Stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Personal plans changed & ran across this property at an incredible price so we snagged it up as quickly as we could. Fantastic resort in the middle of Orlando but you would never know it. Situated in an ideal newer developed area within easy reach of Disney. Hate the timeshare tour push.

I brought my Granddaughter down for an overnight trip to Seaworld. We chose this Hotel specifically because of the pool and waterslide. We love the pool and the 7 year old played on the slide for hours. We love it!

Hilton Grand Vacations Parc Soleil was a nice property overall. I’m giving 4 stars because there were a few issues during the stay. There was a small amount of mold in the shower and gnats in the room. In addition, I had to call for room cleaning one day, and housekeeping attempted to enter the room without knocking because the staff member was occupied talking on the phone. Aside from those issues, the property itself was nice and the stay was enjoyable.

Upon my arrival to my room, I noticed a large ball of used paper towels, near the window beneath the curtains. Also, took a longtime for the shower water to heat up. Other than those minor issues, everything was great.

The penthouse studio has no balcony or private bedroom

My daughter and I stayed in the 1 bedroom penthouse. It was beautiful! We had views of the Disney World fireworks nightly. The staff communicated very well with me via text regarding housekeeping regularly because I had a Do Not Disturb on my door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This is my 3rd time staying here and the property is beautiful and rooms are extremely clean. Had a 2 bedroom penthouse and I was able view Disney fireworks from my balcony every night at 10pm.

We had a great stay! The only complaint is the parking garage. The way the spaves were planned out with the columns made it very difficult to park. Then on the top floor, it just ended and you had to work very hard to get turned around.

When I arrived there was a $112 resort fee that was NOT advertised AND $100.incidentals too. Neither were discussed ahead of time

Rooms were clean, well maintained, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was limited restaurant facilities.

The staff was courteous, welcoming. Upon arrival they could not find the reservation. They asked us to wait until they solved the issue, we sat down, offered us water. Excellent customer service.

The property was awesome when we were there there was a major snowstorm that hit most of the central United States and all flights were canceled and we tried to rebook our room at the resort because we were going to have to stay an extra night and they were very, very unaccommodating and unhelpful. You could tell that this property was not booked out or full based on the very few people at the property during this time in fact we only saw 3-4 people ever in the elevator at the same time or in the hallways. The parking lot was empty at night and when we inquired about staying another night, they said they couldn’t help with us. We had to do it online and if there wasn’t anything online, they didn’t have any rooms. I’ve never had a property the front desk. Tell me they couldn’t help you book a room and they were very rude about it.

It's mainly for families with kids, but great for solo travelers, and couples also if they don't mind the amenities designed for kids.

The room was excellent, the pool and bar areas are also good, we stayed out of season, so it was quiet but I would expect this would be a great place during peak season.

A couple things could use improvement though. The activity center felt way too crowded, and mixing it with the kids’ area wasn’t ideal. Also, there was some pretty confusing communication around housekeeping — I was told it was included, then told I had to request it, then told that was misspoken… and then came back to my room to find housekeeping had serviced it anyway. Just a bit all over the place communication-wise. The outdoor TV placement was also a little odd, but not a big deal. Still a solid stay and a great property overall — just a few tweaks away from being a full 5 stars.

The overall experience was good. We had an issue with our shower not draining well. Also no smart TV’s so no access to streaming networks. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot if you have guests rooming next to you. Also the smell of the room wasn’t that great.

Everything was wonderful!

It was close to parks Our room was NOT good. It was small and had a terrible odor. The air conditioning was noisy and it felt like the air was never refreshed. There were no windows that opened.

Our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting the parks! This was our fifth stay, and we’ll definitely be back! Target and Publix less than a mile away. Plenty of dining options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Kids activity center is wonderful.

We booked a vacation for our anniversary and the balcony suite we had was amazing. The room was so spacious for my spouse and I, with a kitchen and balcony was so nice to enjoy. The service, staff and accommodation was amazing and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back and stay here !

Clean nice hotel and pool. Immediately after check in sales people find you to sign up for a presentation and promise great deals for parks etc. This is a vacation time share presentation. They want you sign up for a 60 thousand USD package financed at 14% over 10 years. Annual maintenance fee of 3000 USD for 10 years. This is for 17000 points so 3 weeks or so of vacation. Google the pros and cons. For most people these are not useful unless you go to same or similar places each year over your lifetime. They can be bought cheap after market form others selling it. They promised continental breakfast but it was cold prepacked cereal and coffee. They try to keep convincing you how valuable it is !!! really!! its not. Sale staff was rude when we declined. Otherwise hotel itself is a good experience.

They tried to put us in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had air conditioning issues with broken fans and we had to fight to get another room. First they tried to punish us and give us a room with a parking garage view and said no other rooms were available. But luckily when the gentleman next to us asked for a two bedroom upgrade they said no problem so obviously they had no choice to explain why they were being only punishable to us for not accepting the smoked in room and finally gave us a comparable room. They were not nice about it either!!!

Great Stay at a Great Resort!

Beware if you book thru third party like hotels.com you will be located in a room that faces a concrete wall. You will have no view of anything even when the resort is quite empty. Much better options in the area where, even if you book thru third party, you will have a great view and be able to enjoy sitting on your balcony.

Large comfortable rooms, great location for Disney and Universal. Quiet pool area, lovely grounds and plenty of food places nearby. Staff try hard to get you onto a timeshare presentation when you check in.

I have stayed here twice and both times it’s been excellent. It’s convenient to everything, it’s clean, staff is very accommodating and responsive to requests, and just overall great place to stay.

Liked the property overall; love the two pools (one being a quieter pool for adults) and multiple hot tub options. Hardwood floor in the rooms was a nice touch. would like to have a digital key for my room though; only downside.

I didn’t know that I’d be charged a resort fee as there is no disclosure about it. This is one of the reasons why I chose to stay at this place as I didn’t want to pay a resort fee.

The hotel was very nice. The only tithing that was crazy was the parking… the parking space was small and narrow and every spot is made for cars and everyone had SUVs.

I had a family emergency , they would not compromise to allow for refund nor reschedule.

We were given a room that was far from what was promised. The condition of the room was poor, with clear signs of neglect. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay. After planning a special evening, it was frustrating and embarrassing to not even be able to take a proper shower. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay. There are plenty of other options that value their guests and deliver on the basics.

The room we were given did not have a nice view at all. Washer/dryer combo left our clothes very wrinkly, damp and covered in lint. The air conditioning was not working in the middle of our stay with the temp in our room going up to 81 degrees- then I wound up getting sick. We asked to change our room which was possible, but we had plans everyday and no time to pack up our room.

Hilton grand was top tier. Everything was just right. Clean suite, polite staff, and great amenities. Me and my son enjoyed our time here. We will return on our next trip to Orlando.

I love this hotel. My family and I have been staying here for over a decade and its always been great. The rooms are clean, the price is usually excellent. The only problem I have with this place is the parking garage. The spots are small, and though no fault of the hotel, people will purposefully take up two spots so their car doesn't get knicked by other guests. My car was actually hit and of course, nobody left a note. Not surprsing. anyway, the pool and food are great, people are nice overall. It's kind of like a home away from home.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parc Soleil Orlando is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed, not just with the property, but with the incredible attention to detail. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The room layout was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. One of my favorite features was the separate tub and shower, and not just any tub. This bathtub actually fills from the ceiling, which was such a unique and luxurious touch! Everything about my stay exceeded expectations—comfort, cleanliness, and a sense of quiet luxury. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

IT WAS PERFECT!

We could not really afford a $157+ room, it was a big deal for us. The shower pressure non exsistent, sheets had mud? On bottom sheet, smelled like someone smoked last visit, table on deck dirty, the pool was beautiful, kitchen table crumbs, I have asthma so any residual of smoke affects my breathing, stayed outside room most of time. Tku Mrs Laurie and Robert Taylor 1697 Linkside Ct N, Atlantic Beach, fl 32233 check out at 10am, we got in at 8:30 pm. Sad experience but nic beautiful staff. Tku and Bless you for listening.

I’ve stayed here many times. It is always peaceful, clean, the rooms are well appointed. We had a nice time at the pool; the food served is very good. The service in the pool area is excellent, special shout out to Tanya who was super attentive and so very pleasant. I used the gym several times; got coffee for my wife every morning in the Marketplace. Whenever I had questions, I would text and staff would respond in a timely manner. The parking garage being so easily accessible is also a big plus. Parc Soliel has become our go to in Orlando.

This resort is huge. You’d think with so many people it would be loud. But it wasn’t. Family friendly. Two pools 4 hot tubs. Plenty of space. Not crowded. We had a king one bed suit. Was BEAUTIFUL! Was CLEAN! Not that cheap hotel decor, clearly had a designer at this resort. Bed was comfortable. The tub filled from the ceiling. Sooo cool! House keeping was only supposed to refresh every 3 days according to the paperwork but they came every day! Very clean! Love having my bed made each day when I’m on vaca! Now that’s LUXURY to me! lol …. Everyone was super friendly… the only con for me was the restaurant. I’d say it’s a better bar than restaurant… but there are PLENTY of other places to eat in the area so definitely not a big deal! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great Other staff was kind but the front desk manager Deeb L. Discriminated against my Autistic child and never apologized. He told me to “feel free to not come back.”

The amenities were outstanding clean and well maintained. Whether it was the pool, the lobby, or the in room experience, everything felt a step above what I expected. You can tell this property takes pride in both the guest experience and the little details that make a stay memorable. This hotel turned my trip around after a rough start elsewhere. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning.

We were surprised by it upgraded room, which was amazing down point. The pool has less for children to do them most of the other hotels around, and we got lost in the elevator, several times, trying to find the lobby and trying to find other things map of things would be most helpful.

When I notified the front desk, he was very apologetic and spoke with his supervisor. He was authorized to give me a discount on my room. great stay at the hotel. However, I wish we would have been able to enjoy the pool more. Weather wasn't helping and pool was close almost every day for long hours.

But we had a few issues with our stay. 1. I had issues with booking due to glitches on the Hilton website. Since I did not get a confirmation email from Hilton, I prepaid through Expedia to gaurantee the booking. But this caused me to be double booked. So i will be charged twice....ugh. 2. They offered a 8 day vacation if we listened to a 90 minute ( they promised only 90 minute) presentation. We agreed to a presentation for the next day. Here was the issue. We received a call at 8:30AM! For this sales pitc. And yes we were still sleep. Did not go. 3. At 9AM, room service was toooo loud....just too loud asking. I understand they want to notify but sheesh. 4. Both ice machines in tower 1 were broken, so I called the front desk to ask where to get ice. Reception told me they would bring ice but the ive never arrived. This was a minor issue but just wanted to mention it as well. Final assessment. The Parc Soleil ia very nice place, clean andin a great location. But it is showing its age in a few small areas and and a few minor things. Would I stay here again? Maybe

The trip was overall good, very relaxing. My only issues we were without water for over four hours on Monday night into Tuesday morning. Once it came back on, it was brown. Tuesday we put on a water advisory to boil all water, and when we were trying to gather our things, shower and check out we got a rude call saying we had to be out of our suite in nine minutes. Please keep in mind about the water situation, where we had to let our water run for some time before we could even take a shower.

The property is excellent. The staff at the hotel itself are excellent. The only issue is the staff at the Hilton Vacation Club. The staff at the timeshare presentation are rude and pushy and talk down to you if you do not purchase a timeshare. Hilton needs to do better in this area. Overall the hotel is fabulous!

Two very nice pools with Spa, gated entrance, Rooms very clean, bed comfortable with white linen. nice shower. room with big window facing the lake and night fireworks. Nice equipment in the gym and a nice walking trail around the lake. only one restaurant by the pool but supermarket one block away and multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Clean quite very good pool. The king bed looks like queen and fridge did not work for me even though they did bring another one. If you planning to bring food that need to be refrigerated is not going to work.

The Staff in the Market place were very rude with my wife, the crew that work Saturday & Sunday mornings the 21st and 22nd June 2025. I'm pretty sure thats not there first compliant.

Great location, friendly staff, big room, big balcony, and I love that you park in a garage. Balcony is big which is great but there is a really bad Gnat problem. We were on the 11th floor and they were everywhere, I had to buy two cans of bug spray and spray everything to put up like a “ shield “ to fend them off. It worked but they eventually came back. Sprayed the balcony Thursday evening, they came back Sunday morning. Maybe put a screen or a bug zapper. Also the sink fills up pretty quickly while washing dishes, had to stop midway to let the water go down.

Fountain was really loud, lobby freezing, and we had hairs all over our bathroom and bedding upon arrival.
