The toilet seat was broken! There was no shower, only a bath!!

Bed was ok and AC was cold

This is a for sure last last last option type of place.

Good cheap place for a daty

It’s cheap but you get far less than you pay for. The sheets were pitiful, stained and full of burn holes even tho we were in a non smoking room. The drapes had holes. Tiny TV, few limited channels. Small scratchy towels, ONE opened roll of TP, 2 worn out pillows and they said they had no extras.

The room was very clean it smelled good and was somewhat quiet until around 9/10 pm then a few people were outside being a bit loud! But got quite before12 am. I’d definitely would stay there again!

The first time I stayed here it was the quality i expected from a seedy hotel. Its cheap and ratchet but decent enough. Again, i know what kind of normal clientle come here. So, my BF and I came back on March 8th for one more night knowing it was decent for the price. When we first got a room, the room wasn't clean. It was like goldilocks and the three bears, "someones been sleeping in my bed!" And there were dirty towels hanging on a chair. Plus the down stairs rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking and it reaked of cigarettes. So naturally i asked for another room, the older woman was nice and tried to explain they had a new housekeeper. we got a new room but it was now a smoking room, since apparently all nonsmoking were booked. It wasnt ideal but like i said, you get what you pay for. Later my boyfriend and i wanted to try and take a warm shower/bath but the hot water was barely coming out. Not even enough for a shower. The cold came out at normal pressure but the hot water was like a limp d*** thats been sucked dry. I tried to tell the older man that the hot water wasn't working well and when he came into the room he just noticed we tried to fill the tub and proceeded to yell at us that the tub's not a jacuzzi and to go to a marriot. He was too busy yelling he didnt check the hot water. I was as nice and respectful as possible, he threw a fit. Im not naive and wont tolerate disrespect. Can't get a refund but i can sure as heck give a horrible rating. Rant over.

I loved it because I feel welcome like it's my home.

The owner was very rude. The wifi in One building was out. When I let them know that I was there on a business trip for the weekend and needed Wi-Fi, I had to pay an upcharged fee to be moved to a double queen bed. When I contested the fee, I was told there would be no refund if I decided to leave. Charge an extra five dollars for a second room key.... that' unheard of. Overall, not a good stay

Worst hotel I’ve been to it was dirty and run down and look like my room was like 15 years outta date

What does bother me are the bed bug bites all over my legs. The reasonable price apparently doesn’t mean cleanliness.

Everything was fine until I checked out. When I leave any hotel I make sure all my trash is in bags all the towels are in one place for the most part. Front desk person which is probably also the owner went to check the room came back and then proceeded to shame me because the floor was dirty. Ask me if I live like that and why there was things on every part of the floor mind you this was probably ashes for my cigarettes which they don't provide a ashtray so I was using makeshift ones trying my best I did tip one of them over and there was ashes on the side of my bed I do not carry a vacuum cleaner with me so I could not vacuum up the ashes that's on me but to try to humiliate me in front of other people calling me nasty asking me how do I live like this is absolutely unacceptable . Mind you when I first got into the room you could tell that the carpet had not been vacuumed from grass debris and other things on the floor also there's trash underneath the bed from previous tenants If your housekeeper's clean so well why was I finding trash underneath the bed. Why was I looking underneath the bed because I dropped my phone behind it. Why whenever I went to open the towels there were multiple numerous permanent stains. The room was not trashed The floor was dirty why did you feel necessary to try and humiliate me. If I knew I could upload pictures beforehand I would have definitely taken pictures of all the things mentioned before.

The staff was nice and they were diligently working on the grounds. The wi-if is very poor, the sink kept stopping up, the toilet wasn’t affixed solidly to the floor, the shower curtain needed replacing, and it was very close to a busy intersection which made it difficult to leave for meals etc.

: “It was cozy and quiet, not loud being kept awake throughout the night. It was comfortable I think both was worth the price for what I payed for one day.”

I had to get a new motel for the week end. Politeness was not one of their virtues nor was any friendliness or manners exhibited. I want my money back.

Clean room , tv remote barely worked , NO breakfast yet they say in ad that they do , definitely SAFE as the place is a few doors from F D , Great Catfish house for meals right down the street , All in ALL I would stay there again . easy access to state hwy 146

It’s was a ok room for a night in and out but there were some younger cats outside from room to room from when I checked in at 930-8 the next morning. The ppl outside were noisy and the room was really noisy plus they have the brightest flood lights ever beaming through the window shade that won’t close all the way. Had ppl walking past my hotel back and forth all night. They don’t allow guests so no prostitution but you’d think they did with the ppl drinking in the parking lot. Would not recommend to a single woman or a family. Strictly a man the can carry imo.

Property was self contain for safety.

Budget friendly but very clean and well kept. Maintenance was seen continuously working the grounds and the young man who checked me in was friendly and informative.

I live near the Reliant Stadium, but whenever I have business to attend to on the far East Side and care not to take that morning commute, this is my go to place to stay at. I'm very please with the location, price, and the staff

Horrible. Couldn’t stay because I have a service animal and they don’t allow animals. The room was gross and the service was horrible

The only thing I didn’t like was I asked for a non-smoking room and I was given a smoking room and the bedsheets and comforter had cigarette burns. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Most horrible stay ever. The property owner is just plain rude. The hotel room was filthy. The towels were stained. There was no safety lock on the inside of the door. There was a piece of toilet paper shoved in the peephole to cover that up. There was what looked like blood or red paint all over the curtains. There were burn holes in the sheets and the comforter.

This place charged me a second time for $6.50 and I want my entire money back because this place was filthy and the towels were stained and dirty and then he blamed me for a towel being dirty when all I did was take a shower with it when it was already stained I argued with the owner and he offered the amount in credit for another night.

There were holes in the blankets from people smoking in the room. The room instantly smelled like smoke when I came in . Also the water was warm not hot. The microwave didn’t work well at all !!

Friendly staff but room was horrible. Smell of cigarettes. Sheets and blankets and cigarettes burn. AC wasn’t working right terrible room and place to stay. I didn’t even ask for a refund just left and stayed somewhere else.

I found a used bloody tampon in shower .which was totally disgusting and also found dead roaches.

The place is OK however when I booked at hotels.com it said 2 queen beds however the beds were only full size

I liked that they had something available quickly especially during a holiday weekend. The only bad thing was that they are not the cleanest rooms.

First room someone didn’t flush the toilet, so it obviously wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Second bathroom had really long hairs on the toilet lid, like as if someone stood there and brushed ther their hair. So again bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

The guys who runs the place is cool as long as you dont have a lot of traffic and you keep your room clean he doesnt bother you at all.

I like hole in the wall restaurants, not hotels. Never again

This was the oldest most outdated hotel I've seen in a long time the parking lot was horrible the room was worse and then the clerk only allowed me to stay there 4 hours and then try to double charge me a month later. I will never go back to that hotel ever again. It would have been easier just to sleep under one of the bridges.

despite reservation, seem to have to provide same info at check-in as walk-in. hotel rep said my room number out loud while another guest was at the check-in desk, overall poor check-in experience. room adequate, but floor was uneven/sloped.

Got a smoking room for just one night. Just needs a touch up like new sheets and new curtains other then that good service and enjoyed my stay and affordable.

We ordered a king size bed did not receive that we were put in one with the queen to the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in Not enough towels the neighbors were loud all night in the bathroom the bathtub does not have a water nozzle only a showerhead
