I would love to leave the highest review as the property is beautiful and the customer service is good; however, I am disappointed that they automatically charge guests for the $6 bottled water whether you drink it or not.

Very nice place to stay!

The hotel was perfect for our two day stay. The free breakfast is definitely a plus. The receptionist was fabulous and the people t working the breakfast area were wonderful. They were friendly, hospitable, and very kind. The gentleman even helped me make my waffle.

The main issue that needs attention is the blackout curtains. At night, they do not fully cover the windows, allowing light from outside the building to enter the room. As a result, the room is not completely dark for sleeping. The same issue occurs in the morning, as sunlight enters the room early and can wake guests sooner than expected.

The continental breakfast was good and convenient. The staff at breakfast was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Sharing this so future guests are aware and the property can continue monitoring closely.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I checked in late and wasn’t able to get up in time to try it. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The rooms were modern and spacious with a walk-in closet. There was a trundle bed that was large enough for 2 adults.The microwave and refrigerator took us a few minutes to find due to it being concealed in an entrance cabinet. The free breakfast was far above average accommodating many eating styles and food allergies. The pool area was beautiful with a children’s area and gas grills for guests to use. I only have one complaint and it has to do with the parking. Parking was available but was not free. I hope this will help someone else. Despite this, I would gladly stay here again if I’m in the Orlando area.

Great stay and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The pool was nice and the rooms were kept well. It was pretty clean but I think some areas I felt could have been a bit cleaner. The parking lot was on the smaller side but thankfully I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Staff was very friendly. Overall was a great stay!

Overall our stay was great! They can do a bit of change with the breakfast menu like adding a bacon and other meat. Not bad though!

Excellent. Only thing ai would change is those patio lights on at 3am. No one needs that coming into your room even with “blackouts”. Guys. You can turn them off at midnight.

Brand new property and ideally located near an amazing shopping mall with a great food court. Recommend for families with kids as there is a pool and quality free breakfast with variety. Parking fees were reasonable considering the location. Very clean and even the sofa bed was just as comfortable as a the bed (great option for a family of 5).

Proximity to Millenia Mall was perfect. Rooms were decent and a nice size. Bedding was average-very scratchy. Paying for parking was crazy to me.

hotel rooms are poorly lit. AC around dawn hibernates and the room is a little warmer it woke me up.

I highly recommend this hotel! Customer service was great. Check-in was very welcoming—I was gifted a goodie bag since it was Halloween. That was nice! The hotel scent as soon as you enter is amazing--it's clean and refreshing! I had to call and ask what it was lol They use Scent Air (Ocean Scent) and apparently some Disney hotels use it as well. It's located in a quiet area and I appreciated that--it's away from major traffic and all the hustle and bustle of downtown, but not far from the attractions. (10mins from Universal Studios and about 30mins from Disney World). There's also a small splash pad for the kiddos at this location! My only minor negatives: * I wish there was lotion in the room since I forgot mine lol * I wish there was a variety of creamers for their coffee I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again! Ok room. No shower gel and no conditioner in the dispensers. Sheets and pillows just ok. No good lighting in bed for reading. No toiletries other than a little piece of soap for handwashing. Coffee machine started brewing as soon as I plugged it in since start button did not work, creating a little mess while not watching. Very long hotel name for what they really offer. Breakfast was probably the best part. Good variety, but very limited when it comes to fruit and healthy options. I would not come back to this hotel.

Don’t think twicebook now! You won’t regret it. This hotel is in an upscale area, right next to Porsche and Mercedes dealerships, beautiful water fountains, the mall, and conveniently located just off the freeway. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the free breakfast was fantastic you can even make your own waffles! The staff were so polite and helpful; when we asked for extra towels, they were delivered within 10 minutes. No worries at all just love this hotel! I traveled with my kids, and they enjoyed their stay too.

Loved how up keep it was. Quiet, safe, the pool was nice, the outdoor patio with grill and lights. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really nice. Free buffet breakfast was good only thing i can say is the breakfast could be better, the eggs the sausage and bagels were mediocre but overall great place and stay, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great hotel except they charge $19 per night for self parking which was not mentioned on hotels. Just for that I don’t think I would stay again in this hotel. Self parking should be free.

The double queen beds room was modern, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing location to a number of restaurants, malls, movie theater. Entrance of the hotel smelled very nice . Breakfast was good with various options. The rooms was not cleaned by room service. The complaint about the toilet was not handled. Some of the staff were not as pleasant. I would book again.

I felt so safe and the room was very clean and breakfast was amazing

Nothing felt clean or sanitary. We were in town to visit family. We checked in at 3:30p, and checked out around 5 hrs later and drove back to Jacksonville. I would have rather slept in my car. I do not consider myself a hotel snob, but this place is a mess now.

Very comfortable beds. Nice storage and spacious suite. Good hairdryer and shelves in the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the awful lighting in the bathroom. Those fluorescent mirror lights make you look dead/anemic. Please give us back better bright lighting in the bathroom!

I really like the hotel and appreciated the clean and organized property the only critique I would give is it would have been nice if there was complimentary water or coffee for guests after breakfast for guest in the main lobby.

My 13-year-old daughter has a service dog. The dog barked and we were kicked out of the hotel. My daughter tried to say she would do everything she could to stop the dog from barking, but the manager told my daughter that if she didn't leave, she would call the police. A hotel that hires incompetent people can't be a decent place.

The hotel was fine, the included breakfast was nice. The hotel location was great - it was located 5 min away from Universal Studios making it the best priced place to stay if you want to be near the parks.

This place was very very clean, comfortable, and the hospitality was top notch. The complimentary breakfast was very good, having iced coffee with flavored syrups was also a nice touch. Very close to the mall and outlets. Would absolutely stay again.

The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. I would prefer a harder mattress, but that doesn't warrant taking off points. Very convenient to shopping and food. Beautiful surroundings and easy to get to. I'll be back.

This is an excellent family friendly hotel - but also very quiet. The rooms are very spacious! We even used the closet for a changing room because it was so big. Breakfast was good and better than expected with options for everyone. The lobby and pool area were comfortable, clean and modern. It was an easy 10 minute uber from Universal.

Very clean and comfortable stay. The room has a large walk in closet which was fantastic for storing luggage and keeping clothing out of the way. There is a bridge out of the back of the hotel which allows guests to walk over to the Mall at Millenia, leading to the door to the food court. Overall good location, quiet, friendly, very good stay. Did not see many small children at this resort. Guests seemed older kids/teens and adults.

The fridge was frozen solid and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way or lock.I informed the front desk in person and via text nothing was done and at checkout they couldn’t have cared less.

My stay started off wonderfully — the room was great, the service was excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. On the evening of May 15th, I approached the front desk to request an extension of my stay for one more night. The gentleman at the reception assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. He told me that he would hold the same room for me and simply asked that I return in the morning to finalize the extension. However, when I came back to the front desk the next morning, I was told by a different staff member that there were no available rooms and that I would have to check out immediately. This was incredibly upsetting and unexpected, especially after having received confirmation the night before. As a result, we had to urgently pack, check out, find a new hotel, and go through the entire check-in process again — all of which completely disrupted our plans for the day. Instead of enjoying our planned activities, we lost a valuable day of our vacation. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal guest of the Marriott brand. I have always chosen Marriott properties for their reliability and excellent service, but this incident has left me quite frustrated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that communication and promises made at the front desk are properly honored moving forward. Thank you for

The did not like that you had to pay for parking. But the overall stay was excellent. The customer experience was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were excellent, very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is veey clean amd modern. My only complaint is that the lighting in the room is terrible. The room is so dark. Other than that, it was comfortable and clean.

Recycle was laying on its side and no trash can The bathroom sink barely drains , had to unscrew the stopper for it to drain Waited for people to clear for breakfast, went down At 9:45 breakfast and breakfast was completely cleared not a single sign that is ever was except for the remaining people lingering at the tables

The entire property is lovely. The pool was great with warm water and towels, my son loved it. Comfy bed, hot relaxing shower…Close to the mall and other popular places. The staff and service was top tier. Everyone was polite and friendly, especially the gentleman who was overseeing the breakfast, he helped my son make a waffle. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel restaurant staff has very poor manners, restaurant menu selection is poor, parking is very limited and difficult to access. The property location is ok.

We just stayed at this hotel last weekend. Everything was clean and smelled great. Each day the room was cleaned and towels restocked. The breakfast was clean and everything tasted great as well. The pool area was very enjoyable with multiple seating areas with hanging lights and a very nice pool with a walk in entrance. The pool towels outside were always stocked as well. Our favorite part was the walking path behind the pool that leads to the Millenia Mall. The mall has 10 food and dessert options in the food court as well as every store you can think of! It took us 5 minutes to walk there from the hotel, so it’s very convenient! The whole neighborhood was classy and felt safe. We will be back!

Very very uncomfortable beds, hotel charged my credit card in middle of the night for $20 and I was told it would be reversed and they didn’t know why but it never was reversed. High chairs at breakfast would be helpful and so would trays.. Trundle was convenient..
