Love the hotel just no wash clothes were given the housekeeper kept saying they didnt have any so we bathed with the hand towels the pool was amazing it was heated seem that some parts were still under construction didn’t try the breakfast but bed was very comfy and the WiFi was great absolutely love that we were right next to different breakfast spots and theme parks

front desk staff especially the older lady she seemed like a manager she was awesome she was on shift everyday of my stay and assisted me with me and my family's needs

Nice clean room, TV was fine, staff were nice and quiet. Nice thermostat. Big bathroom. A lot of restaurants and just overall one of the best cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at. I didn’t like the way the A/C sounded but I like the thermostat. The elevator was a bit dirty and scary.

After switching, the people in the room behind us spent 3 days screaming all night. I could hear word for word through my bathroom vent. Physical fights, dr*g use and deals, and threats with a g*n. I called the office many times over two nights and asked for intervention and explained I felt unsafe knowing there were threats with g*uns and dr*gs in the room behind me. I also recommended getting police involved. There was no resolution and the chaos did not stop. I do not feel that the office took these concerns seriously, and did not consider the safety or comfort of other guests.

Overall it was great, the price very reasonable the only thing i didn't like was that you need to ask for room service in advance and the pillows could be better but again next time i'm in Orlando i will definitely stay there if a can.

The location Towel can be better

Just stayed for 1 night with my husband and child. Didn't really expect much considering the price I paid for but the place was decent. Just had some difficulty finding our room when we checked in, the map they gave us was just so confusing. Parking is safe. The hotel is also close to a lot of fun areas around.

Location was amazing! Walking distance to pretty much anything you need. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. I enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded and people were respectful. Didn’t use all of the amenities because we didn’t need all of them. Everything in the room was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing vacation week. There was debris in the pool that was picked up in my hair after a swim. There was construction going on but luckily they took every precaution to make sure paint wasn’t over sprayed, and only worked during the day so we could sleep peacefully at night. I think it’s kind of a slap in the face to charge people for breakfast daily, in my opinion that should be included but it was clearly explained in the description before booking and we were able to meal prep breakfast for the week.

The location and accommodating staff. The room was a mess. There was no lock on the hotel door. There were LIVE electrical wires hanging out of the walls. When I brought this to the staffs attention they told me that they were completely booked and could give me a refund. This was at 8pm when we finally got to the hotel after a long day of travel. We had to leave and couldn’t find anywhere else to stay in the area. We ended up driving almost two hours to stay at someone’s home.

Everything was good. The rooms was good and the breakfast was good and parking was good and staff was good and I will come back anytime and stay and I will give y’all a good rate anytime and I love enjoy in the pool and everything was nice.

If you are on a romantic trip and trying to impress your company then I’d recommend somewhere else as they are doing a lot of renovations on property. However, if you are just looking for a very reasonably priced and clean place to stay then I would definitely recommend with 5 stars. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean. Once the exterior of the property catches up with the interior this place will be amazing but probably not as cheap as it is currently lol. Also, it is in a fantastic location right off of I drive and across the street from Icon Park. Tons of things to do within walking distance like TopGolf, Andretti’s, indoor sky diving, numerous restaurants, etc

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked loudly with every movement, making it nearly impossible to sleep. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the fire alarm kept going off throughout the night, constantly waking us up and ruining any chance of getting decent rest. The room looked worn out and dirty. Several things were damaged, including cracked lamp shades, which made the hotel feel cheap and unsafe. The shower barely had enough water pressure to rinse off properly, turning a basic shower into a frustrating experience. The bathroom door design is terrible. It actually pinched and hurt my fingers, which is something I’ve never experienced in any hotel before. Parking was also a confusing mess, with poor signage and little guidance for guests. Overall, this hotel needs serious renovations and much better maintenance. Between the uncomfortable beds, constant fire alarms, weak shower, damaged fixtures, and overall dirty appearance, I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better options in the area for the same price.

The room itself felt worn out and poorly maintained. The hotel looked dirty and run-down in many areas, and several fixtures appeared neglected. One of the lamp shades was cracked, which only added to the overall impression that maintenance is not a priority here. The shower was another major frustration. Water pressure was so weak that it barely sprayed any water at all. The bathroom door was also poorly designed and ended up pinching and hurting my fingers, which should never happen in a hotel room. Parking was confusing and inconvenient, with little clear direction on where guests were supposed to park. Overall, this hotel felt outdated, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

They are doing A LOT of renovations around property so the exterior is a little eye sore-ish but the rooms are spacious and really clean.

Место расположение I am deeply disappointed with my stay at your hotel and feel compelled to explain why I cannot recommend it to anyone. At the time of booking, there was absolutely no information indicating that the hotel was undergoing renovation work. Had I been informed in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel. Instead, I arrived expecting the accommodations and experience that were advertised. Upon check-in, I was given a key and a map showing the location of my room. However, I was not informed that one of the elevators was out of service. As a result, I had to drag my luggage around the property searching for another elevator. There were no signs or clear directions indicating where the working elevator was located or how to find the different room sections. For approximately 30 minutes, I walked in circles trying to locate my room. This was especially difficult because I recently had surgery on my leg. The excessive walking with heavy luggage caused significant pain and swelling. I became exhausted and reached the point where I was considering returning to the front desk, although I barely had the strength to continue walking. Eventually, I found an employee and asked for assistance. After waiting for help, I was finally escorted to my room. To my surprise, the room was located in a completely different area from what had been indicated on the map. Furthermore, I had initially avoided that section because active renovation work made it appear inaccessible. Once inside the room, my disappointment only increased. The windows were covered with plastic film, there was a strong smell of fresh paint, and I noticed mold on one of the light fixtures. These are not conditions that guests should encounter in a hotel room. The following morning, I discovered that there was no hair dryer in the room, creating additional inconvenience and discomfort.

The property was currently under renovations at the time, as it is becoming under new Management. When called for rags, we were told that they would be delivered if available but weren't, so we had to go to the office the nexr morning to call and pick them up. The shuttle for the amusement parks had you to make a reservation, but then attempted to say that it wouldn't be going that way, after it had already arrived late and we showed the confirmation number. The driver didn't speak English and only spoke Portuguese, luckily someone at the front desk was able to help. Many of the staff either didn't or barely spoke English. The breakfast was $11.95 per person and definitely was not worth the price at all. You had to call ahead and make reservations for everything: shuttle service, housekeeping, etc. There were no pool towels and the Jacuzzi was seemingly broken as it wasn't hot at all, not even warm/ room temperature.

But the a/c stopped blowing out cool air last night I was there… it was just blowing out air like a fan, not cold, and therefore the room also got very humid. I didn’t bother to let them know because I was checking out very early the next morning.

o hotel é muito bom, o quarto estava limpo e com bom odor, acredito que foi reformado recentemente pois a maioria das coisas internas pareciam novas, somente a parte externa estava em reforma mas isso não prejudicou em nada a minha estadia pois as obras aconteciam durante o dia e normalmente eu saia pela manhã e só retornava a noite para o hotel.

Nothing like their website. Arrived for my stay to discover a building site. There were hundreds of guests all complaining about the state of the property. It looked like a refugee shelter with every window covered in plastic and tape. We were offered complimentary breakfast but this was poor. Stale pastries and crumbs of bacon fat. It’s okay if you just want cereal and toast but I wouldn’t pay for it. The staff were all wonderful and I feel for them having to deal with all the unhappy guests. The trash was only emptied once a day so was overflowing in the communal areas and corridors. I understand hotels need to renovate but there was NO mention of this on the website. We booked five days elsewhere just to have some relaxation time in the pool as you couldn’t relax on the building site that was Montreale.

The property is basically an upscale motel. There’s remodeling going on, and it was clean enough to stay in for the price, but definitely not what we were expecting. There were only two staff working and I stood in line for 30 minutes to buy a water bottle. Overall decent but I’ll probably go somewhere else next time I’m there.

Property under renovations. Hairdryer in room inoperable, hours to get it replaced, 2 trips to the front desk. $200 cash deposit required for individuals residing in the Central Florida area. This is in addition to a required credit card.

Pool area grubby, tired and full of hazard cones and workmen all day. They were operating the deafening lift trucks whilst people at the pool which is against safety legislation. I have videos of it inches from peoples heads! DANGEROUS. Should have been closed for refurbishing but the greedy managers thought they could fleece innocent people out of their hard earned cash!

The only thing I notice about all my stay overs is the rooms I've had have NO hangers in the closets. I only mention this because I've had this issue in multiple rooms. Other than great this is a great place.

The room had torn bedsheets, the mattress was extremely hard, and the ice machine was dirty. The buffet had almost no variety at all — just two or three small things to eat and nothing else. We truly did not enjoy our stay. The only good things about this hotel were the location, since it was close to everything and near the parks, and the front desk staff, who were friendly. Other than that, we did not like the hotel at all.

Spent a fortune for our annual holiday. Travelled 5,000 miles to arrive on a building site. Noise deafening and unable to hold a conversation by the pool as they worked daily. Mattresses did not fit the beds. Workers power washing the old paint off our door whilst we were in there which flooded our room. Paint and chemicals being sprayed daily in the pool area and walkways. Trash everywhere. All the room windows were taped off with sheets of plastic so you couldn’t even see out of your room. Awful experience. Felt sorry for the staff as they were consistently being bombarded with unhappy guests and complaints, and they are all so lovely. The manager Hilton was polite and helpful but the hotel should have been shut down for the work that was needed. We felt very let down and misled.

Staff members provide excellent service, rooms are comfortable and provide lots of space. It’s a walkable distance to Icon park and several restaurants. Their pool is opened till 11pm and they have shuttles to the Disney parks. 10/10

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area

The room looked clean and the staff was nice enough. We checked in late and went right to sleep. The next morning we found a single roach on a pillow before leaving for disney. We decided not to make a big deal unless we saw more signs and for the next few days we saw nothing. The property was in the middle of a needed refurbishment.

Staff was so helpful over the phone and in person. Room and property were very clean. Furniture (beds) were super comfy and so was the bedding!! Kids said breakfast was not so good...so maybe that is not worth the additional cost but the room was definitely worth it! Pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Pool is heated and both were super clean.

The property was great for us. Location was perfect with plenty of things at do in the area. They were renovatio. When we went so painting and upgrading outside things, but the room as a plesant suprise. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. And the parking safe. But the place is being renovated all at ones. So the workers were painting with people in the pool. The trash next to the elevator was overflowing. And the worse was when they asked for $200 in cash to hold until you left the place. And then when you check out they give it back in cash. I wasn’t expecting that. But the staff was very nice. But the place felt very old.

The outside/rooms were being refurbished we were not told in advance. We had a studio with a kitchens no utensils, kettle or coffee machines. No daily housekeeping only on request I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed

Overall a bigger newer tv artwork to brighten up the room and sort out the smell from the shower and will consider staying again.

My daughter got in the pool and immediately fell ill, runny nose and vomiting also severe stomach pains and needed to be rushed to the hospital. The police also were called. A male individual said that the hotel never cleans the pool. They also accused me of smoking marijuana and I don’t do drugs and my children are non smokers. My 16 year old son was also discriminated on while eating a paid for breakfast. My two year old gold earring was also lost/stolen. Yall should really clean the pool and trash

Our room was clean and whenever I requested room service, they were able to provide it. The only concern that I had was that they did not swiffer mop our floors I could tell because there was some of my hair on the floor whenever we came back that evening after I asked for it to be cleaned other than that no issues on our second night there when I went in the bathroom and turned on the light I did notice that there was one small German cockroach and one skinny medium sized roach I have a phobia of roaches, so this was not good. We slept the next two nights with the lights on to make sure that they did not come back. We also made sure that we kept our garbage tied up and out in front of the door outside for them to pick up so that we did not have any further issues, but this is Florida so it’s inevitable that you’re gonna have something. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was an eight out of a 10. But for the price, it was good. I wish I had had time to use the Jacuzzi or the pool. They did look clean. Overall, I would not mind staying here again.

The room was very clean. Renovations and upgrades are definitely needed. It was hard to enjoy the pool with the exterior painting throughout the day. Beds were changed the day we arrived and were not very comfortable.

-The hot tub wasn't heated. In fact the water in the main pool was warmer than the hot tub. -The A/C made an annoying and fairly loud squeaking sound every time it shut off, making it hard to fall asleep. -when we got back after requesting a cleaning, the room was clean and beds made, but our towels weren't restocked until late in the day. The front desk told us that's how they typically do it. -At check-in, staff recommended using the I-ride trolley to get to and from the convention center, which we had to do once or twice a day. We did the math and the single ride price of $2 was more cost effective for us than getting unlimited passes $8/day. The staff didn't tell us about the Lynx bus system, which we found out too late was cheaper for daily passes. I gathered that maybe the hotel has a deal with I-Ride to promote them to guests.

Tiny square pillows. No way to make the room dark enough as the curtains don’t block out enough of the window and there’s always lights on right outside. Bathroom door knob was broken, all lamp shades are rusted, thin blanket and weird metal base to the bed that’s bigger than the mattress. But location is good for Universal.

You have to pay $11 dollars per person to eat their breakfast. They were working on stuff on the property so it was very very loud. The staff that ran the breakfast in the morning was incredibly rude!!! She treated my husband and I like absolute crap. I will say that the men who worked at the front desk were very kind! The pool was dirty the hot tub was cold. The beds were small. The property was pretty dirty all the garbages were completely full and garbage was falling out of them. The elevator was broken for half of our stay. I will say the one good thing was the location. You are close to icon park, freeway.

Disappointing. Why all the rave reviews? Some staff were great, others sullen and unhelpful. Seems like property has been taken over and is being done up with bare minimum. Some areas dilapidated. VERY noisy with the freeway, barely any sleep. Dodgy electrics in the room - lights didn't work or flickered, charging phone made it malfunction, no soap for washing hands, nowhere to hang towels (no hooks or rails anywhere in the bathroom). Lack of care for safety - blasting stairs and balcony areas with what smelled like bleach and high pressure hose with no regard for people using these areas - got sprayed twice rounding a corner. Lumpy pillows. No attention to detail. Wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and close to all the places I needed to be at or wanted to go to which was the primary reason I picked it. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub due to time constraints on my schedule but I wanted to as they looked very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and easily approachable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only small complain(not a super big issue) the light in the mirror was very bright and cool toned which really was a bit harsh on my eyes in the mornings. I would stay here again, comfortable and affordable.

First: the hotel's website links to another location near Universal Studios, which is quite ugly and has poor facilities. Second: there is misleading advertising. The website states that there is transportation for guests to the parks, a lie. The only available time slot is 7:30 AM, and the park opens at 10:00 AM. Therefore, it's impractical, increasing our costs by $300. Certainly, with that amount, we could have stayed in a better hotel. This loss will be claimed in court due to misleading advertising. Third: if you don't request room cleaning, they don't do it; what seems like an obligation becomes our obligation to remind them. The only good point is the attentive night attendant, who is attentive to guests.

The room was good, they were working outside the room in the hallway so the noise was bad alllll morning. They also charged around $12 extra per night that wasn’t said anywhere and their excuse was really poor; something about booking through Expedia and the small print (?) nonsense but well, parking is free.

The building itself looks decrepit. It appears that cheaply done updates have been done to the rooms. I was charged an additional $11.99 for a “resort fee” for the pool area which appeared to be the nicest part of the hotel. That was undisclosed until check in.

We were placed in room 411, where the noise from the highway traffic was extremely loud, making it impossible to have a peaceful night’s sleep. After spending the entire day walking around the parks, rest was essential, and unfortunately, the constant car noise prevented us from sleeping properly.

I was due to check in at 230am and when I got there at 210am the front desk said the cut off was 2am and he almost cancelled my reservation. That was not indicated in the messages from hotels and the front desk said hotels does not share email or phone numbers for guest.

The room was newly renovation. It was a great size and the kitchenette area was a nice added surprise.

The room appeared clean and secure during my stay. However, I noticed only one hanger in the closet and the TV seemed to have fewer channels compared to my previous visit. Nonetheless, I still found the hotel to be clean and maintained to ensure a safe environment.

Have stayed here many times . Pool is always great and heated . Free coffee and tea always out . They also leave bowls and utensils out there which is amazing and always comes in handy on the go . Staff is always friendly, one of their maintenance guys even helped me once to get a security tag off a shoe when the store forgot to take it off. Walking distance to restaurants and icon park which is our probably our favorite part . A little sad the hot tub has been broken the last 4-5 times we have stayed here but its not listed in description anymore, but once that is fixed will be so happy .

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was missing an ice bucket and the front desk said they did not have access to the buckets so they gave us several liners. When we woke up both sinks were backed up with standing water. The water eventually drained.

We got there and first things the key didn't work told them i was told someone would come fix it decided to go to the office and got two more keys that didn't work. They left us standing outside for over 20 minutes in the cold . I requested another room. The curtain didn't close on side had to use bandages to hold it to the wall. It was so noisy all night we could hear the pool gate bring opened and closed.

Amazing location for local restaurants, activities and not too far from the parks (Universal in walking distance). Although I didn’t spend much time in the room, I had zero noteworthy issues and would happily stay again in the future! :)

Inside the room The TV did not work. I even tried to plug the power cord into different areas to see if I could get it to work and it would not. I didn't mind too much because I was only staying there one night. But still the TV should work. If you do get a room that is facing west, good luck on sleeping if you are a light sleeper. As the traffic sounds like it is right inside the room with you. But like they say you pay for what you get.

This is a good budget hotel. Has spacious rooms, comfy bed, a good kitchen area and a very good location. Some downsides are the noisy ariconditioner counsel, one of the elevators was down for renovation and the park shuttle never arrives at the hotel.

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The staff was nice and the property was ok. Lots of things were out of service like the elevator and the spa (and we were still charged a resort fee daily). That was maybe the most upsetting thing — the hidden resort fee of $11 per day once we got there. I hate hidden fees like that. Also found a cockroach in our room, which we didn’t love

It was a good hotel. The staff very friendly. But the hot tub was not working. I really wanted to use it.

The room itself was satisfactory for the money. However, first I was charged a resort fee when I was already told that I had paid the amount that included all fees. I had a separate reservation the day before in a different room and was not charged a fee then. Both were booked the exact same way. Second, I had no heat and was given the run around for three days that someone would come check it. On the third day the front desk person told me they don’t have the part. I asked how she knew that when no one had even been by the room. She said she didn’t know. Next I was told someone would be by in 5 minutes to check, no one showed. The next day someone finally came and said they would be back in 10 minutes with a new unit. No one ever came back. No one would offer any compensation as they did not have another room to put me in. The staff there was not friendly or helpful at all.

It was a nice place to stay. Once remodeled fully I'll be great. The beds are small but were comfortable. The location is also great for walking to I-Drive for the attractions. Will consider staying again.

Had to call Expedia customer service because the heat in my room didn’t work, and a cold front blew through during our stay. Hotel refused to help until I called Expedia. Had a 6 year old child with me, and it didn’t matter to them. Very disappointing stay.

Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is "you get what you pay for" in regards to the look but the property and room were clean, felt fairly safe, and we enjoyed our stay here. The kiddies around seemed to enjoy the pool. The Jacuzzi was not hot both times i went to get in so i never did. We never got housekeeping BUT, i assume thats because we never requested it. We kept our room tidy and just swapped out towels everyday. The staff was super nice except for one non english speaking housekeeping lady who was very dismissive and unhelpful. Shoutout to another housekeeper who also didnt speak english but made a great effort to assist us by using her phone and allowing me to show her the used towels i wanted replaced. She even taught us spanish♥️♥️♥️! They had breakfast for about $12 which we didnt do ONLY because we had other plans.Hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to attractions. We had a car and decided to walk the strip! We did icon park a couple times, Ripley's, denny's, the game room, a couple stores, walgreen's, kobe, etc. Check in and out was so smooth...literally! A special shoutout to front desk and my fellow Bahamian who were a joy to speak with walking in and out of the lobby.

Second time staying here. Great place. Close enough to my conference to walk but much cheaper than alternatives. Very clean, staff are great. My one complaint is the breakfast; I'd recommend going to the nearby Denny's instead...but it's acceptable if you're in a hurry and don't mind a bunch of carbs. All in all, highly recommend.

It's what you would expect for a cheap hotel. If you choose for price and go in with that expectation you should be perfectly satisfied.

Check in was seamless. Guy at front (sorry,cant remember his name) was very helpful and accommodating. Had an issue with tv when i first got in room, staff fixed issue swiftly. Had a King Suite and was super spacious. Thought i was supposed to have a couch in the room but sadly there was only a chair so wasted space. Having no couch was my only issue. Even though i had company that could've benefited, i was the only one staying in the suite so it wasn't too big of a deal. Quiet area and close to plenty things to do. Would for sure stay again

Had to wait almost an hour every time we asked for clean towels & wash cloths. The sink was not draining. Took over an hour for all the water to go out after brushing teeth or washing hands. There was also a roach in the room which made things much worse. The staff were friendly but I would not recommend anyone staying here at all unfortunately.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hotel standards. Throughout our visit, we experienced multiple serious issues, including unsanitary room conditions, maintenance problems that were never resolved, and repeated room changes. One room had stained mattresses with one sunken in on one half, and another had live cockroaches. Cleanliness was consistently poor, and the situation caused significant stress and anxiety during our vacation. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability during our stay and afterward. We made multiple attempts, both in person and by phone, to speak with management and resolve the situation, but were repeatedly given conflicting information or refused escalation. Our concerns were dismissed, and interactions with staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite thorough documentation and third-party involvement, we have been unable to reach a fair resolution. On my last attempt to contact a general manager the man who answered at the front desk told me if we weren't happy with the accommodations, we should have left, and yelled into the phone that they were not going to do anything for us, ending by stating they are fully booked today and will continue to be. This was a stressful, poorly managed experience, and we did not receive the accommodations we paid for. We would not recommend this hotel and encourage future guests to carefully consider cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service before booking

Would be great to have hot water for tea and coffee in the room, not sure of the point of the microwave without crockery to cook and eat with, or boil water for a cuppa, was quite noisy due to freeway and our outlook was that and the car park but we were out during the day. Staff friendly but didn’t know the bus drop offs points for universal and walking distances.

The breakfast they charge $11.00 for is what is normally offered for free, with the inconvenience I experienced that should have been offered but it was not.When I checked in the elevator nearest to my room was out of order so we had to take the one near the pool entrance. That was fine until finally getting to the room and neither key worked. We was on the 3rd floor traveling with two young girls of course I was not going to leave them so we all had to go back to the front desk. Where my room was located it made more sense to take the steps vs going all the way around the 3rd floor to find the elevator. Well when we got back again those keys did not work either luckily this time I was told to call the desk if the keys did not work and someone came to let us in, but we had to wait for him to fix the key reader. The shuttle service they use to go to the parks that information should be viewable when booking because you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance. So when I checked in Friday I could not use the service for my trip to universal on Sat because it was less then 24 hrs in advance. So I booked for a Sunday pick up to go to Sea World the pick up time was 11:15 we was at the pick up spot at 11 the shuttle never came. I called at 11:30 I was told it would be there in 10 minutes we waited until noon it had not arrived so I booked a uber. The hot tub jets worked but the water was cold the heated pool was warmer then the hot tub. However the location is great

The bathroom didn't have any hooks or even a towel bar to hang things on. For two people we got one wash cloth and hand towel, but got four regular towels. The hot tub wasn't working which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The buildings definitely need some updating and repairs. They also need to update their check-in system. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. The TV remote was so worn down you couldn't tell which was the channel or volume buttons.

I paid for my stay before getting to the hotel. Was told that was final price. Taxes and fees included. Once I checked I was charged a resort fee for daughter and myself. We were on a birthday trip with very limited budget so I was very upset. We chose this hotel for price and hot tubs and hot tubs were not even working both days. So why pay a resort fee?

It was dirty on the outside. The chair in my room was broken. The hotel charged a fee which is the first time with going through Expedia. Don't know why. Lastly, after copying my driver's license the hotel still required a picture be taken. Would not recommend this place.

At check-in, we were given a room that was apparently already assigned to another guest. Fortunately, we hadn’t entered the room yet when the front desk called to notify us of the mistake. They then provided us with another key for a different room, but that one didn’t work either. We had to call the front desk again, and José—the same person who originally helped us—came up to open the door. He was very kind and told us that, due to all the inconvenience, we would receive complimentary breakfast the next morning. The next day, when I went to the front desk for the breakfast, they tried to charge me because nothing had been noted by the staff the night before. On top of that, we didn’t have a good night’s sleep due to a very noisy air conditioner and uncomfortable pillows. Other than that, the room was clean. After all of this, I can confidently say I won’t be returning

You get what you pay for. Nothing wrong, but nothing to write home about. Ok for 1 night stay and leave the next morning.

The hotel have a terrible counter service. The beds are unconfortable and just for single people, never for couples. the pillows are poor. But the worst thing was the fact that I was charged in USD 107 on moment of check-in due "RESORT FEE" that was paid early but the attendant had informed that was the condition to make a check-in. We had not another option and was two times charged. The only good thing about this hotel was the location but this don't depend of the attendants. ONLY LOCATION!

So let me start this off by saying this was the worst hotel EVER. first, they took a picture of me at the front desk like I was some sort of CRIMINAL. I was FORCED to hand over 200 dollars in *CASH* as well. Not to mention, the door wouldn’t open either, I had to force into my own hotel room. And the worst of all, there were roaches EVERYWHERE!!??!!? I was trying to sleep, roaches near my bed, I was trying to eat, roaches in the fridge, I was trying to walk, roaches near my feet.. what is this? Am I going to have to pay 200 in cash to the roaches next? On J I’m not returning, no aura + L ratio + Bozo. but nah it was lowkey kinda chill I’d go back

TV didn't work, told the front desk, they said a technician would come the next morning but never came by, spent 4 nights with no TV. Room faced the freeway which was very loud. One night some people decided to throw a tailgate party in the parking lot that continued until about midnight. Luckily air conditioner worked so kept that on to drown out the outside noise.

However there were flaws too - i asked 3 times for wake-up calls to 3 different staff on 3 different days and never got one. I asked for my room to be cleaned on Tuesday (it’s only on demand cleaning here) and nothing happened, leaving me short on towels. (The second time I scheduled a cleaning it did happen). The access lift for the main pool is broken so someone with a physical disability wouldn’t be able to get in. And if you are considering staying here be sure to ask for the non-highway side as it is loud! So while I’m not sorry I stayed there, I don’t feel any loyalty about coming back the next time I’m in Orlando.

There was confusion about the location due to a recent rebrand and another hotel with the same name in the area, this hotel is at 8300 Jamaican Ct but when I clicked the map for directions it took me to the other one on Visitors Cir, luckily they're not far from each other so I didn't drive too far out of my way. Hopefully hotels.com will correct this on their site.

Great location, a lot of space in the rooms. Just became my preferred hotel in orlando.

First room we got put in had poorly flushing toilet and tv with huge scratches in it. They gave us a free breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience. Got moved to a new room that on day 3 of 5 had tiny ants come out of the sink and go up the wall to the vent. They dont have 24 hour maintenance. At 8am no one could help us with that issue. We left for the day and they were gone, probably have been there off and on but they are so tiny we might not have noticed them earlier on. Room was clean, bed are not comfortable. AC works good but has that weird smell like it needs to be cleaned. I would have not paid for the breakfast but it was a decent amount of food like eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal etc. The hot tub wasnt working and we picked this hotel mostly on that feature so was really disappointed that the website wasnt updated with that information. It was close to a ton of food places and other tourist attractions and they offer a free shuttle to the parks.

Additionally, the housekeepers never came into our room during our stay to tidy up. We had our curtains open one morning and quite literally watched them walk by see us and continue walking.

Just one towel spared in 2 night stay, aire condition never worked well, bathroom sink and shower drainage clogged. Ask to be fixed stayed the same thru my stay.

Room was 5/10, Mattress was badly worn, only provided 1 set of bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. $200 deposit is way to high for one guest no children.

The newly renovated room queen beds had 3 pillows the size of a toss pillows. No amenities. Very shabby.

Then, when I went to the hotel room, the shower was clogged on the second day.The toilet was clogged called maintenance.They came out fixed the toilet, not the shower.

I was highly disappointed when I checked in and after having prepaid in full for all taxes and fees, according to Hotels.com, was charged an additional $47.96 stating it was a resort fee. I had no service. No breakfast was provided. When you check your account for the charge, you see no affiliation with the hotel name or Hotel.com. I was assigned to the motel side, in the back facing the parked cars and highway, no resort. Insulting!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff, clean bathroom, pool, except I feel they can change or clean AC unit filters bc it can be dusty & the sheet on the bed had burnt holes on it. Other than that, the pool was clean.

The hotel is strategically located among restaurant and amenities in the area.

El personal fue bastante amable en todo momento, las camas indicaron en la descripción que eran tamaño queen cuando en realidad eran tamaño full. Otro detalle es que en toda la habitación habian unos pequeños animalitos tipo gusanitos de patio. El televisor solo se podia ver un canal. Y otro detalle fue que cuando se hizo la reservación por Expedia en ningún momento se nos indico que al llegar al hotel teniamos que pagar un cargo de $47.96 al momento de hacer checking.

Very high quality room for the price

Changing brand and reconstructing rooms. It's a mess...got a new room lights nor electric outlets worked, no soap avail, mattress only on $90 metal slatted base made for box spring and mattress. No trash cans, construction mess in room didn't get cleaned up. Dirty public areas, they are trying to freshen up gross outdated property.

The rooms are very spacious and re-done. The kitchenette area was a nice touch. The furniture could use some updating but overall was a nice room and a nice stay.

Nossa estadia foi curta, somente uma noite, mas gostamos muito, quartos reformados, sem carpete, banheiro sem banheira e com box de vidro, pessoal da recepção fala português e são bem solícitos. Localização excelente. Retornaremos para uma estadia prolongada!

Within walking distance of lots of food outlets - we liked Red Robin. Brekky in the hotel was good value. My only negative would be the noise from the highway at the back of the property. Nothing they can do about that but if you are staying for a longer period ask for a room overlooking the pools. Thanks to all the staff for their welcome and hard work

only complaint i have is dirty towels, each towel was stained..room was nicely renovated ..would stay again

This hotel is under a major renovation so it doesn't look it's best in certain areas but I bought 2 hotel rooms and they were both renovated and they looked great! The only downside to the room for me was horrible water pressure. They do offer breakfast which I did not partake in but my best friend and husband did and they said it was great. There was a big selection and it was about $11 per person which was a good deal considering it would probably be more expensive at McDonalds. The only reason I am only giving this 3 stars is because a lot of the air conditioners were leaking and left water on the floor. I am fairly young so I was able to dodge most of it. However, one night, I face planted - HARD - on the floor. I did not see the water and I was practically ice skating on it. I never said anything because I was fine but If I was older.. that would have been another story. It was very dangerous. I don't know if someone saw me fall on the cameras or something but it was quickly gone with a lot of "wet floor" signs in that area. The hotel was in a good area and close to everything and again... the staff was amazing and so helpful. I p

The rooms seemed recently renovated, very clean, with cozy beds and good-quality sheets — no stains at all on the bed linens or pillowcases. The room was also equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge, plus a special area to prepare meals, almost like a small kitchen but without a stove. I really appreciated that, since I always need to prepare food for my daughter. The bathroom was by far one of my favorite parts. It looked freshly renovated, with spotless paint, a modern glass bathtub, and a sink that looked brand new. Everything felt clean and well maintained, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at where bathrooms sometimes feel dirty and unsafe. The towels also deserve special mention — they were very clean, bright white, soft, and of excellent quality, not old, stained, or worn out like in many other places. Another big plus was that during my entire stay, I didn’t see a single cockroach, which was a huge relief. Overall, I give this hotel a 10/10. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks or hangers for towels. This was a bit inconvenient, as I had to keep my towel folded on the counter, which didn’t allow it to dry properly and caused it to develop an unpleasant smell. Adding a solution for towel storage would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Upset that upon arrival, staff was not friendly and then we were told we have to pay a 95 dollar reserve fee. This was not communicated to us at any point of time when booking the place on site or via email. No further explanation of why a reserve fee was required being that all were paid in full and in advanced which was founded very inconvenient. Also, transportation to the parks could have more times as well as to ALL parks as stated. Epic was not on this list. We took this hotel because of said transfer to parks but it only had limited time drop offs and nothing for hhn, or epic universe.

Pillows are not comfortable, and they had construction going on next door that woke us up around 8am every morning.. no one should be on that side til they are done, and I had my 10 month grandbaby with me, who is hard enough to get to sleep. Maybe if not for that it could have been better.

The room was super nice, cleanly, and since it was recently renovated, the room was super nice as well! Good location, it has shuttles and the personal is super kind. However everything is wasted, I mean the whole property. The elevator is so old that scared me. It's pretty old and wasted. Additionally the breakfast is really really bad, all cold.

Nobody seems to care at all. It was very dirty in the rooms the staff ran the place without leadership and were very rude. Towels were always out and nobody did what they said they would do. My kids got ear infections from the pool. Very sad place to stay. With the right leadership it could be a great place but nobody seemed to care.

We enjoyed our stay at Sonohotel. Room is renovated, huge and clean. Staff is very helpful. Walking distance to Icon Park. Lot of places to eat in the area. Hotel is under renovation so expect work around the place.

Stayed a few days at this hotel. Location is very good. Within walking distance to icon park and the IDrive with lots of options for food and entertainment. Room itself is clean and a bit sparse. No bath tub but has a nice shower. Beds are comfortable. There is a microwave but no tea/coffee facilities. Rooms are cleaned on request. We did not try the hotel breakfast as too lazy to get up early. Staff are very helpful and responds to most request. There’s a few who don’t speak English well but know enough to get by. Just need a bit of patience. The pool is also nice. There’s a ‘hot’ tub but is more lukewarm. We only used it once so not bothered by it. There is free coffee in the lobby all day. Bring a large reusable cup to save on trips and be eco friendly as the provided ones are styrofoam and too tiny. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and would come back given the chance.

Had to change rooms, Was put right by a room under construction we're they was using a jack hammer so loud it hurt my ears so loud couldn't even talk to my girlfriend...then my new room,was lock out of my room 3 times were the lock kept malfunctioning...I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Overall the hotel is great. Staff are friendly; newly renovated rooms are spacious and very nice. Water pressure could be harder but it’s a hotel. Only issue we had was the breakfast kind of sucked & considering it’s not included in the stay we were unhappy about that.

I truly appreciate the hospitality of the staff. The room was bigger than I expected and clean.The breakfast was good. The pool and hottub always clean and not too much Clorox.

Front desk had very good customer service. Unfortunately when first entering in our room there was a puddle of water instead of changing our room the staff just cleaned it with towels and the water still continued to leak throughout our stay.

This place is great if you're on a budget. We were lucky to get a room with a renovated bathroom. Room was generally clean except for the slightly dirty lamp covers. Pool looked cleaned and was spacious. I chose to avoid the breakfast based on other reviews so I can't comment on that. There was an IHOP nearby we went to.

The phone didn’t work and the TV wouldn’t play. Service desk was supposed to send someone to check but never did. Not enough towels for two people and the room was hot

Can’t complain about my stay here. Got in and out without a hassle. The room was very clean, sheets were made nicely and the bathrooms were not dirty at all. Had a nice shuttle to get to Universal which was a A+ in my book. If you want to stay somewhere that’s inexpensive and clean, then book this hotel for your stay.

People and service nice. Cost of breakfast offered not worth it, should be free. Too much construction a lot of noices and debris. Should of had accomiations away from construction we had work going on in the room next door and it was noisy all day long.

There is a lot I can say starting off, check in was a bit rough (it was my fault). The guy at the front desk seem to have a bit of an attitude, Eventually we became friends. Once I checked in, He explained in detail of where my room would be, which was very helpful and also gave me good suggestions of what places to visit. Walking to the room I glanced to my left and seen an amazing sunset on the surface of the pool. Coming in to the room the A/C helped manage the very hot days. Id have to say the room smelled nice the pillows, blankets, and sheets felt fresh, the bed was nice and cool, id have to commend the hotel for the soft bed, overall the room was spot less. SonoHotel is in between multiple restaurants and attractions, which includes universal, the worlds largest Mac donads, mangos, plenty of gift shops, and some place that is a tilted building (that was cool). I was about 15 mins from Orlando mall and downtown. The night life was absolutely livid and a fun experience on its own. If transportation is an issue thats okay because most of everything is walking distance. I seen a shuttle that takes riders straight to universal studios. Id say it’s perfect for families who like to enjoy their vacations. Honestly the only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the elevator was pretty hot

Excited to see how much better it will be with renovations.
