The pool was pretty great , except my son kept getting hurt on one of the slides but it was nothing traumatizing. Host was great as well, kind and quick to respond. Really enjoyed myself. Thanks! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Comfortable place for families to stay. Fridge with ice dispenser and the toaster were a hit! Walgreens and grocery store were very helpful to have near. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner because what’s provided is not sufficient and we had to go buy our own.

This is an older property with a really nice poolhouse and grounds. New amenities like restaurants pharmacy at your footsteps. Convenient location. The space of the units is great. Garbage was not picked up every day.

Very welcoming, excellent space

Utensils in Kitchen extremely sparse. If you plan on bringing family and cooking, bring your own cooking utensils. Oven broken - controls broken and taped together. We rented this property for convenience and being able to cook for a family of 6. It was difficult. Cannot control hearing / AC. We visited during rare time when it was hot, then turned cold. I had to message property through Expedia to ask them to turn off the AC and turn on heat. We froze the 2nd night. Pool was not heated as advertised. Property was clean and convenient to grocery. Just not convenient to Theme Park as promised.

Didn’t get the chase to get to the hot tub but the place is the place to go

Loved having a washer/dryer in unit. Very close to the Universal Studios Parks. Nice & cozy resort. Everyone we met was very friendly. I would definitely recommend & stay there again in the future!

The apartment was clean, instructions for check in and check out clear, location excellent. An upgrade in the mattresses is suggested.

The property was fine, but you can hear noises from other apartments. The unit controls the air conditioning and you can't lower it below 72 degrees, so if you tend to get hot easily, DO NOT BOOK IT. They require you to raise it to 75 degrees before leaving, so when you return the apartment will be hot. We stayed for four days and they only gave us two bags of trash; everything is controlled and limited.

This 3 bedroom was so spacious and had everything you need. It was very clean and the property was beautiful. Will stay with them again.

The property was stunning; spacious and clean. Beautiful rooms, well appointed bathrooms. Fantastic laundry room and kitchen. It has everything you wish for and more. The area is so well cared for too. Super close to Universal. It's a quiet area but there is a lovely Publix a few minutes walk away and great breakfast places - Momma's and The Diner. The only issues are the early 10am checkout. Particularly bad as there is no luggage storage facility. Vista Cay said we could not use theirs as we had booked through Cosy Casas. This meant we were stuck on our last day with little to do (stuck to our luggage) and 4 hours to spare. Also, we did have a noisy neighbour above the property - elephant feet. We couldn't understand the stomping because normal walking in the apartment really is soundless. We would definitely return if checkout was later or there was an agreement with Vista Cay to use luggage storage. Cosy Casas are super professional and clearly fantastic. If the luggage and checkout isn't an issue for you, you will struggle to find better accommodation.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past and as usual it was a wonderful experience! The condo was clean with plenty of room for us to relax. The property is quiet, safe and convenient to parks, dining and shopping. Will definitely return to Vista Cay next time staying in Orlando.

Great base - lovely apartment and resort.

Wonderful experience. No complaints, no issues. Rented 3 bedroom standard condo for 7 days. I’m a single mother traveling with 3 daughters (11,18,&19) the condo was the perfect size. Pool and hot tub was very nice and not too busy. Grocery store and shopping center walking distance. Walgreens on premises was great also. We will stay again! Thanks Vista Cay Cozy Casas for a fantastic vacation!

Condo and amenities were very clean and comfortable. Condo area was very quiet as well. Had a great stay. Only improvements I’d like to see is more cooking supplies and towels and wash rags. Having a spatula or a few more cooking utensils would’ve been nice. We only had 3 in our group but condo slept 6. If we had enough to fill the condo we would’ve only had enough wash cloths for 1 day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the resort is close to everything. Also the pool was nice, water was just the right temp. Definitely will stay again.

Everything was nice . The apartment, the pool , only thing I didn’t like was one we were told to leave the pool cause they thought we didn’t she the pool passes but the security guard had a few choice words with the man lol

Beautiful spacious apartment. The surrounding property was quiet, very clean. Only issues i had was whomever stayed upstairs from us walked very heavily very early in the morning. And sounded like kids were running in the unit above us. The laundry room Towel rack was very dusty. The pots were dirty. I cleaned everything i used before i used it and made sure everything was cleaned before i checked out. One of the bedrooms had a lamp that we couldn't use because the knob for the switch was missing and the prongs for the plug was very bent. But overall the whole apartment looked just like the photos. After a long day at the parks we were able to come back to the apt and everyone was able to scatter to their rooms and relax without having to be ontop of eachother like we would have been in a regular hotel. The pool was nice. The temperature was just right. Plenty of seating to relax poolside. Overall we were very pleased with vista cay and hopefully if we make it back to orlando will definately like to stay here again

Amazing property and close to everything! We will stay here again!

Property was clean. Having the convenience of a full kitchen, and washer and dryer was a plus. Only problem was the room with the 2 beds on the 3rd floor was warm. The fan was not fully operational. The fan speed would not increase past a low speed. The fan needs to be replaced. Maybe blackout curtains could help keep the temperature down since the sun shines in the room most of the day.

nice quiet and clean

I loved the location of the building and the privacy even though they were rooms next to each other you could not hear any neighbors around above or below. Nice and quiet and very smooth parking

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment. Also huge - easily accommodated our family of six. Great communication and easy check-in and out. Very convenient to Universal and Seaworld and very close to I-Drive for restaurants/bars/shopping. Great value for money if you're a large group. Highly recommend!

Awesome place with plenty of room for ADA needs. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable - would have liked a throw blanket or two for the couch - there was nothing other than bedspread. Had a little odd of an odor but nothing bad and not animal smell. Just a smell that stood out when you walked in. Other than that everything was wonderful. Loved all the furniture choices and plenty of counter space. Loved it!

It was perfect for what I was needing but a lot of construction and random workers were around.

Very clean. Super convenient to Orange County Convention Center and there is a Publix really close by as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens and numerous other places to shop and dine. We were there only 2 nights but would definitely stay there again.

One down side was the pool and hot tub were under construction. We were not told about this when we made our reservation, nor anytime before we arrived. We were able to find another pool and hot tub which was at the sister property, but it was too far to walk. Only one person had a rental car, so it required us to drive people back and forth. We learned after we checked out that there was a shuttle. It would have been really helpful for the property to tell us this info ahead of time. It was a very nice pool area and everyone enjoyed it, including the pool bar and fire pit. Just too far from the condo. Would consider again. PS, online check in with codes worked perfectly.

The condo was beautiful, clean and decorated nicely. Lots of room, convenient to parks, dining, shopping, etc. The area is quiet and safe with plenty of free parking. This was my third year staying here and will definitely return, my only recommendation is to have directions to work the TV, our last day we spent at least an hour trying to get the TV to work with no luck.

This condo was accessed through a code with online check in. The property manager was very communicative. The location was very convenient to the convention center and walkable to a grocery store and several restaurants.

There was a HUGE cockroach flying around our unit on our 1st night. However, I don't blame the property or management for this. It made for a memorable experience trying to catch the thing.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the property. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Additionally, I enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which was not overly crowded.

Wonderful property that was well maintained

Our specific condo was very nice. We had a 3bd/2 bath and it was quite spacious. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. We had a short 2 night stay, but we didn't have any issues. My only complaint is the mattresses are not very comfortable. Even our teenagers complained about them. But after a full day in a theme park, we all slept soundly, even with a hard mattress. I would recommend this location to anyone and I would be willing to stay again. This was a more economical option for a larger party and have plenty of space.

To you they can't as there is no way for them to gain entry. This was the downside, even if they had a security presence to accept it

Loved my time here, my only issue was a lack of curtains. The bedrooms were very bright even with the blinds closed.

We loved it, everything was 20 monutes of less of a drive. Literally couldnt sing more praises for this resort it was a 10/10. If we go to florida again you bet im coming right back here.

The property was perfect for my family vacation. Did not like the late check in and early check out. Parking was tough on weekends but other than that the property and its environs were amazing. Will definitely stay again.

It was a convenient to other locations and attractions in the area. The only issue I had was that the apartment could’ve been cleaned better than it was.

I loved the decor and space it provided. There were many attractions and activities in the surrounding area.

This place do not worth the money, too expensive for a tired apartment

This is a self-serve accommodation. You are sent gate and door codes before your stay. There is no front desk. It had me a little concerned, but everything went smoothly. The unit was very clean except for a little debris left on the carpet from poor vacuum. The appliances were like new and we used the fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The cookware seemed to be Teflon and in. Red of replacement. Our unit had balcony with table and chairs, but the view was the parking lot. Since we were attending a convention at Rosen Shingle Springs and the weather was hot, this didn’t matter. We noticed nice grills, playground equipment, and a 2 mile trail around the lake. The condo was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return.

It was absolutely amazing

Easy check in and out. Very close to popular sites to visit. Nice property. The couches and chairs in living room is completely worn out. Then end tables need refinishing. The 2 double bed mattresses are completely worn out and need to be replaced. My son couldn't sleep . He found every extra pillow, comforter and made a mattress topper on one bed. The pull out couch was even worse. MUST evaluate mattresses and couches, as you want your guests to be comfortable.

The property was safe and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom condo. It was very spacious and gave us all the room we needed! Will definitely stay again!

Couldn’t have chosen a better property to spend the week. Excellent location to everything you want to do in Orlando.

Very spacious beautiful condo all the amenities of home

The place was easy to get to and clean. The only issue is the outdoor furniture on the patio really needs updating - they were way past their time - broken, uncomfortable, etc. Also had some issues with the washing machine - tried to use it for a small load the night before leaving and the washing drum detached during the middle of the load and the door latch wouldn't release - we had to unplug it to reset it and all the clothes were soaking wet - we had to hang over the balcony and dry in the morning. But overall it was a good stay for the family.

Did not like the fact that my brother-in-law's car was totalled by a resident of Vista Cay who appears to have been driving drunk. Also damaged another car in this incident. That is the reason for not checking the box for "safe" in earlier question.

Nice location. Carpet was all folded up and loose. All the cabinets in bathrooms show water damage. Condo smelt very musty and like sewer daily. Beds were HORRIBLE. The worst utensils I have experienced at a condo......just overall not a good experience.

Very cozy and comfortable condo. Place was squeaky clean and well stocked. Good pool and areas to walk around the grounds. Loved that Walgreens in the complex for late night snacks. Very close to Seaworld and the Convention Center. Definitely will stay there for volleyball next year!

Rental was just as advertised and location was good.

Overall - we had a very good stay. The unit was very clean and quiet. The pool was excellent. Location was perfect between Disney and Universal and shopping was very close. We will stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Property was better then expected. Overall the entire property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone and having the laundry in the unit was an added bonus. Definitely recommend this place. Look forward to staying again with the family :)
