10/10 we had an amazing time here even though it was short and everyone was very friendly. The rooms and restaurants very upscale and was super clean and big lots of space. We will be returning soon

Evermore exceeded my expectations after reading all the reviews we were excited to try and we loved every minute the hotel is very modern clean and all the amenities are fantastic for kids it’s really close to Disney which is why we are here travelling from the uk the only downside I would say is checkout time which is 10am when we travel back to the uk at 8pm in the evening the hotel does provide locker showers etc but take into consideration if you have small kids who still nap etc. we would definitely return to evermore.

We loved the location of our villa, which made it easy to enjoy all the amenities. The included activities and water attractions kept our family entertained the entire stay. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were fantastic. Our kids especially loved the arcade, and the ice cream truck was such a fun touch that made the experience even more memorable. Everything was clean, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. This place truly feels special...relaxing, luxurious, and worth every penny. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful site and homes. Amazing pool and amenities

Everything was great! I love how people come to you the day of check in and see if you need anything. We struggled getting reservations for 16 ppl and when I told the ladies they said they’d check and see. An event coordinator called me later and got us into a restraunt for sat night which was perfect.

It’s an absolutely beautiful property with the most helpful staff and wonderful amenities. My kids (5 & 13) and my 84 year old MIL loved it, as well as my husband and me. I was beyond impressed with how quiet the unit was- we couldn’t hear the families next to or above us. It was super convenient for our trip to Disney and we had groceries delivered via Instacart which made everything so easy. They had a ton of food options as well. We’re already planning our next trip!

Great Stay

Everything was amazing. The apartment was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and everything looked new and fresh. The decor is modern and light. The beach and pool areas are amazing — the kids loved them. A few important and good things that are not clearly shown here: - There is a small market inside the complex, which makes life much easier. - They offer a housekeeping service, with different paid options, which made our stay even easier and more pleasant. - The apartment decor is light, modern, and easy to keep clean. There are carpets only inside the bedrooms. - Two of the bedrooms do not have windows facing outside. However, in the kids’ room, they installed a glass door that allows natural light to come in from the living room. The other bedroom has a high window facing the living room, and it also has blackout curtains. I thought that it would be a problem for us, but it wasn't at all. - The location is perfect: only 10–15 minutes from Disney by car. I will definitely come back. - They don’t have cribs with mattresses. They only have portable cribs, which come without a mattress and are more suitable for newborns or babies up to around 6 months old. - Bed rails were not available during our stay, so make sure to request them before your stay. Otherwise, you may need to rent a crib from a rental company. - The oven was making a very weird and loud noise, so we decided not to use it.

There was also a difference in villas vs flats and we should be receiving over 1.5k back. With that being said they didn’t want to make any accommodations for that to happen. There are plenty of activities for families and couples to do on the grounds without having to do a theme park.

The hotel staff makes zero accommodations. Don’t ask for a late checkout, they won’t give you. If you ask, they will knock on your door before 10:20 to make sure you are out. The hotel offers day-use access and probably needs the room for other guests. We asked to stay close to my brother’s apartment and they completely ignored both our requests. I hope my brother chooses another place for our family vacation next year. This hotel is not worth my money.

The property was very clean , easy to navigate , felt very much like home after a day or so . I’m ready to go back There is no courtesy things for birthdays etc . Maybe have something in the room when you know a birthday is arriving or any other celebration.

everything about evermore was fantastic

We had a rough start since our planes got delayed and canceled so we had to make a 7 hour drive to get there after we landed in ATL. We wanted to extend our trip a day because we lost a full day, but Evermore declined an extra day. So we paid for a full day Monday the 19th and couldn’t get there due to canceled flights. We were upset about that but while there, we had a great experience. We don’t travel often, our kids first time in Florida so we wanted to stay longer Added above with what we did like.

Beautiful property. Close to attractions, shopping, etc. I would recommend. The Lagoon water was freezing cold. I wish it was heated.

The place was stayed was amazing. Way more than anyone could have imagined. I still can't believe the accomodations. There wasn't a thing I didn't like. It was a fantastic way to have quality time with the family. There was something for everyone.

Lodging, amenities and convenience of location

This property exceeded our expectations!! We will absolutely be back again. The staff was amazing, the property and rooms were beyond anything we could have expected and there was so much for our 4 children to do there was never a dull moment! Our only wish was for some form of music outside by the pool in our house but we were very happy even without!

I dont post much, so here goes...This was our family's 4th trip to Evermore. We brought another family of 10 with us and they got a flat also. I feel like they have cut their employees back or management is slacking. A bandaide was on the walkway on our way to the room when we got there and still there the day we left...trash in the bushes, stains..alot of stains on the carpet heading to the room...corners of building banged up, places in the room that needed repainting....remote controlls for the tv didnt work.. Pine straw needed some love..We had maintenance come twice to fix our sliding door that either wouldn't lock or couldn't get locked..I feel like in a year its went down a star rating....definitely going down hill. And lastly...first time Ive seen Rif Raf people there...( loud boombox and hollering curse words) And the staff not saying anything to them. People you ask yourself how are they spending $1,300 a night?...Will probably start looking for the next NEW place to go to that is comparable with Carnival, I mean Evermore.... my .02 cents

It is a relaxing place. What I did not like was that it rained every day, although I understand that this is due to nature and is not something the property can control.

Flat is a great space, evermore bay was great! Kids love the sandy beaches. Good food options and lots of entertainment throughout the day! Golf course was also excellent and in great shape!!

The pool was nice. The service was terrible. Our first meal upon arrival was complimentary due to the fact it took over an hour then 2 of the 6 meals were burned and a third was the incorrect meal. There was also just a lack of communication between staff

Room#3 was missing the tv remote The kitchen had a broken toaster and thw sink leaked water all over the floor After 4 days into a 5 day stay and numerous calls little by little all was taken care of except for the hair conditioner. Not at all what our past stays have been. It was quite disappointing to say the least.

Staff was so nice, property in great condition. Loved our location in the villas. For a full kitchen the only thing it lacked was some of the basic cooking needs of you wanted to do a meal that wasn’t from a restaurant

Love the overall beach vibe and the feeling of safety at the resort at all times. The slide pool has gotten so busy! But we were glad to check out the other pools and side beach areas.

Great vacation spot... Family Friendly

We stayed in the villas that were clearly part of the old property. While the potential was there for a very nice stay, little things to refresh the space would have made it feel top-tier. The carpet in our two bedroom villa was very stained and very dirty, the floors needed a good mopping, baseboards and corners were layered with buildup, and they even painted the grout to make it look less black from mold, but went as far as painting onto the tile, so it was very clear that they were trying to cover it up. Overall, our linens were clean and the bed for comfortability was an about a 3.5 out of 5. We would stay here again, but due to the newness of the Conrad Hotel that’s also on site, we would probably opt to stay there and have smaller quarters, but a new, cleaner vibe. Overall we were happy. Location was convenient and again, the niceness of the staff was top tier.

Great location for the theme parks Food was very good too My main issue was the area by the main beach pool. There are several beach beds that are free to use for guests. However beware, the cabanas are charged on a dynamic pricing that is not advertised or made clear. I misheard the price and booked two, seating four people. They charged me $700 and I was absolutely horrified!!! I can see zero justification for this and it left a sour taste. I felt I had been totally ripped off and other guests really need to be warned about this. I will make a formal written complaint to the manager.

Traveling with kids can make relaxing a little harder, but they do have plenty of activities to keep them busy, which we really appreciated. We celebrated my son’s birthday during our stay, and I was hoping they would do something small like a card or acknowledgment, but unfortunately they didn’t—that part was a bit disappointing. Overall, we loved it and would definitely come back!

Stayed in a two bed,two bath villa. Villa was beautiful and well equipped. Clean and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa and using all the amenities. Will definitely be back.

Wow, Evermore Resort is a phenomenal place to stay with family and friends. Everything you need is on the resort or close by. The HOME was very clean and spacious, the staff from the front desk, security and cleaners were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were great and there was a variety of different foods. I cannot say enough about Evermore Resort and I have stayed at other resorts but Evermore by far exceeds expectations. I love this place and my family and I will look forward to making future plans to stay at Evermore Resort.

We rented a place with 4 bedrooms.. must of been from the old builder not the conrad because they are beyond dated. think late 80's... for $1200 a night I expected way more. but the grounds are amazing!

Stayed in a 4 bedroom flat with views of the magic kingdom fireworks. Thrilled with everything about this resort!

We stayed in a flat and really enjoyed our stay. The toilet seats don't fit the toilet bowl and more attention could be spent on some of the bathrooms in the flat prior to guest arrival. I also wonder if service would have been better if gratuity wasn't automatically applied to everything.

Could be a middle of the road dining experience you go from burgers and pizzas to fine dining basically

Amazing resort!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 5-bedroom home with a private pool was perfect for us. The customer service was great, and they responded quickly whenever we had questions. We were also able to rent a golf cart that accommodated six people, which made getting around the resort easy. We truly enjoyed the home and the resort amenities and can’t wait for our next trip back!

11/10 in every aspect. We had the 4 bedroom flat with the bay view and wow. Probably the first ever place my family has stayed and my wife didn’t take the first hour cleaning everything. The staff is top notch. Helpful in every way and working around the clock. Pools were pristine and warm which I expected but the bay… for such a big piece of water it was spotless. You really feel like you’re in paradise with Disney 10 minutes away. This will be a yearly vacation spot for my family from now on we are hooked on evermore!

Beautiful property and homes

The beach area was noticeably unkempt, with personal items left behind in the sand and even submerged just beneath the surface of the water. We had to actively avoid or remove debris to enjoy the area safely. Around the pool, after rainfall, the chairs were left wet and unattended. Staff did not appear proactive in wiping them down or ensuring the area was guest-ready, which gave the impression of a lack of attentiveness. Additionally, the property overall seemed to lack the brightness and upkeep we remembered. In prior years, the landscaping was vibrant and beautifully maintained. This time, it felt as though maintenance and presentation were being let go.

Room was spotless, well designed, and the staff was great. Loved the amenities and beach area. Very convenient to all parks. Would be nice to offer shuttles to parks - even if for a fee.

My favorite touches were the vats of complimentary sunbum sunscreen and aloe for use throughout the property. Towels were plentiful and clean around the pools. We never felt like we needed to scramble for chairs. No one was out at 7 reserving chairs. Some areas had waiters/ foodservice and those were the more crowded areas with small kids but plenty of other areas that were more quiet. We all loved the complimentary watercrafts (kayaking and paddle boarding) and the staff were all so kind. My husband enjoyed a beautiful round of golf (greens fees were pretty high even for guests) but as a great course. The gym was stunning and stocked with cartons of water and fruit. We didn’t leave the property as much as we thought! Even opted out of doing the theme parks since the kids were having so much fun around the resort!

Really nice facility! Lots of great water activities for our kids and grandkids. Got a little “tip” exhaustion. Everything has 20% built in, then they all seem to want tips on top of that.

Everything felt new. Great concept, with lots to do. We arrived on their first concert night and enjoyed a good blend of "stuff-to-do" vs. crowds.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Evermore. It was the perfect balance being near Disney but still far enough away to enjoy the resort. It had SO much to offer. My little guy is still talking about how he got to meet Bruno Mars after the concert on the beach.

A dream resort with all the amenities needed to make your stay worthwhile. The villa was clean and gorgeous with a spectacular view of the lagoon. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee machines, dishwasher and washer -dryer. Complimentary coffee, washer pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Great location, only 10-12 minutes car ride to theme parks. The grounds are lovely and well manicured gold courses. I’d definitely recommend and I will Be returning.

The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

Clean, spacious villa equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Golfing and swimming on site. Close to Disney parks. We will be back.

The staff, property, and pools are a 10/10. David and the young female (sorry i forgot her name) doing trivia and helping with activities were beyond great. Andrea and Kenny took care of us in the cabana and made it amazing. We really felt like VIPs because of the staff. The pools were great, grounds were amazing. The appliances were not great, which was disappointing. And a building alarm went off at 4am one day and 6 am the next for an extended period of time. We finally saw what the noise was the 3rd day it went off and the response was they would monitor it more...... they should always be monitoring building alarms. They then offered to upgrade us but it was the 2nd to last night, wasn't worth the hassle. Still recommend this place because the staff was so great. But for the price the little things matter and they need to fix those things.

Love the view from the balcony of the flat which was very clean and well laid out! Love accessibility to pool and other amenities. The staff services was really quick for the most part. I lost my glasses at the beginning of trip in the pool but that took until the end of trip to get it back after contacting the different staff members multiple times.

LOVED IT!

No doubt one of the more pricey places we have stayed. We had 11 in our flat and it was fine. There was always something going on for the kids. Check in was 5min. We will return for sure.

Great location and campus. We loved that we could have a relaxing day or scheduled day. The pools were great but alittle cold in November! They have lots of activities for the kids to keep the days occupied

Also, a large portion of the pool area is reserved for kayaking and activities, leaving only a very small section available for relaxing or swimming. Because of this, the pool isn’t really usable the way we expected.

We recently stayed at the Evermore and had a blast. The entire resort is incredible!! The place is very family friendly and staff extremely welcoming. The Evermore bay and surrounding beach area amenities is next level luxury for a resort. My kids could not get enough of the slide pool. We stayed in one of the flats on the 5th floor and absolutely loved it. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It truly felt like a high end Caribbean getaway.

Amazing for families visting Orlando.

My family loved Evermore Resort. It was a true resort with everything you typically have at one. The pool was amazing and the restaurants were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Evermore. We were able to check in early and went straight to the pool to hang out. Blue Hole was a hit with my family, as was the slide. Paddleboarding was great and the activities as well. (We won at trivia!) We were able to try the food and it was fabulous and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!!

We arrived in the evening, poor directions, signage, poor visibility to locate our Flat. Needs more lighting in the streets, very dark,myself and arriving family members got lost also. Arrived at the gate entrance,( gate 2) security just let us in without checking? Got lost and met a staff walking ,also not familiar, helpful with the place, community. But overall the place is amazing . We decided to book our Annual Family Vacation here. We will be back and hoping lighting/ signage will be upgraded or something. By the way Evermore thought about everything, kitchen was fully equip with plates, glasses etc. everything we can think off. Great clothes washer and dryer and dish washer. My daughter works for Disney and she was amazed at Evermore’s offerings. It blows Disney out! Good Job Evermore!! PS the ceiling fans have no setting either it’s off or on high.

Beautiful resort, building some additional dinning and a pool on the side we stayed so that will be a plus when open. Some walks were long, but didn’t both trying the shuttles. Convenient location and great space inside and out!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Evermore. Everything was spotless and kids loved the activities. The house we rented was much more than we expected, The kitchen was large, bedrooms were large and every bedroom had a large bath. Private heated pool and outdoor area topped things off.

It’s okay. Not the best and not the worst. But I do believe there are a lot better resorts in Orlando.

Nice and relaxing for whole family, great customer service

The overall stay is a good experience. Our family needed a quiet stay, with privacy and some entertainment for the young ones.

Everything was top notch. My oldest convinced everyone in the pool area to go down the waterslide. My youngest wanted to sleep in the lagoon.

Fantastic stay at evermore pure luxury for an amazing week in Orlando. Close to all the parks which was great as we had a car so easy to get to all the places we wanted to go too. The pool is insane, we all enjoyed some relaxing mornings and evenings by the pool and made use of the paddle boards. We stayed in the flats D building and had great views of the Disney fireworks from our balcony. The 4 bed flat sleeps 11 and the rooms are very big and comfy. We will certainly be back.

Amazing time

Great property for large families. Lots of activities. Super clean. Restaurants are good, just pricey. Make sure to make reservations if you want to eat at one of the nicer restaurants, those are hard to get into.

My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom house which was much older than expected. I assumed the whole property was new but that is not the case. While the house was spacious the carpet was a bit dirty and we had to request them to vacuum it. Upon housekeeping coming to vacuum the dirty carpet and dead bugs, it appeared much cleaner as if it was never cleaned prior to our arrival. We also found someone else’s hat in the bedroom which then made me feel disgusted. My family and I then began to clean everything from the bed linen, bathrooms, kitchen etc. In addition to the uncleanliness, there was a boil water advisory and we were told to take showers at our own risk which discouraged us from enjoying the pool and lagoon. Considering the price to stay at this property, we did not get out monies worth and feel that we need a do over for free or a discounted price. Overall, the property is beautiful which is what attracted me to it, but it honestly didn’t live up to my expectation due to the dirty carpet and Orange County’s boil water advisory. I would love to experience this property in the newer phase and perhaps I may feel differently. If you’re thinking of booking this property, I’d suggest the newer flats or villas which are larger than 2 bedrooms.

No complaints, i would say if you get the bay view make sure you’re on a floor above the second so you’re able to actually see it. Other than that we had a great stay!

Everything about the resort was phenomenal. The staff was always kind and accommodating. It was nice to see security patroling. We felt very safe while having an amazing vacation!

Spacious resort. The bay looks amazing. I stayed in a four bed flat. Really good size with bathrooms for everyone. Highly recommend.

Accomodations

The grounds of the resort are beautiful. We ate lunch at Twin View. Delicious. Dinner at Ceiba in The Conrad may be one of my top ten best dinners ever. And Daniel, at the beach bar, made my day with a tasty mango margarita, ok maybe two!

This was by far the best Resort in the area. The water sports were fabulous and the spacious living area. Wonderful I would recommend this establishmentto everybody that has to stay in Orlando.

It was a great stay, albeit pricey one. The facility is outstanding, majority of staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Jacob, at client services was great and made sure we understood everything, knew how to find any amenities. Negative, there was no daily room service during any of the 4 nights we stayed. We stayed at a fantastic 4 bedroom flat, although i only had 5 people. 2 were small children. We dined twice at Disney restaurants 10 minutes away. Twin View onsite was not all that impressive though. They didn't have key items that were on the menu and other things we ordered were ok. My 6 year old granddaughter was supposed eat for free with my 4 night stay, but we ended up paying. My fault though, i didn't say anything. Overall, it was a great stay all enjoyed tremendously. The lagoon is nothing short of spectacular, so was our flat.

Hallway should have cameras in case something happened. I love the property very much except that it was pretty boring at night time cause the have no activity

This is a beautiful property that is stylishly designed & architecturally close to perfect! The resort is unique and the restaurants are excellent & give you fine dining experience in a family friendly atmosphere. There are a lot of activities offered from volleyball to golf to outdoor movies…great for big groups! The HUGE downside is the 20-22% service charge they add to everything and call it “gratuity”…then add a line for more gratuity on every item from pool drinks, to spa services and a simple cup of coffee. Would recommend to all who choose to stay here, bring your own alcohol, drinks, snacks etc. Will definitely be back and better prepared!

The staff and crew are attentive to all the guess. You're always greeted everywhere you go. The grounds are well maintained and immaculate. There are plenty of activities for every age group.

I love how walkable everything was and how many activities were available.

I liked how close everything is and how easy it is to get around the hotel. I will say this was during 4th of July so the staff wasn't the friendliest but I'll let it slide this time since it was a long weekend.

The experience was excellent. The staff was nice and always willing to help with any request. The villa we stayed in once nice and clean. We were very close to Disney World which was a plus. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed this resort with family for our summer vacation. Great amenities to enjoy! The staff was helpful and friendly! Our 4 bedroom flat was spacious enough for two separate families of 3! Definitely did not feel like we were in Orlando!

Lots of fun things to do for the Family!

Unhappy with villa, furniture and carpet looked old. Over priced. Also, not all activities were inclusive. I reached via email and never received a response.

The best resort ever

Well, checkout time is 10 AM. WHAT???? Getting in and off the property takes time at "The Security CHECKPOINT Gate, which did not work automatically...after the first entrance. WE Had to wait to be checked in and interrogated each time thereafter. They need a screen to open the door for fresh air. No parking. I mean, "No Parking". Had to park on the gravel in the overflow section. Is anybody ready this to fix things? Or, is this a waste of time.

Property was absolutely gorgeous and it was great to have everything in one place; we didn’t have to leave for three days! However, things went downhill from there. Ants were an issue in the kitchen, they were over any and everything on the counter. There were no mixing bowls or baking sheets. I had to call after the app would not work several times. Coffee machine was dirty and when I used the Keurig side, coffee grinds dumped into the cup along with the coffee. Despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping was exiting the unit as I approached. TV’s did not work for 2 of the 3 days we were there. I called for an engineer to return after attempting a repair, but they never did. Felt like they could care less. I am astounded by the lack of service given the amount I paid for this stay.

I stayed there for me and my wife’s 21st anniversary. Beautiful property and rooms. Great atmosphere and close to everything. Very nice!

In addition to spending time at the Disney parks, we had wanted to play a few rounds of golf. The two golf courses associated with the property were very well maintained and were challenging enough for all levels. Staff was very friendly, but communication between office staff and other staff could have been better. We requested a late checkout (which we thought was quite expensive), however, while on the golf course, I received a call from the office wondering why we had not checked out. After a the office realized their error, we were still locked out after we got back to the room.

Our family trip to Evermore Resort in Orlando was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The resort was spotless, the service was top-tier, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Our kids had the best time—they enjoyed the lagoon and the heated pools every single day, and the slide was a huge hit! We stayed in the Flats facing the Bay Area, and the view was just beautiful. It felt peaceful and relaxing, like a true escape. Another major plus was the variety of on-site restaurants. With kids, it’s not always easy when everyone wants something different, but having so many options right at the resort made meals super convenient. We already can’t wait to come back in July. Evermore made this trip so special for our family—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and luxurious family-friendly vacation spot!

Overall our stay at Evermore was exceptional! Only things I would say is if your children aren’t 48” they aren’t doing most of the pool activities (swing rope, high dives, and need to wear life jacket for slide). This is a little bummer for shorter kids that are good swimmers. Also, wish there was more options for food. Everything else was amazing, we loved the kids activities and the fire pits as well as Barbara Ann’s!

Fantastic location away from all the hustle and bustle of Disney . Three challenging golf courses and a practice facility that is the best that I’ve ever experienced . Ready to come back again .

Distance to restaurants. They are a four star hotel according to AAA.

Only complaint, which was quickly addressed by the staff, was that the bedside phone did not work (bad cord) and the remote in the bathroom needed batteries.
