Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location near entertainment, restaurants, and attractions. The staff is consistently commended for their friendliness and professionalism. However, the property is frequently described as old and in need of updates, with some guests reporting cleanliness issues. Breakfast offerings are also a common point of contention, with some guests expressing disappointment in the limited options.

The continental breakfast was pretty decent, the location is very good, the towels looked good, but there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The lobby couches had holes, there were stains on the lobby carpet, the doors had tape on them, some of the walls looked like they painted over tape. The hole has not been updated in several years. $18 for parking.

Clean room and polite staff.. Besides the parking fees being a bit high...the hotel is located in the right part of town and walking distance to restaurants and the convention center..

Nothing it was terrible So dirty. Hair on toilet seat and bathroom tub. Rusted bath tub. Floors turned feet black. And worst of all the ac didn’t work and I couldn’t breathe because it was so hot in the room.

Close to the Icon Park I had no refrigerator or microwave. I thought a standard room was queen size but I had full size beds

I loved staying here! I was with my friends to visit epic universe and it was amazing. We were around 5-10 minutes from epic. The room and breakfast was amazing! The only down side was the elevator was super slow but it was still the best hotel for a great price!
- 1/5
A/C was poor, couldn't keep up. Elevators broke on use, had to use stairs. Room door lock kept jamming. Mini fridge frosted over, didn't get colder than 46 degrees. Only half the lights in the room worked. Carpet was disgusting, wore shoes the whole time. Paid parking. No lighting outside hotel. Pool was tiny, hot tub drained years ago, pool chairs all old and had broken straps.

- 1/5
The staff was rude, the air conditioning did not work, and we never had rooms cleaned by the staff during our entire stay.
- 1/5
The employee Rogers at the front desk was rude and displease, not well educated.
- 3/5
The AC was RATTLING all night and I was unable to rest. I just turned it off the 2nd night and was sweating. When I asked maintenance to check it out, he said it was just an old AC and maybe I should ask to switch rooms. Very disappointed in my comfort inside the room. Parking is 21.00 EXTRA per DAY! Big irritation to pay to park there when I am paying $340 for 2 nights already. The office staff were very friendly both times I interacted with them, this hotel needs some updates especially in the halls and elevators. I will not stay here again.

Andrew was great!!With Andrew help I was able to upgrade my room. Very accommodating. The only negative review I have is the elevator. It’s so old, I felt like I was going to get stuck..
- 3/5
It's convenient because it's close to major attractions. One elevator was broken, one of our two keys stopped working and the door lock also kept getting stuck. Vending machines on the 7th floor and the ice machine do not work. The staff was super friendly
- 4/5
Clean room great for the price , did wake up hot a few times but could be due to muggy weather, thanks for the amazing stay !
- 4/5
Excellent breakfast! Convenient if you are planning to have an easy and tasty breakfast to start your day for theme parks.
- 1/5
AC wasn't working TV wasn't working elevators were broken bathroom door didn't lock . Paid in advance for a room that didn't come up in your system so I had to repay again staff was okay just had a very bad experience
- 2/5
The location is good, close to a lot of restaurants but the hotel is not well maintained. The hallways and elevator are run down and needing repairs. The elevator stopped working on the day I was checking out so I had to carry the luggage down 4 flights. I did not utilize the parking. The air conditioning unit in the room was LOUD! It was not central air, but each has their own AC unit. Overall the room I was in was spacious.
- 2/5
Had two have two keys reprogrammed for that room afyer one night. That room had a shower that would not drain and a shower faucet that would not stop leaking. The middle elevator needs serious help. The elevator closest to the lobby has not been functional during any of my 3 visits over the past 6 months. Charging $18.00 per night to park your car at the hotel you are paying for is ridiculous. There are very few staff members at the front counter that seem to care about your stay. I gave it 3 solid attempts, but I will not be returning to this hotel.
- 1/5
We have stayed here multiple times over the years, but the condition of the property has noticeably declined. The same elevator near the front desk has been out of service for the past two years, and during this visit, two elevators were out of service. The one functioning elevator was extremely slow, and the door made a scraping noise every time it closed. The condition of the room was also disappointing. The chairs were filthy with torn fabric, the tub was dirty around the drain area, and the carpet throughout the hotel appeared very dirty as well. Based on the overall cleanliness of the hotel, we chose not to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. We also experienced issues with our room door. Although the key card was accepted, the door would sometimes fail to open. In addition, we were charged for parking, which we believe should be complimentary for hotel guests. We noticed the hotel rating had dropped since our previous stay, and after this visit, we completely understand why. The location is excellent, but we will not stay at this property again unless significant improvements are made and customer ratings improve.
- 2/5
Both elevators we broken 2 out of the three days we were there and when it did work, it was so slow that the stairs were faster. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9 am each morning but the staff started taking food away early each day we were there with multiple people complaining to front desk staff but nothing seemed to change. Our room was also not touched by staff for cleaning or anything the whole time we were there. While the front desk staff did seem nice, this was one of my worst hotel experiences to date. Very disappointed and will not be staying there again when in the area.
- 1/5
Pillows on bed were terrible! Only one elevator worked! Door safety latch was broken! Parking was very high! This property needs a total overhaul and remodel!!!!
- 3/5
The location is excellent, and the staff are great. However, the amenities are not very good—the elevators and the pool are below expectations. The room was moderately clean.
- 2/5
The property is old, bad breakfast, expensive parking, kitchen staff rude. Good location
- 4/5
I found a roches in the bathroom and have to pay extra 25 dollars daily for parking in La Quinta hotel facility.
- 5/5
Great clean, easy to park.
- 2/5
Hotel room was FILLED with roaches!!! To the point where I didn’t even rest my suitcase on the floor
- 5/5
Good location room is clean
- 4/5
Rooms are always clean, great AC. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is ok. Pay to park sucks.
- 1/5
Parking payment system is a scam! Scan a QR code that takes you to something entirely different. Elevators are always broken. This last stay all three weren’t working and I was on the 6th floor. This property should be demolished and replaced with something worthy of the outstanding location!
- 4/5
Good location for visiting the ICON Park. The hotel now has paid parking. Breakfast is minimal. Only one elevator working. Hotel could use some updating.
- 5/5
La ubicacion es perfecta! Y su precio módico aún más!
- 5/5
Great location, few steps from Iconic park. Clean, spacious, nice breakfast! Central from everything, great for the families!
- 3/5
Paying for parking that isn’t secure is just nonsense and theft. Also, having 3 elevators and only 1 of them working has to be some sort of building code screw up. Worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at honestly
- 1/5
3 out of 4 elevators didn’t work. They only provide cleaning service once in 3 days. Tiny shampoo /conditioner and a small soap. Bfast just has nothing.
- 3/5
El parking se paga aparte y tienes que solicitar cambio de sábanas o limpieza en tu habitación

Parking the forst night was terrible elevator not working the second day needs to.be remodel but tou get what you pay for so it was bad for the price
- 3/5

- 3/5
Parking was paid There were 3 lifts out of which 2 were out of order Breakfast was decent Bathtub wasn’t draining water Pros: Room was clean

Problemas con los elevadores para personas en wheelchair es complicado.
- 3/5
One of the biggest positives is the location. The hotel is right off International Drive, which makes it very convenient. There are tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions within a short drive or even walking distance. It’s also very close to ICON Park, which was a nice bonus if you’re looking for things to do nearby. Another plus was the cleanliness of the rooms. Our room was tidy and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff clearly does a good job maintaining the spaces. That said, there were a few downsides. Having to pay for parking was frustrating, especially since many nearby hotels include it. The rooms felt pretty outdated and could definitely use some renovations. Also, the elevator closest to our room was broken, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. The A/C in the hallways didn’t seem to be working, so the corridors were uncomfortably hot at times. The continental breakfast was also very limited, with only a few options available. Overall, the stay was just ok for a short trip if you mainly need a clean place to sleep in a good location. Just don’t expect any bells and whistles.
- 1/5
Room was not very clean upon check in. The carpet had old stains as did the bathtub. Parking was $18 a night which was a surprise as most hotels in the area do not charge parking. The worst part was that there was only one elevator working for such a large property and that one broke down the second day we were there
- 1/5
Elevators were down so we literally had to walk the entire length of the building to get to our room since it was located closer to the elevator that wasn’t working. We reserved a “suite” and the pull out couch for my daughter was absolutely disgusting. Looks like someone died on it. Plus one end the bed was about 1-2ft higher than the other end. Shower was nasty looking. The chair in the room was covered in stains and had a huge hole with yellow padding exposed. I actually left this property without a refund and we spent the remaining days of our trip at the Hampton down the road. Yes I paid for two separate hotels because the la Quinta was so bad. Never again!
- 5/5
The elevators are always broken . I stay there all the time because the combined area but from 3?elevator only 1 work
- 1/5
Good location. Good parking with fee. Good Staff. VERY BAD CONDITION BE AWARE. Only 1 elevator working, long lines. If you want to feel you are stuck in 2002, stay here. Bad breakfast. Very bad smell. Very Old. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
It wasn’t bad. Several elevators were out of order, as well as the ice machine on my floor. The breakfast didn’t look like anything special, so I skipped it. The room itself was overall fine. There were some black spots on the ceiling above the shower, which had a leaky faucet. But it wasn’t anything trip ruining. Its closeness to universal was the biggest plus.
- 1/5
Worst stay. Very outdated, 3 elevators and only 1 working, ice machines out of order, and the AC was not cooling enough. Will not be staying here again!
- 4/5
Muy buena ubicación y el Hotel muy limpio.
- 5/5
The location is great! Nice hotel and staff.
- 1/5
Parking issue you can better hotel on same price
- 3/5
This is the 5th or 6th time I book that hotel and always enjoyed but last time we found out we have to pay 30 dls per night and that info was not provided when we booked so it Was a very unpleasant surprise. They need to have that info available and visible
- 1/5
We arrived at midnight for a late check-in — a process that should be seamless — and were handed keys to a room that was already occupied by sleeping guests. Let that sink in. The staff assigned us a room with people already in it. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious security and privacy failure that should never happen at any hotel, at any price point. The chaos continued from there. Two of the three elevators were out of service, forcing all guests to share a single working elevator. Getting to our room on the fifth floor turned into an exhausting wait at the end of an already long night. The room itself was clean, which I'll acknowledge — but that is the bare minimum expectation, not a selling point. The rest of the property tells a different story. The lobby furniture is visibly deteriorating, with holes that make it look like maintenance hasn't been a priority in years. The swimming pool was in a condition I can only describe as neglected — algae growing along the sides is not a cosmetic issue, it is a hygiene one.
- 4/5
The main elevator was out - and I had to walk to the far end of the hotel to use an elevator and then back to the center of the hotel to get to my room. I'm not happy that I had to store my credit card in some random garbage app to pay to park either. No one should ever store your credit card for a one time transaction.
- 4/5
Old room, paid parking, old elevator
- 4/5
Nice bed Ok breakfast
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly, but the actual room itself was very hot at times even with the air at its lowest. Cleaning staff was very respectful with personal belongings at time of cleaning and placed everything back to where it was originally.
- 3/5
Parking was easy. Hallway was very warm, and there was noticeable pet hair in my room. The gym did not have cups for water.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and held my luggage for a few hours while i waited for a late flight. They did not offer an airport shuttle service.
- 3/5
WE have stayed at this Hotel numerous times. This time, we were hit with a $18.00 per night parking charge. We will not be staying at this location in the future. We typically spend 15-20 nights per year in Orlando
- 4/5
Clean, affordable, and close to the theme parks. Would definitely return.
- 4/5
The Breakfast was 6 to 9am no other facilities for food at all. Pool area clean but lacking sun beds but with no bar or snack bar got no or little use. Rooms cleaned daily
- 2/5
Parking was not secure. Breakfast was ok

2 out of 3 elevators were out of order. The gentleman on nights was polite but his body language and face emoted unhappiness. Both our room keys stopped working same

Great location ! Clean room .. overall meh.
- 5/5
Perfect location! Right next to Pirate’s Cove Adventure golf. Across the street from Icon Park, where us is everything for tourists, food , rides and shopping. Very walkable area.
- 2/5
Oof, I rely on Expedia reviews and this had an 8 for Good. Yall did us dirty. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was empty, the pool chairs were filthy, the one elevator in service was concerning with the speed of the door closing so slowly it didn’t finish until after it started moving, the desk and dresser surfaces had weird sticky stuff on them and the room smelled like a litter box. The sheets were clean, and the water pressure was good, but this is not a place I would ever return to. Parking requires payment but it’s a mystery how much until I check my credit card because it uses a third party app.
- 5/5
The room itself was spacious but dated. The couch in the room was a little grimy but serviceable. The bed was very comfortable, however the pillow were nothing to write home about. The TV in the room was very much dated and had poor picture quality in comparison to newer sets however, I was not there to watch TV and atleast they offered a variety of channels. The continental breakfast they offer was quite horrible in that it lack options. They offered instant oatmeal, white bread, some type of muffin and fruit loops and frosted flakes. They had the typical waffle maker for waffles, along with coffee, tea bags and what my daughter considered water down orange juice. I understand the review comes off as negative but overall my experience was great, the staff was great just don't come into this hotel expecting luxury or anything special. It was serviceable and accomplished what they set out to do, which is provide a room at an affordable price.
- 1/5
As soon as we entered the room there was a roach on the desk. One elevator was out of operation the other was barely working. Needless to say we didn’t bother to stay.
- 4/5
Stayed for business in a holiday / vacation proprty
- 4/5
Inconvenient as this was a business trip to Orlando.
- 2/5
First off, the breakfast was terrible. I remember being at other La Quinta and there was bacon and eggs. The only protein here was cold, hard boiled eggs. Secondly, you have terrible, small pillows. Our necks hurt every night. Get full-size pillows! The elevators were terrible. One was broken and the other was super slow and looked ready to break. On the last day when we were leaving it didn't work and we had to carry our bags down the stairs three floors. We will not stay at a La Quinta again.
- 5/5
Desayuno pobre seleccion
- 4/5
Good place to stay walking distance to IcOn Park.
- 1/5
Gym was anemic. Only one of 3 elevators was working. Room wasn’t cleaned even when we asked for it. One of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at in years. Management clearly doesn’t care about the state of their hotel and is trying to save money at all costs.
- 4/5
Booked this property for my employees to attend an industry expo at the convention center. They all agreed the accommodations were nice.
- 3/5
Staff had an unfriendly demeanor - mostly seemed to avoid any contact. I had to say hello, good morning, or good afternoon to get a response of any kind. The elevator is slow, squeaky and seems to be on its last legs. The bathtub seemed pretty beat up, none of the electric outlets worked at the desk. A good reminder of why I avoid La Quinta properties.
- 1/5
Expedia overbooked about 50 people for this property. We didnt even get to stay there and I was charged for the stay. Their meil address doesnt work and the phone number they list hung up on me. At 11 at night with little kids this was a nightmare
- 1/5
Only one elevator works.
- 3/5
Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. However, the only working elevator was sketchy and I was scared every time I got in it. Also, the streaming apps on the tv didn’t work, luckily I brought my own Roku or I wouldn’t have had any TV. I also couldn’t turn off the light in the entry way or it shut off the TV. If I had been staying more than one night I would've said something.
- 1/5
Everything was broken in some sort of way. The hot tub was drained, one elevator was broke and another had a barely working door. The ac in the room hardly cooled the room. One of the worst places I have stayed at on universal blvd or I drive
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
- Overall I would give this location a 1/10. During my short stay with this location I came across what appeared to be bedbugs, unclean room conditions, and a real nightmare for anyone staying at this location. Walking into my room I turned on the TV and noticed it was busted however it was late, so I decided to lay down and get ready for bed. Upon laying in bed for only a short time I began to get bit. I pulled back the sheets to find holes in the bed, stains, and remnants of bed bugs in the cracks. Walking through the room you could find where people spit up on the walls, dust and dirt everywhere caked onto the backs of lamps and inside the closets. Homes thought it was going to be a good stay with reviews on here showing 8/10 however when I walked in and saw the walls falling apart, a strong moldy smell, and the only elevator left that wasn’t broken down, opening like it was straight out of a horror film I should have ran. Please do your research and compare the info with the google reviews before you regret it. I’m glad I left and I won’t ever be coming back.
- 1/5
1. Hot tub has been broken for over a year 2. Front desk personnal who checked us in was not friendly 3. The smelm of mold is in the room and common areas 4. Elevator was old and so slow. Definitely need maintenance 5. Pool not heated, water super cold 6. Parking for additional 24$ per night 7. Very outdated hote, realoty does not match photos. 8. The yard they have is not being taken care of. 9. Could not connect to WIFI 10. TV did not work The owners are using the fact that hotel is located on Universal Bld and close to all the bats/restaurants, and are purely making money without investing anything in it. We ttavelled with kids in March, 2026.
- 3/5
& story building only one elevator working and door scrapped against elevator when it opened and closed very slowly. Apparently the hotter hasn't worked in years. Rooms are ok but a little run down. Budget friendly but not very nice of a place.
- 3/5
Clean but elevators slow and room had no fridge or microwave.
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
It was a different stay this time , I think they sold it to someone else . Need a serious update in all the hotel . I’ve been here many times and I was very disappointed.
- 3/5
My family, and I have been coming to this hotel for twenty years, and unfortunately it has gone down in appearance and upkeep. It has so much potential to be such a beautiful hotel Again, we hope for that one day soon, it needs new elevators they are scary, and break down, it needs new carpeting All new updates throughout the entire hotel, The driveway needs attention & to be sealed. The pool area doesn't work at all, no hot tub working, empty, the swimming pool is not heated. It is like ice and it has one light bulb lit in it, it's so unfortunate to see it this way, I hope whomever owns it can make capital improvements to it asap, it needs TLC and more.
- 5/5
Great room.. staff was Awesome!
- 3/5
Staff was excellent
- 3/5
This hotel is really run down but has the potential to be nice. One elevator doesn’t work and hasn’t for more than a couple years. Beds are old and the rooms are very outdated. Now they make you go through a third party to even park on property- won’t be back until they clean this place up.
- 3/5
Parking charge of $18.00 per night This property was sure not nice enough to warrant a nightly parking fee and was a complete surprise at check-in. Went back and looked at Hotels.com property description and sure enough, buried deep in the fine print it exposed the nightly parking fee. My bad for not seeing it. I would not have booked this property if the nightly parking fee had been displayed up front with all the other amenities. I was really pissed, but when we checked in at 10:00pm, there was little I could do about it.
- 1/5
Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal and bread.
- 2/5
Stayed 5 days for work. The Hotel was very run down and many things did not work. For example, the lobby furniture had large holes in it, one elevator did not work and the out of order sign looked quite old. The elevator that was in use was barely working. The door was messed up and had a hard time opening and closing and was extremely slow, sometimes not even fully closing. Ice machines didn't work and had to go to different floors to find one that did. The hot tub, that we planned to use, was not working and appeared to have been that way for a long time. One of the mattresses on the bed was sunken in the middle. On the plus side the other bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly clean, and the TV worked well with good channels to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was meager and and very poor quality. The staff at the hotel were very nice, helpful and accommodating.
- 4/5
Yours truly would like to thank the staff at La Quinta for their exceptional customer service. The staff was very hospitable and empathetic with my daughter and I. We had to extend our stay due to a winter storm that affected the NYC tri-state area and caused the cancellation of our flights.
- 1/5
The hotel room was disgusting. It had a terrible smell. I had to leave to another hotel the same night that checked in because I couldn’t be there. Also when I told them and i checked out they told me that they were going to make me a refund but first I needed to talk to hotels.com I did and hotels.com says that every time they called the hotel they don’t want to approve the refund. Please do not go there. It’s a waste of your money.
- 4/5
The location was great. We had to pay for parking at the hotel. The elevator was very slow but still worked. The carpet in the main lobby/eating area was very stained and didn’t look very nice. Our room was good and lots of room.
- 1/5
Old hotel , elevator not working
- 2/5
They are charging for Parking extra - Additionally- Expensive -no free parking-
- 2/5
Sucio . PAL propiedad está en malas condiciones, alfombras, elevadores, hasta las puertas de los cuarto no cierran bien. Esta vez mi lavamanos estaba tupido . No vuelvo a quedarme allli
- 3/5
The hotel has not been renovated, so overall it feels old. In particular, the blanket and pillows had a very strong unpleasant smell, so I had to place a towel over the pillow to sleep.

The hotel is very clean. Very friendly customer service. A nice pool with a hot tub.

Great breakfast, spacious room, great location.
- 2/5
The hot tub was out of order and both elevators quit working, we were on the 7th floor.
- 4/5
Two of the three elevators were down during the length of my stay. The one that was furthest away worked. Overall good though
- 3/5
Room was ok. Elevators, ice machine and breakfast was poor.
- 4/5
The staff has been very courteous
- 1/5
Elevator not working and breakfast staff was a disaster
- 2/5
Necesitan reparar los elevadores están en pecima condiciones y la persona que tenían el sábado en resección en el lobby la persona más arrogante y pésimo con los huéspedes
- 5/5
Room was clean,quiet, and comfortable.
- 1/5
The room was clean. Everything was worn out. All of it. Fixtures, furniture etc. Climate control was not working. TV was broken, TV remote was Also broken. Carpet was stained. No fridge. No outlets free to plug your phone in. One elevator was broken. Second elevator barely moving. Front desk was not helpful and most importantly, they hid an expensive parking fee until after you were checked in and committed. You have to pay via an app and the app does not tell you how much parking is until you check out. Very poor. No one cares about this place. It's too late for me but save yourselves.
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond!
- 1/5
Wasn’t able to get a my room I booked because the hotel didn’t have my reservation and they was booked I was stranded in Orlando with no room
- 3/5
The room was clean enough, you can tell by the pictures that the hotel needs an upgrade. However, the toilet was dirty and looked like it was completely missed by the cleaning crew… like not even flushed and there was pubic hair on it. The beds were not queens, they are full size. The location is good but $18 for parking on top of everything else seems a bit ridiculous
- 2/5
The best part was the hot water !!!!
- 2/5
Elevator up front was broke. Carpet was dirty
- 3/5
Would stay again
- 1/5
No soap in bathrooms, elevator not working, worn out property
- 2/5
Double hotel is updated. Very musty and stale smell. Breakfast is a very poor selection. We were at breakfast 20 minutes before it closed and almost everything was gone gone.
- 1/5
Hice la reserva una semana antes y llegué al hotel y no había disponibilidad de habitaciones! Me notificaron por el email el mismo día de llegada al hotel , tuve que salir a buscar a las 11 pm una habitación en otro lugar !
- 5/5
AMAZING....STAFF, EVERYTHING
- 2/5
There was only one elevator working and it was horribly slow. The other elevators were broken. The TV in our room was broken and we couldn't use it. They don't provide much shampoo, soap, toothpaste or anything in the bathroom. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries.
- 2/5
The room needs some refurbishment The bed was uncomfortable. Not sure if the mattress needed to be changed Pillows flat and lumpy Only 1 elevator was functioning and it was very slow Limited staffing Breakfast was very limited
- 4/5
Great clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast options very limited
- 3/5
I of 2 elevators out of service. Morning fire alarm. Police showed up the following day. Cleaning lady forgot to put toilet paper in room. Outside of building is dirty and overall building maintenance “tired” front desk was very courteous, room was clean and spacious and quiet.

Very poor hotel maintenance. Rooms look outdated. Elevator is absolutely slow and dirty.
- 3/5
Old
- 5/5
Value! This is an older property but it was clean and the rooms were spacious. The front desk man (Nolan?) was very personable. Would recommend.
- 3/5
Overall a good stay. Toasters! Please spend some money on new toaster for the morning breakfast.

- 5/5
Yes everyone we interacted with was great.
- 5/5
The room was clean and serviced everyday I was very happy with the staff as well. I would stay again :)

Room, amenities, Staff, breakfast
- 2/5
The working elevator (the other was broken) was so slow that many used the stairs instead. A friend who checked into another room had an uneaten Subway meatball sandwich in the room... so bizarre. They make you sign up for an app which harvests your phone number and email, just so you can pay $18 per night for parking... I did not sign up and didn't get booted or towed, so the risk is likely low.
- 3/5
Room has in need of updating and breakfast was less than what others do for a free breakfast.

The whole problem is with the hotel. I've stayed at other La Quinta hotels and I've never had to pay for parking. The worst part is that there's no security to justify paying for parking. The hotel is very old and has an unpleasant smell in the hallways. Two out of three elevators are out of order, and the one that is working is very slow. When I got to my room, it reeked of marijuana. I asked to be moved to another room, and they did, which I appreciated since I had my family with me. The "breakfast" is more like a cafeteria. There's no food for breakfast other than coffee, bread, and some fruit. Reading the other reviews, I realized that management reads and responds to them, but all the complaints are the same as before, and they haven't improved. It's pointless just to read and respond if they don't fix the problem. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Same buffet breakfast each day, staff were great, needs updating in every way, furniture, rooms,
- 2/5
Avoid it if you can
- 3/5
Overall, it was an ok stay. The room was good, bathroom is good, friendly staff. There are some maintenance issues that are of concern. The elevator door scrapes every time the door opens and closes. You can see the rub marks where it happens. Every time the elevator goes above floor 4 you can hear it scrape something on the way up and down. Pretty nerve racking.
- 3/5
The elevator was ridiculously slow. Our room had no mini fridge. Everything was just kinda dingy looking. They also had no decaf in the room or at breakfast.
- 2/5
I'm 62 my husband is 78. We were visiting our son and his family from Colorado, we live in Daytona Beach. Wyndham hotel changes are going down hill fast. Staff friendly

Needs
- 1/5
Neighbors in 206 were loud all day and night, walls are too thin, elevators were awful one didn’t work and the other should have been out of order, halls were smelly and cold, breakfast had very few options and no protein and no cold water. Will never stay at this hotel again. Be aware it’s not a good choice.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. However, some upgrades are necessary as parts of the hotel are dated. Not a “Variety” breakfast…..definitely need to fix this. Overall, Hotel is in a great location. May consider it again provided the feedback is catered to.
- 3/5
Every thing was old. Needs complete renovation.
- 5/5
Great room and very close to universal. Awesome places to eat nearby.
- 4/5
Staff and clean room
- 2/5
The hotel is aging. 2 elevators were down at one point. The hotel is leasing out the parking lot now to a company that is charging hotel guests to pay $20 per night to stay there. It’s kinda getting to the point that I am going to switch hotels for the convention next year
- 1/5
Good location. The hotel is in bad condition, elevator broken. The breakfast was really bad.
- 4/5
Room eas good enough
- 3/5
Room outdated and for the most part just kinda beaten up, chips in the wall. Was finding hair on my pillows before I had even laid in it. Staff was great though and very kind. Overall enjoyed my experience
- 1/5
Do not stay here! I cancelled my reservation upon arrival and they kept the first night as a deposit well worth it. The hotel is dared from the 70s, lobby smells like smoke, the elevator should be investigated (door barely shuts, scratches over door and walls). The larking lot is pitch black making it feel unsafe. I will not return, I will not recommend.
- 1/5
This hotel is DISGUSTING. The first room they gave us was so filthy that I didn’t even let my kids come in. The pull-out couch looked like it had been sitting on the side of the road, ripped and covered in stains (I took a video). And my children were supposed to sleep on that!? We immediately requested a new room and I could tell the gentleman at the front desk had to deal with this issue often. The second room was okay and the only reason we stayed is because it was already too late to try to find somewhere else to stay. There was also no bedding for the pull-out couch in the second room so I had to go downstairs again to get it. Annoying when only one elevator in the whole place works. The staff was nice (I only saw two people, one at the front desk and one man who was running around doing tasks). They definitely seemed under staffed because at one point there was a line and people had been waiting quite a while. This place is unsanitary and needs to be shut down. Highly suggest staying somewhere else.
- 1/5
Checking inn was poor with very little welcome and no information. Room was dated like something from 1970s and filthy dirty!! Car parking $18 per night a total rip off.
- 3/5
The shower faucet doesn’t fully turn off properly so you hear the dripping water all night, the elevator didn’t work and the door leading into the room had to be pushed open with force. The front desk staff weren’t always present and had to wait a while to be served
- 3/5
They don’t clean the room daily.
- 4/5
Room was clean.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Elevator was slow.
- 2/5
no previous knowledge of pay to park. elevator felt as if it was going to collapse, floors were skipped, sudden jolts , terrifying. numerous other people in elevator stated the same. took steps after incident.
- 3/5
First the staff wasn’t very informative as there was one elevator not working a and the second elevator was running very slowly and they didn’t tell us there was a third elevator, which happened to be right next to our room. Second, the carpeting in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. All stain and smelly. The breakfast was OK. One of the waffle machines wasn’t working and I let the attendant know and they did nothing about it. Also, the hard-boiled eggs did not smell or taste right. The maid came by at like 3:30 in the afternoon we were in the room. We asked if she could come back and she never did.
- 2/5
Rented the suite, very outdated, had dirty wash cloths on the floor and more dirty in one of the closets. Had a huge trash been in hall way to catch the water from a leak in the ceiling. Sticker on bathtub base to hide all the rust yet the sticker was also coming up. Kids running in hallways at all hours of the night. Elevator numbers are all wrong 3rd floor where my room was on the elevator it says you are in floor 2. The other elevator is broken.
- 1/5
This hotel was quite gross.
- 1/5
The hotel was dirty and completely worn down.
- 5/5
Staff was good
- 3/5
The stop was fine. The room sucked for executive king size bed. The bed was no good. It was very old and lumpy.
- 4/5
Was complicated to get extra blankets, overall it was clean and nice.
- 3/5
Parking could be included
- 1/5
Two of three elevators didn’t work. My air NEVER worked, and I called three times. (It’s Florida — your air needs to work.) I had no toiletries when I checked in. No ice on my floor. They didn’t even have enough do not disturb signs, so people were literally making their own. My toilet was cracked; my drain in my tub drained very slowly; and was the floor filthy or in bad disrepair? I don’t even want to know. The “breakfast” was laughable; I got choked on the pathetic muffin that I believe had sat there for two weeks because it was so dry, and the styrofoam cups for coffee were *maybe* 10 ounces. It was terrible, terrible, terrible, and for the location, that is completely inexcusable. Obviously poorly managed. If I wanted a bad hotel, I would have found one and it would have been a lot cheaper. Zero stars but it made me click one. I don’t know where you found the people who gave you eight on the reviews I saw; maybe they didn’t have to wander around to find an elevator that worked. Ridiculous. Do better.
- 3/5
dingy and stained)! my bed was fine... Breakfast was disappointing... coffee, yes but low quality... yogurt, yes but one flavor and of low quality... toast, yest but just white bread... etc. etc. Desk staff were pleasant!!
- 3/5
Elevators are broken. Staff was nice.
- 2/5
Needs a serious upgrade. Carpet was stained. Sheets were barely white. Pressure in the toilet was terrible. Breakfast was extremely bleak. The best thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower.
- 3/5
Room view sucked. Had a view of a wall. Elevator was broken. You would think the lady at the front desk would let you know.
- 2/5
Elevators out of service. The working elevator jerked and moaned. It was all scratched up looked terrible. Hot tub was completely empty. Good morning. Breakfast was fine and the personnel was kind and helpful. The biggest problem I could see an older person or child getting stuck in the room. The door handle was very difficult to open and you had to jam it up, not down to get in and out of the room
- 3/5
Solamente tienen que reparar esos elevadores están en pésima condiciones
- 3/5
The staff was great but unfortunately the hotel conditions are bad, broken elevator, the hotel itself smells dirty, definitely needs improvement.

Clean Room, Attentive Staff and Decent Breakfast
- 1/5
I booked a king suite and was instead put into what can only be described as a dungeon dark, miserable, and nowhere near what was advertised. To make matters worse, the sofa bed was stained, dirty and unusable as sleeping areas, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a “suite.” This place should not be renting rooms at all. The staff is a little rough. It desperately needs a full renovation and serious attention to cleanliness. Save your money and stay somewhere else. I booked for 6 nights and could only stay one. I would not recommend this hotel!!!
- 3/5
I use to love this place because it’s within walking distance to restaurants and clubs and for the price it was nice and clean . This time it seemed a bit run down and the elevator weren’t working .
- 1/5
Terrible
- 2/5
Our bathroom door did not have a handle. There was one working elevator, one working ice machine, parking price was insane for a La Quinta. Breakfast left much to be desired.
- 1/5
- 2/5
The room needs to be upgraded and bathroom needs a overall fix and bathroom dont lock. Too noisy hotel.
- 2/5
Elevator door was so slow and other elevator was out of service for 4 days ! Rooms did not live up to the expectation as shown in the pictures !
- 2/5
My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff was not very friendly, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Housekeeping was inconsistent, as the room was not cleaned every day. One of the elevators was broken, and the other one was in very poor condition, forcing me to use the stairs every time I went to my room on the fourth floor, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. Unfortunately, these issues affected my overall comfort during the stay.
- 3/5
Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Water for the showers was hot. The hotel itself was rundown only one elevator working and that moved very slow. Wall dingy and paper coming off. Hot tub not working and pool was not heated. A few of the outside doors were not working. You had to pay for parking through another service. Overall the quality of the hotel for what I paid was not worth it. For a few hundred more I could have stayed at a Marriot and for the same price at a Hilton both offering free breakfast (both the Hilton and Marriot offered hot breakfast) Its sad becaise this used to be a very nice hotel. Location is great
- 5/5
No complaints. Location is the key and this hotel centers around any and everything you need. Love how clean and helpful the staff are.
- 1/5
First the elevator did not work. Second we had german roaches in our room. I asked to speak to a manager and there was none till we checked out today. The front desk staff moved our room from the second floor to the seventh floor while the rest of our family was left on the second floor. In there room the bed had a spring sticking out of it which stuck one of the kids in our family. The hotel is old and needs to be updated and refurbished. Expedia gave it an 8 star rating but it should not be any higher than a 3 star. Today management said they would have gave us back a night stay on each room but couldn’t because we booked through Expedia.
- 1/5
2 of the 4 elvators, ice machines doors and the hot tub were broken. Broken tiles, old mattresses. The staff were great the property is in need of repair and updating..
- 3/5
The hotel was OK! The only real problem we had was there was no address for the hotel on the reply emails so ended up going to the wrong hotel. The elevators were a little sketcky one out of service and the other did not work that well took the stairs alot!.
- 2/5
The facility is old, and the breakfast area is too crowded during the breakfast time.
- 2/5
The room was apparently a smoking room or somebody had smoked in there quite a bit. It was real bad. We asked him to switch our room out, but they only had double beds and we made reservations for a king. It was a pretty strong smoke smell. although the desk tried to accommodate us, they were booked, but they made no effort to compensate us in anyway even free parking. Would’ve been nice something don’t think I will stay there again. Rugs were a little dirty throughout the lobby a little dated, but the room was clean other than the smoke smell.
- 1/5
Hotel was overbooked. A lot of people with different types of reservations were told no rooms were available, at 10pm, including us!
- 1/5
The staff is very friendly and courteous but clearly they don’t know what they offer. Rooms dirty with roaches with broken things no fridge no microwave. The toaster in the lobby discussing and dirty. I have stayed at international drive in cheaper and much better Hotel. We left the morning of Sunday did not want to stay another night. We still payed for it . So messed up.
- 3/5
This hotel was mediocre at best. The hotel feels dingy, dirty, and old. It is definitely in desperate need of an update. Elevator nearest the lobby was out of order. The next elevator was slow to open the door and move and was hideous inside. The carpets are dark and look dirty. A roach was in the bathtub in my room. The comforter was dirty in spots. The breakfast had very limited options. No protein offered (eggs, breakfast meats, etc) or creamer for coffee. Will NOT be staying here again.
- 3/5

We have stayed in Orlando many times. This was our first time at LaQuinta. We will not be staying there again. It was not clean and the facility in general was not well kept. The paint was peeling off the walls and just dirty overal. The elevator is on its last leg too.
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
Great location with large room and comfortable beds!
- 2/5
Everything looked very neglected.
- 4/5
All is okay

Hay que pagar parking, bueno solo para dormir, buena ubicacion. Desayuno hasta las 9am, deberian extender hasta las 10am.
- 4/5
I have to pay for parking :(
- 4/5
Nice hotel and location
- 5/5
Mostly great. Elevator was out of order and so was one exit door. Otherwise it was fine
- 3/5
was ok carpets in hallways are dirty only one elevator working and that one wasn’t working well at all the free breakfast was OK, but there was a ton of people there very hard to get anything all and all I guess the place was OK but they could do a whole lot better
- 5/5
Room was clean staff was friendly
- 1/5
"After" i gave my form of payment i was told i have to pay for parking through some third party ..i felt scammed as i was left with no choice outside of walking away and losing my money. Then the place wad filled with dogs..no prior warning.
- 3/5
Facilities need an update
- 3/5
Breakfast closed at 9 sharply, the lady working there took away good while we are still serving it.
- 3/5
Rhe location is great. Just cross rhe street into icon park. The hotel is ok. Room was clean but it does need an upgrade. One elevator broken and so only 1 workingg and very slow so it got hectic to use. Room service was not daily. But the breakfast was terrible. No eggs or ham.. just waffles and cereal. Few options. Parking is paid.
- 3/5
It was somewhere clean to sleep.
- 1/5
The breakfast is the worst continental type of breakfast I have ever experienced. Very limited options and all very low quality material. No cheese at all and instead of butter they had margarine. Only one type of bread, ice cold boiled egg, one type of jam, and maybe 2 or 3 other options plus wafel. That's it. The room was very old and all furnitures were damaged and bathroom does not look clean because of how old it is. Overall a very bad experience and we checked out earlier than we had planned and went to another hotel. Not a 3 star hotel, maybe at most just 1.
- 1/5
The elevators did not work and he had electrical issues in the room with a none working TV and lamps.
- 1/5
We never checked in due to another person in the company found that the elevators did not work and he had electrical issues in the room with a none working TV and lamps. We would like to get a full refund!!
- 1/5
Not enough staff room was only cleaned sheets changed once during entire stay the room was compensated half of one night which is slap in the face the breakfast very lackluster
- 2/5
Iced Cold boiled eggs on breakfast And also the lift sucks slow as hell
- 4/5
Older hotel, but very clean and affordable. Traveled with my family for a quick trip during holidays.
- 3/5
The location is excellent—right in the middle of all major attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast was good as well. However, room service needs improvement, as our room was not cleaned for two days during our stay. Also, we had to pay for parking, which was disappointing because the hotel’s website never mentioned any parking fees. We asked the front desk about it, but they were unable to help.
- 3/5
Only the washroom was not in a good condition, ceiling just above shower head had a huge crack and was leaking constantly. But never had an enough time to click picture for a proof. Breakfast was also delicious and staff was very polite. Overall, it was a good experience.
- 5/5
Elevator's need to be upgraded, old and very slow.
- 1/5
Kudos to the staff but all else was very disappointing.
- 1/5
The room was very outdated. The bathroom was awful. There was rust and debris around the drain in the tub. I asked for service and they sprayed it with some form of paint. As soon as I turned the water on the rust particles filled the tub along with debris. I asked for room service to take a look and she sprayed it with some form of cleaner and rises the tub. When the debris came back she turned the water off and tried to wipe the particles from the tub with a towel. It was disgusting and I refused to take a shower in it. Two days with no shower and they didn't change my room or anything. I checked out and told the desk attendant about the experience and she just told me that she was sorry for the experience. Be aware... When I booked the room on Hotels.com the pictures looked completely different. When I arrived, I was told that it was a different hotel location. I'm confused as to how I booked through the same link that I saw the photos but when I arrived it was not the place advertised. I tried to change the reservation but they wanted to charge me again. I'm still pissed! I'm writing a long letter to the corporate office with photos included. Then they have the nerve to charge $20 per day for parking. Extremely overpriced for the accommodations you receive. I will avoid this hotel chain moving forward. There's so many others to choose from.
- 1/5
This property is very outdated! Rooms are old! Nothing works! No elevators working! No working hair dryer! Tub dirty! Paint chipping! Then it said self parking! They charge an extra $20 a day for parking! I stayed there for 3 days and only 1 front desk staff greeted me
- 2/5
The property needs improvements. Neither of the two elevators was working, and the room key cards did not function. Breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, with only two types of fruit and frozen eggs. Overall, the staff is generally friendly.
- 1/5
Terrible place
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and nice the bed was soo comfortable i wish i could've taken it home. The location is great. I'll be back!
- 1/5
Cereal was stale, room was not up to standards, tv was broken, tub wouldn't drain on a shower, 1 elevator was broken and 1 elevator was unsafe
- 2/5
Not impressed, only would stay here as a near last resort, broken elevator, vending machines out of water, doors broken, they said you have to pay for parking but he app wouldn’t work and front desk was unhelpful. Only 2 stars because my room did not have bedbugs which I feared it might.
- 1/5
The room do come with the bare minimum if you pay for a standard room no fridge or microwave. Parking is 20 a day that charges and additional fee for processing. Why to i have to pay to park if im staying for an extended time? The night clerk was amazing though. I had to change rooms 3 times to get a decent room the tubs were not clean. And the toilet water was so high it touches you bum when you sit.
- 3/5
Pool access sucked
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, only downside was one elevator was inoperable but overall good stay
- 5/5
Clean room. Perfect for my stay. Close to everything.
- 3/5
The room was ok, very dated. Several doors could not be accessed by card key and only one (hardly working) elevator was in service. The breakfast was seriously lacking in substance. Staff was all very polite and courteous though.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly; however they only have one functioning elevator which takes forever, the outside door wouldn’t open with our keys so we struggled to get back inside, and the hot tub was drained and unusable.
- 2/5
The hotel is old and needs repair. Very poor lighting around the entire hotel at night late at night multiple cars coming in and out just sitting and then leaving that don’t stay at the hotel only one elevator works and it barely works. They charge you $18 a day to park I had an Expedia package sent to me and they charged me five dollars for having it delivered to the hotel.
- 3/5
only one elevator was working and it was extremely slow and creepy. no staff in the lobby after 3am and the front doors opened automatically 24/7, so security was very lax. room door didn’t close all the way by itself. room was spacious for two people though and hotel was extremely close to attractions
- 2/5
I choose this property for the cost and I got what i paid for. I usually go chesper meaning i want no frills but this place was ROUGH. The staff at the front desk was over clocked. We came in and the phone was ringing off the hook and they were cheating in people. Only 2 staff for phone and in person guests. Our room was ready early but probably should not have been. The sink was clogged. Even the overflow didnt work. The one elevator in the building was slow and made horrible noises. The room was gross. Stains on the furniture and carpet. We came home from the theme park and there were people randomly eating in the hall way. When we left a supervisor was reaming out a front desk agent about the pto policy. This was a highly inappropriate conversation for the manager to have front facing and he should have known better. It was extremely awkward to bear witness to. Can't stress enough how miserable this stay was. Avoid.
- 5/5
Service was great and the staff were very friendly.breakfast could be better and have more variety’s. The TV in my room didn’t work I had to request to get it fixed and our Room smelled funny like damp type of smell. The elevator needs to be worked on and cleaned cause it looks like that elevator hasn’t been taken care of in a while.
- 2/5
When we arrived to the room it was not clean. There was hair from a previous guest in the bathroom in the shower and all over the floor. It was disgusting and we had to clean the bathroom ourselves before we could even use it. It was that disgusting. And then on top of the horrible condition of the room, you have to pay $18 dollars a day to park at the hotel or else you get towed. I would never stay in à la Quinta again or recommend to anyone/
- 1/5
This place is OLD. The walls are crumbling (literally), the internet barely works, the breakfast is sub par, and even the locks on the doors barely work. When I checked in the machine was down, so the attendant in the lobby had to use her masterkey to let people into their rooms... ONE BY ONE... DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- 5/5

Location is good and convenient. The staff was friendly. The elevator is slow.

nice big room. it had a bedroom and living space. plenty of room for my dog.

Everything good except the wifi
- 1/5
A/C didnt work, all side doors were broken for re-entry. 1st floor hallway walls were swollen & big holes.
- 3/5
Location is good, staff friendly and rooms were big and clean. But the hotel could do with some modernisation 1 lift out of order and peeling wallpaper in the corridors. That said, the rates were reasonable
- 3/5
Room clean, water super hot and nice. No fridge/microwave on the room. Ice machine broken in a couple of floors and
- 1/5
Room was very old
- 1/5
None of the elevators worked all side doors except the main entrance would not work with the key card no one available at front desk for 20 minutes when first ariving 18 dollar a day parking fee and breakfast was not good
- 3/5
Breakfast and housekeeping service were Good; no complains. The hotel needs some maintenance but it is functional. This is a pet friendly hotel; so my bad not checking in advanced since myself and son We suffer of allergies. Good value for the price; I dont give 4 stars or beyond because, even when they recently installed new carpets; the walls, lamps, elevator, etc; still need some maintenance.
- 5/5
The room was just right. Enough room, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and alot to choose from. Me and my fiancée had a very nice time
- 1/5
Hotel was rated a 4 star, however when we got there on elevator wasn’t working, the hotel smelled musty, there was hair on the towel which indicated it wasn’t cleaned property, the toilet seat had a weird stain on it and the shower drain was all rusted and disgusting please save your money and stay somewhere else
- 4/5
Breakfast could have more variety
- 3/5
Very clean comfortable. Staff was helpful. Only one functional elevator that was very slow, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and stores which was nice!
- 5/5
Visitamos esta semana familia de 3, y todos los días encontrábamos la habitación impecable, eso nos gustó, había limpieza diaria, habitacion cómoda y tranquila, excelente ubicación.
- 5/5
Stayed with my family, comfortable and neat.
- 5/5
Good Place
- 3/5
Would not return to this hotel rooms are really old need work the location is not bad
- 5/5
The only new that i didn't expect is that they are charging for the parking that supposed to be free for the customer that is in the Hotel. But everything else us ok.
- 3/5
There was only one elevator working, the hallways needs upgrades. The room overall was nice and clean
- 2/5
Quiet enough and safe parking.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Very noisy at nights
- 2/5
of the two elevators one is broken and the other runs extremely slow the room had trim in the bathroom that was peeling paint and swelling would the bathtub had a rust stain around the drain overall it was just tired and dirty way past the need for an update and paint job
- 3/5
Side door never worked, elevator was broken, hot tub was out of order
- 5/5
Your front desk staff was supurb. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed for my company.
- 5/5
Lo repetiría otra vez
- 5/5
Kimberly and the staff are amazing. I'm very happy.
- 3/5
Needs to be upgraded. Also paying $20 per day for parking is type ridiculous.
- 5/5
Clean room, good location.
- 5/5
Great place and location for the price. A mini fridge in room would have been nice though as well as a recycling bin on property. Very friendly staff.
- 3/5
The location is great, a bad point is that at night you can hear all the noise from the hall, really loud
- 2/5
This trip stay was a disaster, out of 3 elevators only 1 was working. None of the elevators had the required inspections for the state of Florida, they were unsafe as one would click the floor # and it wouldn't mark. In the course getting to the destined floor level the elevator would make a lot of noise as if it were going to get stuck. We had to get stairs from the 3rd floor, with my wife being asthmatic, this wasn't desirable. Lastly, there was a gaping whole in the roof in the 3rd floor. I am very disappointed in this hotel stay.
- 4/5
Clean , have gym, good place to stay
- 5/5
We just loved our stay so much that we booked an extra night. We had a suite which was a two room suite and we felt like we were living in a condo. Everything was perfect except I wish that you offered free water 24/7 along with the coffee
- 4/5
Good basic hotel. It's old but good.
- 3/5
Cons: Aside from that the dont expect too much. I was surprised at check in, the front desk person was very passive, only gave me my room card, didnt tell me which room i was in or where to go. And when i asked, she looked very annoyed. The card for the door didnt work most of the time, had to try multiple times. Our neighbours had the same issue.

The woman in the reception desk was very helpful but the rooms didn’t have a working AC and the refrigerator didn’t work. The parking fee was $18 for a self parking space that wasn’t safe at all.
- 3/5
Many things are out of order, elevators, hot pool not working. The carpet is very dirty. The breakfast is okay. Continental just bread and coffee, no protein. Front staff nice except for a man that slapped his fingers at another coworker
- 4/5
Clean room. Mid breakfast
- 4/5
The room could have been cleaner. The carpet had a dirty almost film feel to it. A friend of our room had bed bugs, they changed their room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cold boiled eggs and fruit. But was always running low.
- 1/5
This place is rodown hill as fast as a jet plan
- 3/5
The place was okay. Only one working elevator but the area was good
- 2/5
The hotel staff was friendly. The elevator wasn't working. The room was out of date and the A/C wasn't working. I spoke to the staff about the A/C and nothing was done. Great area but tons of upgrades need to be done ASAP
- 5/5
Excellent hotel just right next to Icon Park and a great view of the Orlando Eye. Great pool, staff was nice. Room was clean and comfy. More than 40 restaurants to pick. Excellent cleaning employees. Quiet area, you can go pretty much to every restaurant waking. Will book again.
- 3/5
tienen 4 ascensores y solo funciona 1 , además es lento
- 3/5
Room cards didn’t work. Had to have maintenance come to let us in. Only 1 elevator working!
- 4/5
Perfect
- 5/5
A good place to stay, close to the parks .
- 4/5
Easy walk to Icon park!
- 1/5
I do not recommend staying at this location, although the staff was nice & understanding the roof was leaking in the lobby when it rained. The whole hotel was overly moist and the carpet was filthy in our room. Not a comfortable stay. Will not stay again.
- 5/5
Excelente es la 5ta vez que nos quedamos aquí . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La atención, la ubicación todos muy atentos. Es nuestro lugar cada vez a planificamos una escapadita a Orlando .
- 5/5
Yvonne at the front desk is magnificent that's the definition of what customer service Intel. I would truly appreciate if her boss can reward her efforts. In addition, Wendy the new girl as well Melissa in sales two amazing individuals. If anyone ever give this hotel a bad review that means they don't appreciate what customer service is. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that's willing to be endulge with warmth welcoming.
- 2/5
We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was good. Now it seems to be showing its age. Doors to gain access to the hotel don’t work employee moral is very bad and now they are using their parking lot like a metered toll parking garage. I understand having the hotel charge for the parking but to have a 3rd party collecting the fee is a little concerning. I for one don’t agree to be charging for parking when you entry doors to the building don’t work making your guests have to walk around the entire building to go into the hotel and then make it up to your room. Especially when you arrive back at the hotel late at night and the only parking available is in the back of the building.
- 2/5
Property is in a gold location however it lack major renovation, bathrooms are so old, water hardly comes out of the shower and bathtubs are stain and cracked so is the toilets, this hotel is in need of attention, and a big renovation, not only in the rooms but even the elevator, only one is working and is so old that it seems that it will break down anytime, another thing that i truly disliked is that they now charge you to park per night , in the years i have stayed here it was never that case, it adds up, in that case it is better to stay in a different hotel more updated near by. On the good part the hotel location is prime, crossing the street is icon park then again there are other hotels near by as well better. Breakfast is the general type of breakfast. Waffles, eggs some cereal and juices. Price is good however if you add up the parking per night it might not be good because there is better hotels in the area with free parking and renovated and clean.
- 4/5
Side door did not open with room key
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms need an upgrade. Location is superb. Only one working elevator which caused long wait times. Breakfast was horrible and closed early. No meat/ eggs available.
- 2/5
Great location but having to pay 20$ for parking is terrible. I have stayed at this hotel in the past but I guarantee I will never stay there again
- 1/5
Not recomended
- 5/5
My hotel is acceptable, but they shouldn't charge for parking.
- 5/5
Clean , nice person 👌
- 2/5
looked nothing like the pictures
- 3/5
Now my room door handle was broken in the way it was not east west. I had a slight sweet bad smell in the room. The carpet was still damp when i got there. One elevator was broken.
- 3/5
1 elevator was working and dirty, first hotel that i visit and you gotta pay for the parking daily, staff was ok,good area
- 5/5
Clean rooms and very convenient. Close proximity to Icon Park makes night life easy. Family oriented and will definitely be back the next time in town.
- 4/5
La Quinta is right across the street from Icon park which is great. Our stay was only for 1 night but was very good. The carpeting in the first floor hallways looks dirty but that is to be expected. The light knob for the wall lights between the beds was loose and hard to turn. The TV remote did not work properly, tried to switch to one channel and it switched to a completely different channel. Other that that it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Nice for the price. Elevator needs repair.
- 3/5
Ok,
- 1/5
Cockroaches in the room, I was disgusting.I'll never stay there again
- 2/5
not every floor had a working ice machine AC is ok but depends which room you have For same price we had one room with fridge one without ?! First room TV was broken the color was fading second room remote did not work Check in was easy staff was helpful 2 out of 3 people breakfast was plenty great waffles fruit yoghurt breads juices we had a huge like 60 people young group there that took over the hotel but security quickly addressed lowe’s noises Housekeeping did an excellent job ! we where there for 3 nights paid $58 parking ! is outrageous you have to scan QR code and sign up when you check in convenient location to convention center restaurants universal and epic but you need a car ! we stayed at this hotel for the past four years but the elevator condition and AC might have us looking elsewhere next time but the price as we booked ahead was decent for what you got
- 4/5
Great location to everything at icon park
- 1/5
No good
- 1/5
As soon as we went to get on elevator it was super slow. When we made it to the room as we walked in the room smelled moldy, old. All appliances are old. Ac wasn’t blowing air. I had to unplug it a few times and re plug it to get ac. Checked the inside of the pillows and they were all yellow. Disgusting. Carpet in room was dirty. Bed was itchy. I checked for bed bugs but didn’t see any not sure if maybe there was some. My husband was itchy all night in those sheets. Very disappointing. A hotel in the heart of Orlando that anyone would book for convenience and good location just to be in those conditions is not right. Would not recommend to anyone or ever stay there again.
- 3/5
They charged for the parking it is horrible you need to update in Expedia page that they charging for the parking
- 2/5
I don’t know how these reviews are so good for this place. The property is old and dingy. The front lobby smells musty and has low yellow lights. The elevator doors are painfully slow. Wall paper is peeling throughout all of the hallways. In the room, it was clean, however, the chair at the desk didn’t want to roll on its wheels. The ac units were struggling and I wasn’t able to get the room cool enough to sleep well. The internet was terrible. Couldn’t do any video calls. Had to use my hotspot on my phone in order to have business calls. The outlets must be super low powered as it took forever for my phone to charge. Overall, I regret staying here.
- 1/5
Parking lot was scary
- 3/5
I had stayed at the hotel before and I loved it. Now it seems neglected and they even charge for parking
- 5/5
Big room, breakfast included good price.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not good. Rooms was very clean
- 5/5
Excellent! Nice staff
- 1/5
this hotel should taken out from all websites , its not safe , only one elevator and on my last day it broke down we had to go down 5 floors . the rooms smell horrible , bathrooms are bad , old . horrible experience
- 2/5
Dirty carpets . Humidity smells. Rooms with cigarette smells . Elevators broken. Etc etc etc.

- 1/5
Should be ashamed. They put no money back in this place. Use to stay there a few times 10 years ago, now it’s a dump. Same room decor as then, 2 of 3 elevators not working, keys didn’t work on outside doors. Not staying here again.
- 1/5
Room was horrible elevator came straight out of a horror movie! Room smelled like a dog was living in it! Front seat had ants crawling everywhere! Jacuzzi broken pool looked dirty!
- 2/5
As the door access card did deactivate multiple times upon contact with smartphone, we had to have it replaced at the reception desk. One of two elevators has been out of service for the duration of the whole stay. Outdoor hot tub was out of service for about the a week and was not fixed until we left so we never got to use it… The area around the pool and the gates require urgent maintenance. Customer service was friendly, however it will not make up for technical and maintenance faults that persist in the facility. Overall, the whole building looks old and requires remodeling.
- 1/5
Not updated had to pay to park on property
- 1/5
Too much noise, AC No working good.
- 5/5
Easy Access and very Safe, when booked, parking was included but seems changed after July 1st, however they honored my original reservation and parking was not charged.
- 4/5
Very accommodating and easy to find . Also staff was very friendly. The only issue was the elevators
- 3/5
Breakfast was awful. Just boiled eggs and nothing really to go with it. GREAT LOCATION you can walk to restaurants and places, main elevator was broken so there was only one elevator working towards the end of the building, you need to pay for parking
- 1/5
Completely run down. Dirty rugs. Totally not up to the La Quinta standards
- 3/5
Pool was dirty and elevator was broken. Carpets need upgraded
- 3/5
I wish I could upload a video, so everyone could experience the horror movie of an elevator I rode the first night to the fourth floor. The elevator closest to the lobby was out of order, but there was an additional elevator further down the hallway. Pretty sure the only maintenance that sees is the minimum requirement to keep it in service by the state. I took the stairs the rest of my weekend stay. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were adequate. At least they weren't the little chicklet pillows that so many hotels are going to these days. They weren't king, but still fine. The bathroom was definitely worn and has seen better days. The security lock would not pass over the bolt, but it kept the door from opening, so that was something to be thankful for. TV was about as annoying as you could get. I'm guessing someone else had a remote on the same frequency as mine as my TV would randomly pause and un-pause at random. Or perhaps it was the permanent occupant of the elevator. It did the trick. I slept for two nights and left. Location was great. Will not stay again.
- 3/5
La bañera aunque estaba limpia, tenía manchas bien feas de vieja. La coqueta y las mesas de noche hien antiguas... la puerta casi ni abria, habia que empujarla.
- 4/5
Needs to be updated. Not clean.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, clean and great location. But I had to pay $18.00 a day to park my car. This should be told when booking the room. I would have chosen a different hotel with no parking fee.
- 5/5
Really nice
- 3/5
It needs to be updated
- 4/5
Sure it can use updates but for the price point and its proximity to the parks, it's a bargain. Staff members were helpful and cordial.
- 1/5
Liked the room. Overnight Front Desk staff extremely rude and unpleasant. Elevator needs overhaul asap!
- 3/5
First the staff were great and very helpful. The pay to park was crazy. No reason to charge me $19 a day for that reason alone I will not be back. The breakfast was laughable and thought less.
- 3/5
The room was not clean. The hotel needs updating
- 3/5
My tv was not working the phone didnt work half the lights worked when ever they wanted but perfectly located across the st from eye and icon park literally just walk outside n cross st .....shouldn't have to pay for outsode parkjng $32 for 2 days
- 5/5
*The Front Counter Tells You, You Have To Pay $18 For Parking, But That’s For A 24hr, There’s Cheaper Options On The Site For Shorter Stays :)
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Need pay for parking
- 3/5
Parking fee
- 5/5
Everything is good !
- 2/5
La Quinta is usually a solid budget hotel. Not this time. Very disappointed in Wyndham and will not stay at a property in this chain again. Just plain dirty and unkept. The only good think about the property are the staff and the walkability to Icon Park. Walked in to the lobby and greeted by stained and very dirty carpet in the atrium. Check in was easy and staff were nice. Parking an extra $20, you don'tgrt told that at booking either, its a surpriseupon checking in. Hot tub broken and empty (was not told this). 2 elevators for a large, 7 floor hotel and 1 elevator broken. The working elevator very dirty and moved slowly. Felt a bit unsafe. Clearly not full occupancy yet they put us on thr 6th floor, knowing a broken elevator makes that inconvenient. The breakfast is standard bare fare. 3 of the 4 toasters were broken and staff didn’t seem to care when told. Come on, Walmart is not far and the toasters could easily be replaced by this hotel. I tried to vancel the booking when i arrived after sering how baf the property was but of course I could not. I will never stray from Hyatt again. Wyndham, do better. Cleanliness and upkeep need to be addressed at this property.
- 4/5
Perfect! Only repair or change the elevator
- 2/5
Check in man at front desk rude didnt want to be there. Elevator broken, rug in room nasty, dirty footprints in bathroom. Bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean 👌 Hotel
- 5/5
Convenience of where it was located. It was right across the street, from icon park and just the walk from the convention center Customer service was great.Well stay here again.
- 4/5
I feel at home! Clean, and breakfast was great. I woyld recommend to family and friends
- 2/5
You now have to pay to park, by app only snd is $24 every 24 hrs, no exceptions. The property is in definite need of updating and TLC. You could only enter through front doors. Only 1 elevator was working. Such a disappointing stay, from a place that was a favorite go to. The lady at the front desk was very nice, though.
- 3/5
This property is outdated. Broken elevators to get to 7th floor. Front staff argumentative at checkin. Tear it down and refurbish. Self oark outragoues charge. Skip this place
- 3/5
Greek location, but need updates and room has no amenities.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Good location. The room wasnt ass clean ass it should have been and my room A/C didn't work and i was told i couldn't have another room that i have to see the manager the next morning so my stay was horrible WILL NOT STAY AGAIN AND I TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOT TO STAY THERE
- 2/5
Check-in staff were not friendly and gave no info about breakfast or amenities. We were surprised to learn about a $18/day parking fee only after arrival. The first room, next to the 24-hour fitness center, was very humid and had a flickering bathroom light, so we asked to change rooms. The second room was on the 7th floor, but only one elevator worked, causing long waits. Both queen beds were sunken in the middle, making sleep uncomfortable. The room was outdated, lacked a fridge, microwave, and even a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The iron didn’t work. Breakfast was minimal: cold boiled eggs, cereal, toast, waffles, bananas, and juice. Worst of all, we were woken up several times at night by loud, drunk guests yelling in the hallway. The A/C was so noisy we had to turn it off and sleep in the heat. If we had known all this beforehand, we wouldn’t have stayed, even at a lower price. Be aware of these issues before booking.
- 4/5
Could have better breakfast but for the price it’s fine
- 2/5
It was dirty! It was under construction so i can understand some mess but iverall it was dirty in the rooms and in the brekfast area
- 1/5
This hotel is in need of major renovation. Nothing appears what to be in the picture, maybe 15 years ago.
- 4/5
Could add meat and scrambled eggs to breakfast.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, bathroom was nice. Soap is cheap quality but fine. Beds and linen are good. Elevator with the gold color is odd.
- 4/5
This is our family go to when visiting ICON.
- 4/5
Stuff can u use some friendliness and learn how to smile , and should welcome , it look like they don’t want to be there , pool needs cleaning there hot tub was broken chairs need replacement, it’s a nice location needs upgrades and better customer service
- 5/5
Nice Staff. Clean Room and hotel. Appreciated the automatic entry doors. Brought my pet and there was plenty of pet walking space and doggie bags provided. Would definitely recommend. Conveniently located too.
- 2/5
Place is run down and really a dump. Main elevator was broken so had to go to rear of building to go upstairs. Walls paper peeling off and dirty, elevator that was working should be condemned. And due to the area they want to add $20 to park! It’s not a Hilton brand come on.
- 1/5
They checked us in to two different rooms and both rooms were already occupied by other guests. The third room they put us in the door key wouldn’t work. An hour after being in our room a guy comes in and says he needs to fix the cable and take photos while we’re asleep on our beds. After 7 awkward minutes of him standing at the end our bed trying to fix the tv (which we didn’t ask for) we told him he could come back after we checked out.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
The stay was good, to review breakfast was so poor, diesnt have many options, but it was mediim goodq
- 4/5
I have stayed at this particular property several times and have never had to pay for parking. This is why I chose to stay here. When I booked it said nothing about paid parking so I was surprised with $18 a day parking. The lady that checked me in was ecen apologetic about it. It just feels like greed to me.
- 4/5
Very near of happening and night life bit is an outdated facility.
- 3/5
the hotel was run down and in much need of repairs. almost all the vending machines were out of order as well as one of the elevators. the beds and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and there were no toiletries offered in the rooms.
- 3/5
safety lock fell in floor upon entry key woul not work to enter door
- 1/5
Bed bugs….no clean..rude staff
- 4/5
And only one was working. Other than that the rooms are very clean.
- 5/5
The property was close to attractions such as I-drive, you can walk.
- 1/5
The outside and the pictures are very deceiving!! The room didnt have a fridge or microwave, there was mold in the bathroom , mold on the ac . Half the carpets where ripped up. Bleach stains , peeling wall paper . ONE BARELY WORKING ELEVATOR! Only good thing was thr breakfast .
- 5/5
Good and clean
- 4/5
Es la segunda ocasión nuestra. Nos gusta por que es muy accesible. Tienen que darle un look nuevo al elevador.
- 3/5
The receptionists are not the most friendly customer service people. Also , why was breakfast ended at 9am? Some of us get in late
- 4/5
Nice and convenient. My sister is wheelchair bound, and the room was very accommodating. We walked across the street to the Orlando Eye and had a great time. I will definitely come again.
- 2/5
Property is stuck in 90’s, carpet are dirty all around, rooms are not well maintained, everything u see is about to fallout.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was adequate, The area was very clean and we enjoyed eating our breakfast out on the patio area. All of the staff were very friendly and our room was roomy and nice. The beds were very comfortable! We will likely stay here again when we are visiting our son. Hopefully the elevators can be taken care of by then.
- 3/5
Great location, across the street from Icon Park, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel needs updating, our door closed but did not feel secure, the safety latch was broken, the toilet was cracked but not leaking, the dresser drawers had to be wiggled to shut and the mattresses felt old.
- 3/5
Not much of a continental breakfast. No proteins. Only waffles, bagels, cereal, and muffins offered
