Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Mold in the a/c, no smoke alarm in the room, the pool was never open to the guest. Not able to adjust water temp in shower, either cold or scolding hot. Unable to watch tv because speakers were blown. The staff were rude and unprofessional.
- 1/5
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room they tried to put us in smelled horrible and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The next room did not have the amenities I needed but it had a bed. The bedding had a dirty boot print on it. Their “breakfast” is stale fruit loops … literally nothing else. 2 days there wasn’t even milk. No one at the desk seemed to even care. The pool, you can tell is never cleaned, and forget hot water in the shower. A plus, AC worked great! We asked for extra towels for our room and they gave us 2 dark stained old towels. And never had towels in the pool area. I would never stay here again!

Had great Time planning the vacation trips

People smoking dope in there room by us and it was coming in under our door this was rude of the people and front deck really didn't care
- 1/5
They got roaches. To be fair. They are trying to take care fo
- 4/5
Nice motel located close to PNAS and Corey Field. Great people and close to food establishments. Very good beds. Clean rooms AC units work great but can be noisy. Halls can be noisy due to no carpets. Always check bathrooms for proper drainage and clean vents. Breakfast amenities very basic.
- 4/5
The front desk clerk was amazing, helpful and welcoming
- 4/5
Staff were friendly. Room was clean. It was an ok stay for a not drive sleepy kind of stay.
- 4/5
Overall good! staff was very helpful.

Nothing. When I and my family me it.They told me they had to cancel my reservation, that it was a glitch in the system, and that the room was not ready. I will never booked with this company again!
- 1/5
The only breakfast was some cereal and oranges one day they had 6 apple cinnamon pastries but that was it. The rooms coffee pot didnt work, the microwave didnt even have the plate in it. There's no pans or silverware or any of that. The pictures are all old the sky lights above the pool have been painted completely over. The staff besides the maids were all rude. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after a hour of walking around in our room. The ice machine didnt work either. The coffee in the lounge was old. It was a terrible experience. We won't be back.
- 2/5
I realize this is a budget lodging but it is really substandard. On the good side the bed was fairly comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and the A/C worked. Other than that it was disappointing. The vinyl tile floor of the room was a sticky mess, the shower was almost impossible to work, hair in the sink and bathroom floor from the last guest, carpet in the hallway was literally black with dirt etc. Shabby is one thing but filthy is not acceptable.
- 1/5
Soap was the size of a quarter. TV was impossible to use. Cockroach in bathroom. Flies around breakfast. Hot water dispenser at breakfast had cold water.
- 3/5
Room was clean but common areas had very old musty carpet. Loud folks in hallway at 3am. Recommend hotel post signs throughout the common areas reminding guests to be quiet during sleeping hours and enforce quit policy. A decent hotel is ruined by inconsiderate loud people. Breakfast was very minimal but ok.
- 1/5
The second we stepped in the room there was a cockroach running around and two other dead right by the entrance. A couple more in the bathroom. The room was dirty, we booked a Hyatt after the first night because it was impossible to stay there any longer.
- 1/5
absolutely horrible
- 3/5

Time I come back and I go into this room and I went to use the bathroom and what do I find? A cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor by the toilet. I go to the front desk and bring it down to them. They apologize again a now offer to upgrade me to a suite… the suite then had dead roaches all in the lights. It was disgusting. Paid almost 400$ for 3 days and a deposit and that’s the quality I received. Absolutely unacceptable And disgusting

- 2/5
Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Staff was nice. We were so in a rush out in the mornings and so tired at night, we made it work for the price for a bed. 😞
- 5/5
It was good
- 1/5
This property was the absolute worst and it looked nothing like the pictures shown. The location was disturbing because outside of the window was a group of drug heads with grocery carts full of junk. It was like 6 of them sitting on the side of a store smoking drugs. The hotel was not clean at all. One room smelled like old crawfish, the halls was full of stains and the beds as well. I was taking my kids out for spring break but this property is not anybody oriented. The only good thing about it is the manager had no problem refunding me because he pretty much knows about all of this anyway.
- 1/5
Cockroaches everywhere, cleaning ladies smoked hours on hours outside our room, cops showed up 3 times in our 4 day stay, staff at front desk were slightly difficult.
- 1/5
The room also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. In addition, I stayed for four nights and my room was never serviced once. No one from the staff mentioned housekeeping or checked in about it. I was also never informed about the breakfast or any hotel amenities, which made the service feel very lacking. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Room was not clean full of dirt the first night and bed was full of hair. Had to ask for new sheets
- 1/5
Mold in my bathroom.
- 4.5/5
Pool was really cold
- 2/5
The internet didnt work. The pool said open till 10 they closed it at 7. The pool rulessay NO DIVING a 6 yr old was jumping in from sode of pool feet 1st and the lady came out screaming NO JUMPING thats not what the rules said. I was there for 3 days NO housekeeping came was given no tiolet paper no trash bags no cleam towels and the whole hallway smelt of Marijuana BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE
- 1/5
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Couch was torn in multiple spots, refrigerator didn’t work, ac didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, there was urine stains on a pillow and blanket, pubic hairs on toilet seat, paint was peeling and it appeared to be blood on the wall that we seen as we were leaving. Absolutely THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed at.
- 4.5/5
There is many places to go in the area for food, not to far from the airport too Some how despite being just outside of a military base the people don’t seem the safest
- 0.5/5
The property itself was nice, clean rooms and not a bad location. I was double charged for my room and the staff refused to give me straight answers so I paid double and they won’t do anything about it.
- 2/5
The room was nasty and looked like it had not been cleaned at all, could not even cook on the stove, dirt all over the floor no toilet paper or towels… staff got rude when I ask for some so just went and bought our own .. some of the rooms was playing loud music all night and nothing got done about it , the halls smelled nothing but like weed.. funny thing is u can some that in rooms but the people that smoke can’t smoke cigarettes in there rooms … my opinion the place probably needs to be checked for drugs… I will never stay there again

Everything
- 5/5
good
- 2/5
The rate of the room was good. The front desk clerk was nice . When I arrived in the lobby. I noticed that there was a huge monitor that was for security cameras. With that being said. There were a few young men hanging on the stairs and laundry . Looked like they doing more than just hanging in that area. Possibly drug dealing. I made it known that to the receptionist and she just kind of shrugged it off . Instead of checking on it. She gave me a room close to them . There was a couple of loud bangs in the night but. We stayed due to the long road trip and traveling with a toddler.
- 1/5
I had to change rooms because the fridge in the first one was very dirty. The fridge in the second room was dirty as well but I cleaned it. I also had to clean the face basin. There were shaved hairs like a man beard. To add to that there was a perspiration scent as soon as you entered. Worst hotel I stayed in ever.
- 1/5
no hairdryer...no light over sink....side entrance door supposed to be locked for safety (bad neighborhood) but it wasn't...people smoking outside all 3 doors...toilet ran constantly...noisy window unit that kept me up all night
- 3.5/5
how nice the staff was I wasn't to pleased about the noise at night time in the hallway and the working in the early mroning hours.
- 2.5/5
There was an indoor pool and close to some fast food restruants and Family Dollar store The maid service could been more attentive to our needs. We had an incident that needed the sheets to be replaced and after multiple times the sheets and bed clothing on the bed was replaced and made, however the floor was not swept when we were there. We purchased our own toilet paper, and paper towels.

Roaches filth
- 2/5
Cleaniliness of room initall inpression was good until later on at night. I found a cockroach scurrying around on the bathroom floor and the following day I noticed the sheets/comfortors on BOTH beds had stains on them. I didnt notice it the day prior due to my late evening check in and being tired. Wouldnt recommend unless last resort.
- 5/5
Clean and cheap
- 4/5
Keyed entry to all entrances. The pool wasn’t heated. The door to the pool area wouldn’t close.
- 1/5
It was filthy as hell I will never stay there again the bed was like a brick
- 4/5
Check in staff was real attentive
- 1/5
Our room flooded from the shower leaking through the wall, the shower was falling apart, the faucet was hanging off the wall, and the only option we were given was to go from a 1st floor room to a 3rd floor room where the shower was also just hanging down/not connected to the wall. Its difficult to go from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor when youre disabled. No partial refund option to cancel so we could go elsewhere. It was extremely noisy, overall not a great experience. Wouldn't stay here again
- 5/5
Everything was great service and property it was clean
- 2/5
We had multiple roaches in our room plus the plumbing wasn’t the best and had mold in the ceiling and the hallway smelled like old sewers
- 5/5
My stay was really well. Very friendly Staff and very convenient location

Internet does not work properly roaches are in the rooms and the floors are dirty and the place stinks
- 5/5
From check in to check out staff was over and beyond. Helpful, patient Nd friendly. Extremely impressed!
- 2/5
The hotel is pretty run down but I honestly Wasn’t expecting much being that it was a Red Roof and a cheap hotel. The front desk lady (American) was very friendly and check in was easy. I’m more frustrated that I paid and they kept my $50 deposit. I stay in hotels quite frequently and we always clean. When I called to find out why I was Told that it was because all of the towels and sheets were stained and the room smelled of smoke. First off, we were there two nights and of course took a shower but there was nothing that could have stained the towels or sheets, I didnt Even wear makeup all weekend because we were at the beach. Secondly, both my fiancé and I are non smokers, there is no way the room smelled of smoke. I have never had a motel/hotel keep a deposit. Of course there is no way for me to prove this nor is there a way for them to prove the negative. I’d just be forewarned that it is a possibility they will lie in order to keep that little bit of extra money.
- 1/5
We got there and our room was still dirty. The bathtub was filthy and so were the beds. The bedding and bed covers are stained. We complained to the front desk and we were offered a room change. The room we were transferred to a room upstairs which was technically an upgrade was also filthy. Same issues, stained beds and bedding, the kitchenette had food all over the little stove the microwave had food in it. The only good thing about this place was the fact that it was more or less centralized and had good places around it.
- 1/5
This property was NOT at all like the photos, it was clearly staged or AI. It was moldy, dirty and extremely unsafe. The Sherriff was there multiple times. It smelled SO bad. The sheets were not clean nor were the towels. Our bed smelled like vomit and we found bedbugs that they tried to hide. Also, there was no cable service it said service was unavailable and the property would not fix it. We needed to tv to drown out the sound of traffic and wild parties in the hotel. The property manager sat outside drinking and smoking cigars at night and clearly there was lots of pot being smoked inside the property and staff did not care. We had a room with a stove that still had crumbs and food from the last person, the tub was dirty brown and you could NOT walk on the floors in your room or your feet would be black.
- 1/5
Honestly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The first room they gave us smelled like a mildewy basement, the air was heavy & muggy, the sheets felt damp and sticky, there was roach in dresser drawer, the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. You'd get black feet just from walking barefoot in the room. The service was terrible, its hit or miss on maid services, the staff are absolutely rude and didn't want to hear our complaints. We talked to others staying at the hotel who had the same complaints as we did. A couple even checked out early because they killed 2 roaches in their room. Our original room was 106, we asked for a different room so they gave us a key to 109. It was in worse condition than 106. So the next day when maid service hadn't come through, even though they asked us if we wanted maid service and we said yes, they didnt stop by so we asked for another room again, they gave us 107 which was a little better than the first 2 rooms but still wasnt worth what we paid to stay there. We were told they're under new management now because of "the bugs", but they still have bugs. So if you're considering a stay at this Red Roof Inn - NAS Corry... DON'T, just don't. Save yourself the time, trouble, money, and spare yourself the nastiness.
- 4/5
The place was recently bought from previous ownership. There was renovation in progress. Room was serviceable. Air conditioning worked very well.... bathrooms wereclean and in order. Afew problems with entry/exit doors but were being worked on. Never did get the chance to sample the continental breakfast. Staff was courteous and kudos to maintenance for fixing TV in a timely manner. Place has potential.
- 1/5
The rooms smelled of mold. The pillows were horrible . Could hear the people above us all night. People fighting outside our door at 4 am. Front desk did nothing about it. Will never stay at a red roof in again. This property was nothing like it was presented on line.
- 4/5
It was an ‘ok’ hotel, suite was big and beds were comfortable but room wasn’t to clean
- 1/5
The maintenance was terrible and it was a very unsafe place
- 5/5
C
- 3/5
It was ok. The tub was dirty and the bathroom tiles were falling off
- 5/5
I was good place to stay. And close to down rown and beaches.
- 1/5
Our room had the hardest bed and pillows as well. The AC in the bedroom, did not work. The fridge, did not work. The freezer stayed cool, but did not freeze. Room 220. The microwave, did not work. We tried to use it and it smelled like it was burning. We unplugged it. We booked the suite because we have an autistic child who is VERY picky and we needed a stove to cook his safe foods. However, after the microwave smelled like it was burning, we didn’t even attempt to use the stove. The bathroom curtain rod was hanging down so the curtain stayed open and soaked the floors. The headboards had not been cleaned, you could see hand prints all over it. Just hoping they changed the sheets! We didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper until we asked. The housekeeping did not come in the entire time during our stay until we called the front desk and told them. There was no tv remote in the living room. So we didn’t even get to turn the tv on. Not that it matters, the channels weren’t good anyways. Also, we smelled pot up and down the hallways and cigarette smoke leaked into our non-smoking room. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at to be honest. The only good thing, is the location. Plenty of restaurants very close by but would never stay there again. I told the man up front about the issues and showed him the picture of the roaches. He didn’t even bother to offer a discount but said he would note it.
- 3/5
Bugs in the room and bathroom
- 2/5
The first room I was given was immediately across the hall from a room that had dogs constantly barking. That forced me to take all my belongings back to the lobby to request another room. The second room was quiet, but I noticed the sheets were on top of the duvet instead of under it. There was no flat sheet beneath the duvet. I removed the sheet so I could place it under the duvet, exposing the quarter-sized hole and the stains on the duvet. The hotel required a $50 card hold for damage or smoking, which I understand. First, it is hard to justify a hold when the property is below even normal standards. Second, there currently two $50 holds on my account three days later. I will be watching closely to ensure I am not charged. Lastly, when I checked out, I told the clerk I needed a receipt. He looked at the computer, looked back at me, and then asked, "You want a receipt?" as though it was the most odd thing anyone had ever requested.
- 2/5
This was the worst stay I've ever had. We reserved a suite with kitchenette, checked in late afternoon with drinks and snacks needing to be refrigerated and ready for rest. After we were fully unpacked and kids asleep we find the fridge isn't cooling, the a/c in the bedroom isn't cooling properly and the ice in the freezer is slowly melting and the kitchen sink dripped all night. We decided to stick it out but the next morning the coffee maker spewed water from everywhere. The bath tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor and the sleeper sofa had gummy bears stuck in the cushions. Would never stay here again. When I talked to the desk clerk in the morning I was told I should have said something earlier and they would have changed our room, like I'm gonna pack up and wake the kids to move rooms to another one that might have been worse. Checked out and got credit for our unused night. We were very displeased and cut our fathers day trip short.

Convenience
- 3/5
Hotel in great location.
- 4/5
We over all had a good stay. The hotel does not offer breakfast as advertised on hotels.com and said they hadn’t since covid. Our room we booked through this site said it came with a full size fridge, when we arrived our room did not have one. However when we called the front desk they had one sent to our room. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, location was central to downtown and the beach, and we were happy with our stay
- 4/5
For the price is was a wonderful stay it suited all of my families needs. Amd was a qiuck drive to beaches.
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 3/5

- 1/5
The linen had stains on them and the picture of the bedding was different from the picture in the display picture
- 2/5
Man walking in hall in underwear! Couple of guests fighting outside Sketchy neighborhood Torn couch Broken drape rod Filthy refrigerator, mold on gasket. TV remote did not work on Bedroom TV.
- 3/5
The first room we were put into was filthy. The second room, the stove did not work, the fridge leaked, the shower facet never fully turned off and the last day we were there the facet didnt turn off at all. we ended up leaving a day early. I dont recommend this hotel. Red Roof Fairgrounds in Pensacola I believe is better.
- 5/5
Best Hotel. Following are issues. 1) Refrigerator was leaking. 2) No utensils or plates or cup in the kitchen. Else, room was clean and for the price, it is the best.
- 5/5
Friendly clean exactly what I needed. Dogs allowed
- 1/5
You rape me off on refund for the nights I didn’t stay there
- 3/5
Housekeeping was the problem they didn’t clean or leave fresh towels when I went to the front desk to get fresh towels they said the housekeeper wrote we refused service. Having the kitchen was great especially the big fridge but there was no utensils to cook anything with so we ate out every night what we was trying to avoid. The pool was clean but freezing we couldn’t swim. Over all it was a good stay
- 2/5
There were roaches and stains on the sheets
- 4/5
The outside was a little dirty. Trash in the grass and socks , tall grass and unkept. But then day two they cut the grass. Our room was very clean, but my adult children’s room had some bugs in it. I will say the staff was very kind and accommodating . It’s a good value.
- 5/5
Red Roof at Nas Corry was affordable, rooms were clean. The room service was poor after second day no clean sheets stayed 4 nights, we had to go down to ask for new towels room service comes in at 10:00 a.m. so dirty towels it was. The location is definitely a place you want to lock your doors high drug use and homelessness in the area make sure to remove valuables. Location about 25 minutes from Pensacola Beach.
- 1/5
This place was horrible the halls smell of weed , ac didn’t work neither did the microwave or the hot water
- 2/5
I know it’s a bad area but you can’t at least fix the external doors
- 1/5
As soon as we stepped into the building it had a strong smell of cigarette along with roaches, mold on the bathroom curtain, and the bed sheets had such a strong smell of cigarettes, having to go out of my way to buy a candle to leave on all night to help with the smell of cigarette which had me waking up in the middle of the night having to throw up.
- 1/5
Please don't send anyone there! It's aweful!
- 2/5
CONS: slippery substance on entire room floor (unrinsed cleaner?). Bathroom sink drain improperly installed and slow to drain. Small roach found underneath one of the pillows (but only saw that one bug entire stay). ONE ice machine on site and it was broken. Strong smell of marijuana in hallway. Marijuana smokers outside back door of property at all hours. Housekeeping came into room even though I had Do Not Disturb sign on door. Housekeeper removed a towel and bathmat but did not replace and nothing else cleaned or disturbed. After complaining to the front desk, the missing towel/bathmat were replaced and housekeeping did not come into room again. The area of town seems somewhat sketchy but that isn't necessarily the hotel's fault but perhaps is symptomatic the hotel's condition.
- 4/5
Lots of panhandling going on even in there parking lot. Room door had issues unlocking and closing properly. My daughter had her own room had to be moved due to her original room was bad shape nothing worked...
- 5/5
No restaurants but a bk and an expensive Mexican joint across the street, other then that it’s ok for a cheap room
- 1/5
The room was full of roaches. I called and I was told it was very old hotel and that is why the price is so low. $85 per night isn't so low. They agreed to put us in another room. The noise was so loud we could not get a good night sleep. We checked out and will not stay there again. There are other places less expensive or same price that are clean and roach free. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
We reserve a suite which was clean and appeared newly renovated. There wasn't a microwave or any chairs in the living room and kitchen area, but the couch was accommodating for 2 people. Only the freezer part of the refrigerator was cold and only one towel each, but the staff was very nice and accommodating with more towels and toilet tissue.
- 1/5
bugs in the room
- 1/5
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
- 1/5
I have always stayed at red roof when I needed and they were always nice and friendly until my stay this last time. I was told I could no longer rent the room I was in because one my son accidentally wasted chocolate milk on the sheets so apparently now they weren’t able to use them anymore and second as we were trying to get in the room all my 6 yr old did as pull the door down because thts how u open it and it stayed down so they say he broke the door. Then I was told my reservation was cancelled by the front desk and all I had to do was call Expedia and I would be refunded $300 dollars I paid for my reservation but this is 2 days later and everytime they call to verify that they supposedly cancelled my reservation they won’t answer the phone so I’m still waiting for them to verify that so I can get my money back it’s ridiculous I will never go back to them the desk staff are the worse I’ve ever seen and I’ve done hotel work 20 yrs

.
- 4/5
I liked everything just tv didn't work neither did wifi
- 1/5
The room wasn’t clean trash everywhere
- 3/5
Ice machine is not working... something I find more often in the past few years - especially with relatively newer motel owner owners where it appears to be an intentional cost-saving/control decision... though they don't admit it.
- 1/5
Disgusting. Didnt stay the 2nd night
- 1/5
BABY ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! Was using the toilet and one crawled on my leg I was disgusted I vomited so much and water leaks are bad wouldn’t ever stay here price should be $5 a stay 👎👎
- 5/5
I rate the hotel an overall 3 stars. The clerk was good and responsive, that was good. To get to the rooms, you have to walk out of the lobby and around the back; the second entrance was not working. At the back door was a dog which looked like a stray - not a fan of stray dogs. The room looks renovated, but wasn’t well cleaned. I think the low price matches the room. I’d say it’s ok if you’re looking for a cheap one night stay.
- 2/5
Took a chance given pricepoint that off season and low demand location could have been factors. Room itself wasn’t especially unclean but overall condition of room and property was poor. Power outlet missing cover, shower not functional, sink wouldn’t drain, microwave mounted at precarious angle, fridge looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it. Desk staff wasn’t particularly interested in the feedback at checkout.
- 1/5
Never go there again
- 1/5
The hotel is nasty, homeless people hanging around the back entrance where we were instructed to park our car. Ground floor smelled like urine. They have a pool on the ground floor but its not up to Florida code. You can't enter thru the front of the hotel because of the pool
- 4/5
No water pressure! While showering the last day of stay, I barely had a trickle of water to rinse with. Shower started out fine.
- 2/5
Though the motel is dated and run down the staff was great.
- 4/5
Nice room, convenient location. The bathroom was too small, though.
- 2/5
Space was great for the suite but it was all dirty. Only had 1 trash can, towels were full of grey hair, floors were sticky, did not have bed sheets for the sofa bed and we asked for it and they never brought it. The A/C in the room was not cooling.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Everything from paint chipping off the walls, stained bed sheets, bugs, the smoke alarm was just dangling from the wall, rusty sink, stove covered in dirty aluminum foil. Just DONT!
- 2/5

We stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Helene. It was just a place to lay our heads for the night, so we didn’t have super high expectations. The AC did work fine, and the bed sheets were clean (except the top sheets which were stained badly). But everything else was nasty. There were cockroaches EVERYWHERE (coming from absolutely no bugs at home, this was nasty) and several old, full roach motels behind the fridge with caked up roach dust. The TV is half-broken on one side and the color doesn’t work. The fridge had old residue from food in it still, and the shower had a bunch of hair and some dark black stains like little rivers on the bottom of the floor. The microwave looked like someone almost blew it up last time they used it. Just not clean at all. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the roach infestation. We didn’t really deal with staff other than to ask for more towels and when we checked in, he was friendly. We just couldn’t wait to get the night over with and get home.

Two-day stay was a nightmare: cracked bathtub floor, no shower curtain, no housekeeping service AT ALL, roaches AND bedbugs, tvs in some rooms have girrible reception, had to switch rooms because smoke detector chirping loud & constant (front desk clerk had to yank it out of wall), indoor pool closed due to failed health inspection. To access rooms, have to enter isolated side entrance into long corridors without cameras, towels felt like sandpaper. Overall, poir accomodations. Staff were very nice, but big deal!

There were no chairs, no trash can ,no towels and no bed spread. The room looked totally different from the picture of the room that we thought we were reserving. When inquiring about the problems they just told us that only the suits had chairs unlike what was said advertised and had to get my own towels. I will never stay at Red Roof again....period. Even Motel 6 gives ya table and chairs instead of makin ya sit and eat on the bed.

Cockroaches everywhere, not clean, bad smell.

Gross, garbage and dirt everywhere in the halls and around the parking lot. Sheets and towels stained. Hallway and stairs carpet covered in dirt.

First, to prove that I'm objective, let me tell you the good qualities of the property: the air conditioner worked great; the beds were comfortable. It's a shame Expedia does not allow you to upload photos. I'll have to describe the conditions, although there is not easy I can do it justice. First, the hall probably had not been mopped in a month. To access the building you use a key card; the key card reader at both entrances had been smashed (but still functioned). The whole probably was dilapidated. It's in a bad part of town where you feel like drug deals are going down all around you . We checked out and moved hotels

I called 3 times to tell them I would get there at 3 am they said it was ok ..... of course has problems checking in .... I was charged on 2 cards and getting the run around. The pool was closed for health code reasons the indoor pool was a major reason I picked this place ... there was trash and beer cans in the halls and parking lots. The neiborhood was not great. The hall floors were dirty. Bed was not comfortable towels bad. No trash can in my room. If your a trucker or on the job and just need a place to lay down it's fine but this is not for families. It was not relaxing or a good value. Not worth what I was charged. Stove was not clean and they had no dishes to use the stove. The only pros were the rook was large and they are pet friendly.

I arrived at the hotel around 10pm on July 19th. The photos on the hotels.com app are very misleading and inaccurate. The parking lot was small and ppl standing around the area that looked very concerning and possibly under the influence. I did not feel safe and did not get out of my vehicle and immediately contacted customer service. I was informed that due to safety concerns that I would not be charged. After the customer service representative contacted the hotel, they would not refund my money, because it was not before check in. I traveled all day to get to a run down dilapidated hotel in an unsafe area. So I chose to drive 15 hours home to keep myself and my family safe. The safety of your customers should be one of your priorities. I’m very unhappy that I was charged for hotel room I never stayed at due to safety concerns.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool was closed due to a failed health inspection and that’s a reason I booked it in the first place. There was an old ice cream container in the fridge, the bed sheets were dirty, our shower was clogged the water wouldn’t go down and same with my brothers room next to us, the hallway looked filthy with trash every where. I’m not picky about hotels at all but this was just so bad I had to warn others. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Would never stay at a red roof inn again in my life so horrible.

Rooms are up to date but the hallways ate disgusting. Sketchy parking and location. Someone was digging in the dumper next door as I was unloading my car. Fire alarm was missing in the room with exposed wires. Towels (as already mentioned in other reviews) were very old and thin. Thank God I brought extra beach towels for us to utilize after bathing. Our fridge wasn’t working and I called to have it addressed. They brought a mini fridge in its place and left the broken one in the room.

The pool was closed do to health and safety reasons. The towel’s had holes in them and they were the size of floor towels. There was cockroaches in my room.

Nasty as hell, they didn’t have breakfast, roaches and spiders and all the trash cans were over filled. Shower was nasty and my sheets came off my bed and I was able to see the mattress and it look like it was from 1980 with pee stains and all kinds of stains on it. Just disgusting. This place needs to be shut down immediately

First time ever staying & I just knew it was gone be lovely but i was wrong….Tub was dirty sink was dirty I ask for cleaning supplies so I could clean the bathroom myself & feel more comfortable. I call front desk for cleaning supplies he said they didn’t have any. So I used Lysol that i had to clean it myself. Once clean i got a bath rag to take a shower open it & it was brown on the inside & full of hair. I was so disgusted…. The pool was close due to some code they didn’t meet & it was not stated before booking & the ice machine didn’t work. Just an epic failure. I took pictures & a video & all the front desk people kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry with no concern for real. No change of room not even a discount knock off for a dirty room

Hotel was filthy, floors in the hallways have not been vacuumed and smelled awful, no hot water and shower handle was broken off and sitting on the shelf. Sheets had rips in them. Terrible hotel would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Awful place. Within the first few minutes my kids found a crack pipe in the Ice bucket. There was feces on the bathroom door, long hairs on the "clean towels" stained beeding with burn holes. Pulled put the pull out couch and it was disgusting, all stained up, food on it and when we lifted it there was wet sticky stuff and food all over. I informed the lady in the office who apologized and said they have been having problems with the new house keepers and gave me keys to the room above us. I went in and there were food rappers, whole peanuts, stains so i went down and informed her and she offered a full refund without hesitation. The proberty is grown up, dirty and in a not so safe area. The catpet in the stairs is all stained up and stinks. The images are very deceiving!!! The pool room is very dirty, nasty windows and the switch to turn the spa on will shock you. We drove 12.5 hrs for a vacation to this and due to not getting the refund for 1 to 2 business days on a Friday we spent 1 night in Mississippi and came home. This was the worst experience and waste of money!

I’ve never felt actually scared at a hotel before. We ended up having to leave at 5am because there were so many foreign men wandering the hallways yelling at each other. The towels, bedding etc were all stained. We got in at night and pretty much went to sleep and then woke up to pure madness starting at 3am. Non stop. There was piles of trash in the hallways to the point where it made me throw up because of the smell. DO NOT STAY HERE. I also have tons of bug bites

The woman who checked us in was kind and nice. However, the room had no water in the sink in the bathroom sink in the kitchen and no water in the shower whatsoever on the third floor. She moved us to another room on the third floor. Again, same problem moved us again on the first floor. Had a little bit water in the sink in the bathroom and the water coming out of the faucet for the bathtub but nothing coming out of the showerhead, and since I had a hip replacement done, I was not able to sit in the tub to take a shower or take a bath not a happy camper about this whole situation. It was not the woman’s fault but whoever owns that hotel needs to get that taken care of ASAP. I don’t know who else in that hotel had problems with their water in their rooms there was crumbs and food underneath the bed. There were bugs by the sink on the floor , they look like ants and some might look like cockroaches. My Son was with me when this all took place we did not take pictures, but was not happy about the whole situation. She did refund me my deposit, and hopefully hotel.com will refund my stay…. I did call Hotels.com to let them know of my situation with this particular hotel. As for a rating of it I give it a one star only for the service that I received from the lady from the front desk. She was nice and kind not her fault.

Did not like the crowd gathering in the parking lot in the back of the hotel both nights we were there

Room looked clean, but found roach first night, and then found another bug in the morning in the bathroom.. our TV remote didn’t work, got two different ones before finding one that worked. Outside the entrance to rooms the cigarette can was dumped over when we arrived and still a mess when we left in the morning . The towels were so old and thin you could almost see through them. We stayed here because it was close to the Naval Base, to see our grandson that was stationed there. We will never stsy here again and wouldn't recommend anyoneelse to.
