Our room showed signs of wear, including broken blinds, and we had to go back to the front desk to obtain a TV remote that should have already been in the room. The beds sat on exposed metal frames that left the entire area underneath visible, which contributed to the institutional feel of the room and made the accommodations seem less comfortable and inviting. There were frequently people smoking cigarettes directly outside the main entrance, which was unpleasant when entering and exiting the building. Guests were also required to use a key card to access areas beyond the front desk, which added to the sense that security concerns may be an issue. Overall, the hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and not particularly welcoming. I would likely choose a different property on my next visit.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty towels on the floor, no clean towels, springs felt through the mattress, toothpaste on the sink, toilet paper on the floor. Would not recommend.

the location being close to work is why i stay here THE INTERNET IS WRONG IN REFERENCE TO THE STOCKED KITCHEN……you do get a full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burners, but that’s it!!!! NO DISHES, NO POTS/PANS…you can purchase them ??? it is a very old property that as soon as you step off of the elevator, you can smell the mildew, however, they are doing renovations.

The staff was very nice the room was not cleaned and it smell bad had bug I had to change rooms 3 times because someone was already in the room that was booked I didn’t enjoy my stay and I will never return I didn’t even sleep because it was loud and nosy at night and the person next door to me had a dog barking all night long never again

The room was horrible. The bathroom was dirty. We could tell the toilet had not been cleaned. There was trash on the floor. We stayed for less than 30 minutes and checked out. The only thing good about this experience was the young lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was very nice.

The room was very neglected.The floor was gritty/dirty and there was a roach crawling on the pillow of the bed....needless to say, i didnt stay.

Everything was nasty. Had to change rooms to another dirty room but at that point I was over it and ready to have a room.

This was one of the worst trips I have ever taken. When we arrived, the room that we were assigned was beyond disgusting! They had food all on the floor and bed, trash all in the cushions of the couch and under the couch, food in the microwave, mold on the refrigerator, spider webs all over. The list goes on and on. However, the manager did give us a credit for 2 additional nights for our troubles. Then, we did laundry at the facility and while our clothes were in the dryer, someone stole my wife’s bra and panties out of the dryer. When I went to address the issue I was pretty much just told to accept the loss because their security cameras are not working properly. WiFi didn’t work the entire trip, roaches under the microwave. Very very disappointing trip! Would definitely recommend making this my last resort to stay at if traveling to the area!

Filthy, awful room. Smelled like mold. All linens were insanely dirty and stained. Shower had hair in it and looked like someone recently showered in it. Chose room with queen bed and room had a full size. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.

I am overall disgusted with the room I stayed in. I literally had to clean it before even taking my shoes off. Trash was still in trash can. Dirty linens. Food and drink spills all over floor and counter. I have pictures but cannot upload here.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at an hotel. I went off hotel reviews as I always do and the reviews are fake and posted by the same person after thoroughly going through them. The room stinks so bad air freshener and candles don’t even work, the tub was filthy my kids and I drove a hour back home to take a shower because they were scared to take a bath in it for the three nights we were there, there was roaches crawling , food was left in the freezer from the last person, the floors were filthy. The only good thing about this hotel was it was 5 mins away from the school and the young lady checked us in was very sweet. I would never recommend anyone here and I’ll never come back.

I picked this hotel because of reviews honestly, if you never stayed at a specific place you have to take a chance somewhere so I did. The price I paid for the stay was a bit high for me, I’m on a budget but safety, cleanliness and comfort makes up the difference somehow. Extended Stay the outside of the hotel was descent nothing to be ashamed about, at least not me. The inside just as descent, staff very approachable and friendly at least the person/persons I came across. To get to my room, I needed the elevator which was alright it’s an elevator, pretty safe looking and moving. The corridors to my room descent, I like that word (decent) cause you can’t go wrong with it no going overboard with compliments. The hotel room I had the room with a bed and sofa bed, the room was small , the pics on the site makes it look bigger. The bed I seen no bugs on or under the sheets , cause I checked, I’m used to bugs, who isn’t whether it’s a ant or fly, bugs are bugs but you don’t want them in your room or bed, at least not me. The pillows are flat but prop them up it can work. The mattress was not too thin it’s a comfortable sleep,we adapt. The sofa bed was decent it made that sound like moving springs an old mattress but it’s sleeping you move around, no bugs either. Ac works good, laggy Wi-Fi, but live tv good.fridge needs cleaning and countertops. Microwave good, bathroom needs cleaning tub and sink. Overall safety good, quiet not excellent but decent.

I felt very safe at this property. With the doors locked at all times gave me an extra sense of security. The hotel was very quiet and someone was on call 24hrsand anytime I had to call after hours the staff answered on the first call and came down very quickly to help with what was needed. The front desk is great

The front desk attendant was super friendly and very helpful as we were needing a last minute room. And if you’re just looking for someplace to sleep then this will accommodate you. However I do recommend you bring your own shower shoes (tub did not look like it’s been cleaned), towels (theirs were stained) and bedding. There is a strong musty smell all throughout the building that is attempted to be covered up with air freshener but it just makes it worse. The cleaning people could definitely do a more thorough job as it was clearly a lazy wipe down if even that. Despite the lack of cleanliness I was surprised and thankful that we did not see any bugs during our stay.

Bathtub and room floor was dirty. There was an altercation on the first floor in the early morning. Multiple officers and police cars were still on the property at 8:00am. Grounds are covered in cigarettes.

I know they only have housekeeping every 2 weeks (which is actually disgusting..) but I guess I would expect whoever’s making the bed and changing things to do some bare minimum things.. 1. The floor was not swept at all.. and there was a weird orange strain on the floor. 2. There were clothes left in the drawer from the guest who was in the room before me 3. There were coffee grounds on the kitchen counters, crumbs around and inside the microwave, and food still in the fridge from the person before me as well. I get that it’s an extended stay but I feel like there are just some things that need to be taken care of before the next guest… But I am giving an extra star because all of the staff members I dealt with were friendly enough.

They do not provide room service or clean linens for 2 weeks. The dryer was out of service so we were unable to wash our own sheets or towels. The floor was not washed.

This hotel stay was the absolute worst, the floor was filthy. No pans for a stove top, i paid for a double bed and was bamboozled and given a full size bed, that was not big enough then i was charged 10 extra dollars to move into the room i originally paid for. I will never stay at this property EVERagain in life. Oh and the tv didn't work and they have no carts to carry your luggage

The floor was dirty and sticky. Microwave and fridge were as well we had to buy candles and I luckily had disinfectant and paper towels. After a few hrs cleaning and running after things to get rid of the stankness I managed to talking the ole lady into to not leave …..

I mean this is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in my life. Food in floor, dirty streaks on walls, clogged sink, smell of marijuana everywhere, no one at service desk at checkout, and people drinking in the parking lot. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here.

Rooms outdated

The room was extremely dirty. Crumbs, dirt, stains, chunks of food, some unidentifiable red liquid on the ceiling 😶. The staff were helpful and the room had a nice kitchen with stove, fridge, and freezer. There were also several people drunk in the halls and alcohol was spilled on the floor...not the best.
