    The location wasn't to bad because it was back in the back away from everyone The room was dirty our feet where black from walking on the floors like they haven't been moped in months my wife killed 3 different cockroaches one of which was in the fridge we ended up checking out early we couldn't do it.

    Smoke detector went off at 2:30 am due to a smell that seemed to be electrical wiring on the air conditioner. Staff was told about & only comment was sorry you were inconvenient. Maybe they couldn't do anything but it should have been reported to corporate. It would have been nice to get an apology from them

    The room seemed clean upon first entering but after getting into the room not so much. The tub looked dirty and there were roaches crawling in it. The room had a weird smell that irritated my throat. Needless to say we didn’t bother to shower the next morning and were ready to get out of there.

    I found this property not up to Wyndham standards. I checked out and left and paid for a room I never used. Close proximity to freeway - a very noisy property. Room door lock would not engage. Barking dog left behind next door. Property manager swapped rooms for me which I appreciate the effort, but the odor in the reassigned room was not good. The door seal was not tight as you could see light coming in from the edges.

    It was conveniently located, nice that it was next to Cracker Barrel, and the staff was very friendly. The key card did not work. I had to call the front desk for the clerk to come and open the door for me. She had difficulty with it as well.

    Well organized and the employees are kind and welcoming. Great rates and it closes to everything but hidden away. So it’s quite. It’s not a place I would let kids unsupervised. Only cause of how secluded it is. Up to date with technology when it comes to getting your room online. Rooms are decent updated it’s still a older building so ice machine 2nd floor and they serve coffee and donuts in the morning:)

    Place needs deep cleaning. Would not let my dog stay. Flooring was absolutely filthy. Got out of my shoes and clothes and step into shower and dirt cam from my feet. Took a white wash cloth and it was as brown as the floor itself. Showed the morning manager. Disgusting, what else was unclean that I did not see?

    They’re not really concerned about having breakfast ready, also they will not let you copy anything even if you ask to email it they will not print anything out for you which is extremely odd for a hotel to act like that’s not normal. I’d try looking for another place to stay if you’re coming here for work.

    the location and manners of staff. Cleanliness- there were stains and crumbs on bed/towels, there were multiple bugs that had to be killed throughout the stay, tub was not clean upon arrival. When asked to clean the room and returning hours later, room was not cleaned and we were told we would be supplied new sheets but had to change everything out ourselves.

    The hotel was definitely not as pictured — the rooms looked much older and more run-down than expected. The atmosphere felt a bit sketchy, and I didn’t feel completely comfortable during my stay. While the price was decent, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy. Needs major updates and better upkeep.

    Pulled into parking lot with multiple police cars and officers walking around, an area was cut off from public. To shower producing no hot water, even after 25 minutes of running and adjusting everything, I was on a road trip and just wanted to leave asap. I left at 7am. I do not recommend this place at all. I did mention to front desk staff and they stated that "you have to mess around with it", I stated that I did, but no further discussion.

    My room was infested with roaches and I couldn't change rooms until the next day. No staff was at the front or answering the phone. I was moved to another room the next night and the AC leaked, mold on pillow discovered at stripping sheets. My daughter's birthday stay was ruined and she cried. I will be forget this experience and NEVER will stay at this nasty hotel ever again! Drug addicts are also living on property and be outside which makes it unsafe. No breakfast as described. Basically a snack pk of donuts and coffee. Horrible experience!!! If I could rate a 0 they would have gotten one!!

    Staff was very helpful and super friendly. I had high hopes for this place as we stayed in a DaysInn before however, I guess what they say “ You get what you pay for” is true. The door to the room wouldn’t lock , there was mold and some blood on the ceiling above the bathtub, roaches crawling in the room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully. We also booked this room in regards that it has a pool however there was a sign that said “closed for cleaning” our entire stay.

    Front desk staff was great, they’re the only reason I would go back! But shotty renovation work in the rooms. Paint on the hair dryer, paint on the shower curtain rod, paint splatter everywhere. Breakfast was packaged 3 pack donuts and coffee/juice…not what I would consider breakfast. Pool was ok.

    The tub was clogged and the shower head was black. Looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in years. I complained about it and they had no vacancy so they couldn’t offer me another room. A lady “cleaned” it and a guy came to unclog it but it was still dirty and getting clogged. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Mold in the roof of the bathroom and shower head is a safety hazard.

    Cons: Beware there is a $50 CASH ONLY deposit due when checking in and will only be refunded if you can present the receipt upon checking out. Water doesn't get hot. A little over lukewarm at best. Advertised as remodeled, but I would use the word redecorated and that's generous. The bed frame was just a metal frame. So, be careful rounding out of the bathroom because you will bang your knee! The card readers on the door are awful!! Took several tries every time we needed to enter the room to get the key to work and one of the two keys never worked. The hot and cold water were opposite on the faucet, and they had just written it with a magic marker. The fan cover in the bathroom had been taken off and never put back on. So the dusty fan was exposed. The paint was all over the place where it had been applied haphazardly. No real breakfast so you'll be purchasing that daily unless you can settle for a muffin or doughnut. Ultra-thin blankets. If you tend to get cold, bring an extra! Seems like plenty of pillows, but they're small. If you enjoy a very pillow filled bed, bring some! Overall, if you're on a budget, need something in a pinch, or just don't really care if the hotel is nice since you're essentially only sleeping and showering, this hotel is fine. It's pretty quiet and we felt safe.

    The staff was super friendly and corteous, the property was a horror. The furniture, walls, fixtures, showers, and linens were all in terrible states of disrepair. It's the first time I ever stayed somewhere and felt the immediate need to search for bedbugs before I brought my luggage in. There were a dozen placed the ceiling paint was peeling in both rooms we rented. Both tubs were in terrible condition and covered in various colors of paint, and missing chunks of fiberglass as well as plumbed backwards, so water pressure was dismal as the hot water was plumbed to the cold tap on the single control valve. All furniture was broken, chipped or filthy. I rented a king with a sleeper sofa room for my kids, they ended up having to share the bed since the pullout was covered with dirt and filth. All sheets in both rooms were dingy and stained with cigarette burns. One room was missing a smoke detector and smelled strongly of cigarettes, the other smelled strongly of marijuana, both were non-smoking rooms. "Breakfast" was a tray of "gas station" donuts, and there were only 3 left for the four of us, 20min into the "breakfast" service, and two flavors of "juice" from a dospenser machine, of which the "orange" had already run out. The pool looked filthy. The entire campus smelled strongly of marijuana the entire time we were there, even out in the parking lot, and certainly along each corridor, stairwell and breezeway. It's quite trashy, and I was extremely disappointed.

    The entire property looked like no one was maintaining it. Our room was cleaned once in 5 days. Dirty, mold in shower, dirt in corners of every room. Water in shower was not hot. I had to ask for towels every day. A little package of donuts, juice and coffee is not breakfast, call it what it is. Your saving grace was the staff at front desk, they were terrific.

    The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The towels also smelled bad. There were empty beer bottles outside of our room upon check in. They didn’t leave any extra toilet paper rolls and the roll at check in was empty. The front desk worker was walking around property with multiple men at night not working the front desk.

    It was not a great hotel! We stayed in 107 and our tv didn’t work. When I called front desk they hung up. The ice machine was broken on the first floor so had to go to second floor. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and donuts and juice. In my opinion it wasn’t worth the money spent. I will not stay here again. Just really disappointed.

    My plumbing went out at my apartment memorial weekend of all times. This was the best place I could find last minute for a two day stay. It was like all the other Days Inns I’ve stayed at just way overpriced for $200/night. Others were maybe $60/night at most. You can tell they just painted over instead of fixing the issues. The toilet seat was loose and bit the inside of my leg. I had to hold the handle down until the toilet flushed all the way. It stunk after whatever air freshener they sprayed wore off. You could see the daylight coming through the door. Their “breakfast” was chocolate hostess donuts and juice/coffee.

    There were bugs everywhere in the shower, toilet, sheets, floor, etc. The hotel door wouldn’t unlock, they switched us rooms twice, made us get them to unlock our door every time we left and returned, then complained my kids were too noisy within an hour of us arriving after driving 13 hours. Will not be staying again.

    Pulled up to property and immediately had a bad feeling about it. Check in and get room card. Door wont open, get a new room, same issue door wont open. Transients/crackheads all over premises.     After getting in room to go to sleep at 12am I was woken up to bug on my hand. got up and went to bathroom and found bugs all over. I had checked everything out before I left room after checking in. Didn't see any bugs. I could have slept better and cheaper in my car with no bugs. I would say STAY OUT of this PLACE! They have a lot of nerve charging for bug infested rooms. Remote for TV was stuck on HIGH volume and couldn't turn down by remote or the TV. For what they charge there should be no BUGS! So don't waste your money, it's not worth it unless you want to take their bugs with you to your home.

    Traveled to Pensecola to escape Milton. I requested early check in but ended up arriving later than planned. The super friendly woman at the front desk noticed that and reversed the charge without hesitation. My room was clean, towels very soft, and bed and pillows were fine. The employees were all very polite and responsive to needs. I had my dogs with me and there is plenty of greenspace to exercise.

    They do allow pets but be aware that the pet fee listed here on hotels.com is lower than the actual pet fee they charge you when you check in. There is also a $50 cash deposit that is required that isn't noted here either. They don't take credit cards for this deposit so bring cash. You will get it back when you check out. The hotel is right next to I-10 so you will hear a lot of interstate car noise. Surprisingly, there is little noise heard between rooms like most hotels. However, I think the doors are hollow as you hear everything going on in the parking lot and people walking by your exterior entrance. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant in the parking lot so you will have something to eat close by along with other restaurants and fast food within 1-2 miles as well. There is no real breakfast offered in lobby other than packaged donuts. For the price this hotel served our needs and we would stay again.

    I booked a king smoking room. Called days in advanced and told them it would definitely be after 12 am when i arrived for check in but would still be paying for first night. After arriving at 2 am to check in i was informed they had no more king smoking witch is what i booked months in advance. Then was told they had a $50 cash security deposit as well as card on file.     Everything was fine until i did the real walk around. Bathroom towls were dirty and not stained it was dirt. I had to clean the bath tub out dirt, coloring from i dont no what and pubic hairs. I only got the room to do a photo shoot for my pregnant niece. They came out great. Room was spacious. People actually live there onsite so it felt weird cause they look at you like its their territory. I walked up the street at night to get some snacks and was harrassed by a small short pimp lol. I ignored him but just to let it be known the freaks come out at night. Staff was awesome. Didnt go down for breakfast cause its just hostess 4pack of donuts and only coffee no tea no cocoa so no point. Great deal though

    The staff was great, the room was clean, the bathroom was dated but worked fine. There is NO breakfast as advertised, only donuts and coffee in the morning. The worst part was that there were cigarettes on the stairs, parking lot, basically everywhere all around the building. It’s an older hotel but for the price it wasn’t bad. My kids enjoyed the pool.

    Towels and bedding were dirty upon arrival. There were strange bugs on the ceiling and the AC leaked into the floor. The shower curtain had blood stains on it and burn marks on the bath tub. The pillows had makeup on them upon arrival and the towels had someone else’s hair on them. The keys to the room took at least 5 minutes to open them every time. I would NOT recommend.

    The place was filthy, run down and the air conditioning did work right. The dehumidifier function was broken and the floors actually got wet. I had to get extra towels to put on the floor to keep my feet dry before going to bed. The door lock lights were out and the audible click barely noticeable for my old ears. This was my second room, the first was just as dirty and the locks didn't work so hot either. I'll never stay at a hotel or motel with the Wyndham name again.

    My family and I we're traveling back home home to Ft. Myers, FL from Freeport, TX. So we checked Expedia and found this place was pet friendly (we had our pupper supper) and considering I just drove from Freeport Texas to Pensacola Florida I was very tired. Check-in was not a hassle it was very smooth. But we went to the room, the beds we're a little dirty and not what we wanted but we were tired so we said to hell with it. Has the night progressed other families with their children were running up and down the Halls being very loud outside dogs were barking here and there which wasn't a big deal because we had our dog but still. When we woke up the next morning to go see what their continental breakfast had it was literally coffee and hostess snack cakes and individually wrapped wrappers like the ones you get from Sam's club. If you're in a bind and very tired that ain't too bad but it was much less than what I expected

    The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there was a cigarette butt on the air-conditioning unit and the security card did not work. Upon complaining, the night manager offered us another room. This second room could not be opened with the security cards. The maintenance person had to come open the door with a screwdriver. Then, we were told that anytime we needed to enter our room we should call the maintenance man to open the door with the screwdriver. We went back to the desk and to the manager that we were leaving, that we would not take either room and to refund our prepaid deposit.

    Room was decent but they want a CASH ONLY deposit which is pointless because they give it back when you checkout without knowing if anything was broken, stolen, etc. They dont have an atm on site either. "Free Breakfast" was literally nothing but 3-pk mini doughnuts and coffee. Room has no ventilation so theres a lot of rust everywhere. The bed is a matteress (only) on a wire steel frame that sticks out on the sides. Homeless shelter style bed linens...Outside was filthy cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. front desk was actually nice and helpful but I was disappointed with everything else. NOT FOR ME AGAIN
