Breakfast buffet was the highlight - tons of options, hot food stayed hot, and they kept refilling it. Eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee all solid. The lounge and outdoor seating areas are perfect for hanging out with friends. We ended up spending most evenings there chatting instead of going out. Good vibe, comfy seating, not cramped at all.

Everyone was great...very friendly and helpful, cleaning the room every other day was not very happy about it because I paid the same every day to the hotel, on seventh floor the ice machine was loud , AC was not cooling as expected but other than everything was fine, not looking for perfection in this era of services shortages.

The location was great, the breakfast was decent and the staff was nice. The nice sized refrigerator and microwave was a huge plus. Paking was 27ish dollars a day which is insane when its not like its valet or something special. At checken theyvonly had 1 person and she was stuck for the longest time dealing with and elderly woman, everyday without fail the trash cans near the elevators overflowed and on 2 separate occasions I seen German house Rochester in the hall near the elevators on my floor and in the lobby. The ice machine on my floor didn't work my entire stay it just made a continuous noise that sounded like water was running. The shower had no grip in it and my son slipped and fell while taking a shower but thankfully he is fine. And my room didn't come with a do not disturb sign.

This one actually one of my better stays! I travel often and I’ve stayed at some nice hotels and some not so nice. I have absolutely no complaints about this property. Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, and everything flowed well. I would stay again and recommend. 10/10

Unfortunately, the property itself appears dated and in need of maintenance, both in the guest rooms and common areas. Charging separately for parking also feels excessive given the overall condition of the property. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. There was a constant leak coming from the bathtub area, even when not in use, and it was clear the issue had existed for quite some time due to the visible deterioration and water damage surrounding it. The restaurant food options were acceptable, though average overall. We also experienced an issue involving a gold ring my wife accidentally left in the room. Upon returning with Luis, we encountered the housekeeper, who acknowledged finding the ring but stated she had wrapped it in paper and could no longer locate it. The item had also not been reported. We requested gloves to search the garbage bag on the housekeeping cart, and with Luis’ assistance, the ring was fortunately recovered. While we appreciated the professionalism of staff members like Luis, the property overall requires significant improvement.

You get what you pay for. It’s overall pretty good. In my opinion, even though the breakfast is included it lacks in variety. The pool is not heated and the parking fee is pretty high. I came to the hotel after the theme parks not super late and had to park very far from the hotel entrance.

I appreciated no hidden resort fees upon check in, the pool was never very busy, the buffet had more options than we anticipated, and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The shuttles, although a separate coming from the hotel, were a nice touch but sometimes a challenge. By the end of our stay we learned calling the provider was the best way to find better routes to fit our needs. The hotel next to this one operated on a different schedule which would take you to more locations, so we often got picked up there. It is also very nice that the city bus line picks up and drops off very close to the hotel. We enjoyed the kitchen area in this room, it was compact but had everything we needed in our stay to make meals. The showers were large, housekeeping came every two days or per request. Overall we’d be very pleased to return here again!

It was fine in the lobby and our room but not our floor. The room had a good sized fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and plates, utensils, pots, cups etc. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool area was nice and refreshing. Check in and out were both seamless and quick! The location is wonderful with tons of restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. Disney is right up the street and Universal is very close as well. We are locals and just used this as a little stay cation to swim and have time together away from our day to day and it was perfect! We will definitely stay again. The pool itself could have used a vacuum and the tiles along the water line needed descaling. Also the cost of parking is annoying. I don't think you should be charged for parking when you're already paying to stay but I already knew that was the deal because contrary to other reviews, it does tell you when booking.

The staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool is beautiful, nice exercise equipment, large laundry facility and the breakfast was excellent. Be aware that the parking IS NOT FREE. Upon reserving the room there wasn’t anywhere that I saw that you paid to park and it wasn’t cheap!

The best from this place was the staff. They definitely try to delight you.

And forth to the Disney parks we could have stayed at a better and closer resort to Disney. Breakfast was blend. Rooms are old. Bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t latch. Also, the first thing they do when you get in is to sucker you to sign up for the vacation club update. Good for thought spend a little more and stay a better resort.

I like the location, nice clean, room layout is great, the biggest hotel breakfast buffet i’ve had in the states so far. Be prepared to use a smartphone to scan a code to pay for your parking.

Stayed 21 days. First 3 nights couldn’t sleep pool speaker sounding music from under our second floor room.Had to ask to turn off several times then moved rooms and it was on 6th floor on outside of busiest two streets even noisier . Asked for footstool and small coffee table for couch and promised one but never got them.

This is the second time I paid for a type of room and It was not ready. One month ago I did the check in at 9pm, the receptionist gave me the key and the room was a completely disaster, the bed was not ready, dirty sheets, pillows on the floor, even I found a SCREW on the floor, that was really dangerous for my baby. (See pictures, We had to wait 2 hours to get the room ready, the receptionist only gave a Boucher for 20 dollars. Now, I paid extra money for a room with king bed and bathtub and I got a room with shower. I explained to the receptionist I need bathtub because I have a baby, the receptionist said I need to complain to Orbitz because they usually change the room if they don't have it. Completely frustrated and disappointed with this situation. the sofa bed was completely dirty (mold for all mattress). It was disgusting, lamps really dirty. Orbitz is trying to reach to the manager for 3 days and the manager doesn't respond yet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The only issue I will have with any and every hotel is this new "pay for parking" thing. But this is own the corporation and not the employees of this hotel who were excellent. Will stay again.

When looking at property’s to stay they should note that there is a small kitchen for use in room, I wish we knew it was there . The only glitch was 1 day the shuttle didn’t show up in the morning & we had to drive. Had a very happy stay at hotel.

From the moment we checked in til we checked everything was good. The breakfast menu and food was fresh. Staff friendly and accommodating. The only downside we were next door to a room that had several dogs that barked constantly. So I’d say in future it should be told to guests checking in that there are dogs in surrounding room.

Average stay. The kitchenette is helpful, though the garbage disposal didn’t work. There was a bad leak from the bathroom sink. The property could use renovations. The grill looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pool area was loud at almost 2am. The pool itself definitely wasn’t clean. The breakfast quality varied by day. The staff were very nice, though our room was very underwhelming. The AC unit in the room likely needs a clean as each day we woke up with a sore throat. Our room key also didn’t work properly and we got locked out of our 4th floor room 3 times.

The TVs didn’t work properly during my stay, and when I asked about it, maintenance acknowledged the issue but said they couldn’t say much because it doesn’t meet Marriott standards (his words, not mine). That alone was pretty alarming. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which only added to the negative experience. Parking was another major issue—charging $26 per day would be one thing if there were actually enough spaces, but there wasn’t even adequate parking available. Overall, for the price, this stay was not worth it at all. It definitely didn’t live up to what I expect from most Marriott properties, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

You could tell the room was not up to par. Looked like a rushed job. It just wasn’t up to my standards or the price. The pool was nice and breakfast was fine.

We paid around $173 per night, and on top of that, we were charged additional fees for parking. At that price point, parking should absolutely be included—it feels unreasonable to charge guests extra. We ended up leaving a day earlier than scheduled, yet there was no refund or adjustment at all. Even with cancellation policies in place, there should be some level of flexibility or at least acknowledgment reflected in the final cost. To make matters worse, we paid an extra $100 just to check in early. We arrived about 6 hours ahead of time and still had to wait outside in the heat, sitting in the car, before being able to get into the room. It felt completely unnecessary and inconsiderate. Overall, it was one issue after another. The experience lacked basic customer consideration and flexibility. Definitely not a stay I would recommend.

Front desk. Wow service so nice and quick to get us in our room after a long drive. Rooms were so spacious and clean. Breakfast was perfect. All day free coffee is exactly what you need after a long day at the pool. This is our second time here and we’ll definitely see you again next year for our yearly get away. We were here for 9 days and top service for all 9. Thank you

Front desk doesn’t answer the phone. Tv in the room did’t work. Spke to someone to have it fixed multiple times and I was told someone would come. I check out and they never came to fix it.

Check-in set the tone—staff provided almost no information about basic amenities like breakfast or pool hours. I had to ask everything myself, which should not happen at a hotel of this standard. I had specifically requested a king room but was given a queen instead, with no effort to address or explain the change. One of the biggest issues was the in-room dishwasher being broken. I reported it multiple times, and despite repeated requests, no one came to fix it for three days. I intentionally booked a hotel with a kitchen, and this created a major inconvenience during my stay. Housekeeping was only provided every other day, and even then, essentials like towels and toilet paper were not replenished unless requested. There was also no bell service available, which was surprising for a hotel in this category. Overall, the service felt minimal and poorly managed. Because of this experience, I have lost trust in Marriott properties and will seriously reconsider staying with this brand in the future. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if possible.

I highly recommend it’s such a family friendly place the arcade and pool was just perfect for my kiddos. They have something for everyone to enjoy and feel comfortable. We liked everything offered. No issues Across the board in every hotel everywhere can you please put a reclining chair in so we can watch TV ! Chairs are upright and good for letter writing or laptop use but to sit and watch a show , NG. Remember the seniors and our backs!

The Staff at Townplace was great! My friend at the front desk helped me out and Elida, one of the managers really accommodated our stay while we were at the UCA cheer competition. My only beef-was no bacon!!!

In the 3 years since I stayed here I’d say 50% of the cleanliness is gone, and they now charge an INSANE outrageous parking fee. Not worth it. Million hotels in Orlando, pick another. Totally understaffed. Long line to talk to anyone , not even at peak desk hours. I’m rating it 2 when it’s really a 3, but only cuz there’s too many high ratings from when it was 10/10. Clearly Management is ruining this place and cheaping out. Used to be the best value in the area. Highly highly disappointed, I moved to another hotel two days into my stay

1. We did not get a sleeper sofa bed when requested. As a result, it was difficult to sleep. 2. The hotel charges 26$ per day for overnight parking. This charge adds to your daily room pricing. Be mindful of that.

Nothing wrong with the room itself. It was all the hidden fees I wasn’t expecting. Why charge a “valet” fee when you’re parking your own car and on top of that make it mandatory. The phone to the front desk was not connected. With the every other day room cleaning policy we ran out of towels and washcloths and toilet paper. Towels can be used twice, but a fresh washcloth each day is preferred. I think k cup coffee pots would be a better choice. Overall not bad- just my observations. I was surprised to have to pay for parking. Did not expect that.

Wanted to stay at the SpringHill Suites and online it said it was pet friendly so once arriving I was forced to stay at the TownPlace and it’s not as nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest, rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Garbage found under the table. Pull out sofa mattress was terrible even for a child’s weight, could feel the springs and had to request 3 extra blankets to give it padding. They also charge $150 for a pet “cleaning” fee when they didn’t even clean the rug throughly before we arrived and they also don’t tell you what the pet fee is until your checking in. Overall not impressed and if we didn’t have our dog with us I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Nothing it was horrible I completely disappointed with the room provided during my stay. It did not match the standards advertised. Issues with refrigerator strange noise later moved to other room but it was even more horrible. Electric induction not working , tv not working even we faced the severe issues with dishwashers all these were made the stay uncomfortable. We stayed with our 14month baby due to the electric induction issue we could not able to provide here warm drinking water . Staff was great! Very nice and helpful. Room/hotel/surrounding area was great. One suggestion- Maybe get multiple yoga mats. I did yoga everyday and there was only one mat. One day I had to come back because the mat was being used but didn't have to wait that long.

There was no bottled water in the entire hotel. They said they ran out.

The location was great, Mickey Waffles was a plus although protein can varies to be better. The bathroom was leaking for 2 days, the bathtub bottom did not close and they needed to replace it, the mirror bottom was all scratch. The lobby attention was not nice. The laundry charge me 3 times for one dry and no one say nothing. The parking is very expensive 26 per day and they didn't say about a deposit they charged for every stay. The room need a lot of light

Check in was good bed was comfortable. Our dishwasher in the room didn’t work. The shower-head needed to be cleaned badly water spray was all over the place. Breakfast was good coffee was strong. Unfortunately you have to pay for parking even if you are staying on property.

Towel bars in the most awkward spots, pool closed one of four nights, on property restaurant had flavorless food, supposed to have room service but no menus, hours of operation or HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER. Breakfast was good. Front desk was unreachable from room phone, just watched the staff ignore calls. Parking cost was definitely a cash grab, $26 per day. The lot was mostly empty. WiFi was very good.

Large hotel, lots of amenities

When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice staff member. Registration was smooth. The suite itself was perfect for our family with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchenette. The air conditioners worked really well which was important due to the hot weather. The kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. My older son took advantage of the fitness center. The only downside is there are no nearby restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

This is our go to Orlando vacation stay. Normally book studio but this time booked a suite. The room was large and spacious. Loved the large bathroom with double sinks. Will book this room again.

Room is generally clean and comfortable. But one downside is it does not provide any drinking bottled water. When requesting at the front desk, there is a charge of $6 for two 500ml bottles. It’s kind of disappointing when the basics are not provided for free.

Positive- The hotel was clean and within 20 min to every park including universal. Buffet breakfast in the morning but the food was not good. We ended up eating at the parks every morning.

Parking was too expensive. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I had to pay for parking, and it was really pricey. The breakfast also didn’t have much variety, and some of the items were empty almost two hours before breakfast ended. When I asked, the lady working there said there was no more food left.

Only down side was had to pay to park.

I’m an Expedia Platinum member..I booked this stay for my birthday after speaking directly with GM David Ortiz, who promised a corner suite upgrade, daily cleaning, a 4pm checkout & special touches for my birthday. He was so enthusiastic that I booked right away. None of that happened. When I emailed him because my room hadn’t even been cleaned by 4:30 PM and I had to leave groceries at the door, he told me they only clean every five days—a shock, since their sister property always provides daily service, especially when requested. His tone felt defensive, and his “offer” of a piece of cake or glass of wine came off like an afterthought. Even that never happened—no card, no acknowledgment, nothing on my birthday!!! For a regular returning customer!!. The front desk was equally unhelpful and uninterested, and even my confirmed 4 PM checkout wasn’t communicated—I had to show proof. Aside from one kind staff member, Francis, the entire stay reflected poor communication and zero appreciation from the top down.

The room was good overall. My only problem is that when we arrived we asked to borrow a blender since the have a list of items to borrow. We follow up for 3 day and still no blender was sent to the room. After spending 10 night we never receive the blender.

I normally enjoy staying at TownePlace Suites but this time I was highly disappointed. The hotel appeared to be outdated. The carpet in my room had stains, the bed was hard and the sheets had stains all over it. I ended up cutting my trip short because I just couldn’t sleep another night in the room. Also they charge for parking and it’s $26 a night, which is crazy.

Riugh start at check in. The room smelled very musky and the TV didn't have a remote. I went down to the desk to ask for a remote and was told she would send one up to my room. After an hour passed, no remote. I went back diwn to ask fir the remote and was handed one I went bacj to the room and the TV was not in service. The next morning I asked to change rooms and git another room. TV worked and the room was satisfactory

The hotel and room were nice. Very convenient location, close to shops and dining. There is a daily parking charge with was expected, especially since shuttle transportation to the parks was provided.However, if you are planning to use the shuttle service for the theme parks, avoid this hotel at all costs. The shuttle times are very limited and do not stop at all theme parks. The morning pick up and drop off we're fine, other than the fact that they didn't drop off to Magic Kingdom and had to shuttle to Epcot then use Disney transportation to get to Magic Kingdom. However, our shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night was a complete disaster. Our shuttle driver competely missed the hotel for our drop off then threw a tantrum when he had to turn around. He then dropped us off on the street at the back entrance to our hotel at 11:00 PM instead of pulling around to the shuttle stop at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately since this hotel claims to be a Disney good neighbor hotel I expected a much better transportation experience.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. It's just the layout of the room wasn't comfortable, since the way the bed was placed I had to jump above the sofabed to walk to the bathroom.

Problems checking in. Was sent to 2 rooms already with guests in the rooms. Awkward. Shuttle to the resorts is near worthless. Only one shuttle time to the resorts and 1 shuttle time to return. If it’s full - your out of luck and an Uber costs more than just driving yourself and paying to park at the resort.

Very disappointed that when I got to hotel I thought it was all included in the price listed on your site but when I got to desk they told me I had to pay for parking. This would’ve been helpful to know when I booked.

Property has laundry facilities but those are completely unattended and completely dirty - a total neglect and as usual expensive prices are 3.75 per wash and same for dryer for 40 minutes. Also room is not giving shampoo/ conditioner in personal bottles is whatever Brad they decide to include in the wall soaps and if you are short good luck trying to pump that ! But for price in overall is just ok I give a 2 1/2 star. Thanks

Well I drive 18 wheelers and CDL trucks so I'm in and out a lot of hotels I use hotels.com a lot and Marriott in Hilton member apps this was by far one of the worst days I've had I booked the hotel and paid for a king room non-conjoinable because I have bad paranoia and don't like anybody that's able to access a room to me or my wife while I'm gone the room they gave us wasn't even in the room that I paid for when I got there because supposedly the room had maintenance but was on the website for booking so they didn't care about nothing but their money then the room they put me in had a conjoined door that I specifically pay good money to have inconvenience and comfort and they completely disregarded that the room had a refrigerator that did not close the shower leaked the TV remote did not work the office chair was broken it's like they gave me a room that they put the last and unimportant people then I tried to get some type of compensation and only hotels.com did what they can Marriott did not care at all about compensating me it'll be the last time I ever stay out of Marriott because my last Marriott trip was also a disaster it's very sad that these companies take good people who are loyal and just shove them down the drain. Will not recommend Marriott ever again to any of my fellow drivers

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons , the shuttle bus and the inclusive breakfast. The shuttle bus times were limited , the bus to universal took 50 mins as it stopped at lots of hotels and epic en route, we’d have been much better getting an uber and saving ourselves the early start. The bus back from universal was far too early 5.40pm so we had to get an uber. The bus to Epcot was better but we still ended up getting an uber back because my kids were stuck in a ride que so we missed the pick up time. Disney and universal shuttles are far better as they are every 10 mins we also stayed on property at both Disney and universal and it was worth the extra cost. The breakfast was not great at all , my teens didn’t bother getting out of bed for it most days. No bacon, strange sausage, Very busy. Mickey waffles were good though. The room we had was huge but a little run down, in need of refurbishing in some areas, sofa ripped and stained, carpet felt dirty, paint in need of a refresh etc. beds were big and comfortable.

Some of the staff was awsome. Now i didn’t like the smell of the bathroom when we i arrived so i cleaned it myself. I liked the breakfast but we literally ate the same thing every morning i got tired of eating it. Never saw any grits or bacon once. My tv also wasnt working and i had to ask 3 times but the last guy made sure it was taken care of. I also belive the parking was way over priced. Other than that it was decent nice place.

I enjoyed my stay here overall. It was convenient to have a stovetop, dishwasher and full refrigerator in our room. The free hot breakfast was great too. The downsides: The separate parking fee is something I wasn’t used to when staying at a hotel and my daughter’s brand new crocs were taken/stolen by someone from the pool area. It’s unfortunate because I was busy reporting the incident to the front desk the morning of checkout, which ultimately made me late to the airport and miss my flight back home.

My only issue is that the hotel charges for park $28 a day which is ridiculous…a lot of Orlando hotels are charging for parking. Paying guests shouldn’t have to pay to park their vehicles….vacations are expensive and to add such high parking fees is ridiculous. The hotel had an outlet and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away.

She reported this while still at the hotel and the front desk staff advised that he was sending an email to the vendor in charge of packing. You would think that the transaction would be corrected while it was pending, but this place went ahead and processed $249.21 instead of $26. Now I am having go through the inconvenience of disputing the transaction and replacing tye cards, because I am sure that my credit card information is safe.

Wasn’t terrible, but could have been better. The carpet in the rooms smelled like dog since it’s a hotel that accepts animals. Also they are clearly short staffed. Barely any room service and no one answered the phones at the front desk. Parking is weird. Why is there a charge to park in a lot like that???

Overall, the stay was great. The hotel left a little to be desired. It is definitely large enough, but the kitchen had cupboard doors that were literally falling off the hinges. No ice machines was extremely disappointing since the ice TRAYS in the freezer had cracks in them and the water just drizzled out in the freezer.

Our room was very clean, the elevator was safe, but some weird beeping noice suddenly emerged as we pressed one of the buttons inside. The room included several amenities such as a microwave, a stovetop, dishwasher, a huge refrigerator including a freezer, and lots of towels. The bed was clean but there was still a little bit of cleaning needed. One of the beds had glitter on it, and dark stains. The table needs a new paint coat as it is getting older and the wood is chipped. The sofa chair was a bit itchy, and needs to be washed. But overall the room was clean and our stay was very enjoyable. We cooked without any bothers. We slept without any bugs or noisy neighbors. There was an ice machine very near our room. And cleaning staff came by every time unless you put a sign outside your door. This hotel is a 10/10 for us, and we will definitely visit again.

My husband and I went and loved this property. The staff was kind. I do want to thank the checkin staff member (I didn’t get her name ) who helped my husband and I. She was terrific and made our experience wonderful . The property was kept cleaned at all times , the pool area was great. I would definitely come stay again .

Food options were limited. Had to order takeout nightly. Breakfast was okay, but you had to arrive early to get a table. Internet was good. Room was comfy. Reception staff were friendly. Son enjoyed making new friends at the pool daily. Definitely family oriented. Games area was a plus as well

It was a great stay for me and my 3 kids. We would definitely come again. The only part I didn’t like was when I was asked to go to the Marriott meeting, they were nice until I was able to purchase a vacation club, then was shooed away like I was a homeless person. I planned to become a member anyway because I do like were we stayed and I didn’t realize I stayed in a lot of there hotels!

Breakfast was way to busy you couldn’t enjoy anything there was to many people in that one area. Didn’t matter what time you got there it was taking 25 mins to get a waffle. It wasn’t good. Ended up going out for breakfast.

I think they should improve the breakfast menu; it doesn't have any healthy options. The breakfast options are terrible. We didn't have breakfast there on any of the days we were there. We went the first day, but it was a disappointment.

The experience was not as great as I was expecting. While the area was clean and the staff was polite, the lack of service was frustrating. Also the hotel restaurant had minimal meals that were advertised on the menu.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The pillows smelled bad, there's not much to do in the hotel, and on top of that, parking is $28 per night or day. I found it very expensive compared to other good-quality hotels in the same area. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

The King Suite I was given was a handicap-accessible room, even though I didn’t have anyone with me who required those accommodations. Additionally, the bathtub and the attached shower chair were very dirty.

I didn’t like that the hallways felt like there was no AC turned on. They were always humid and hot. Also the pool was dirty when we went in late at night.

It was a great stay at the hotel. The only thing missing was a night club to entertain.

I was told I had to pay $90 dolloras for deposit and then after the check out I was going to get it back. Then I was charged $50 dollars more for a total of $140 and still have not gotten a receipt or explanation for the amount extra charge and why I havent been given the deposit back.

Booked this hotel as i wanted certain amenities for our stay. Room had large comfortable bed and sofa bed. Large fridge with freezer dishwasher and 2 ring hob.Hotel provides shuttle to both Disney and Universal parks but times may not suit everyone's plans. The hotel has a Lynx bus stop nearby and we used the public transport as well as hotel shuttle service to get out and about. Aldi is not too far in an Uber or Lyft or you can get grocery delivery if you wish to self cater. Breakfast has items to suit everyone and the staff work hard to top up items during busy breakfast service. Pool has plenty of sunbeds and towels and is a nice way to end a busy day at the parks. .All staff were polite and helpful and work hard . We had a lovely time here and wouls stay again. We had room T616 and our view every night was all the parks firework displays.

Excellent hotel, it has everything you need and very clean. Very close to the outlet mall, Disney and SeaWorld. Breakfast is very complete. Also, they are very honest, we left a bag with personal items and perfumes and they returned it to us by mail and nothing was missing! The only thing is that it was VERY difficult to contact with someone when you call over the phone.. they hardly ever pick up the phone.
