Our anniversary stay exceeded our expectations. The beautiful property and the genuine care shown by the team made our celebration truly special. We especially appreciated Zoe Gray for her personal outreach and thoughtful attention to our stay, Estefanía Paciotta for the beautiful handwritten note and anniversary arrangement, and Sheryl and Rosie for an exceptional couples massage experience. My husband said it was the best massage of his life. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. We look forward to returning.

The beach was unusable - seaweed/kelp all over the beach that was not removed. The service at the restaurant and the pool was consistently slow.

The Four Seasons West Palm is a first class experience from beginning to end. They exceed expectations when ever they can, what more can you ask for !!!! Looking forward to returning

they need a coffee shop that serves food that is not perfected by a Michelin-starred chef. All restaurant choices have food that is way too fancy. It would be nice to have plain waffles eggs and a turkey sandwich.

Everything was fantastic!!!

We had a terrible experience with the valet staff who was very cocky and condescending after my wife was discharged from hospital for 3 days. This spoiled our whole stay. They did not want her to just sit in the car for 5 mins while I checked in as I did not want her to stand so long. I cannot voice my displeasure more. Pathetic.

The property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff price gouged me with taxi and at breakfast gave me a bottle of water when I was checking out. I thought it was feee since I NEVER asked for it. Nope they charged me $13!!!! Outrageous! And this does not fit a four seasons hotel reputation. I have been to several four seasons hotels and this felt like a Hilton. The carpet in room was run down bad, all furniture in hotel felt like an episode of The Golden Girls. This is NOT a four season experience at ALL! I will stay at the Breakers Hotel when I return to Palm Beach and never stay there again.

Most of the staff was very nice. We had a couple of instances when they were NOT Four Season quality staff.

One indoor restaurant. No fine dining option. Food ok. Overpriced for food presented. Bed very uncomfortable.

Great location. Beachfront was amazing. Staff on the beach was excellent. Was not impressed with how this did not accommodate us to check in early as the only said if we wanted an upgrade those rooms were available. Clearly, they waited till literally 4 o’clock to have us check in. I find out a bit ironic that that is their check-in and that is when our room was ready considering we were driving from Toronto Ontario Canada to stay there for our 30th anniversary and my wife’s birthday as well. For a five star hotel, it felt a bit cold and by the book for that reason.

The Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a little slice of paradise, where the stunning property and breathtaking location come together to offer a truly priceless experience. We spent a weekend surrounded by peace and tranquility, immersed in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff—always attentive, discreet, and thoughtful. Every need was met with professionalism and genuine courtesy. I would like to sincerely thank the General Manager, Pierre, for the kindness and care he showed us throughout our stay. His attentiveness made our time there even more memorable.

The restaurant is a disaster. They charge you indiscriminately with multiple errors.

My mom and I took my girls for four nights in June. The day we arrived it was raining and anything and everything we asked for to make the day a little more enjoyable for my girls they made happen. Rooms, restaurants and the friendly staff made the trip unforgettable. We will be back.

The property is beautiful - we dislike large hotels and the size of Palm Beach was perfection - sufficiently big so you don’t see other guests and private enough to relax and enjoy our time. The facilities were amazing, the beach was peaceful. There are no bad rooms at this hotel honestly, the views are stunning from any angle. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for making our stay a dream!

Insanely great service. Very well staffed. Differentiated itself simply based on staffing, training, and demeanor.

The property is beautiful and the beach is pristine. Every one of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The only downside is it’s far from true Palm Beach so it required rides to all the good restaurants and the shopping.

Pretty and great customer service

Aside from the games room, our room was perfect, with a gorgeous balcony and superb view of the pool and the beach behind it. Clear nights, we could see all the stars from the terrace. Everything was super clean, fantastic bathroom, amenities, stocked mini-bar, temperature was perfect at all times. In-room dining was amazing, and kitchen was always standing by willing to accommodate our requests day or night. The staff overall was so helpful and friendly -- they didn't let us carry anything. The valet staff was always on point and ready to bring my vehicle up within a few minutes, even when it got a little busy. This place sets the bar very high for all competitors but my kiddo and I are now both spoiled by Four Seasons; I would not bother going anywhere else for this type of luxury getaway.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! We stayed with our 10 month old and the staff was so accommodating - from a crib, pack and play, and high chair. We had such a wonderful time!

It was great. My family had fun. The front staff was a little stand-off ish, everyone else was amazing. Facility was super clean. We were in the pool, on the beach, gift shop, spa and salon, room service, restaurants- all excellent. The cleaning staff came multiple times and they were every patient and efficient. Overall, we had a great time.

From the moment we arrived it was 5 stars. Matthew at the front desk was amazing. To the bell hop that has been at the hotel for 26 years. This place is all class. Clean smells amazing and service is 5 stars. I can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic amenities. Attention to detail is exquisite. The kids club was a great complimentary service that our kids loved. Food is fabulous. Staff super friendly and helpful. They have so many complimentary services that we were blown away, like juice cart and gelato cart etc. We will definitely be back.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND (NO MATTER WHO WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR) AND COULDNT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR STAY UNFORGETABLE, REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE VALETS ARE THE BEST EVER, THE CHECK IN STAFF WERE GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL, THE CLEANING CREW THE MOST THOROUGH EVER! NOTHING WAS WORN OR DIRTY, EVERY SERVICE SPOTLESS AND WELL CARED FOR. Great service. Great location. It’s a small resort, but fits the location. One downer is the breakfast buffet wasn’t to our usual Four Seasons standards.

Best thing about this four seasons is its people and service level, which is top notch. Also a great spa and tasty food at Flories. More than other four seasons we have visited recently I believe this one desperately needs a cosmetic renovation, both to the rooms and to the outside. To bring it into 2024. For palm beach, i would have expected a better more modern and fresh feeling hotel. Unfortunately, it falls short on that front.

This was easily the best and most restorative vacation of my life and that was because this hotel was elite.

We loved

At just shy of $2000 a night for a standard room I excepted a lot more. When you called for any hotel service it rang through to the operator. Signs of being greatly understaffed. They are charging more for less. The hotel was worn-out: broken gates, dented woodwork, chips, cracked glass with plastic packing tape. Not acceptable at that price for a Florida beach hotel. We stay at four seasons, ritz properties and other five star hotels exclusively. I’ve stayed at this property years ago and it was fantastic. But this was not good. Way way way way overpriced. Needs more staff for the level that the hotel believes it’s offering. Rooms need major attention they are very outdated and very well used. Packing tape holding broken glass table together is just not acceptable for $2000 a night. It just isn’t.

Super dog friendly. Definitely a 5 start hotel and would stay there again.

Great beach location. Great pool. Service was good. Beach service was above expectations but front desk was inexperienced and pushing addition $ services. We had better experiences in other four seasons, they are typically great. The breakfast was below expectations though. Breaker’s palm beach (which is a **much** nicer hotel) nearby has a much better breakfast for same price - 32 full buffet &20 for kids- compared to a la cart only menu that has a single egg Benedict and coffee over 30.

Everything we expected!

Is there anything not unique about this hotel? When you’re in tears upon leaving and can’t wait to go back, you know it is a special property with very, very special people. From Barbara at check-in to Dylan at the front door, the service is top top notch. Not to mention my lifeline when we needed a rollaway bed for my daughter at 2am and someone appeared at my door in 20 minutes. I have always loved Four Seasons hotels but there is something special and wonderful about this one in Palm Beach. I will be back very very soon. All the best and be well! XO

The place has been updated in the past 2 years and looked great, especially the rooms and lobby lounge area. The front desk and pool staff and dining staff were over-the-top friendly and professional. The bartenders at both the pool bar and inside could be a little more customer friendly but no biggie.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The property is top notch and everything about it was fantastic. The service was personalized and every single staff member made us feel welcome. The room was beautiful, big, and comfortable. The pool and beach were wonderful. We would stay here 10x over!

Good but not a $1200 a night hotel

This is an amazing resort! Great location and the food at the pool was awesome (but pricey as expected)!

We were surprised that, after being closed for a year and paying over $2000/night for our room, it was just so-so after renovations. It was the first time my wife ever asked how much we paid for a room. Expected better from a Four Seasons.

The staff is incredible and they are there year after year which speaks highly of the management and the working conditions. The fitness center is wonderful too.

I didn’t like the fact that they are renovating rooms and you hear drilling and hammering at 8 am. Lunch food is not great. Low quality for the price. I loved the beach.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we made our reservation (called and asked when we would be checking in) until we checked out. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had use of the House Car when we ventured off property and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. All Staff was extremely friendly and personable and knew our names. Our daughter missed movie night at the pool and staff made arrangements to bring a movie with popcorn and candy to our room the next evening. They remembered our food and drink orders. One day there was an issue with the air in our room and they brought us an air purifier within minutes and unexpectedly comped us breakfast the next morning. Will definitely be going back!

As expected in Four Seasons properties, everything was top notch!

We love the property’s location and amenities but when compared with other 5 star resorts it seems outdated. I thought the remodeling was done paid extra for our room to face the ocean and still has older looking carpet and furniture. The gym also is outdated. The spa was nice and relaxing but again, for a 5 star resort it lacks the modern feel. We really enjoyed the dinner at their restaurant! One of the best meals we ever had!
