Perfect location. Short walk to I drive where you can then take a tourist bus named I ride , $10 for a 3 day pass, and you are a short distance to so many nice restaurants and local attractions, including Sea World and Aquatica. The breakfast was awesome and the pool nice and clean for a day of relaxation, or a break from the parks. We had a great stay.

He overbooked us and he put me in a room that less value that the original room I booked and he seemed didn’t care at all. We left didn’t stay because of him. We would have stayed if he at least said sorry but he didn’t even care to apologize for overbooking us. We made a refund and I got my money back. It was just a bad experience that I have to leave and looking for another hotel at night with my wife. Usually I don’t complain about workers because I know some customer service jobs are not really satisfying for workers, so I usually understand that, but we were so nice to him and he treated us in a way that he doesn’t care if we stay or leave or he pushing us to leave basically. Terrible. I would never go there again because of him and this experience.

From the very moment you check in the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and it is close distance to restaurants and the convention centre The noise of the lifts is very loud, and can be heard from the rooms. At breakfast they use paper plates and plastic cutlery which seems so wasteful considering there was no separate recycling bin

Great facilities, close to the convention center! I got an early check in with breakfast. They have a full buffet breakfast available. The a/c unit was a bit confusing to use when you wanted to turn it off and on.

The location The room was dirty, hairs everywhere in the shower and on the floor. The bathroom tub didn't drain. During the checkout, the staff charged an additional one night standing when we checked out at 8am. After all, I talked to a manager and they submitted a refund while the staff was there lying that the system said that I didn't pay $651 for the whole stay and decided to charge only $183. It doesn't make sense. Then the staff just smiled and smirked about that situation.

The room was not clean. It has crumbs on the desk, hairs on ceiling, bleach stains on carpet, one of the beds was not done. The fitted sheet didn't fit and it was getting undone. Room was not serviced despite also reminding during desk that we didn't have conditioner in bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and desirable. The Hampton is always our favorite hotel to book and this one was superb!

2 hour line for a check-in. Only one guy at the front desk. Crazy, never seen something like this.

The room smelled bad. We ran air conditioners but it stayed all the time.

The breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety. I was not far from the Convention Center and restaurants. I had more than enough towels in the room. That’s pretty much the highlight this location. Not a fan though. Renovations needed bad. There was mold all over the the ceiling in the bathroom. Floor was gross and so was tub. I wore socks to take a shower. I would really appreciate shuttle service as well.

The room was just okay. The bathroom toilet constantly was filling water in the tank all night never stopped. There was NO shower jell in the shower. I had to use shampoo instead. It was not great. Breakfast was very basic and did not taste good. Was not worth the price paid.

Although there was one gentleman at the front desk who was unprofessional and less accommodating...his attitude and demeanor towards our situation was condescending and quite rude. But the next shift, I spoke to a young man who assisted as best he could and suggested I talk to Kayla once she arrived. I won't let the rude gentleman ruin my opinion of Hampton Inn or any Hilton property. Thanks

Room was never cleaned, there for 4 nights. Had to get own towels and remove own trash daily. Breakfast was the same for 4 days. Hallway and room smelled like marijuana the first night. Close to the parks and free breakfast! Great way to start the parks without having to worry about breakfast and can just go straight to the rides.

Everything about the place was excellent. The only issue I had was the $5 parking. It seems like this is just a random fee because there wasn’t anything secured about the parking lot for them to even charge anything at all.

Two of the three elevators were broken (one broke when we were on it, traumatizing my kids) and the smoke alarm beeped the entire, night, and the shower kept dripping.

Staff, room, and amenities are great, had no issues at all. Only thing I will mention is the pool definitely needs some updating. Has a lot of cracks in tile and no very appealing.

The person check-in the guests needed help. I waited over 40min in line to check in at around 11:30pm. The seats in the lobby are very very dirty. The whole hotel needs a full reno. I cannot believe they have the raiting they have and that it carries the Hilton name on it. It is more like a motel. The water in the shower was constantly leaking while closed. After a terrible stay in our room we went to have breakfast. The eggs were basically water, the orange juice was out, the waffle station was dirty to say the least. On top of everything the lady taking care of the area was extremely rude and did not allow my 6 year old daughter come get her plate from me. I have to explain over and over again that i needed help carrying the stuff to the table and that my daughter was going to help. The parking lot needs major cleaning. This hotel should close for a while renovate and get new staff. We stay in Hiltons almost every weekend as my kids compete in sports. This is by far a horrible experience.

This place and the wonderful staff saved me when I got stuck overnight due to a cancelled flight. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I got in late at night and also the next morning while I was trying to coordinate extending my stay and a rental car. The room had some wear/tear but was clean. Breakfast was good.

Run down compared to other Hampton Inns. Door handle was grossly dirty. Elevators room run down looking, sink bowl broken, ac locked at 70 heat automatically goes to cooling when gets to 70.cold then hot.No bar soap, no extra blanket. Refrigerator was turned off. When we booked it said pay the price you see. May sound silly but we arrive and had to pay for parking. I informed her I dont owe anything she insisted I must pay parking regardless of what I was told. Breakfast was good and employees in Breakfast area very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Could have been a better experience for what we paid.

Hampton Inn is always a great choice. This one was within walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and the staff was quite accommodating.

The room was great, the coffee maker was rusted inside, so the water came out brown, but we could use the stuff in the breakfast area. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were AWESOME, as well as the Cuban man who helped with the TV. I think this was one of the best breakfast bar I've seen. Lots of choices!! We're happy with our stay.

The hotel staff was very kind, and we would give them the highest rating. However, the hotel conditions were terrible and everything was in very poor shape. The elevators were very old and dirty, and the room’s condition and amenities were in such bad shape that I would rate them 0 out of 10. The sheets and pillows smelled very bad—also 0 out of 10. There was no privacy because everything we said inside our room could be heard in the hallway. The breakfast had no variety, and the fruit, bread, and overall cleanliness were in poor condition. I don’t think I will ever return to this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others

The hotel was in good condition and overall clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is you have to pay to park your car. It is pretty annoying and misleading on total cost of staying when you're planning ahead. You should just be upfront about pricing and not charge extra once there.

It’s location is great because it’s near to a lot of the main attractions in Orlando. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were really professional and attentive. We didn’t stay long enough to use the rest of the facilities like the gym, pool or laundry.

La habitación que me tocó no se limpia a diario solo se saca la basura, se hace la cama, se cambian las toallas usadas y se rellenan los botes si les hace falta. Aside from this, the room had a musty, almost moldy, smell to it every time. It was coming from the air conditioner, which was on whether or not the thermostat was set to AC or not. The bathroom was covered in stains and poor attempts to cover them up with paint Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, please. This place needs to be demolished. The staff is incompetent and the smell in the room is unbearable.

The hotel's pool was filled with water bugs and was dirty. In addition, the following issues existed which resulted in rating this property a one star. The breakfast options were not appealing, the room's door did not close properly, the toilet and sink clogged constantly due to low water pressure and the wifi signal was very weak. The housekeeping staff were not friendly and did not clean my room often. Please save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere. There are better options out there.

Our hotel room was clean and updated, they offer great breakfast options, staff was nice and helpful and we were in close proximity to all the good entertainment options. Great hotel for traveling with the family. We will stay here again.

The Hampton by the Orange county convention center there's a very nice hotel and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus it's walking distance to the convention center. A little more than half a mile. I would stay here again for another convention center event.

Very very loud noise like an alarm or something going off all night long every 30 minutes or so just behind the bedroom wall. We were being woke up several times throughout the night. The bathtub had a very bad leak with water constantly running. Room was in desperate need of maintenance. We were charged for parking. This was just crazy as we were not told this at check in or even that we needed a parking pass. Had we not seen the signs in the parking lot and went back to get a pass- we could have been towed! Do better front front desk. When I mentioned these issues at check out all I received was a sorry from the staff.

I enjoyed my stay, but unfortunately they’re elevators were not working but one my shower pressure was so low. I couldn’t really wash my hair overall the room was OK and comfortable and just just those two things other than that I highly recommend it.

i asked for a late check out and was given I called the front desk to confirm and the info was on the system. I left the room for a while and placed the Do not disturb sign. Even though, a house keeper entered my room , emptied the fridge and throw my stuff away. I was literally horrified. I went to the front desk who asked me what I suggested the hotel could do. Never saw something more anti professional. Very disappointed. Even with my complain, the hotel never contacted me after I left.

The best part of my stay here was the staff. I was hopeful that I might be able to check-in early (around noon). However, there were no rooms available at that time. Jeremy took down my name and when the first room became available, he slotted me in. I really appreciated that because when I returned after lunch there were still no rooms available, but the lady at the front desk double checked and saw that I had been assigned a room. The complimentary continental breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. We had breakfast three times during our stay and every morning there was something slightly different. This is a plus when traveling with kids because you do not have to pay for an extra meal. My only complaint was that the elevators ran extremely slowly, and I am not talking about peak times with a lot of usage. They literally ran very slow when in them, which created a lot of traffic during peak times.

The staff has been absolutely excellent. I tried checking in early, but no rooms were available. Jeremey was extremely understanding and wrote my name down to slot me into the first available room. When I returned later, we were all set. Kat was also helpful in getting me through the check-in process quickly.

1) They keep around 8/9 yogurt once then refill is a problem. 2) They don’t have enough milk during BF. around 9.30 am they told me sorry sir we are out of stock NO MILK. 3) Banana’s are kept in drawers when u ask she will get one banana for you. 4) If it’s raining in Orlando and if we ask can I borrow umbrella for sometime then on reception they will say sorry we don’t keep umbrellas. 5) During this trip I stayed with so many hotels but Hampton was a bad experience. 6) When I booked this hotel it was mentioned shuttles to Disney available then at hotel they are saying so sorry sir we don’t have any shuttle service.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the property was. From the lobby to the rooms, everything felt fresh and inviting. Only downside was the elevator — it was noticeably slow, which was a bit surprising considering the hotel only has seven floors. It didn’t ruin the experience, just something to be aware of if you’re in a rush or on a higher floor. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot for a comfortable, well-located stay in Orlando.

Stayed one night. Got in the shower that morning and they were completely out of body wash. You better check the body wash the night before or bring your own.
