First of all when we got there to check in nobody was at the front desk We had to stand there and wait 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to come down You had to use this telephone to let somebody know that you're there in the lobby The hotel smelt terrible the floors were filthy when we go into our room the microwave was all rusted out inside I have pictures on my phone to prove all this also there was a cockroach coming from sink.

That had to put a work order in to have the stove top checked because it wasn't working and eventually figured out what was wrong with it and corrected it.

Nice stay, forget the lady's name at check in, but she was very helpful and accommodating. That had to put a work order in to have the stove top checked because it wasn't working and eventually figured out what was wrong with it and corrected it.

The location in ease of access The floors smelled like they were mopped with dirty water the AC units need to have their filters cleaned when you enter the room it smells musty and in my room 202. The shower rod was falling off the wall. It just needs some general maintenance and cleaning and when patrons have pets, I need to keep them quieter. They need to take them outside.

Another person staying there said they were given the first room,304?, same results. There seemed to be many long term residents. Signs on several doors indicating they did not want room service. The bed (a double/full) was like lying on springs with a sheet thrown over, uncomfortable, & made noise literally with any movement on the bed. When we did get to sleep, at around midnight people were yelling down the hall in conversation with each other and some kids were playing in the hall running back and forth which went on for 15-20 minutes. At about 1:20 AM, since I could not sleep, got up to take a shower. When I turned on the water, it was like a fog horn went off (air in the lines?) shut it off, tried again, same thing, 3rd time it worked. At about 2 AM there were two men next door arguing loudly. Based on seeing a man earlier in the elevator openly drinking from a liquor bottle, we felt as though someone may get shot. We made the decision to check out in AM. When the desk opened at 10 AM we talked with a lady who informed us she was working to get the hotel back into shape. She was VERY kind & apologetic & refunded
- 4/5
Just peed elevator that's it nothing else.
- 1/5
Smell in hall way and main door broken could not enter without talking around to side doors
- 4/5
Could be cleaner but good price and staff friendly.
- 1/5
Property was not safe enough to stay at there were unsafe people aloud on grounds
- 2/5
Bed was Ok, but with a tv, a fridge and microwave, it is all you get.
- 5/5
Ms. Krystal really took care of all my needs and was very friendly. Definitely made me feel welcomed
- 5/5
Staff great and room was clean. Bed is a bit firm, but I'm satisfied.
- 1/5
No one was at the window
- 3/5
Kinda old and could use a facelift
- 1/5
There was a big pile of hair in the middle of the bed when I pulled the cover down and the tv did not work.

Nasty unsafe
- 1/5
This place needs to be torn down. The smell is unbearable.
- 1/5
Dirty property , does not reflect what is offered through website .
- 1/5
Was hoping for a budget friendly stay. But did not feel safe and very dirty. Not the type of place you take your shoes off at. We booked three nights but actually left after first night. I would suggest Expedia remove them from the list.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing!! The room is large and comfortable. Great place to stay
- 1/5
I will not book through expedia again
- 1/5
No shampoo or conditioner. Took a long time to get staff to check us in and out. Fire alarm went off in all the hotel at 3:30 am, forcing us to evacuate with our young child, with no explanation. Smelled bad. Not enough pillows or towels.
- 2/5
Staff were kind. Hotel was old and very noisy at night. The listing said there would be breakfast, but there actually is not at that location.
- 2/5
No breakfast as it states.
- 1/5
Front desk people are for a lack of a better word “GHETTO” and unprofessional, towels smell overly washed with bleach, no soap, no shampoo, no house keeping services unless requested, rooms are not cleaned properly, beds super uncomfortable and broken, elevator seems out of date!!
- 1/5
Smells bad, cigarettes smell all over the hotel.
- 5/5
The check in with front desk clerk Mike was super friendly and smooth. He was very patient and welcoming; answered questions I had about extending my stay and each step of the way. The room was super clean and bed comfortable. AC works great and the hotel has quiet hours, which is awesome since I need my sleep to wake up early each day. Overall a great stay and worth the money. I extended my stay for 4 more days!
- 1/5
If you also like cot style spring beds, book now!!!
- 1/5
This hotel was so terrible that we left without staying 1 night of our 4 night reservation. Room was dirty, bed a joke.
- 1/5
The area is not safe. I would not recommend.
- 1/5
You're in the very sketchy area. The room was very dirty and smelled like cat pee. It also seemed very dangerous. DONT GO!
- 4/5

Slept and left crack of dawn
- 2/5
Hotel location is in a deep wooded area. No lights or signs if driving in dark. Check in was prolonged due to rooms not being ready. When entering room, bed was not done and only a face towel was provided. Front desk is unavailable at 8pm until next morning. If you need extra linens, you need to ask when you are checking in otherwise the staff is not there. For check out, on a Sunday.. no staff at front desk, only a small alot to deposit key cards. Key cards were not working, no staff to assist. They offer an area to wash and dry clothing, the machines charge $3.50 per wash and dry. Vending machines available, only one accepted card, other does not work. They allow pups, but they do not maintain a clean area. Hotel smells like wet dog, flys are in great population. Dog hair everywhere. Trollys are weak and appear to be holding on to the last unskrewed skrew. For bath, the water is incorrect.. the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Dirty in appearance, I would advise, if you have the means go for a different option in hotel. Do not recommend.
- 4/5
Very loud environment
- 5/5
Wasn't bad
- 2/5
Quick friendly check in process. Rooms were not really clean. Was only provided with two towels. No extras. Tv didn’t work and it was missing the remote.
- 1/5
Never stay here again
- 1/5
Only the full-size refrigerator was working, everything else didn't work or was missing
- 4/5
Nothing unique. Stayed here because I had my dog. Pet area in back was covered in nasty dog poop from people not picking up after their dogs. Smell of marijuana was persistent throughout hotel. No dinnerware available. Otherwise a comfortable room and friendly folks.
- 1/5
They say you get what you pay for! But in my opinion not even $90 was worth it! It was nasty and dirty! Smells like weed all in the hotel room and in hallways! We didn’t have a remote for the tv. Went to go ask for one and still didn’t work! Also the locks on the room door were not secured at all. We put a chair in front of the door at night, just in case. I will never stay again.
- 1/5
I arrived on a Saturday aftertoon to check in. Upon my arrivial I was told that there was a $100 deposit. That wasn't posted on the website nor in the lobby. The followind night we saw roaches and asked the GM Dustin for accomedations for the room. He refused to do anything about it. He told me I can leave of deal with it . Which is poor customer service when the hotel has roaches. I didn't ask for another room just accomedations is all.
- 1/5
Very noisy. People were constantly going out the fire exit which would set the alarm off at all hours. Music was playing very loud. Overall not what we expected after staying at a different extended stay. It did have a full size fridge.
- 3/5
The cart provided to take our things upstairs NEEDS replaced, it was being held together with duct tape and barely rolls. You can tell the location had been recently remodeled. However the lack of carpet allows for the echo of EVERYTHING! The room smelled great and clean. However, the bathroom around the tub looked moldy. The beds felt as flimsy as they looked. I couldn't move without feeling like it was going to collapse on me. There was a support bar awkwardly across the bed, making it extremely difficult to get comfortable. There weren't enough towels for everyone in my party and the morning clerk refused to let us have more because of a two towel policy. I didn't read any policy that I couldn't have enough towels for everyone that was with me. OMG, other people's kids were running, screaming, and skating all through the halls, as well they were unsupervised. THERE SHOULD BE A POLICY FOR NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. Speaking of policy (and extras), where was the area for the grab and go breakfast that was supposed to be from 6am-9am?! It is very unlikely I will plan to visit this hotel again.
- 1/5
Front desk asked me to take a picture of my credit card and send over. BEWARE
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet with no distraction. Overall extremely satisfying stay. We would stay there again.
- 2/5
The staff was very nice. But the room cleaned still smelled like smoke and even more intense through the halls and elevators. I am allergic to smoke if I had known it was a smoke facility I would not have stayed here.
- 1/5
This is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life, and that includes years of traveling. The check in process was a disaster only to be made worse by the room, which was a kid to a prison cell. When I booked the room, it was made clear that there would be a breakfast included, which wasn’t the case. The room smelled as if somebody poured a bucket of cleaning fluid. It just lathered the room with it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we could only manage a few hours of sleep. Needless to say I don’t recommend this place.
- 3/5
It’s cool for a fast stay we struggled getting in our room door and closing it. Room was clean just smelled stail
- 1/5
We booked this hotel through Expedia. We were supposed to have two rooms with two beds, but the person in charge at the front desk told us the Expedia had overbooked them, and that they only had two rooms with single beds. I believe that Expedia had misleading information about this hotel. The pictures that Expedia had on the website were not accurate. We were supposed to have breakfast included, but this hotel didn’t offer that. The lady a the front desk was very helpful, but overall I think it was Expedia fault for having misleading information about this hotel.

The beds are cots and the hallway smells like smoke. I didn’t stay I went somewhere else.

- 3/5
I didn’t like that the hallways smelt like cigarettes almost 24/7
- 3/5
Its a solid place for one or two nights if you’re going to be gone most of the time
- 4/5
I had a good time and would recommend the motel. I will use the motel again
- 1/5
It was a no smoking property but you could smell marijuana, the elevator smelled of dogs. The room the didn't have a working TV or phone. The key card to get into the hallway where the rooms were located wasn't working. I got locked out and had to call for after hours assistance.
- 1/5
Worst place ever, how do we get refunded.
- 5/5
This hotel is so serene!!! Upscale for good pricing. Very very clean and staff is the best!!!
- 1/5
We walked in and the lady at the door said sorry the cards are having issues tonight. I thought that meant it wasn't completely working. Nope just not working... they didn't even give us a card to the room. When we walked in the room it smelled like someone had peed all in the room. Not like animals just straight pee. The room did not look like the pictures. It looked like a prison cell, very bare and I just couldn't stay there.
- 1/5
We got there at 11pm and no staff could be found. The doors to all the rooms wouldn’t even lock, the lobby smelled like smoke. I never even got to check in. It was a JOKE never stay there
- 2/5
Very noisy and the bathroom didnt even have toilet paper. I had to go to the desk and ask for it. Elevator smells like smoke even though it has a no smoking sign, they want a 100.00 deposit for this?????
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very affordable and has a great staff that works there. I haven't had a stable place to regularly live at and really appreciated finding an affordable place to stay the night!!
- 5/5
Everything was great have no complaints
- 5/5
The clerk at the front desk was amazing, she was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family!
- 5/5
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable
- 5/5
Everyone and everything is and was fantastic
- 5/5
I’ve been here off and on for a good 3 months and I haven’t really had no types of complaints the rooms are nice and are a decent size I love the fact that we have an apartment size refrigerator…. I love the fact that they are pet friendly and kid friendly and all the staff here are friendly as well I could go to a real expensive hotel spend my hard earned money with them and they think it’s okay to be rude towards my children but not here here they treat my children how they would want to be be treated
- 1/5
Hotel was old and dingy very run down in need for Renovations
- 2/5
Got there and was told my reservation was cancelled and had to wait to get checked in and then room had funny smell.
- 4/5
I mean it’s just the outside and it’s not really the hotel it’s self it’s the guest that come to stay with there animals some or most don’t really care to pick up after there dog making it to where other guest and the kids can’t really enjoy the outside around the hotel no one wants to step in poop or have there child/children to play or be around animal feces
- 2/5
At the end of the day you get what you pay for but the pubes and mildew are really an issue.
- 1/5
This hotel stinks once you enter the building. The hotel employees were nice but often the front desk office had no one and often have to wait. We asked for a “do not disturb sign” and they don’t provide it due to rooms needed to be clean every 14 days. The room was not properly clean. In the small studio there is 2 burner stove and a sink which is convenient but no kitchen items are provided, if you want utensils, mugs or kitchen supplies (skillet, pots) you need to rent it which was a BIG downside. While reserving the hotel one of the things it included was a grab and go breakfast, this is FALSE, this hotel does not provide this service. The hotel has nearby fast food at least. Also, you can hear every thing happening around and the bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs harming your back.
- 1/5
Room i booked was not available upon arrival. Booked a double bed through hotels.com. Upon arrival room has single bed. Could not stay with 2 ppl sleeping in single bed. Need refund asap.
- 2/5
They do not accept cash payment like i was told. The parking lot looked like a trash truck vomited and the room smelled like mold and i found it under the sink. BLACK MOLD !!
- 1/5
It took over an hour just to get checked in. Then I was treated as if it was my fault they took so long to come down and chase I is in. The room was clean. However the hotel outside and lobby was a disaster. There were multiple people there waiting to be checked in and others left and canceled their reservation. I would have had I not needed a late check in since I was coming in from out of town. And my night would not have been refunded.
- 2/5
I should've asked for a refund. I arrived late and it took forever to check in and when I got to my room the bed was stripped with only 1 pillow. No toilet paper. No towels and no trash cans like the maid half assed started the room. I was lucky to catch the clerk before she left so they could move me to a different room. If I hadn't known they had a closing time and would up coming any later I would have been screwed. There were bugs all over the place and the walls and floors were filthy. Wear slippers or flip flops because I walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were black. A lot of questionable people coming and going at all hours. I double locked my door. I won't stay again. You need to prepare for a $100 deposit for incidentals. But they should really give YOU the deposit for incidentals...
- 1/5
Horrible service. Not enough information.
- 3/5
Area was great, the hotel leaves much to be desired, unfortunately our first room was completely terrible, the shower drain didnt work at all, the tv didnt work, the phone didnt work, and our door didnt even lock correctly. There was also no toilet paper in our first room. They did switch us to a different room which was great. However, in the hallway there was a large puddle of what appeared to be dog urine that seemed to be fresh on the day we arrived (9/20/24), and was never cleaned and it dried up on the hallway floor. It was still there when we left this morning (9/23/24). I personally saw a cleaning woman pass by it multiple times, yet it remained there the entirety of our stay. I was absolutely disgusted that I had to hop over a puddle of pee any time we left or returned to our room.
- 5/5
I like the location of the hotel. Easy parking.nice clean rooms. Very quiet.
- 2/5
I liked that the room was very clean and the lady who checked me in was nice. There were very shady people coming in and out of the property during all hours of the night and I kept being awakened by slamming doors.

I arrived after hours. There’s a note on the door to call a certain number. I called twice and no one answered. I walked through the interior hall area and it smelled as if it been flooded, was very musty.
- 5/5
Clean and smelled fresh great place to sleep!
- 3/5
I arrived at 9pm for check in for no one to be at the front desk that had a sign for office hrs 9am -10pm and to please call on the phone. Took 45 mins and after calling the corporate number for someone to say someone would be down in 10 mins to check me in. For the girl to then go in elevator with me back to what ever floor she was on
- 1/5
The property didn’t look like the pictures. No complimentary breakfast
- 3/5
Key card worked for one day, had to rekey. I will not stay again.
- 1/5
Hotels.con did not put good hotel
- 5/5
It was a nice stay friendly saff.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast even though expedia said there was. The staff was friendly but said that was at their other locations, not this one. Even snacks from a vending machine would've been nice. Multiple times during my stay the hotel alarms would go off for no reqson, the last instance was at 3am.
- 1/5
Cockroaches all the place infected
- 5/5
The staff was very nice & friendly & on point with everything I will be back
- 1/5
Unless you stay 8+ nights at the hotel, they will not change out your sheets/clean your room. You are tasked with those duties, as if you’re in your own home and not staying at a hotel room. The overall cleanliness of the room was mediocre at best. Hair in the shower/sink, house centipedes crawling on the floor/counters, and the surfaces had grime/dirt in most spots. Although the room was not cleaned, there was a “tip envelope” sitting on the counter, requesting I tip the maid for her “hard work.” The fellow occupants were loud, panhandlers, and questionable at best. Kid toys, loud music/talking, shopping carts, and smokers were constantly outside. My room was an end room, which meant I was next to the side exit door, which saw heavy traffic most nights. Slamming doors, and the walls were paper thin, so I ended up hearing every frequent conversation that happen throughout the night. My last night at the hotel, after taking out the trash, my hotel key stopped working. So, I went to the front desk and used the hotel lobby phone to contact a staff member, since the hotel is only not staffed 24/7. I was greeted by an individual, who later identified himself as the general manager. The first words out his mouth were hostile, contained profanity, and how he couldn’t believe I “demagnetized” my key on purpose after he just clocked out. The individual then threatened to charge me $10 to reactivate my key, and stated he was doing me a favor by not doing so. I will never be back.
