Nothing No coffeemaker

There’s really nothing I liked. The room was dirty there were ants on the bed and in the shower. When I got in the elevator, the doors didn’t even shut and it started to go down very scary. In the room, couldn’t even use the dresser because when you open the doors, it scrapes on the floor because it’s not even properly. And there were no outlets to plug anything in one by the bed. And one for the TV why even have a microwave and coffee pot when you can’t even use them.

I liked everything at Monumental Movieland Hotel it's our fifth time there and WE LOVE THAT PLACE AND IT'S LOCATION. Someone told me that the Hotel will CLOSE THE NEXT MONTH MARCH 2026

There won’t no sheets on the bed. There was mold in a coffee pot in the bathroom. The trashcan was still full from the last residence. They gave me another room, but it was the simple fact that they did not check nor clean that room for that long of a time because that coffee pot shouldn’t have had Mold in it and the smell from the trashcan was horrendous.

The location was about the only thing I did like The bed was as hard as a rock the bathroom you could not open the drawers of the vanity due to the countertop. The furniture was dirty. The appliances in the kitchen did not work. It worked in a pinch, but this place is a dump.

Only the location The room was extremely dirty. The walls and baseboards were filthy, and the floor was so unclean that it was disgusting to walk on, especially with children. There were cockroaches, mold in the bathroom, and the shower barely worked. The elevator was also extremely dirty

location and price The room was old, smelled musty, there was no hot water in the shower, and the hallways were full of homeless people, drug addicts, and drunks. I'd never seen anything like it. We were scared because they roamed the halls. They didn't look like guests; I think they lived there. I counted the days until the end of my vacation. And I thought several times about abandoning everything and changing hotels. Scary!

The bedroom floor was filthy and smelled of chlorine... a terrible idea to stay there... everything was awful.

Needs work Floor was gross, couch and bed had stains everywhere. Most uncomfortable bed, I did like the price for 4 nights so with it being that close to universal it’s not the worst hotel out there

It was a great location. Easily accessible to all of our activities. Theres a bus stop right outside the front door The staff was rude. I waited for 20+ minutes just to check out because theres a cash deposit you have to pay on top or room rental. There were ants in our bathroom and mold on the shower ceiling. There was dog poop right next to the side door entrance for DAYS. Multiple people stepped in it. The hallways were not swept for days in a row.

Great location everything I’m walking distance and no complaints about the parking lot No complaints about the parking lot but the hotel itself did not have microwave did not have a refrigerator and do not have any ice machines on any of the floors than the elevator is very slow and the staff over the weekend of October 11 to the 12th the front desk was no great of help at all the housekeepers are very good and they need to start answering their phones there and their emails! They don’t answer your questions until you get to the property. That’s not good.
