaurants, and flee market won us over.

Hotel floor entrance floor was filthy with urine stain on the corner of entry doors and floor bricks need pressure washing.Room foyer grout and bathroom floor grout were black with grime. Shower temperature regulator fluctuated from luke warm to cold.

Went to take a shower, faucet handle came off. Breakfast: Dismal. Out of potatoes, 2 small slices of sausage left. This was at 8:20. No one around to restock or check. Mentioned when checking out these issues - front staff could have cared less. Location was great though!

During our seven-night stay, the full cleaning service—including a change of sheets—was performed only once. This oversight suggested a significant lack of communication between the front desk and the housekeeping team regarding our service requests after the initial complaint. While we appreciate the attempt to address the issue, dispatching several staff members to knock on our door around 6 p.m. was disruptive, especially when we had already clearly scheduled the service for the following day. We were particularly alarmed when a staff member entered our room without permission while we were present, a serious breach of privacy and hotel policy that must be addressed immediately.

She said there are some spaces. The closest 150 yards away. My phone said it was a 4.5 minute walk. My handicap made it a 15 minute walk. When I finally got back to the hotel I asked if the had a golf cart service to get to my car in the morning. She said no. I told her I can't do that walk again. She just looked at me and said nothing.I booked at this location because it is very close to the VA hospital I had early appointments and didn't want to fight rush hour trafic on the turnpike and the 417. I was going to go out to get something to eat but I couldn't make that walk again. So I ordered from Dominos and it cost $40 for a med. pizza and a drink including delivery charges. Then when I had recovered from the walk I turned on the TV and the sound didn't work on the remote. I called the desk to et them know. About 20 minutes later a man came to the room and I showed him that the volume button was not working. He left and came back with same remote and new battles I don't know why he thought changing the batteries would fix a button of course it did not and he finally found another remote. In the morning I spoke to I think was the manager and asked again about some sort of shuttle to get to te opposite side of the parking structure . He was very nice I told him that this hotel is not handicap frien

The night clerk Tony is amazing

If I had been there for pleasure the proximity to dining and nightlife would have been fun. I selected the hotel due to its close proximity to the VA hospital at which my husband was admitted. There was a very loud festival going on directly outside of the hotel which I could hear clearly in my 5th floor room. I just wanted sleep and the live music didn't cut off until 10 pm. The parking garage was a nightmare as it was available to festival goers as well as other businesses and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was like what you would get at a holiday inn express. All I wanted was a banana and they were all black. Spent almost $300 for the most miserable 11 hours. The bed was too hard, the noise from outside was unacceptable, everytime anyone up and down the hallway opened or closed their door it is so loud it wakes you up, the room smelled like an animal had previously urinated on the carpet. The room was fairly small. The coffee pot was a joke.

There were 2 issues that caused me not to give high ratings. There was loud music playing we’ll pass 11 pm causing my children not to sleep. The tv also wasn’t working at all.

Downside most of the staff in the breakfast area were rude and not customer service oriented Food in the bistro was terrible had a hamburger and was a very low grade meat and undercooked same with the chicken sandwich my daughter had, better not offer any food

I love the location and that it is central to all of the restaurants, activities, and boxi park. Mya and Chris, the manager were so welcoming when we arrived. True hospitality! The rooms were extremely clean and were upgraded to a room with a view of the plaza. A wonderful place to enjoy the light show at night and the sunrise in the morning

Very nice property, close to restaurants within walking distance, parking is in a parking garage, the attendant even cleaned our shower for us when she replaced the towels and wash cloths, very beautiful hotel, breakfast was GREAT. The only thing I didn't like is the connect four game was not working properly. Oh, and we did have to ask for another comforter upon arrival because there were a couple of small brown stains on it.

I love how close the hotel is to food! Literally a few steps away from 3 amazing restaurant choices! About the hotel itself it was soooo clean and so comfortable. Anytime I come to Orlando I will ALWAYS choose this Marriott!!!

We stayed at this hotel since it was recommended as a hotel for a wedding. The hotel was fairly close to the venue. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and bars. The parking garage was very well lit at night and there was a lot of activity in the area. A great choice!

This is a new area in Orlando close to airport and the UCF medical campuses. Great service, free breakfast, the hotel is sparkling and new in a nice semi urban office area with at 2 great restaurants. Very impressed with the staff. Simple pool. Ample parking across the street.

Pillow and sheet dis not smell good

The location is amazing. The hotel was clean and the facilities were nice. Is a good option as it’s next to restaurants and a nice small boulevard. The pillows are very soft and that didn’t help my rest.

Unfortunately we didn’t get maid service.… no explanation. We didn’t display “do not disturb” so no excuses. Also the live music from Boxi park or a restaurant was so loud on Sat night past 11pm that sleeping was not an option.

Was not able to check in until 4:15pm!

Combo Courtyard and Renaissance property with excellent gym and pool space. Room rate included breakfast. Marriot Bonvoy members get complimentary water. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Town entertainment space is steps away from hotel. Music was loud at night but with a busy day previously I was still able to fall asleep.

The property was clean, and the staff were very friendly especially Mya and Chris. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and had lots of dining options. The only thing I did not like was that you do not receive daily housekeeping, it’s every other day.

Weekend stay for an event at the USTA National campus. Check in was easy, very helpful staff. My room was great, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and very nice surroundings. Stayed here multiple times, will be back.

This is my favorite hotel in Lake Nona and I will only stay here when I travel in town for work!

Room was spacious & clean. Wonderful bed. However, did not like the (cheap) low toilet, which was very loud while tank refilled. Room 304.

Breakfast hours were not clear. Until asked we were informed that housekeeping didn´t clean every day. Asked for a towel and it took a long time and then they took it. No safe box. The hotel is new and accesible.

Also they almost charged us twice for our room at check-in. Then I had paid for 2 king rooms and got 1 king and 1 queen for the same price. Nothing refunded. They said it was because we did through Expedia. Probably will not stay there again. Its not that difficult to rent a room. Apparently it is here.

The property is clean, well managed and employees are very friendly and helpful. The signage is very poor and we had trouble finding the hotel even asking several people. We could not enter the address on our GPS either as it would not accept the address. This should be corrected if you want guests to find you.

The management team was not properly trained. It seems everyone was recently hired and didn’t have the experience to resolve any issues as far as security issues. We hold Marriotts to high standards as we consider Marriotts as one of the best hotels. Additionally, I am a Marriotts member and it was a bit disappointing as one of the front desk managers even threatened to kick us out of the hotel as we had an incident with my debit card and we were attempting to have management help us with our issue. Threatening guests such as my family to leave your hotel it is NOT acceptable. Please ensure your staff is trained accordingly.

This place need a renovation and a good cleaning. In addition the housekeeping dpto should be more friendly. I requested a change of the sheet in the bed because it found a hair on it. They brought me a new pair of sheet but they told me that I needed to do it by myself.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The ONLY thing i disliked was the shower in my room. It was an open concept with zero options to close the shower in any way. Water all over the floor combined with an unpleasant cold breeze and barely warm water was not my idea of a nice shower. Especially since I was washing 2 small children in there. Otherwise the hotel was lovely.

Fabulous customer service. Had doctor's appointments at Nemours Children Hospital and appointments ran late. The wonderful staff allowed us a later check out because we were still at the hospital during check out time. Cannot say enough positive things about them - they provided such a relief to us by just giving us a few more hours. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everything was great exceot the breakfast. Was disappointed. I understand covid makes it difficult but there should be more of a variety avail as ble. Cereal, bacon, waffles, pancakes, fruit are examples of what could be offered.
