While I was there the cleaning people did not clean my room for a week. You have to get your linens and make your own bed (that's fine). You do have to clean and wash your towels and get your own toilet paper.

Kids playing in the hallway, daily. Place smell bad. Front desk gives you 2 towels for 1 week, that’s it!!!! 1 roll of toilet paper. Want more? Go buy your own!! If you have hit rock bottom, please by all means, it’s better than nothing. I’ve stayed with this brand a few times and in different states, they are pretty consistent in standard.

Rooms are clean, spacious and lots of storage. Perfect for extended stays. Cant beat the price. They have a "No pet policy" but I have never seen so many pets openly walking around! "No smoking policy" also not enforced. Right in front of the hotel is a nightclub, which can get loud, also parking lot gets crowded. But guests have been friendly.

They do not have housekeeping and no garbages anywhere outside or in lobbies. So people just leave trash everywhere. Decent size rooms, but you run out of TP u gotta buy your own and reuse your 2 limited small towels throughout your stay. They only do wkly rentals now, so NOT worth it

This is property is poorly managed. NO noise ordinance policy in place. NO support for people with disabilities. This motel is operated like a homeless shelter, people hanging out in front and side of building, hanging by their cars. Nobody including staff follows Covid policy's , no one wears a mask.

I notice they are currently doing construction on the rooms so hopefully next year the rooms will look better and the hallways won’t reek of cigarettes and have dips on the carpet when you’re walking because that’s absolutely dangerous

The staff was very friendly, the exterior was tidy. But the room needs to be renovated STAT. The condition of the bathroom cabinets and countertop, the flooring, literally everything looked like it was 20 years past its expiration date. I could have looked past the cosmetics bc of the price point, but the carpeting was sticky and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. And then there was the noise. Hallway noise, outside noise. I barely slept. I wouldn't be this frugal again.

Because the stay was prepaid and a refund was not in the cards, my daughter and I decided to bunker down for the night. But, only after a quick trip to the local Walmart. We purchased queen sheet sets, blankets, towel sets, clorox disinfecting wipes, Lysol disinfecting spray, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. I awoke to a cockroach crawling on the wall above the headboard and later one on the bathroom floor! It was definitely time to go! This is one experience I will soon not forget!

Check-in was complicated by outage of credit card system which did not seem to be a priority for staff. Horribly stained carpeting in halls, including pet accidents with one large wet area being dried with blower fan that left stench of pet urine in whole hallway. Room was clean, but very aged and very worn, from furniture (love seat upholstery was threadbare on edging) to caulking around tub with 1/4 inch gaps, to horrible shower head that only produced 30% of spray pattern. Kitchenette cabinets where vinyl covered particleboard, worn through on edges.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear an ant fart two hotel rooms down. No real amenities.

Basically tricked into booking a place. Ended up going to following night because nobody could understand that I booked a hotel that night, for that night. Anyway, the next night I go to check in because I was going to be charged either way and one more night at a hotel didn’t sound so bad. I know UCF area pretty well so I already had an understanding of the hotel. MY HAS IT CHANGED..... well I guess that’s not COMPLETET accurate.... nothing has been updated. So technically nothing changed I suppose. But what a dump. I felt like Ashton Kutcher was going to pop out and say I was punked. Everything had a nasty film on it, the walls, furniture & appliances were stained. In my line of work, that sort of damage (in this case neglect) would deem the area UN-INHABITABLE. Being a Chef and AGM of a couple restaurants taught me to have a high standard for sanitation and cleanliness. Health Inspectors are usually pretty tough so I’m blown away they are even allowed to charge anyone or remain open. No desk attendant to help either. I guess if you have no options this would be acceptable.... No remedy or response to my complaints or requests by any parties associated.

My room at this In Town Suites looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Carpeting had holes, drapes and upholstered furniture had holes in them, the area with ceramic tile floors was sticky and had paint spatters all over (apparently from previous repainting, the splatters were not cleaned up), the wood furniture had huge nicks and/or burn marks, there was burnt-on grease on the stove top, the kitchen sink was grimy, the toilet bowl had unsightly stains (so bad I went to buy toilet bowl cleaner before I used it), the overhead flourescent light in the kitchen area did not work, there was only one ceiling light with a 60 watt bulb in the sitting/dining area, the TV remote did not work (dead batteries) and there was a strong smell of some type of chemical deodorant to cover up tobacco smoke and cooking odors that seemed to be wafting in from the hallways. My first warning was that, when I arrived to check in, the desk clerk gave me a key to the room and insisted that I go up and check the room before accepting my registration or payment. I was forced to accept the room because I had no reservation at any other hotel, they claimed to have no other rooms, and I had an important two day meeting to attend nearby. Otherwise, after seeing this room, I would have walked. Also the hotel had some rather unsavory characters hanging around outside at all hours of the day and even throughout the night. And the office is only open limited hours, not at all at night. Weird!

Towels were rough but I've had rough towels at other places that cost more...

Expedia has the wrong office times for this location. The ONLY good thing about this place is the day staff in the office. Our carpet was wet in the room. Our smoke alarm battery died so the alarm sounded when we were first getting in bed around 10pm. I called the after hrs manager and he just told us to take the smoke detector off the wall. When you are in a hotel with stoves in every room, it is a bit disconcerting to not have a smoke detector. So we checked out the next day.

A non-smoking room was unavailable. The smoking floor stank to high heaven. The carpeting was filthy. Worst of all, the person staying the room next to mine had a rhythm track playing at full volume, while he yelled, screamed, banged and sang from mid afternoon until 4 AM. It was still going when I checked out at 11 AM. The day this began, I complained to the front desk to avail. They should have called the police and have ejected the person from the hotel.
