Hampton Inn Paragould

Everytime we travel, we love staying at The Hampton. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and its very Clean! Breakfast is always great🙂

​The rooms were incredibly clean, and the mattresses were super comfy—we got a great night's sleep. Plus, the AC blasted ice-cold air, which was fantastic. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't filled when we arrived, but they were in the middle of filling it up while we were there. Overall, a highly recommended spot!

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly! Shower head had a constant stream coming out while trying to fill the tub for a bath, made a big mess! Toilet seat was loose and very flimsy, bathroom door had a part of the wood loose.

We stay at this Hampton Inn each road trip to Texas & back. It is close to highway, clean, nice & spacious rooms, bathroom, quiet & great breakfast! Staff are friendly.

We traveled here for a family graduation, we had to bring our dogs with. Safe to say they also had a great stay. Not only was the dog fee affordable, but there are measures put in place so no one enters the room if animals are present, which is great and made us feel comfortable leaving them alone in the room knowing they would be safe. One downfall of the hotel is there was a problem with the water and our shower was so cold one morning, but I guess it was a hotel wide problem. By the time I tried to complain, they had already fixed it ! But not even the cold shower brings down my rating for this hotel. It’s great!

The bed was terrible, and the bedding was terrible.and one of the lamps was broken when we got there. There was no clock like stated there was. The TV wouldn't work, we had to have the staff to fix it.dead spider in the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

I stayed at the same place 2 weeks before, was great. This time my shower had mold around the base and walls of shower. The hot water was not hot either.

Our stay was amazing. However booking through Expedia was an issue. We were supposed to pay $125 and ended up paying $182 at property. I called Expedia for help but they assured me $50 was getting refunded because there was a $50 deposit. Well.. only got $25 refunded so room ended up being $155+

Hotel was nice, friendly and CLEAN! It includes a very nice workout room. Pool is outdoor and our visit was during the winter. It appears it will be nice in warmer weather months. We also enjoyed the breakfast bar. Not a fan of the sliding bathroom barn door. The employees genuinely want to make your stay enjoyable. I'll be back.

The people that work here are amazing. They all went beyond expectations. Hotels.com dropped the ball and Hampton Inn picked it up.. The staff Tiffany R, Mona Kay, Denise C and Laci went out of their way and made an already traumatic time, bearable. We can't thank them enough for there help.

Very great experience! Denise at the front desk was so friendly & helpful. It was really clean and the breakfast was good with fruits, waffles, sausage, yogart & potatoes. The bed was very comfy, too!

Overall, employees were nice and helpful, the facility was generally well-maintained, and they have a very nice breakfast offering. The rear door of the main floor was kept propped open and I thought that it was a security issue. Also, the air conditioner in my room had a funky odor, maybe mildew, the bathroom wall was dirty, and the bed pillows leave much to be desired.

When I went to check in they tried to charge me $30 more than what I was told I would be paying in full by Expedia.they said it was a convenience fee and I told them I was not paying that extra and I would either have my room at what I agreed to pay or I would leave. They waived the extra charges.

I always stay at the Hampton when I’m visiting family in Paragould. The hotel is always very clean and quiet and the staff are awesome. They are always so courteous and helpful.

Modern, fresh, attractive and nice sized rooms. We were there during the holidays. The staff had taken it upon themselves to decorate the lobby and it was very welcoming and beautiful. I complimented them and thanked them for their efforts. Always had hot coffee and a large fruit bowl available. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The gym was very decent too. One odd thing was the woman who seemed to be in charge of housekeeping could be heard on our floor every day telling the younger/newer staff what to do. That in itself was not inappropriate entirely, but I’ve always preferred not to hear staff conversations about how they like working at a business or the behind the scenes details. I heard her tell the staff they can’t be deep cleaning the rooms when they have 80 plus rooms to do. I hope she meant the rooms that were still occupied. However, even though we took the tag off the door and spoke to them on our way out the door, we still did not get service. We ran out of boast wash, toilet paper and never did get more tissue. Was kind of weird outlier and someway to remedy. The front desk said well you have to take the sign off your door. We had. Made me wonder if it was an intentional slight. If you don’t care about any of that, just disregard!

Convenient Parking. Due to the duck hunting the property did not handle or make the hunters appropriately park their trucks with their trailers and boats. They were everywhere and scattered all over the parking lot taking 5-6 parking spots a piece. We had no where to park their trucks first night and had to park in the grass. This was absolutely unacceptable.

Spacious room, clean, walk in shower, Comfortable bed & HVAC worked well & quiet. Furnishings are traveler friendly—lots of places to put luggage etc. Staff are friendly. The only complaint was breakfast offerings, only biscuits & gravey. We stop here on our road trips to Texas, recently in May & there were eggs, lots of breakfast offerings.

Everything is great about this hotel except the beds. They are hard as a rock so if you need a softer bed you probably need a different hotel.

The breakfast was not as good as it usually is. Food was cold and there was no water option. The staff was not as friendly as before. I stay at this location at least 3-4 times a year. Beds were not made or fresh towels put in our room, we had to ask. Shampoo bottle was empty and when we asked for another, we got body wash instead.

Was unhappy with my stay, found a brown recluse in my bed. Staff was quick to get me in contact with the people I needed to talk to. They were very helpful in aiding me in figuring out what I needed to do. That hotel was great otherwise. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast option were quaint and limited.

Nice room, good wi-fi and fair TV. Room was frigid when I checked in and difficult to warm up despite it being 100 degrees outside. Otherwise no problem.

Clean and comfortable. Personnel were courteous and accommodating. One thing very noticeable to those passing by the hotel during Independence Day 2025 was the horrible condition of the United States Flag being flown in front of the hotel. It was faded and tattered and completely passed needing replacing.

I liked the pool, breakfast, and politeness of staff. I didnt like that the ice was frequently empty, so was the shampoo ànd body wash, they were outta knives for bagels/waffels, and i found dirty wàsh cloths in the cubby of the bathroom towel holder. Used.

When checking in, I asked the Desk Clerk if my brother had arrived yet? He told me no, gave me a room key & told me to run my credit card through. As I returned with my luggage, I was stopped by the Desk Clerk & he's telling me he made a mistake and tried to charge me for my brothers reservation, which was already paid in full. The charge was declined by my cc company and I had to use a different credit card. Then he asked for the room key back & gave me another room key.

Our stay was great until we were 10 minutes late coming out of our room. Our maid had to wait about 5 minutes for us, but we tipped her $20 and apologized profusely. I have become pretty severely disabled in a short amount of time and I'm still adjusting. No matter how early I start, something always goes wrong. But my hands were so swollen that morning I could barely hold my toothbrush. My husband had to curl my hair. I've also been recently diagnosed with gasteoparesis (my stomach doesn't empty properly) and I will just wake up throwing my guts up several days a week and I was dealing with that also. But I try to keep going and this is the first trip I've made on three years other than to Houston to see my Dr's there. It was about fifteen minutes after by the time we handed our keys in. We told them we had tipped the maid and talked to her and that's why we were a few minutes later, but we were out of the room at least by ten minutes after. I told her I was still adjusting and the bad weather had hit me hard. She never said a word, then I see that they chargeg us $25! You know what, it was our fault, so just tell me if you are going to charge me. Don't smile to my face and tell me it's fine then charge me a fee. And the only person it affected was the maid and by five minutes max, and we very generously took care of that and told her! So do what you are going to do. I know in your world, not a lot I can do. But that was just wrong!

Our room was VERY clean. Very comfortable environment. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Not the normal donuts & muffins... It was an ACTUAL breakfast, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy etc... I would highly recommend this hotel. Front desk and guest services was amazing. VERY POLITE.

The property, room and staff were terrific. Our only issue was a neighbor with barking dogs and frequent slamming doors, but that is more a reflection on another guest and not the hotel.

Fairly new/updated; spacious room, clean, easy to access. Basic breakfast fare (cereal, toast, fruit, coffee and waffles) but no juices or beverages other than coffee and hot tea offered. Would recommend.

Close to interstate & dining businesses & stores. The rooms are spacious & furnishings are fine for tired travelers. The bed was so comfortable & we slept so well. Good HVAC, breakfast, very clean, nice size bathroom, friendly staff. Will come back to this hotel every time we go on a road trip to Texas to visit family.

The pool stays open later than other hotels (would’ve been nice to have it indoor or heated or at least screened from the bugs. But you can’t have it all I suppose. Over all it was comfortable and clean and spacious.

When I checked in the girl at the front was not friendly. Not sure who the guy was with her, but she seemed very friendly towards him. She had little conversation with me. Went to my room only to find that wasn’t the one I reserved and it was a handicap one. Note I’m not handicapped in any way. I went back to the desk and pushed the button for assistance twice. No one came. But you heard her talking in a room down the hall. Another lady walked in to check in and asked if I had pushed the button I said yes twice. She pushed it as well. That guy that was with her earlier, walked in and asked if we’ve been helped we said no. He offered to go get her. She again wasn’t not happy to wait on us. I explained this isn’t the room I reserved. She said yea I had to move you because the one I reserved wasn’t clean. Oh I wasn’t happy but her lack of respect and communication I just walked off. She had no intentions of correcting anything, her lack of customer service skills. Killed two spiders in the bathroom. There was blood splatter on the bathroom wall. And who she put above me were kids jumping off the bed onto the floor for two nights straight until 1 am. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. No staff was friendly even the ones cleaning, they were leaning up against the wall playing on their phone that next morning. I told my family about what happened and asked if I complained, I said no, you expected me to complain to her. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The service was good.

The property was lovely. However, my husband encountered a check in clerk with an attitude who insisted on seeing the credit card that the reservation was made with. Because we had been traveling for a few days and he had not been asked for his card before he inquired why she needed to see it. Her reply was very curt and she told him it was in case he broke anything they would know the credit card to charge. We are seniors and don't go around trashing hotel rooms anymore. Put a dark shadow on our stay and we won't go back. She needs to be retrained on customer service.

They did not have our reserved room cleaned when we arrived that evening, so we had to change to a different room (not the king size we had reserved). The manager apologized and the room we stayed in was nice, but we were woken up several times overnight with talking either in the hallway or outside. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Other than a fire alarm due to a bagel getting stuck in a toaster, the hotel is the best in town.

Well, they were having trouble with their computer as I was checking in. After I was in my room relaxing, suddenly the door was opened and a man stepped in, realized the room was occupied and closed the door quickly. The lady at the front desk said the mistake was made because the computer was down. I was allowed to stay past checkout because I had a late afternoon appointment.

We were gone from our room from early morning to late evening and when we returned, our room had not been refreshed with towels. Normally Hampton in provides in room shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel but shower gel was not available upon check in for any of the rooms. When staff was asked, there was none available. We had 3 different rooms, 1 booked by phone for Saturday and 2 rooms booked online for Sunday and Monday night. During our stay, it appeared that supplies were not available to restock rooms. The desk staff were very courteous and willing to get towels for us, but we were shocked to find it hadn’t been delivered to our room during our absence. It could be a supply issue or a failure to order needed supplies.

Great place to stay. This is our go to place when we travel to visit family. Has never disappointed. Room is big enough to move around in. Love the big shower-plenty of counter space in bathroom as well as room.

Booked a King romm and when I got there it wasn’t available. Had to settle for two queens. Hair was left on shampoo from previous guest.

I wish Hampton Inn would stop with the barn door for the washrooms. No privacy and not something we desire.

The rooms are nice, but for a person with ambulatory problems a couple of suggestions would improve my stay. 1. A seat in the shower is a must. 2.A Full Recliner for sleep is much better. The bed linens are far too heavy. They are pretty, but very uncomfortable. Thanks for your consideration.

Absolutely the only thing about it stay was that the bathroom door is a barn door type with a little gap at the top and it didn't quite close all the way. Not really a problem, but since I was starting in the room with my brother it was a little awkward. Other than that it was clean, quiet, well maintained and the staff was awesome.

Glue trap on floor. Soap out in shower. Trash under bed. Batteries had to be replaced in remote. Bed was like extremely uncomfortable. Ugh.

This was a decent hotel with a nice modern shower room and a comfortable bed. We were surprised it was a 2-star rated hotel, but it was only six years old according to the desk clerk. While we only stayed one night, we had plenty of towels and amenities. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing despite some cobwebs on the ceiling and a poor paint job in some places. Also, the room was too warm and humid for our comfort. The free Continental breakfast was disappointing. The food was cold and upset our stomachs.

As my party was traveling for work we try to budget and not having a microwave in the room is well a first

The hotel was nice and the staff was very courteous. The mattress was really comfortable and the toiletries were really high quality. The downside... The pillows smelled like body odor, and the room carpet was so dirty it turned our socks black.
