    Had the worst experience first room we were set up on smell, disgusting and did not have a pull out bed as stated in the Reservation second room we were walked into the second room by the hotel manager, and as we walked in, there was roaches crawling on the sofa I requested an immediate cancellation and booked to a different hotel however, during the wait experienced a lot of hostility with guest a couple was verbally abusive to each other as I’m sitting in the lobby with my child. I will be and recommending that don’t book this hotel specially if traveling with children.

    The front desk employee try to help us. The first room had a clogged toilet (with feces) and it was durty. The room have broken furniture. The common areas have dog hair in the carpet and cigarrete smell. We were moved to other room, it had a bad smell, broken furniture and the kitchen and bathroom was dirty and mold in the shower. We request a refund because we dont feel safe in the area. In the entrance were parked two bikes bloking the doors and was difficult to exit the place.

    Nothing. I checked in and checked out less than 10 minutes later. The property felt more like a long-term residential complex than a hotel, with people leaving doors open, trash outside rooms, and shouting in the hallways. The room was also dirty upon arrival, and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. I chose to forfeit my money and stay elsewhere because I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there with my family.

    Nothing This property was terrible. We went in and the first room didn’t have the pullout couch as booked. The second room had an ac that didn’t work and candy stuck to the sheets with roaches crawling. They informed us there was one more room available. When walking down the hallways it smelled like cigarette smoke and when we walked in once again there was roaches crawling everywhere. When talking to the girl at the front desk she just kind of shrugged and told us okay she understands and we have to go through booking.com to get a refund. We still haven’t received our refund because the property refuses to respond to booking.com

The tub was peeling and had rust. The countertop was burnt. A door was missing from the cabinet. We were told that it would be "grab and go" breakfast available, starting at 6. By 7, when we went to grab some breakfast, it was nothing but a nutragrain bar available. The coffee machine didn't work to even grab a cup of coffee. And the only option for sugar, was the sweet and low sweetener. And there also was a guy with a hoodie on when we arrived. Walking around like he was on the phone. That somehow ended up walking up and down the hallway of where our room was located.

    I proceed to the room and I noticed that there shower bath was really impact conditions and not properly clean. The bathtub was rusty, also depart were you put the soap that was attached to the wall was broken. First, by the bathtub being rusty is very dangerous for people to step on that to me. That’s a huge safety issue not only that, the part where you put the soap is broken you can fall hit that and cut yourself. This is Hhhj guys. I understand that this is not a five star room or hotel, but safety must happen at all times because you don’t know what could happen. I brought it to the front desk receptionist and the first thing he said was do you want to check out? My answer was what do you mean? I never said that I’m just bringing it to your attention because he’s a safety issue, his response was well we’re booked. At that point there’s nothing I can do because it was late in the afternoon and there was no other hotel available near to that one. When I check out, I brought it to the Manager‘s attention, and she said well I apologize for the inconvenience, blah blah blah blah blah. At this point, I will not stay at any of your locations because this happens also at the location across the street that is the same brand so apparently this is a pattern that it will continue to happen and nobody’s doing anything about it. I thought it was important for you guys to know that for me to share my experience and just to let you know, I did not took a shower in that bathtub.

    The only positives were the friendly woman at check-in and the location. Beyond the lobby, the hotel smells awful—a mix of marijuana, dogs, and urine. The room itself was filthy. I honestly wanted to turn around and leave, but after a 10-hour flight and a 3-hour drive, we were too exhausted to go elsewhere. I usually check reviews before booking, but this time we didn’t since we were traveling—and that was a mistake. Complementary breakfast, coffee.. no cream, oatmeal packets and hot water. The moment we opened the door to our room we knew it was bad. All countertops dirty, mirror filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets, and the bathroom felt unsafe—I didn’t even shower because the ceramic tub was peeling and looked like it could cut your foot. The microwave did not work. There is no room cleaning during the stay and no towel service; you have to take them to the front desk to be washed, and they are sometimes returned damp. The internet is not free and must be paid for. The breakfast is very poor, only coffee and cake. The price is expensive for the conditions of the place. During my stay, I observed many people in very difficult living situations, which is not what you expect from a vacation hotel.

    First room assigned was not ready (no sheets, rags on the counters). No big deal, went back to lobby and new room was assigned. The entry area was not a pleasant odor. Stepping into the hallways for the elevator, the smell was worse and the area seemed unkempt. An employee came with me from the front desk to ensure the second room was also not an issue. This was very nice of them to do as they wanted to make sure my check in experience was good. Unfortunately, stepping onto the 2nd floor off the elevator greeted with even worse odor. Spoiled food, garage, and even urine. There were literal black garbage bags in the hallway including several outside my rooms door. Stepping into the room, it was fine and offered a reprieve from the odors. The garbage in the hallways and the smells persisted from the time I checked in at 5pm to when I left the property at 615am this morning. As someone who travels often and stays in all sorts of hotels, many things are expected and understandable, but this was easily one of the worst experiences from an overall cleanliness standpoint.

    There was a large frog in the bathroom sink. The dishwasher was missing with a large hole left beginf in the kitchen. Lightbulbs were missing. Bathroom was dirty. Fridge look like someone hit it with a hammer 30 times. Red marker on freezer door with large "I LOVE YOU" writing. Roaches running around kitchen. Air conditioner in bedroom unplugged with no outlet to plug it in. Lots of damage on furniture. Wired white paint stains on carpet. Had to leave and ask hotels.com for refund.     I’ve travelled extensively, staying in hotels in most US States and several foreign countries (including in the developing world) and this was without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. When I went to check in, the desk clerk insisted on showing me the rooms “and then you can decide if you want to stay.” That should’ve been my red flag to make me leave. He showed me 5 different rooms, none of which anyone should pay money to sleep in. What I found included: bath tubs that were in such a state of disrepair I honestly thought this was an abandoned building, lights in some rooms didn’t even work, furniture was worn and in some cases missing, the drawer facings in one room were gone, there were what appeared to be electrical burn marks on the carpet, one room smelled so badly of urine that the clerk told me he wouldn’t let me stay in it. Trash was piled in the hallways along with a pile of wet linen right outside one of the rooms. You should NOT stay here (we left and booked a Hilton down the road). 1 star for an honest desk clerk, who told me he wouldn’t advise me to stay.

    The place smelled like bad as soon as you walked in, and the person who assisted me was in a bad mood. He told me that before checking me in, he would show me the room because the hotel was in poor condition. When I entered, it had a terrible smell, the drawers were broken, and the toilet still had signs that someone had used it. I ran out of that place immediately.

They don’t care for the customers. Everything is bad over there. Only good is the location. Very bad experience, not recommended at all. Bad Customer service they have bad attitude and doesn’t like to help. Dirty rooms Kitchen doesn’t have spoons, knife, etc. No coffee maker. Nothing. Beds dirty, they don’t chance the bed clothes. Water leaking. They don’t clean the rooms daily. Don’t change the towels every day, they take yours wash it and they give you back clean, but you have to wait this time!!! They said breakfast included, but we had only one day, just cupcakes… There is no coffee. Floors smell like cigarette. Rugs are dirty in the entire hotel.

    I arrived at night and could see that there were unsavory people hanging out around the hotel. The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. The whole hotel smelled like meth and cat piss. The room didn’t have any towels. Had to wait to get towels after they washed some in the morning. The drawers were broken and or missing.     The room was not clean. The floor in the kitchenette was sticky on the bottom of shoes, the carpet looked as if animals used it as a toilet and it was not cleaned properly. Parts of the flooring and wall plaster was missing. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and sink area. The bath tub looked like it had been painted abd the paint was peeling off the sids and cracked on the bottom. The fridge looked like it had leaked at some point. The dishwasher was dirty looking and all dinged up on the front. There was parts if the counter top missing. The front door did not seal all the way around it so you could see into the hallway. The elevator look to have had an electrical fire at some poit cause the buttons were melted. The loby was by far the cleanest part of this place. I would not recommend this place or stay here again as i was afraid of bringing bugs home or getting my room broken into. I know it was an extended stay hotel but it seemed to have families living there. This whole place gave my husband and I bad vibes. We were both nervous and afraid to even sleep on the bed. We couldn't switch rooms as they were sold out for the night we were there.

    There is a Walgreens nearby that is walking distance. The staff was very nice. However the bathroom wasn't that clean there was hair on the bathtub and on the floor. The floor was dirty and sticky. I trusted to sleep in the bed it wasn't that dirty. But I didn't want to rate average because the average hotel is not dirty like that. However the price was good for what I needed it to be for quick business overnight trip

    This place should absolutely not be listed as a suitable property on hotels.com. It seemed unsafe, numerous items were broken or simply missing from the room (eg a drawer was completely missing from the desk, the curtains were broken and were unable to cover the windows), and the room was always terribly in need of new carpet. In addition, the property smelled of both cigarette and marijuana smoke. I check in I asked if it was no -smoking and the attendant said yes, but people smoke here anyways. The breakfast was almost non-existent- I couldn’t even get hot water for a cup of tea. Absolutely appalling. If I had arrived last minute I would have left and found a different hotel. Very disappointed and surprising that this is even listed on hotels.com

    It was in a good location but the room was dirty. The carpet was stained and sticky. My autistic daughter found a pill on the floor, luckily she didnt put it in her mouth. The windows were unlocked and opened with no screens on the window and we were on the 2nd floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom tub was disgusting and stained. There were no pans or utensils to use even though there was a little kitchen. The hallways smelled like pee. There was a pile of wet laundry in the hallway causing a puddle as soon as you get off the elevator. People smoking weed outside the building when i put my kids in the car. Probably wont be staying there again

    Disgusting. This place has massive roaches. No pots and pans. Had to change rooms because the first room had broken draws etc. No breakfast. The air conditioner did not work properly. The sink faucet was missing a handle. There was no broom available to sleep the floor although the night before we saw someone bring the broom back to the front desk. The pull out coach is oily dirty and disgusting. This place has so much olt9aches that we had to keep our dishes in the refrigerator to keep roaches from crawling on them because we could 5 use the cabinets at all. The staff does not seem to care either and they gossip at the front desk about cltelling someone their mother is a crackhead. This whole building needs to be condemned. Don't even get me started on the dirty hallways and the smell of marijuana.

    First, the location is not ideal. The hotel is isolated and far from most attractions and services. The check-in process was extremely slow; it took almost 45 minutes just to receive my room. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a strong smell of humidity and dogs, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. The first room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. I had booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, but instead I was given a room with only one bed and no sofa bed. After reporting the issue, they assigned me another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also in very poor condition. It was dirty and clearly very worn out. The door was missing the security latch, the bed cover had visible stains, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Several tiles were falling off, there was rust on most of the metal surfaces, and the bathroom was dirty, with hair in the shower and what appeared to be blood stains on the sink. I requested another room change, but they told me they did not have any clean rooms available. At that point, I asked for a refund, as I was not willing to stay in a room in those conditions. The front desk agent told me she could not process the refund and that I would need to speak with the manager the following day to request it. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here

    We were there all of 28 minutes, from checking in to checking out. My child was sick instantly, from a smell we cannot describe, vomiting immediately after exiting the hallway of the 3rd floor near our room. I entered the room and also felt nauseated, instantly. The room's appearance was inhabitable. The furniture was torn, broken and looked horrible. The stove was completely rusted and the oven door hanging off. Multiple doors and draw covers missing from the cabinetry. This was highly sickening and disappointing. My family was sick and we had no place to book after 12:45am. I was refunded my two-day stay and the staff wasn't hesitant in agreeing to returning my fee, as they could not accommodate our reservation. The hotel needs a lot of work and should be closed until renovations are complete. I'll never forget this horrible experience and how quickly my family was effected by it. Truly sad to false advertise and charge the prices you do for such an underwhelming welcoming from the staff and the disgusting property my family was expected to reside in for the length of our reservation. Disgusting and unsanitary. Sadly disappointing.

    I chose it using Trip Advisor because it had an above average rating with a budget price, and breakfast was included. Problems: 1. No chair of any kind in the rooom. I told the front desk, but no chair was brought to the room even though I was there two days. 2. Breakfast was almost non-existant. I was expecting at least a choice of cold cereals and milk. The "Grab and Go breakfast consists of: Coffee (and hot water) A limited choice of cereals to be made with hot water. That's all - no milk. The first morning all they had was grits - not my favorite. I went out for a breakfast sandwich at a covenience store. The second morning they had oatmeal - great. But there were no spoons, even though I asked. How do you eat cereal without a spoon? I was meeting friends for a late brunch later, so I managed. 3. The light in the toilet/bathtub area was very dim. Other issues: The signage is out of date: In the 1st floor hallway leading from the rooms and elevator has a sign "Vending Machine" and "Pool". There was no vending machine to be found anywhere near there. (I saw no sign of a pool - not important to me, not sure if the hotel had a pool.) Another guest was also looking for the vending machines. I later found out that the vending machines were in the breakfast room, and that door is closed and locked after hours, but accessible with a room key. (During the day, I didn't look outside that door to see what kind of a sign it had.)

    I arrived at the hotel to find that the reservation I made through Expedia had been canceled. I have no idea who canceled it. I'm a 68-year-old man who'd been traveling all day and was exhausted and at 10:00 at the hotel desk I find out I don't have a room and to get a room I have to pay more money than I had reserved via Expedia. So I ended up paying the hotel and I have no sense where the cancellation came from.

    This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During our stay, we found three cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The room also had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to even be inside. The futon bed did not have fitted sheets, showing a lack of basic preparation and cleanliness standards. My reservation was originally for two nights, and due to the unacceptable conditions, I asked for a full reimbursement. However, they only refunded one night. Given the cleanliness issues and overall poor experience, I believe a full refund would have been appropriate. I would not recommend staying here.

    They cancelled our room and gave it to someone else. Then were not helpful to get the issues resolved. They also processed our payment, so the money had come out of the bank as well. The gentlemen working were nice, but not helpful to our situation. We had to leave since they “didn’t have our reservation”; which was not true.     We were tired and decided that all we needed was a clean bed and bathroom. Late that night, I found a live cockroach in the bathroom but it was 1am and I decided to disregard it as an anomaly and a FL reality. The next night when we returned tired from the theme park I killed 4 cockroaches in the first 10 mins; two in the bathroom, one on the wall in the entry and one in the fridge!!!! I was completely disgusted. I went to complain and ask for a room change but the hotel was overbooked. I tried finding something close by to leave but at 10pm on Saturday of a long weekend, the only things available were very expensive. I rushed to Walmart to buy roach spray before closing (maintenance couldn’t even provide that). We slept with the kitchen and bathroom lights on. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am filing a complaint for a full reimbursement. Also, there was NO BREAKFAST! a few packs of microwave grits. NOTHING ELSE. NOT EVEN COFFEE!

    Absolutely horrible! Driving up cars were blocking the driveway, people were smoking weed at the front entrance of the lobby. We were told upon checking in that rooms were being rented out and not cleaned. The service clerk at the front desk walked us to our prepaid room to ensure it was clean, we turned the lights on and there were two roaches crawling on the wall. The man said well at least house keeping cleaned this room. I was like no thank you Id like a refund and then was told well this is Orlando hotels are most likely all sold out! I laughed and said I am a local. I’m sure I’ll find something. And when I said that he started suggesting other hotels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

    The room is very very spacious. The hot water is always perfect in the shower and the dishwasher works great! The staff are always ever-present and they try to do their best to accommodate the clients. Also, the surrounding parking lot is always safe. The residents are very kind as well.

    The room was in terrible condition. Broken porcelain soap tray in the shower with jagged edges. No covers on some of the electrical outlets. Bathtub was disgustingly dirty.     Upon arrival, my initial impression of the establishment was deeply disappointing. I was dismayed to discover several concerning issues shortly after checking in.     The Sofa couch was awful to even sleep on because once you sat on it, it falls through, like you almost touch the floor. There are stains on the sofa couch pillows, the mattress has alot of big stains,certain spots even look somewhat like mold, blood or pee stains. There is zero ventilation once you turn the airconditioning off, and the fould smell gets even stronger than ever, it is quite hard to bear. And, they are somehow always out of towels. The management itself are very nice people but I don't think they really did try to help us in any way, the building management told me they are sold out but I see there are still room available in their system. Few days staying there, the elevator broke down, no updates on when it was going to get fixed, breakfast was definitively more simple than other low cost hotels, at least there was cereals, here not even. I woud definitely say I got scammed because of the pictures and when I booked it back in january or february, the ratings are still OK. I should have checked again before coming here.

    I called twice for help canceling my reservation. I explained the reasons for my cancellation, but they didn't answer or understand. They charged me the full amount. I didn't feel safe with my family in the place I booked. When we arrived, there were a lot of people acting strangely inside and outside. On the way to our reserved room, the hallways and elevator were very dirty. To our dismay, when I entered the room, the floor, table, and kitchen sink were so dirty that the waiter took a towel from the sink to clean it. I asked for another room, and to our surprise, the floor, table, bathtub, and kitchen were also dirty. A door was missing from the sink cabinet. When we left, the waiter apologized for what happened. So, I requested my cancellation at the reception because I didn't feel comfortable staying there with my baby, son, and husband. He told me about a refund in 7 days. Desperate, I already called Expedia to help me with the cancellation. The quickest way is to find another place to spend the night because we were already exhausted from the trip, which was very long, and they didn't have the slightest empathy for everything. I'm sure none of you would stay with your family in a place like this and with insecurity in the place. Because we search and make reservations in places we don't know based on research and reviews from companies like this. And that's not enough, they still charged me the full amount for a place I didn't use. MY OPINION: PLACES LIKE THIS ARE ALREA

    This place is the WORST! Trash in the stairwells, it smells absolutely horrible, waited OVER an hour just to get into rooms that had standing water in the tub, roaches everywhere and no sleeper sofa in one of them like it was supposed to be.     Rooms are destroyed and old. The odor of the carpet in all common areas is noticeable. Management allowed us to change to a less terrible room but this property should not be taking reservations until a full renovation.

    The property was disgusting, Filthy, dirty, and smelly. We looked at 10 rooms, one worse than the other missing TVs, beds soiled, bugs missing or broken couches. This was a nightmare hotel. At one point one of the rooms we checked out had literally water pouring into the first floor bedroom soaking the mattress on the bed . I kid you not. This was the worst hotel I'd ever. Do not recommend this to anyone. I was there for a few hours before I checked out and demanded a refund. Travelocity was good enough to give me one and we were able to book a much better more suitable hotel at the last minute. Thank God. My whole vacation could have been ruined because of this horrific place.

    This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. My Vacation was almost ruined. The pictures on the website are not accurate. Bugs disgusting mattresses dirty missing beds, TVs, and couches!!! No towels. We went through 10 rooms to find something that could accommodate us. One was more disgusting. In one room on the first floor water was pouring in and dripping all over the bed. We were there about 2 hours before we checked out and requested a refund. Travelocity take this off your site and do not let anyone else experience this horrific hotel. I should have taken pictures of this horror show, but I did not. I was just trying to get into another hotel for our family vacation that I'd planned for over a year.

    My visit was to go to Epic. I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It smelled clean at first, but after a few hours, it smelled like a wet dog. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, also every movement the bed would screech. There was water damage to the bathroom wall next to the toilet and i killed a roach in the tub. There was balls of dog hair in the sleeper sofa and dog hair along the edges of the wall.

    The hallways were completely dirty. My room was filthy dirty! The carpet seems like it never was clean for years. The bathroom was dirty everywhere from the door to the floor. In the morning when I woke up, I had a small cockroache walking on top of my blanket. I do not recommend to people never stay there. What a nightmare!

    About all you can say is that it was a place to stay. The hallways were gross and had trash that wasn’t picked up. The carpet in the room had a huge burn circle in the middle of the floor. The bathtub finish was peeling off and rusting. The floors were sticky. We had a room for five people, and they only gave us two towels and no extra sheets for the sofa bed, so we had to go ask for more.

    This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy, the carpets are disgusting, there is overflowing garbage in the halls, everything smells like smoke and urine. The bed on the pull out couch, looks like someone was murdered there. There are no kitchen supplies in the room, you have to go to the front desk for pots and utensils and when you go, they are out of everything. The “breakfast” is stale muffins, nutri grain bars, oatmeal packs and coffee. This is by far the grungiest place I have ever stayed. I should have read the reviews before booking, they don’t begin to explain how nasty this place is!

    DO NOT STAY HERE.. This hotel was so bad had to get a refund and ran out of there. The floor was so nasty with trash everywhere, the carpet was stained. The air smelled like everyone was smoking. The room looked like he has never been cleaned. The dish washer was yellow and about to mold in the inside. There was mold on the windows. There was a missing lightbulb in the lights. The dresser was missing a drawer so bad that my toddler tried to touch it about cut his hand on the on the wood. When walking back to the elevator, there was a guy trying to pull on door handles to open them. This hotel is not save in any since of that word. Do yourself a favor and never stay here.

    The rooms were not cleaned--and I don't mean "not spotless" but toilet scummy with rings, mold in the tub, roaches crawling on the floor, streaks and dirt ground into the walls, stale smell in the room. It's not a bad neighborhood and not the cheapest hotel in the area, so I have no idea what that place is doing or why they let it get that bad. They did provide a refund to let us leave.

    Place is FULL GHETTO, hallways dirty, homeless sleeping on any corner inside, no safe outside, burglars anywhere, loud music/fights and so much noise (specially at late night). The room has SO MANY ROACHES and dirty, furnishings and toilet seat broken, have mold in one corner of bathroom. At the check-in time there's nobody on counter. There's no breakfast there as posted on ad, just have muffin and nutri bar, nothing else. Sometimes habe coffee, sometimes not, and most of times are not on time are. With the good location the place have, it's Definitely the most disgusting place I ever stayed.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. Rude staff and appalling conditions/cleanliness. Walking in, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Overflowing trash cans and carpet stains every few feet. I then waited at the front desk for several minutes to be checked in (the lobby was empty) by a thoroughly disinterested and unhelpful desk attendant. The walk to my room was like walking through a haunted house, half the hallway lightbulbs were out, the cigarette smell still lingered, and I could hear every conversation and TV from every room I passed. The real fun began when I reached my room. It smelled like someone had closed the windows and smoked a carton of cigarettes. There were dime-sized crawler bug/roach type insects on the bedside table and TV stand (will attempt to attach photos). The icing on the cake was the chirping smoke detector in the hall and a poor dog losing its mind in the next room. Went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. I informed the woman at the desk that I had requested a non-smoking room and instead of trying to help me move to a different room, she silently handed a cancelation form. I clarified that I would just like a different room and her one-word response was "full". I then mentioned the barking dog, response: "we're pet friendly hotel" (thanks). I spent the next 10 or so minutes in the lobby (unsuccessfully) trying to find a different hotel. During that time, several guests

    I was initially impressed by the hotel's exterior, which looked well-maintained and inviting. However, the positive impression faded as soon as I stepped inside. The lobby was poorly maintained, with cockroaches scuttling around the seats—an unsettling sight. Unfortunately, the room was no better. The walls were peeling and stripping, creating a neglected and grimy atmosphere. The furniture was in terrible condition, with rips and visible damage that made it hard to relax. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as I even spotted a cockroach in the room. Overall, this hotel needs a serious overhaul. The exterior appearance is deceiving, and the interior conditions are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they address these issues.

    I have photos and videos. I had 4 rooms for my staff and students to stay in. We traveled from Jacksonville and had a late check in. The hallways were full of trash and grocery carts on each floor. The rooms were infested with roaches. One room had marijuana and paraphernalia in it. My first room had no a/c, broken toilet, unmade beds that had no pillows on them. I’m going to need a refund or something.

    I was asked to tell you how the facility was- it was not a pleasant stay, however the manager did refund one night. I booked a room with a bed and a sleeper couch. The room had no couch (but a space for one) on check-in. I had to accept that room or move to a upper floor which I could not due to disability and was initially declined any assistance. The room itself had a TV with no remote (was declined to be given one by front desk), a phone that was not connected and did not work, and flooring and tile in bathroom that were lifting / coming off wall. The back hall wreaked of weed and the security door was repeatedly left propped open by "guests" with a rock. The boiler room alarm went off multiple times, at one point for 36 hours (outside our room, we were told to "deal with it") leaving us getting no sleep for multiple nights. We did not know the towel policy so went without clean towels for 1 day until we could turn our dirty ones in at an acceptable time. The room itself also had roach traps and live cockroaches. My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot right outside the back entry door, there were homeless people in the back parking lot defecating behind the dumpster and the room across the hallway had a "sex party" while we were there that my child ended up seeing. The final night at 11pm, an extended stay guest lit his microwave on fire and we had fire crews ventilating the hallways. In the AM half the days there was no morning coffee made by 7am.     I was deeply embarrassed to bring my 15-year-old child to such an unpleasant environment. The smell of urine, marijuana, and pet waste seemed ingrained in the walls and carpets. The room conditions were unacceptable. Outside, people were visibly under the influence, and dogs in nearby rooms were barking incessantly. We entered the room but left immediately, walking out of the hotel altogether. It felt neither healthy nor safe. I kindly request a refund due to these unacceptable conditions.

    Too bad that the building design and layout is just right and the room that I was in was of a sufficient, satisfactory design. That said, the place is a garbage pail with the smell to prove it. I was assigned room 222, immediately upon walking in the first red flag was the sticky vinyl floors, once pass that you notice the horrible roach infested odor that I am very familiar with as I am a landlord. The furniture is outdated and damaged, there were no chairs in the dinette area or even at the desk. Then came the roaches, I killed about 8 or 9 myself and left them bundled so that they could be seen by the staff. Unfortunately, the EDC festival was going on and so when I attempted to find another place to stay, my options for a replacement stay would have reached high hundreds in difference, so I bit the bullet and decided to bear with it the place for the 3 nights.

    Booked a one bedroom suite on hotels.com for me and my 3 kids. I verified with hotel the reservation and room two days before. When we got there the desk clerk told us they didn't have us booked for a one bedroom and they had no one bedroom suites available till November. The room they gave us was filthy, the refrigerator made terrible noises,the window was cracked/broken. There was a strange whole in the wall.... bullet hole??? There were drawers missing in the kitchen, light bulbs missing in several locations, bathroom was disgusting, phone didn't work (wasn't even pulled into the wall!) to call front desk, and the whole place stunk of cigarettes and a stale smell. Outside people were smoking marijuana, there were numerous signs outside saying not to leave anything in your vehicle and that any valuables were at your own risk. Carpeting in hallways were filthy and disgusting. And then we noticed this weird reddish splatter on the curtains..... Got out of there ASAP and asked for an immediate refund. The rooms and hotel look nothing like the photos. Spend a little bit more money and stay in a better, safer hotel.

    The room had a strange smell, the floors were well worn, the furniture was terribly worn and looked like a thrift shop donation, the toilet made a loud noise for minutes after flushing, the bathtub enamel was completely worn out, the air conditioners did not cool properly, we could hear people in the hallway, and the people above us, the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana, the ‘free breakfast’ literally consisted of coffee or tea, oatmeal packets, individually wrapped muffins and nutra grain bars. We also swent to a store and bought cleaning products to attempt to sanitize the room. We only stayed one of the two days we had booked, once we found out we could return to Tampa. The place looked nothing like it was pictured online. It had an off the highway sketchy motel vibe. Definitely NOT worth the price charged per night.

    The accommodations were not good. The toilet was broken in the room and would not flush. The pull out couch that we were relying on was broken and did not function and whichever employee was in the room last knew this in advance of our stay as they left it extended and leaning up against the wall (mechanism for the bed to come down was broken) so 2 of 6 family members had to sleep on the floor. Room also smelled bad. Staff at front desk was not helpful whatsoever with the exception of Toni, the manager, who is refunding out stay as our room accommodations were not even close to satisfactory. I am shocked that this location IS the Extended Stay America location for Orlando! It is not well run or an example of a well kept location. It needs investment to fix it and clean it up and have it be a good example of what Extended Stays can offer.

    We were little late to check in due to the fact that the flight was delayed. My reservation was canceled. The person who was at the desk gave us hard time to re-open the reservation. I spoke to Hotel.com customer service and they contacted the hotel management. The hotel management agreed not to charge any fine for not showing up. But unfortunately, I was charged a fine of $95.17, they lied to us. There was cockroaches all over the room. 1 of the bed had a broken stand and thus the bed was tilted. The toilet bowl was dirty.     The parking lot was another major issue. It was filled with trash and appeared to be used as a mechanic's workshop, with numerous broken-down vehicles and random individuals attempting to repair them. This gave the property a chaotic and unsafe atmosphere. Perhaps the most distressing aspect of my stay was the behavior of the staff. They were consistently rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed visibly irritated at the sight of customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable and only served to exacerbate an already negative experience.In all my travels, I have never encountered such a poorly maintained property with such horrendous service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring the same dreadful experience

    Upon arrival, the hotel had a bad smell. On the way to our room we saw trash piled up to the ceiling all along the the hallways.     The property on the exterior looked normal but once you stepped inside it was a different story.     Horrible! The front desk lady’s are rude and don’t care about you, they lied and said they are completely full when on there website and every other website it’s not and you can see it’s not the lady just didn’t want to help me out.
