The staff were very helpful accommodating a special request regarding my luggage arriving early. I had to check out early to make my flight, before breakfast officially started, but they already had some pastries out so I could get a quick bite before going to the airport. No knock against the hotel, but the area is not pedestrian-friendly, so getting to the nearest bus stop and area shops/restaurants is not easy.

Had to change rooms because of cleanliness. Not sure who cleaned the room but it was not cleaned at all. Hair all over the place. Tub questionable, and was some sort of bug in the room, pretty sure it was a bed bug and got out of there so quickly. They did change rooms but I wouldn’t stay again. It was just close to the airport but I will spend a bit more money for something else next time. Lesson learned.

The proximity to the airport The mold, rust, over all smell of the hotel in general . It was a lot the place could use a total refresh , hardware , wall paper change (mildew in bathroom) and a paint job. It’s falling apart and over run by mold.

The hotel was in good shape an older building. The carpet was really dirty walking and bunched up in the hallways .One of our rooms were dirty , I don't think they would like me to put down what we found in it . Which we have pictures for proof plus the staff also went up to the room and found more stuff. Getting the shuttle was a hassle but they figured it out. I would say the breakfast was good and the kitchen workers were the best. I would give them a 10 for sure .

The place looks run down. There are stains everywhere. The couch in the room looked dirty. The room is very small. The bathroom feels like a tight squeeze. The staff 'fake' smile to look pleasant. However, the breakfast was okay to good.

Great hotel for the price. The main lobby has a funky smell, like a wet dog. The breakfast is good. The room could use some updates and fixing. Grout and silicon caulking needed. The housekeeping is amazing and get it all made up and refilled everyday.

We had an overnight stay here with our grandchildren. We certainly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the great selection at breakfast in the morning. We would recommend a stay at this place.

The property location was great. The rooms were spacious and had a nice layout. It was clean outside in the parking lot and around garbage receptacles. Didn’t like that the ladies and check-in seemed to be very attitude, especially if you had a complaint. The biggest issue was taking out the sofa bed in one of the rooms and seeing the mattress stain with blood when we went to complain about it no one knew where there was a manager gave us a bogus email address and told us that the manager would be in on Monday Monday morning went to go ask for a manager. They said there was no manager there because it was a holiday. I said is there any way to reach them? They claimed that the only way that they can reach him is via email. I said this is ridiculous. I should call the Board of Health on these people because you don’t put people on a bloody mattress. That’s just disgusting. we were moved to a better room which was clean. At least my daughters was mine had stains on the side of the mattress. I will upload photos for you. We then noticed that after we were moved from that room, which was room 319 the next day they literally put another family in there, and I guess the family pulled out the mattress and seen the same thing that we seen because then we saw that their room was also moved. This shows that the hotel staff does not care about its patrons. After that experience, I think we’ve all should’ve had our whole stay comped for the discussed of the mattress and lack of help from management.

The air conditioning wasn't working and the bed was small

The window shade was broken and I had to use my suitcase to roll it up and hold it so I could get some daylight in the room. Pool: needed to be cleaned, towels on the floor and a old wet pizza box was on the trash can. The hotel had a nice breakfast in the morning.

Easy access off interstate and close to off site parking. Restaurants close by with a vehicle. Window ac was very loud and never did get hot water.

The team at the Ramada from the receptionist to the shuttle driver were great! We will stay here again for the convenience and price. We waited maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. We had the shuttle at 4:45 a.m but were still able to grab a bagel and cereal The choices for restaurants within walking distance or a 4-minute drive were also great.

The room was spacious, btu the sofa had stains all over it. The building is old and appears rundown, the hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the bathtub was dirty. Fortunately, my stay was only for one night, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this property for longer stays.

Very convenient place to stop by. Has a little convenient store side room for snacks and drinks. They provide breakfast. Room 425 i had was good for the most part. Living lights appear burnt out. Mini fridge might not have been plug in and the shower curtain didn't keep water from the bathroom floor.

The only thing I was upset about was I'm handicapped and the guy who picked us up was very rude. He didn't have anything to put my wheelchair on and never offered me any help. He's not good for Ramada hotel.

I was amazed we found such a good price and found the room to be very roomy and comfortable. They were a couple of strange things: there was no way to open this blind, so it was always dark in the room and the bathroom never stopped feeling humid and wet. If those things weren’t true, it would definitely be a five star stay.

Check out was at 11 but they let me have a late check out and then hang out at the hotel until my plane was ready

Very nice place! The staff was great and helpful and it was conveniently located. I go to Orlando at least a couple times a year and I'm happy to say that I've found where I'll be staying on my future trips to Orlando.

Loved having the shuttle and the proximity to the Orland Airport. Breakfast was not vast but gave you a little nosh to eat before traveling. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I thought it was just me but my sister said it as soon as she walked in. Could we have seen about another room? Yes, but we were just staying for one night only. The room could use an update. The bathroom door was scratched up and needs to be replaced. The bed was super comfortable which is a bonus.

Our flight was canceled which left us stranded at the airport with our four kids. I am so glad we were able to find a reservation at the Ramada! They came and picked us up right away, had a room big enough to fit all of us, and let us check in early. The breakfast had a ton of great options with pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The pool was clean and a large majority of where we spent out time during the two days we were there. The front desk answered any and all of our questions. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! They did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. Our kids forgot some of their stuff at the airport and the shuttle brought my husband right back to the airport and then back to the hotel. I can't sing the praises of all the staff of the Ramada enough!

We needed a clean, comfortable place to stay that was close to the airport in Orlando. This location checked all the boxes!

The breakfast was okay, I've had better. The rooms are roomy. My kitchen had its own table and chairs, sink, a microwave, fridge and kitchen cabinets. The living room had 2 different seating; a cushion bench, single sofa, and a ottoman, a desk with a draw and chair, good for a laptop or tablet. The bed was comfy and so was the pillows. the heater, a/c, safe, alarm clock, and phone was working. The tv had extra channels, no extra charge. I was on the 2nd floor and the hallway smelled bad, so did the room. I don't know if its the rug in the hallway and the fabric furniture in the room. I bought disinfectant sprays and kept constantly spraying the a/c to help with the smell.

Our recent experience was entirely positive, with no complications arising during our stay. The property was exceptionally well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to upkeep. Every aspect of our visit contributed to a thoroughly pleasant and comfortable experience. We found the facilities to be in excellent condition throughout our tenure. This level of quality ensures a high standard of accommodation.

Staff is very friendly but unfortunately for the rate of hotel, they need to improve the amenities and room appearance, also rooms and facilities are dirty. Needs a lot of improvement.

On May 16, I discovered that the phone in my room did not work, which prevented me from contacting the front desk or ordering room service. When I went to report the issue, I was informed that some of the hotel phones simply do not work. I found this unacceptable. During that same day, I also reported that the kitchen sink in my room was severely backed up with dirty brown water and draining extremely slowly. Although I notified the front desk and was told it would be fixed, the issue remained unresolved during my stay. I also requested to speak with a manager regarding these concerns, but I was told the manager was unavailable because it was the weekend and that I would need to email management myself. I found it very unprofessional that staff could not escalate an active guest concern directly to management. On May 17, after returning to the hotel, we discovered there were no clean towels replaced in the room. My daughter went to the front desk to request towels and was directed to the laundry room instead. Communication was also difficult because several staff members did not speak English fluently, which made resolving issues more challenging. Next day returned to room was not cleaned.

Always enjoy my stay there friendly and helpful staff. Great location. I used to stay at a competitor in the area. But value and service at the Ramada is so much better. The TV channel system you can't change channels without going thru the whole menu takes awhile and if you hit the wrong button you are staring all over again

I was initially placed in a room (308) that had food crumbs on the sheets beneath the comforter. This implies the sheets were likely not changed between guests. The room overall was in poor condition and cleanliness. The room I was moved to (310) was better.

Night Shift Staff needs more customers service skills. I notified around 7:30 pm that I’ll be arriving around midnight and I called as soon as I landed at 12:10 am I still had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Front desk puts you on hold even though no people to take care in the lobby.

Not worth the price at all, even for the one night I stayed. I should've stayed elsewhere for the amount I paid for. The room was not cleaned well, not even swept or mopped (dried dirty spots on floor, as if something was spilled). Visible mold in the bathroom. The room itself smelled mildewy. Live small spider on the bedsheet. The bed was at least comfy, which I'm greatful for, as I was exhausted from a long trip, that i just sucked up the rest of the issues. The breakfast was "ok", edible. Expected the hotel to be somewhat better than it was based on reviews, however, that was not the case. I will say, the check in/check out gentleman was the best part of the stay, friendly, funny (the man was joking with my kids), and informative.

The breakfast bar was great. The breakfast bar was fresh each morning. It offered a variety of hot and cold choices. I viewed the outdoor pool, but did not get in. It was very tempting but my schedule did not allow me to get in it.

We were quite disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The room we stayed in had very dirty floors, the first thing noticed upon entering the room was a large toenail clipping in the middle of the floor, quite gross! The bathroom sink plumbing sprayed water everywhere, and there was evidence of water damage. The nice part of this hotel building was the pool. It was clean and well kept. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were great! We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. We are also surprised it has received 10 star ratings....this seems very inappropriate and misleading.

Hotel is a little on the older side but has everything you need for a short stay, Breakfast was good, free shuttle from airport, staff was welcoming and friendly.

Airport shuttle is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. I accidentally left my kindle in the room. I called and Sam from Operations called me back. He has it safe in his office. We stayed one night and left for Disney. We would definitely stay here again. Agave Azul Mexican restaurant nearby was the best!!!!

We stayed one day before our cruise. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, it was close to restaurants, but the beds were a little to fluffy and soft for our liking. It was a great stay overall.

The breakfast was amazing, both in terms of quality and variety, exceeding our expectations. The cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area were especially impressive. Room cleaning was slightly less detailed compared to common areas, but still at a good and acceptable level. We would also like to especially mention Angie, who works in the breakfast area. She is always smiling, kind, and attentive to everyone. Seeing her in the morning truly made our day start on a positive note. Because of this great experience, we have already made another reservation for two more days next week. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is quite old and had a musky smell. Staff were friendly and pool was nice but small. We were unable to use the shuttle due to the wait time (waited over an hour at the airport).

I didn’t eat the breakfast, but I heard it was good. It’s a typical family vacation near Disney hotel. The area is good and safe. The hotel itself is kind of worn, but it is clean and the beds were comfortable. The fire alarm went off and I had to run down four flights of stairs so I didn’t appreciate that and I couldn’t get the TV to work. The gentleman that works in the evening is very nice but when I checked in, the lady kept telling me, I can’t hear you when I tried to call and would just hang up on me.

The first room we were put in I smelled mold immediately when we walked in. My entire family has previously been sick from black mold. When a staff member came to look the whole wall in the bathroom under the wall paper and on the ceiling had mold. They asked if they could paint over it and we told them no. After some time of not hearing anything my husband went back to the front desk and was told they tried to “fix it” and we refused. You can’t just paint over mold and it be ok. It can make people VERY sick!! Needless to say my husband was adamant we be put in another room which they accommodated. Regardless this property needs to be checked for black mold! It’s very unsafe.

Room smelled funny, TV in an odd place onbthe wall, loud air conditioner, rust in the bathroom - but close to the airport which is why I stayed there.

I think this hotel is meant more for families traveling together. It has a little mini kitchen and a little mini living room. I stayed one night before my trip and one night after my trip. The first time I stayed there the front desk was nice the second time I stayed there not so much. Must’ve been having problems with their phone because every time I tried to call her. She’s like I can’t hear you and hung up on me. They did let me do an early check-in, which I thought was very nice but when I was getting ready to go sleep the fire alarm went off and I had to run down four flights of stairs, so needless to say I won’t be staying there again.

The property needs an urgent renovation. The staff tried to do a good job cleaning the room but the property and interior is falling apart especially the bathroom and the closet inside.

The room was not as clean as I would’ve liked. The bathtub seals were moldy and there was a pre used soap left on the sink. The couch had a hole in the cushion. The window shade was filthy. Checked in late so Only stayed for a few hours to get to DCL. the breakfast was good for what it’s worth.

My only complaint was that my bottom sheet was rough and not comfortable. Not sure why it was a different material than the top sheet.

The room itself was OK. Somewhat run down, shower rod was crooked with 2 of the 4 attachment screws missing, There was a fire in the electrical room on the night we stayed. Not a false alarm, an actual fire with Orlando fire fighters on the scene. Some people evacuated outside, some to the lobby, some just stayed in their rooms. I went outside initially then back to the lobby when the firefighters arrived. This all happened around 1:30 AM. We were staying at the hotel so we could be at the airport around 7AM. So we did not get a good night's rest. With all of this happening the hotel should have provided some sort of compensation, at least a discount. They did not, and have not responded to my message. I may send a letter to see if I get a response. In any case, I DO NOT recommend this hotel!

The facilites are not in good shape. The carpet in the hallway has a strong bacterial smell, guests were rushing to get in the elevator to avoid it. The room was dated - floors and surfaces (other than bathroom and sink) are not clean. You can tell the are doing the bare minimum to get by.

The Fire Alarm went Off Three Times in the Middle Of the Night!! No Sleep for Anyone in The Hotel

Washroom was too small and not properly cleaned, in very rough situation. Seen insects roaming around on the room floor.

First, the rooms were awfully dated. The lighting was this pale white light like a horror movie. Room service took over 90 minutes. Then, after midnight, the fire alarm blasted on 3 separate occasions, shocking us out of our beds. Nobody was particularly helpful in explaining it was a nothing burger. In the morning, the elevators didn't work. Good luck with your luggage. Unbelievable.

One notch above my normal Ramada experience. Their shuttle got us to the hotel from the airport, and the room was nice and big. All for a reasonable price. It's on the Cruise Corp list of hotels they service. They picked us up at 9:15, and we were at our cruise terminal in Port Canaveral one hour later.

Check in was quick (the rush happened right after we checked in) but lady wasn’t friendly and had a thick accent and hard to understand. She never asked about the airport shuttle so I brought it up and scheduled our time. The Fri er was on time and got us to the airport quickly (granted it was 6:15 am). I was surprised that the hotel receptionist didn’t ask if this amenity was needed. Room was fine. Bed was comfy enough. Found 2 long hairs on bathroom floor but no big deal. Very loud hotel with airplanes flying overheard. The sound proofing in this hotel isn’t very good. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store & even a liquor store.

Huge roach in our room, when we asked to switch rooms they accommodated the request but did not even offer an apology. Gross, wouldn’t recommend staying.

Staff was excellent, we arrived at 10:30 am off a ship in Port Canaveral. We were able to be checked into a room within a hour. While we waited we were able to eat breakfast and even given free snacks. It was nice to be in a room and secure our luggage before we left for a little bit of sightseeing. Room was clean and good. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good as well.

The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The room was not clean. Breakfast was okay. The staff was stacking boxes near the garbage then came within seconds to stir the eggs and refill the food never wore gloves.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below what I would expect from a Wyndham property. There was visible mold in the bathtub area as well as mold on the bathroom ceiling, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The overall quality of the room was poor — outdated, worn, and not well maintained. Cleanliness is extremely important when traveling, especially in a hotel near an airport where guests are often staying briefly and rely on basic comfort and hygiene. The mold issues were concerning and made it difficult to relax or feel safe during our stay. I had higher expectations based on the Ramada name, and this experience did not meet them. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the maintenance and cleanliness problems so future guests do not experience the same issues. Because of the condition of the room, I feel a refund or partial reimbursement would be appropriate.

I stayed for business. This was an unexpected business trip and the room was booked for me. It was paid in full ahead of time, yet I was forced to pay additional funds when I arrived for check in. Staff was rude and lazy. Rooms were old and not cleaned well. Shuttle bus drivers operate on their own time. I waited for almost an hour for the shuttle that was right up the street. They might make you late so try to be super early if you have somewhere important to be. The breakfast was interesting . It was mainly eggs, in different variations but just eggs pretty much. Overall was a terrible experience. I do not suggest anyone go here unless you need to live there like many of the guests that were at the hotel.

Decent property. The area next to the air conditioner/heater, has not been cleaned in months. There were cobbwebs and dirt real heavy. The pillows on the bed were like bricks. Very hard! Short of this, everything else was great. The front desk staff were personable. We arrived four hours early and was allowed to leave our bags in a secure conference room so we could Uber to the mall and kill time until our room was available. Very kind.

Room was not very clean, and there are no dishes even though there is a sink and microwave and counter. Breakfast was fine. Hotel shuttle was okay timing wise, but took a while to get to the hotel because we had to pick people up from another terminal and drop them at a different hotel.

Also, the shuttle service to the Airport did not wait even a couple of minutes. Myself and two other.. would be passengers... arrived early AM in the hotel lobby only a couple of minutes apart and we all missed the shuttle. I was there @ 4:47AM and the shuttle had already left the hotel. We all understood that the shuttle would arrive on the hour & @ every 30 minute intervals. Was a bit confusing.

Not great by a long shot. Read the reviews that look like they were written by a real person. You'll see some common themes: dirty furniture, gross carpets, stale and stinky air, poorly maintained rooms that are severely outdated. The property looks like people stopped maintaining it years ago. I will never stay there again.

I was definitely expecting more from the Wyndham. It was much more rundown than what I was expecting the next morning when we were leaving we had a shuttle plan to the airport. We were running behind when we got to the desk. We were informed that the driver was running behind in traffic when we checked back in after the driver arrived and asked when the shuttle would be leaving. That’s when we were informed that we had actually missed the 7 AM shuttle and it was not going to be leaving again till 745. Had we been told that we missed it we would’ve immediately just ordered a Lyft or Uber, which would’ve been fine but we were advised incorrectly, which cost us time

The whole place smelled moldy and gross. Got to my first room and looked like the sheets had never been changed after a murder or something. Went to the desk and asked for another room and they gave me one on the first floor. Never staying again regardless of timing needs for flights.

The room was clean, but the AC ran very loud. The hotel is close to the airport, and although they offer a shuttle to the airport, they do not allow you to leave your car there.

The room was spacious and clean. I loved that it had a little living and dinning area equiped with a microwave and fridge and the sink was a plus. Our stay was short and we had to rush through breakfast as our flight was really early. However the breakfast was delicious and I wish we got to try more of it. The one thing I would change if possble is the carpet in the hallway. It gave that area a moldy, damp smell and some edges of the carpet looked like mold was visible. I am grateful that our room was tiled,clean and had no smell.
