The property was very clean and the staff was pleasant.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel, it smelled clean and we were not disappointed in the rooms either. Beautifully maintained, beds comfortable and general in room comforts made this stay nice and very valuable friendly. These owners know what they’re doing.

Straight Cable TV, bring your Fire Stick. Housekeeping did not clean room entire time I was there, had to request additional towels from front desk, requested from housekeeping but they did not provide, swimming pool and gym where not available during stated hours. Breakfast was just ok as well. Not a big fan of this hotel. Location was best factor.

Convienent and excellent location with great parking. The staff was very accommodating and you can get towels and such whenever you wanted. The laundry room machines were in excellent condition and cleaned my clothes well. The bed was nice and comfortable because I like a firm mattress . The free breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, home fries. They had other choices like cereal boiled eggs bagels. There aren’t ENOUGH HANDICAPPED ROOMS!!!! I wish there were shower heads with detachable flexible hoses

I was given a room on the first floor which I was uncomfortable with and asked for a room on another floor. Without looking for another room, the front desk attendant, immediately said no rooms were available. I understand the hotel was possibly full, but I doubt it was 100%. The air conditioner in room 108 was not working. I called the front desk and was told the maintenance staff would not be available until Monday. I asked for another room and was told none were available. The temperature in the room was 73 degrees when I arrived and was 76 uncomfortable degrees when I left on May 17th. Because of the high temperature and humidity in the room, I was not able to have a comfortable restful night. I have friends and family in the area, but will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

This hotel is in a good location, very close to the event we went to town for. The indoor pool is very nice and I love that it is open until 10pm. The staff was also wonderful. However, it could be cleaner. It looked like spaghetti sauce was stuck on the blinds. There was some sort of food stuck on the sheets as well. They told us that the housekeeping is by request only, so we requested they come up, and they never came. So I just asked for another blanket and it had holes in it. The "free" breakfast tasted like chemicals, most people were not eating it. I recommend planning to Door Dash if you stay there.

My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, just wished it was waffles and not pancakes. But overall good. The only thing was that the frontvdesk clerk when i checked in was not very friendly.

The staff was nice, some did not speak English. The staff member could not understand what I needed I had to go down to front desk, that was fine. The room was a little dirty under the sofa bed and some of the towels was a little dirty. I stayed because it was convenient and I had already paid. I will stay again if convenient. Thank you,

Overall a nice, well run hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served every morning and had a good variety of dishes. Swimming pool and exercise room was a nice feature available to guests. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, we stayed 2 nights requested towels during the day but we didnt receive until the night. We didnt have hot water. We had to run the hot water to get it semi- warm to shower Sunday morning. The USB in the headboard / light fixtures didnt work. The clock didnt work in our room. It snowed that Sunday morning and the pathways was poorly plowed. A woman fell out front. The worse was the noisey young adults on the 2nd floor, that Saturday night into Sunday. The slamming of the doors and the yelling down the hall until the wee hours of the night was Horrible!! Apparently there was some kind of a teen gathering happening.

The bed linens were clean. I enjoyed the vegetable omelet and muffins so much that I went back for another sandwich.

my check in was interupted by a man saying to the guy that was checking me in that all his belongining was gone and stolen from his room. Then the person checking me in just handed me the room card, and never said what room number or what floor I was on, and never said where were the elevators. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be returning to this location.

I would like to thank the Manager Stephanie specifically. She helped me from day one of what I was going through with selling and buying a house. Stephanie accommodated me with the things I needed. She was very responsive and understood my stress. Thank you so much Stephanie. In addition, the rooms were great, clean, up to date. The staff was wonderful as well. Even the breakfast was good. In the future when I need a staycation, this will be my go-to.

Apparently, someone prior to me had an unpleasant check in experience, so I appreciated the staff double -checking before sending me to my room, even though it meant I had to wait a bit longer to get there.

Staff was all friendly and the hotel was nice and clean with a wonderful breakfast. My only mild complaints are the WiFi was a bit spotty and the rooms are not very soundproof and our hallway had some noisy guests. But over all had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Was very bothered that the reception area required us to pay a “Service Charge” for using a credit card!! Hotels prefer to use a credit card these days. NO OTHER hotel asks for that. We stayed at another Holiday Inn Express right from there & never did they ask for that.

The breakfast selection was plentiful. The suites with the sofa have the right amount of space. We also had a situation where my wife left a camera battery charger plugged into the wall. After we checked out We were able to get this item retrieved with no issues

The smell in the rooms is a little off to our first room, but I asked to be move due to window being faced right at the parking lot on first floor. Our second room on fourth floor was much better and smelled better as well. So my only concern changed would be is to make sure the rooms don’t smell old mildewy when you guys have guest coming in.

Check-In was pleasant but the room smelled and the bathroom was dirty with cracks in the ceiling and the bathroom floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. If I had to stay for more than one night I would of found another hotel to stay at.

The hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean and inviting. Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast staff was in top of it. Keep the buffet bar full. Check in was right on time and efficient. Check out was quick. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but overall the room/hotel was clean and in great condition. The Cinnabon at breakfast was also a plus! Would recommend!

I have stayed in this hotel for several years. Clean rooms, great breakfast. This year, though, there was an obvious disconnect between the front desk and cleaning crew: twice I left my requests for room service, and once it was not passed onto them at all, the second time it was not done until 6 pm, and I waited for 50 minutes in the hall while they were cleaning.

No fault of the hotel or its staff but the Saturday night patrons were messy dropping food in the elevator and on carpet in the hallway. I actually felt bad for the cleaning staff.

For the stay, it was appropriate. The facilities seemed a bit dated.

The room and property were nice and clean. The overwhelming smell of pot is wafting through the entire place. Outside, what appeared to be employees, were smoking out back. People were clearly smoking in rooms. I won't stay again.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made check-in and my overall experience very pleasant. I appreciated the convenience of having great dining options just a short drive away, and food delivery services were available to deliver to the hotel lobby. Overall, a solid stay with excellent service and convenience.

Hotel was clean. No concerns there. Everything was fairly modern. The need could have been more comfortable, but otherwise would stay here again.

Our only issue is they did put two children next to us with special needs who were very loud and disruptive at all hours. The hotel should have had them move to the end of the hotel so they would be disruptive to the least amount of people. We have 5 nephews with autism and feel for this family. They should be accommodated in a way that works for the most amount of people.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express properties, but this property somewhat disappointed me. One of the beds in our room had gritty sheets and hair that was not our was in it.

Overall good experience. It was just a 1 night stay for my family of 6. Room was almost 80 degrees when we first got in there but was able to cool down. Odor present when you walked in. Not sure if we just got used to it or if it was just at the entrance of room.power flickered as we were leaving but not in the control of the hotel. Continental breakfast was a plus and was edible.

Stay was fine. Room was clean and orderly. The floor smelled like marijuana in the evening. None of the tv channels on the remote selection had a title, a small thing but irritating.

There are signs stating quiet hours (10pm-8am) and I should’ve taken that as a red flag. Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear neighboring rooms entire conversations so clear as if there was no wall in between. Children staying next to us and above us were literally bouncing off walls and stomping feet at all time. They were slamming doors and walls and anything they could. We barely slept and couldn’t stand being in our room so we had to keep ourselves occupied out of the hotel till closer to quiet hours at 10. Bathroom didn’t have enough towels.

The rooms are a nice size and location was good. The down side is the place smells like pot. If you like that smell you will love it. The room was clean but the shower could use new caulking

Bed linnes clothes should be fresh for each costumers, mines was dirty with hair between. No towels in pool available at all! Was a mess and the water was kind of dirty. At front someone said i have to ask for towels each time i need it in the room or pool, room service is only as requested, in bathtub water wont stop running, was broken also. front desk never pick up the phone, you have to walk down to ask for a towel. Im sorry i didnt like the service.

Al lot of noise at night time, Mariwana smell all over the building. I don’t recommend this place any more

I had a late check-in due to attending a class that ended at 6pm. Upon entering the room, it reaped of tobacco. I immediately called the front desk and was given another room onvthe 1st floor. A room was on the lobby level is not I would have wanted but I needed to get in, eat, and get x ready for the next day. There was continuous noise since the room was near the lobby and other facilities.

There was something wrong with the air conditioner.

It was what you would typically expect from a Holiday Inn Express. There were some good things (like the complimentary breakfast, clean linens, attentiveness of the staff, etc.) and there were some things that could have been improved (the floor of the elevator seemed to be sticky, the shower pressure was not as strong as I would have liked (however my spouse had no complaints about that), etc.).

I have family in the area and this is the best hotel for me, balancing cost and convenience. I would give my stay a B/B+ grade. The breakfast is far from great - a lot of carbs and the coffee is average at best. My room had cigarette burns in the rug and the couch was stained - so a bit of an upgrade needed. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here, again, just not perfect.

My primary complaint was during my check-in. I paid and reserved a room with a king size bed for 2 nights. I presented my ID and reservation information to the woman at the counter only to be told that I would be staying in a room with 2 queen size beds. She said rooms you reserve on line aren't guaranteed. Having been a long standing Hotels.com member, this was a first. After asking her why and telling her that she'll need to refund my account the room price or cancel my reservation she was able to fulfill my original room request. Kinda interesting since the hotel wasn't packed and housekeeping was finished (it was 2 hours after checking starts). Lastly, housekeeping is only available upon request, which wasn't told to me at check in. The next I wanted fresh towels and the HOSEKEEPING manager and staff were accommodating. Overall, everything else was fine, since I flew in town for a friends birthday.

Breakfast was okay, and general. However there was no variety and the same items were served everyday. There was no waffle or pancakes at all. Finally, I was charged $75 incidentals for each room reserved. This was not a favorable stay and I will not book here again.

There needs to be more staff available, this has happened twice at this location before. The staff member, Adam was very apologetic, but we had to wait behind three other couples to get checked in because the staff was dealing with the elevator not working. I will not be back. You should consider dropping this location from uour website.eyour

Always a good time at the Hyatts Place. Pool is always on point and the Breakfast is always made with love. ❤️ I also recommend the Volcano Hot Pot resturant literally around the corner from the hotel. I will be returning.

Everything was neat and clean. Wonderful breakfast options meticulously prepared and maintained. The only thing that I did not care for was the flashing white light on the smoke detector at night as it kept waking me up. All in all, a very pleasant overnight stay.

Front desk staff was excellent. Rooms was nice, however, we found one of the pillow cases had a brown stain on it and the sink did not drain properly. The room smelled very nice and was clean.

The room could’ve been a little cleaner and there wasn’t much choice of snacks or drinks in the shop. The staff that I encountered was more than friendly and very helpful.

The other guests were very loud and kids running and screaming music and all of that until about 4am so I didn’t get much sleep but the hotel itself was great! I did notice signs about noise hours needing to be quiet starting at 10pm but I’m guessing not everyone reads that or seemed to care.

From check in to check out the staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. This is our second stay at this location, and anytime we visit the Owings-Mills area we will be staying here!

Room and space was great. The the bench by the front entrance should not be for smoking. Kids, families, and pepople with asthma should not have to breathe and walk through the smoke.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the carpet could have been cleaner. Upon arrival there was so much air freshener in the room it was overwhelming. We learned quick that if the air conditioning was off the room smelled like old dirty carpet.

The bath tub was extremely slippery - my wife had a terrible fall and has a head injury. Very dangerous surface.

The cinnamon rolls were great at breakfast.

I would like to provide feedback on my recent hotel stay. The hotel was very clean, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I would like to express some concerns regarding the limited availability of elevators and the quality of the breakfast, which did not meet my expectations. I booked the hotel for 2 nights, but I didn’t end up getting a room the first night because the hotel was overbooked. The hotel also didn’t inform me of this problem until I checked in at 9pm even though the hotel knew they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me earlier in the day. I was able get a room the second night, but the comforter visibly stained with something black and of the hand towels looked used and had brown streaks on it.

The staff at the location were very friendly and very accommodating however someone on my floor had a child or children that screamed literally all night I finally fell asleep about 1:30 in the morning and they were still screaming I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and could still hear noise down the hall so I got up got dressed and left the hotel I was very disappointed that that was allowed to go on! The hotel itself seemed fairly clean and as I said the staff were very friendly but I will never stay there again I'm very upset that I spent almost $200 for a one-night stay of which I only slept about an hour and a half before I left the property

Tried 2 rooms. Stains all over floor, walls, couch, curtains, rooms were YUCKY to say the least. Made me itch and just looked raggedy

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast needs improvement. The pool wasn’t open because they were “waiting for an inspection” that never happened, but overall we were pleased!
