Beautiful room, however we had this awful persistent noise outside, which made it impossible to sit on the balcony. The room was very dark due to the position of facing other rooms.

They gave me a handicap room that I didn’t want and the money that I paid for that room I am not handicap they told me that that’s all they had I was disappointed with them I didn’t like them when they put me in a handicap room

How clean it is and kid friendly also the bar staff have been always very nice and friendly to us . The kitchen staff . No good customer service was shown to me and my kids . And me and my kids spent so much money in there all day long so we didn’t have to leave the resort. No smiles no greetings no nothing . I feel like it was the worst part of our stay . Especially the lady with the glasses was so nasty. And nobody was really helpful very sad for a nice resort.

Nice resort to relax and enjoy family and friends. We stayed in a 2br Villa that had lots of room kitchen, living room and patio. We were able to walk to the Outdoor Outlet mall next door which was nice. In the evening the parking could be a little crowded but overall a great resort for a fair price and break from the crowds in the theme parks

The atmosphere around the whole complex was lovely Food was nice. Pool area was great and most of all the staff was amazing.

We found water stains and black mold on our bedroom ceiling. They only have limited dining options for a huge property. We were told at check in that they do not have property maps; later another person was able to provide a map. Housekeeping cleaned our room the first day, but did not empty the garbage. The second day, they only cleaned one of the rooms, and still did not empty the garbage. The dining room table was missing bolts, and was consequently unstable and unusable. No directions on how to use or find the overflow parking, so good luck if you return later in the evening.

Be aware that you will be entering a gated community and will need to be checking in and then escorted to your room. If you have an after hours check-in, this can be confusing, especially if you’re Lyft or Uber driver can’t speak English so you might want to contact the establishment ahead of time for specific instructions.

My husband and I stayed from Friday to Monday. The room featured a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. It was very comfortable and very clean. The surrounding grounds were also very clean. It has a good location. Overall, it was excellent. I recommend it 100%, and I will definitely return on my next visit.

The property was very clean and top notch. It was well appointed with places to eat and a nice pool. Just be sure what building you are staying in as it can be relatively far from the restaurants and lobby. My only complaint was not with the hotel, but if you are booking through an app they include the "Resort Fee" of $30 nightly.

Wel absolutely loved this resort. The staff was great and our suite was amazing. We stayed for 4 days and loved having an entire condo style room. The rooms were clean, the pools were great and the best part is that it was so close to Disney. And everything being so close by was a great perk!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property is beautiful. We didn't get a newly updated room, but it was still very nice. We were in Villa 5, and I believe as of this date Villas 1 and 2 have been updated. Pros: full kitchen, laundry (detergent included), large room w/ balcony, full cleaning twice during our 9-night stay, pool bar/deli food is excellent, very nice staff, secure property, walking trail around lake. Cons: bed linens were scratchy, kitchen needed more items (but still nice), could hear guests upstairs at night, couch wasn't super comfy to relax on. This was a very nice resort and comfortable space to rest after long days/nights at Disney and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and reasonably appointed. The property was in excellent condition. The front desk was slow responding when I was locked out of my room or when the television did not work properly. Otherwise this is an excellent place to stay.

First room smelled of mold, 2nd room was ground level and didn’t have a proper lock, 3rd room seemed fine until we experienced septic issues. The staff was amazing but property needs attention!

The value and amenities received for the "resort fee" is comical. Average hotel rooms with outdated touch, no ice in villa buildings, and an elevator that barely worked. Food and staff were above average.

Great location to all the parks, pool areas are fantastic. Rooms are a little small and there’s no roll away beds or anything for an extra person in case plans change; also parking is a bit of a challenge as the resort is fairly large and multiple buildings w/ very few parking spaces - often had to park on the other side of the resort and walk for 6-10 minutes but it’s not the end of the world. All in all, good resort for a good price.

Great property & rooms, but limited parking.

I was asked to return to the front desk three times, each time having to wait in a long line. Also, there was no staff at the Hilton Honors desk , of which I am a long-term member. Very frustrating as my total wait time in lines exceeded two hours.

Grate location for Disney parks and shopping

Staff were efficient and a pleasure to speak with. The property is very well maintained. The landscaping is very well done, the design and layout of the property works in a way that did NOT feel crowded. For a week there was always parking room. The room options were perfect for a family, with great appliances, and even options for outdoor cooking. It was a real pleasure to sit outdoors in the evenings and just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Everything was great, clean room. They’re a nice property… but the cleaning staff is very loud, I had to go out of my room around 7:30 in the morning and tell them to keep it down. There were four or five of them, just laughing it up and being loud as they could be without any regard for guests who might’ve been still in bed.

Our room was very nice, recently remodeled/updated. Property was beautiful and staff were very nice and helpful. There were a few hiccups during our stay, but nothing major. The hot water was out the night when we arrived, but they had it fixed the next day. We also had trouble with our thermostat - the room was warm and humid. We could never get it to change the room temp or fan speed. Thankfully it was cool outside during our trip, so we would open the patio doors to cool it down for a few minutes before bed.

I will start by saying the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the amenities are great. Our room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. The room showed some signs of age with cracked tiles in the kitchen. The floors and windows could've used a deep clean. It was a comfortable stay other than the air conditioning not working. The room maintained its 78° temp regardless of adjusting the thermostat. It was ok for us but I recognize that will be too warm for most. They offered to send someone to fix but we were out of the room. They didn't follow up. biggest concern was that our door was left open by the cleaning service. We keft our room at 5pm the room still hadn't been cleaned. When we returned around 9pm we noticed that our front door was open. The inside lock was turned making it impossible for the door to automatically lock when closed. This was terrifying to us as it was jyst myself and my 14 year old daughter. Our belongings were not secure and anyone could've been in our room on our return. Luckily there wasn't anyone in the room and all of our items were intact. We're fortunate that no one entered our room but it doesn't excuse the fact thst such a breach occurred. The staff were very apologetic and sent security to assess the situation within 5 min. They issued a $40 credit which we never used. Upon checking out they refused to apply the credit towards a refund.

Construction was so inconvenient where you had to walk in the road with traffic and no transportation from front office to your building where your staying, carrying your luggage 6 buildings later sucked. Ask the 2 staff members about the golf cart to transport us they said we don’t do that you should have rented a car it’s only $50 for parking. RUDE RUDE RUDE

All the staff from the hotel reception to the hotel services staff were excellent during our stay

During my first night there was a constant noise coming from the ceiling/walls that made it very difficult to sleep. I reported the issue the twice to the front desk. Staff acknowledged the problem but said they could not identify the source or tell me how long it would last. In addition there was another noise that I reported that the hotel staff said was probably from construction on the property. I lost 2 days of sleep and I informed the hotel each day of the problem; I was offered two options: move to another room or check out early with full reimbursement. Because I had already lost 2 days of sleep and they could not guarantee the problem would stop, I chose to check out early and book another hotel. After I checked out,the situation became very confusing. Expedia later received different information from the hotel about what would be charged. Despite the earlier agreement of the hotel to fully reimburse me if I chose to leave early due to the unresolved disturbance, my card was ultimately charged for all three nights. The property itself may be nice for some travelers, but I was left disturbed and frustrated by the Manager in the handling of the issue and the Staff’s inconsistent & dishonest communication about the charges after checkout. If you experience a problem during your stay, make sure you get everything clearly documented in writing before leaving.

My daughter has a disability that requires close parking and each night I had to park in the overflow parking and walk quite a distance to get to our building. We definitely plan to return in the near future.

The cleaning person cleaned the room every day, even though the information provided at check in indicated the room would be clean mid-week if staying more than 5 days. When I ran low on toilet paper, three people came by with more than enough and on another day, another cleaning stopped by in the evening and asked me if I needed any additional supplies. Everything I needed is within walking distance from Publix across the street and the Premium Mall at the back of the resort. Eateries are also within walking distance. I love the .6-mile walking trail around the lagoon when I used every day. I will definitely stay her again.

The property is beautiful! Everything is exactly as Expedia details. The service was excellent. Upon our arrival we were able to get into our room early and they asked if we would like to wait for a pool view room. We went and got lunch and by the time we were finished, they text us that our room with was ready. The room was clean and the staff promptly delivered any extra towels, etc we needed. We would definitly book here through Expedia again.

Parking was good. We were given a handicap room which was annoying. Construction going on and golf carts driving in the middle of the road or wrong side of the road. Some of the staff was short and bordering on rude. I understand smoking is an issue for a lot of places now but there needs to be smoking areas. Not just one in a complex that size. I do not throw spent cigarettes on the ground like most. I dispose of them properly but if you provided more areas and receptacles it would be better. People smoke. That will never change.

Our stay was amazing. The suite was excellent for us—perfect for my husband and me, with a separate room and bathroom for my sister. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook on some days. The TVs, cleanliness, and overall comfort were great. The location was excellent, right next to the outlets and, of course, very close to the parks. We will definitely be back again.

First and foremost I am a valued member of Hilton points also upon arrival I requested a high floor level and a pool or Lakeview I was not granted either of my accommodations instead I was told that I did not speak to anyone at this location which in fact I did because I spoke with a representative named Sammy,and that the customer service clerk sees my accommodations via telephone and said that when I arrive for my reservations I will not have any problems upon checking in during the check-in phase front desk Maryvaull stated my address was incorrect on my drivers license compared to the booking site which is not correct she went to de-escalate and find a manager manager say it she cannot help me with my booking the front desk clerk was very rude and was not knowledgeable at all she got her manager the manager told me that she was unable to accommodate me and the only floor she had available was on the first floor I explained to her I am very afraid to stay on the first floor due to being robbed and shot from a prior incident that happened to me while vacationind she just said she understood that was the only unit avail and would not accommodate me once she said that she told me she would give me a $20 credit that could be used at the deli and it will be charged to the room for this being my first time at this Hilton location his first impression was on acceptable and I have stayed at many resorts before I have never came across this problem Hilton please fix this issue

Property - 2 bedroom apt with Kitchen was spacious, clean and has everything you need. Amenities - Pools are great, but we didn't really use it, but the hotel area around the lake is great for a nice walking/jogging exercise. Convenient - Definitely an A+. right beside OUTLET mall with walking access with gate, where you don't have to struggle to find parking and lots of nearby FOODS & grocery for the family. OVERALL - a very POSITIVE experience & HIGHLY recommended.

Room was a bit run down (faucet was not mounted tight, shower leaked and bed’s mattress was not firm/kept it’s shape) but the room was clean and housekeeping was fabulous.

The main pool wasn't heated so we had to go to a secondary pool that had no bar and food. The room was not equipped with the washer in and dryer even though it was listed on the reservation of having such.

My room that we paid for was supposed to have the jacuzzi in suite...it however did not...and had to pay additional fees upon arrival which i was also under the impression that was included in that price i have been making payments on towards this trip.

The room was not clean. The shower flooded with every shower. They never cleaned my room, even though we were there for 5 days. The couch pull out mattress had blood and bugs, so we could not use it. Pillow cases and bed stuff was filthy and not changed. I would not stay here again.

A lot of positives, we stayed in a 2 br suite, space was adequate, beds comfortable. The property has a nice pool, activities center, I loved the long walkway over the lake. The main reason I choose this property is for the suite style. I also appreciate they didn't charge extra for parking like many other resorts and hotels do. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I need a suite. I guess what stops me from 5 stars is our room wasn't tidied up everyday. The first 2 days after coming from the parks it felt nice to walk into a freshly tidied room and re made beds. If that was done every easily a 5 stars

Nothing grand about this Hilton. This is lipstick on a pig, and a glorified motel. Check in was horribly managed and predatory. Held hostage to get our parking pass from a separate desk (completely unnecessary, but completely obvious it’s done so others waiting to check in don’t hear) being forced to hear a spill about a time share scam, not taking no for an answer, and being pushy about it until the 4th time saying NO. Was told we would be texted when our room was ready, never got a text, and it was now after check in time. Then when back at the desk to get our room keys only to be met with “have you been texted that your room was ready?” I shouldn’t have to be at this point as it’s now after check in time. Resort fee is such a scam, oh two sour cups of “Starbucks coffee” or “bottled water” WOW how gracious of you! Only given two tickets even tho we were there Thursday through Sunday. The pool was no where near as big as in images, wasn’t actually heated like it stated. Very shallow so you can’t even actually swim. Hot tub was gross and not warm. Had a weird bubble grime layer on top of the water. Denied late check out because there’s “none available” but looks like there was no one time check in available too. Horrible stay, Hilton should be embarrassed. But Hey they’ll let you know you have access through the gate to the “premium outlets next door”. So cool to view their parking and brown buildings from the balcony.

We have been coming to this location for 10 years. We absolutely love the location...the closeness to the parks...having a grocery store across the street. Everyone is always nice and friendly. This is always our number 1 place to stay

Staff poor professionalism, don’t care about guest, really bad experience, you ask for something and is like you are asking for a favor, they not know anything about hospitality and customer service.

We were more than happy with the stay. We just had an issue with the vacations club that we were pressured into saying we would have the meeting and then being charged if we cancelled it we had to leave early because a family member was ill and found the whole cancellation of the appointment very difficult.

Spacious 3br 3bath. Loved the lock out suite for our larger party. Kitchen and laundry a huge plus. Loved the amenities and easy walk to outlets. Resort is close to everything. Very clean and well decorated. Parking is a little tight. Amazing pools and playground.

did not use any facilities. to far to manage a wheelchair to main building in the rain. Parking was limited in proximity to the building we were in.

The property was beautiful, albeit a little dated. The couple of problems that we did have, such as we had to ask for more towels since no housekeeping came to our room after day 1, and we couldn't figure out how to cast to the TV, were addressed very promptly. They have a lovely pool area and even had live music poolside. There's children's playground, basketball courts, outdoor grill areas. The only issue we had was that it seems that they cleaned the carpet before we checked in and it remained damp our entire 3 day stay. We also requested a bedding change and it seemed like the bedding was was still damp as well. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay and I would go back again.

Rooms are dark.. yellow lights. Shower head had no pressure and was hard to switch from bath to shower. Room was decent , could have been cleaner especially with the walls- needs a good wipe down.

The property is starting to show its age, but Hilton seems to be keeping ahead of it (mostly). I was disappointed to see the waterfall is gone and the pool fountains (in the smaller pool) are no longer functioning. Still, these are minor issues that did not inhibit our enjoyment. The location is great for all the Orlando attractions, not far from restaurants, and right next to an outlet mall. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Just nice

Family Friendly/well manicured. Stayed in 2 bedroom which was a good size. The rooms were nice, and included a jetted tub, but it wasn’t as clean as it could be and showed above average wear and tear, so we opted not to use it. That said, overall the staff was friendly, and the room and property in general, were clean, and well equipped.

The location was great since I love to shop. Having at least 2 different gates with walking access to the outlet mall was great! In addition, the washer dryer in the room made life and our stay so much better. This was the first stop on our trip and I washed all of the clothes before we left. The room was spacious and felt like home.

The One We Had Was Not A Functional Piece(falling Apart and burned the food) Abd Not To Seem Petty Or Anything But When A Replacement Skillet Was Brought To Our Room, It Was Long After Breakfast And Our Appetites Lost. The Rest Of Our Stay, OVERALL... WE LOVED OUR STAY

Once again a super stay at a wonderful resort

I think they were over zealous about convincing me to participate in a solicited time sharing event. They called/text multiple days, multiple times a day to both the room phone and my cell phone. When I finally agreed to attend the second to the last day of my trip, the voucher they gave me for free vacation days was lost/misplaced but never registered. When I informed them they basically said sorry for your luck the voucher is like money and it's nothing we can do as if there was no record of me attending/completing the event to re-distribute one to me. I guess I shouldn't have lost it! Some of the outlets in the room didn't work, the sliding glass door to the balcony would get stuck often and the house keepers didn't change any bed linen, they only made up the bed if it wasn't already made. They did change towels and rags and appeared to clean bathroom and countertop surfaces. Other than the issue mentioned, it was an ok stay. The personnel seemed nice and they had some nice amenities.

This was our second stay. This time we had the king suite, pretty much an apartment with everything you could need while on vacation. Would be a great place for families to enjoy while visiting Disney. Plenty if room, awesome location. Great property.

One bedroom suite was spacious and well equipped, some signs of age were visible but overall in good condition. WiFi was quite weak but ok for email.

Not only were there dining options on site, but there were a slew of options off site! The beds and pillows were amazing! Definitely will stay again in the near future.

The staff from the very beginning were very welcoming. They confidently did their jobs while thoroughly making sure we were aware of all they had to offer in and out of the hotel. The housekeeping staff were great, with a daily tidy and replenishment of supplies. The suite was beautiful and the pictures dont show how spacious the room was. I felt like i barely was aware of other people in the building. It was a lovely getaway, even through inclement weather.

We felt it was a little dated especially the bathroom. The bed and couch were not very comfortable and the pillows were feather which we are allergic to and uncomfortable.

My family and I have been staying at this property for the past 9 years, and we absolutely love it! It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the property/landscaping is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, with huge enclosed balconies, 2 swimming pools, and we love how it’s in a convenient location; next to the outlet and close to Disney property, Universal, Sea World, and off of I-Drive. Although they offer shuttles, parking could always be better because you have to be in early to get a good parking spot near your building. This past summer we stayed for a few weeks, and some housekeeping wasn’t done as thoroughly as others, and toiletries/cleaning items were not replenished. Also, I had several orders delivered to the resort and when the packages were picked up one of the times, the female security was not the friendliest and was rude. She talked to me as if i was stupid and took her time helping me. She was the one not comprehending! I didn’t want to deal with her at all! Other than that incident we always love our time here and will continue to stay here when visiting Orlando! We would definitely recommend to others!

Room smelled a little bad like damped carpet but we left patio door open to air room out and the stay was amazing still. Most definitely will come back.

3 night stay for a quick disney/discovery cove visit. Check in was at 4pm but our room wasn't ready until 4:45pm. Room was very nice, spacious and clean. We had a king studio. Shampoo Conditioner Body soap and lotion all provided in room. Bed was very comfortable. Screened in patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. Food café was really nice, had lots of options to choose from and we thought it tasted good. Pool bar was amazing and the drinks were very tasty. Pool was amazing, crystal clear with plenty of lounge chairs avaliable. They even handed out free popsicles to everyone while we were there. We would 100% stay here again, looking forward to our next visit.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that it’s close to Starbucks, Publix, The Outlets and other restaurants (although chains, but those can be fun). Rooms are nice and staff is friendly.

The room and property exceeded my expectations, peaceful and nicely appointed. Close to plenty of activities and restaurants and even has an on-sight cafe and poolside bar if you don’t feel like going out. I stayed an extra day just to enjoy the amenities and relax some.

The tub with the jets was so filthy it turned the water black when we turned it on it was really gross. The kitchen refrigerator had dents in it . We some times had to park a long way from where we were staying and get a ride with staff to our room which took time which we was not the only people. There were trouble with some of the appliances. It became very stressful at one time and the deposit we put on the room we still haven't received back .

Parking kinda sucks but they do have golf carts that will pick you up and carry you to the room . Didn’t like the smell of the water in the room but everything else was good

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are welcoming and friendly, the surroundings are immaculate with beautiful views. The parking is a bit of a pain if you are back late from the parks you have to park a fair bit away from your room there is a shuttle you can call but be better to park near your room. The pools are fab, open late but bar shuts at 9. No restaurant at the hotel but outlets, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat within walking distance

I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. One of our lamps did not work though. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of towels available. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was the best, shopping and dinning is very close. You can walk right to the outlets with no problems.

Excellent bedding quality and very huge room size

The one downside to this property, is the parking. I do understand that parking is first come first serve however, I don’t understand how the property doesn’t have enough parking spots for all of their guests. This was an issue during our first visit and continued into the second visit.

They should make 1 of the pools adults only. Sometime adults need that quietness

All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and they brought fresh towels and made the bed daily. 9/10 experience. They only lost a point because there was hardly ever any parking close to our building.

So many came tied and things to do for the family. Pool was amazing and the pool bar was great.

The property was very well maintained. Beautiful pool. The ladies anouncing the activities for the kids were very energetic. Atmosphere like a cruiseship on land. We were there celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, no kiddos with us, although my husband help a father and son in a scavenger hunt. The ladies in the deli and cafe were amazing. Our stay was july 13th-16. Wonderful time. Only complaint beds were not comfortable. Hilton guest do alot in orlando and dont want to come back to a lumpy hard bed and pillows. A bed is a very important part of a hotel stay. Please fix. Thank you

I liked this property very much because it was away from a lot of crowded areas. The only thing I didn’t like was they do want to have you go on a tour, but they are not extremely pushy like I’ve seen in the past at other resorts. The one thing they need to upgrade is parking if you come back at 10 o’clock at night, you will not find a space in front of your building and you may have to walk quite a distance even though they say they have golf carts that will come pick you up. I never saw any golf carts.

The resort was clean and beautiful. the suite was very spacious. They sent balloons and a card or our anniversary to our room which was a huge surprise. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Love the security where not just anyone can come in without a key card. The pools were clean. We had a beautiful relaxing time thank you Hilton.

This property was fantastic! The location was great very close to Disney, Sea world and many amenities. Travelling with a 5 year old first time to Florida the pool was fantastic she loved it so much! They have food on site, convenience and Starbucks coffee! They also have a covered playground for children and they have floaters, beach balls etc. available for purchase at the pool. I really can’t say enough great things about this property and definitely will return next stay in Florida!

The place was beautiful! Well maintained. My air did go out on the day before my stay ended and the maintenance guy came to try to fix it. Told me it would come on in 45 minutes it never did. So my last night there was very warm even with the ceiling fan on full speed. The only other downer would be it’s not smoker friendly anywhere on the property. I guess that’s good for business and the other guests but maybe have a designated smokers spot on the property somewhere. Other than that the place is top tier to me!

Beautiful property! For us, I think it was almost a little toooo big. We were in building 7 and from there you have quite a travel from the room to any pool or hot tub. However, the landscaping and entire property is beautiful. The ONLY thing that bothered us was the parking situation. If you come back late from a park, you barely find any parking. The 2 nights we stayed, we had to park at building 5 and walk over to building 7. Otherwise, everything was on point. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice screened-in balcony.

I expected a lot more from a Hilton-branded property, but my stay at Tuscany Village was a letdown. First off, I was hit with a resort fee that was never clearly disclosed during booking. It felt like a bait-and-switch by the time you check in, you’re already being overcharged. The rooms? Outdated. The furniture is worn, the decor looks like it hasn’t been updated in over a decade, and the overall feel just doesn’t match the price tag or “resort” label. It’s more like a dated timeshare than a luxury escape. Customer service wasn’t much help either when I brought up the surprise fees. Definitely won’t be returning. Be cautious before booking this place is not what it seems.

They were great and brought a hair dryer to our room when I couldn’t find one. However, we were told we could request a late checkout and stay until 11:30 being our flight was later in the day. When I requested the late checkout they told me we could stay until 10:30- only a 1/2 hr after regular check out. Disappointed! We are there 5 nights and they couldn’t let us stay another hour- check isn’t until 4pm for incoming guests.

Good service and nice atmosphere ! Sales presentation ran an hour over and of course are rep became a bit disgruntled and agitated toward the end, but altogether nice place. As a couple without kids, may go somewhere else in the future as it was kid heavy.

Whilst this hotel is in an excellent location and has beautiful surroundings the tranquility ends when dealing with the front desk. I travelled with my disabled mother to this property. I booked and paid for an ADA room and requested a room in certain blocks for ease for my mother. Whilst I appreciate that not all requests can be adhered to I gave a lengthy time from my request to my stay. On arrival I was given a room in a block that was not suitable for my 15 night stay. I was told to come in the next day to see if I could change to a new ADA room. The next morning I went to the front desk explaining my requirements and that I needed an ADA room with a roll in shower and grab rails .I was told one may be available the next morning in a block I needed. Sure enough I received a text at 9.10 am to say if I did want a new room I needed to vacate the room I had by ten am. I rang reception and asked if I could stay in the room due to the heatwave in Florida and my mother’s age and disability. I got told no. I moved all my luggage to reception where my mother asked the front desk staff when the new room would be available. She was rudely told it was up to housekeeping and walked away from. It was 95 degrees at this point and that’s the answer. So much for helping disabled customers. I was text to say the new room was ready. However when going to reception I was given a none ADA room. Apparently no note was made that I required an ADA

Lovely property! Enjoyed the quiet balcony in the mornings for coffee. Easy walk to the pools. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue qas that the fold out sofa bed could use a new mattress and need an extra blanket. Will definitely stay again in future and will recommend to others!

This resort is beautiful. Two pools, hot tubs and food on property is good. There is a Publix across the street if you want to buy food to cook on your unit. You can also BBQ outside and the grills are cleaned daily. There is entertainment for the kiddies and a nice pool bar at the main pool. Very clean and well kept. I didn't want to leave and will definitely go back.

I was so impressed with the entrances I knew my room was going to be amazing. I enter my room and it was fairly cleaned luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned up my bathroom was not cleaned the toilet was clogged and the shower was dirty I had hair on the bed not sure if the comforter was cleaned but all in all we made it worked for my two days

Convenient location and a beautiful property

Nicely landscaped property with lots of cute wildlife (Ducks, turtles, Egrets). Housekeepers were all very pleasant and helpful. The only negative was parking. In the evening, parking spaces were limited. One had to park halfway around the resort. Not a major problem unless you had a lot to carry back to the condo.

It was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Our only complaint was parking; after 7 PM it's nearly impossible to find parking near your building, if at all. I wish they had an assigned parking spot for each unit, near the buildings. Then this would easily be a no-brainer for vacations and stay-cations in Orlando.

What a wonderful experience! Tuscany is located right between Universal and Disney. It was convenient to everything. The premium outlet mall was literally walking distance from my room. I wanted for nothing and had everything I needed for my nine day stay. The best part was the deep, jetted tub at the end of a long day of walking in the theme parks. I could even see fireworks in the distance every night from my balcony. Just perfect!

Only thing that I can say negative about my stay, was that for all 6 days I was there, housekeeping always came to clean my room after 5 when we were all back in the room to get ready to go out so out room was never cleaned while we stayed there. Honestly that didn’t bother us at all. It’s just how late that was odd for me, but overall it’s our second time staying there and recommends to anyone ❤️

Staff was super friendly and beyond helpful, checking in was a breeze and we were even shuttled to our resort building from the front desk. Having access to the outlet mall by the resort was super convenient and easy to locate. Both pool areas were well kept and the room was clean. My favorite thing about the room was the the balcony was screened in making it easy to have meals without and disturbances. Would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone!

Bar staff at pool was quite unfriendly and always felt rushed, even after leaving a generous tip multiple times. I dont feel the activities met my resort fee.

Property was great. Staff was friendly and attended to our needs swiftly. Parking could get full but we didn’t have any problems and we were there during Spring Break. Housekeeping was great and tidied daily and did a full clean mid-week which was perfect for us. The only complaint we had was the state of the sofa bed. It was terrible. Even just sitting on it would cause it to dip. Luckily our young child was the only one who had to sleep on it so it wasn’t too bad but it’s definitely not suitable for anyone over 8 years of age. If you don’t need the sofa bed I would say this property is excellent. The complimentary coffee vouchers were also very much appreciated!

The property was Amazing. The only complaint is the bathtub was not cleaned the whole time we were there.

Terrible housekeepers. When we got to the room, there was pubic hair on the jet tub and also on the bottom of the toilet seat. We stayed five nights and none of the housekeepers cleaned the bottom toilet seat with a pubic hair. Housekeepers didn’t clean the kitchen with the dirty dishes for five days. Also, upon checking in , if you brought a car you have to get your parking pass with the concierge. Concierge will hold you up to try to get a Hilton credit card and time share . After a long flight, you just want to go to your room, but instead they’re trying to do business with you.

Parking was a nightmare. if you were returning late at night, there is no parking near your complex and you must walk the whole complex to get to your room by yourself and the lighting is poor.

Arrived earlier than expected but was offered our room immediately upon arrival. "Free washer and dryers near our room, was a great unexpected surprise. Maid service was quick upon request and very friendly and provided us with all we needed. Proximity to outlet stores and great restaurants was a bonus.

We had an excellent stay! Convenient location close to all the parks and the airport. Great service from all - from front desk to housekeeping to the deli and bar. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our second stay at this resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and nice. The pool area has great facilties but the pool could use some heat! It was freezing lol. We also love that the resort is connected to the outlet mall by a locked gate. Very convenient. Will stay again!

We loved everything about this property. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need for a week long stay. Clean and comfortable. Staff is amazing. The breakfast in the small deli was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. This is a beautiful property and has access to the Outlet Mall next door. We felt very safe walking around this property. The grounds are very well maintained and the grounds staff are all very friendly. Very ample parking which was included in price.

Very clean. The landscaping was amazing. Wonderful and friendly staff.

There’s only one complaint and this complaint is a serious aggravation to me. We had a king suite which is a separate bedroom and living room. The thermostat is located in the living room. At night while we slept, the AC would stop running because it senses no one is there being no movement in the living area. This is one thing with rentals that really drives me nuts because it gets so hot in the room since it thinks no one is there!! I would get up at night and go into the living room to get the AC to kick on. But it stops when you go back to bed! Drives me nuts!! One night my husband even slept in the living room so it would sense his movement and kick on. That night I slept great. All the others were poor sleep nights and I was not happy! For that alone, I’ll never stay here again!!!

The property was very nice! We enjoyed our stay! The big pool was fun with music always playing the smaller pool could use some music as well. Rooms were updated and clean.

Great hotel. Check-in was easy. They only clean your room every few days which is totally fine. The smaller pool is nicely heated. There is a grocery store that is very close by. Only about a 10 minute drive from Epcot. Overall great stay and we will be staying again next year!

Overall the property was excellent at a great price. Very clean and well maintained inside and out. The two pools are great - a small one out of the way and quiet and a larger one that is the main attraction. Only downside was parking. When at full capacity getting a parking spot near your building late at night is near impossible. There is, however, plenty of parking near the main entrance and if asked someone will drive you in a golf cart to your building. Walking isn’t that far either.

This was our first stay but not our last. It was clean, quiet and convenient to shopping, dining and the theme parks which we were attending. It was a little cool for us to use the pool, but they looked nice as well. The room was very good as well!

The rooms, however, were all connecting rooms and the doors paper thin. Our room was next to a family- they were not doing anything wild or crazy but we could hear their conversations- it was uncomfortable. Felt like we were sharing a room with strangers.... i didn't want to hear them and certainly did not want them to listen to me and my husband on our 3-day getaway.
