Property is undergoing a much needed renovation, but I don't knwo the degree of updatung the owners are pursuing. Would not book here again before the renovations are completed.

I was very pleased with this hotel. We forgot that the time changed from Texas to Arizona, I asked if we could get an early check in and it was no problem. They have a nice breakfast with a variety of items. I’d stay at this hotel again.

The room was your standard room so not bad. Hope at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was mid but not bad. The sausage gravy was way to think and kind of slimy. The biscuits were good though. The Hot tub was broken so bummer there but location next to everything made up for it. Overall decent to good stay.

Furniture could use an update. Chair was a bit frayed, bed was creaky. Linens didn't properly fit the mattress. Towels were flat. Everything was nice and clean, but these small improvements would have greatly elevated the stay.

It’s worth the money.

Upon arrival the lobby hallways were a mess. The room was shabby with stained carpets hair in bathroom loads of dust. I let them know and they gave 5000 points and sent staff to clean. Unfortunately worn out didn’t clean up. Our beds were terrible the manager took care of us, but the bed was worn out. Can’t get back the poor sleep. Breakfast was ok nice cold water. Super close to Peoria sports complex and many restaurants and target.

The entire hotel smelt weird from the moment you walked in

Breakfast was an awesome touch to our stay! The food was great and there was a variety to choose from. Our room was clean and exceptional and the bed was comfortable. Staff was also very friendly. I would stay here again. The property seems a little outdated but it wasn’t enough to bother me and my husbands stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had plenty of options, and we were surrounded by good restaurants and good shopping! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The bed was creaky and the chair at the desk was leaning. The large tv was a nice amenity.

Check in and out was efficient and effective. The room needs renovation - numerous spots on the carpet, bed was old and noisy, desk chair was not usable. Breakfast was good - variety, quality, and area. Smokers gathered right outside the front entrance which makes it unpleasant for non-smokers to walk through the area.

Stayed for the night before a long road trip and the beds were so uncomfortable that the nights sleep was terrible. When we finally got up to get ready to leave at 6 o’clock in the morning, we turned up the room temperature 2° and it made the fire alarm go off and scare the kids and us. Wasn’t enjoyable a waste of $200.

The room was clean and ready at check-in. The breakfasts were plentiful and fresh. Check in and check out or efficient and quick.

Just an average hotel - it was fine for the price. It's a bit outdated or just in older condition. We accidentally went to a different location by accident at first and that one was brand new so maybe that influenced my feelings. Rooms were ok, beds comfortable, bathroom old and tub kinda yucky - hate shower curtains. Shower pressure low and no hand sprayer - I hate that.But overall it was fine - location was good for what we needed and lots of food etc around.

I asked the front desk to unclog the bathtub several times daily and it was never fixed, that was very unsanitary, when garbage was floating out.

Management was excellent.

The staff was very nice and the maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean even the day after storms. Would recommend all my friends to stay here. Very clean pool and a nice area for the dogs.

Overall our stay was good and comfortable. The only thing is the room 223 smell musky.

I like this hotel! I’ve stayed at this location a few times now. It’s quiet, safe, has LOTS of dining and entertainment within walking distance from the property, parking is easy, had a good breakfast, rooms are clean, staff is nice, rates are reasonable!

Air conditioning was great, plenty of parking, and breakfast was good with plenty of options nearby if you opted for that

decent selection. Could use some overall updating-has to be one of the worst for noise control that I have ever stayed in-you can hear EVERYTHING-even the person below us raising their blinds. Also, lots of mildew in the bathroom-no fans probably adds to that.

1st floor room, lots of traffic noises throughout day/evening. Poor sink/shower drainage. Slow internet. No vending machines. Beds were very hard. Nice pillows though. Good options for breakfast. A/C is motion detection, so you’ll be coming back to a hot room. Which does cool down quickly.

The staff was very friendly but the facility needs a lot of work. The mattress was very worn out, large scratches everywhere and most of the hardware was needing replaced.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Right off the freeway so easy access. Rooms are spacious, staff was really nice. Breakfast was decent, not bad could use a few more options.

It was one of the very best places we have stayed at. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. The facility was always clean. The hot water for tea wasn't always hot. Which wasn't a problem .

Visit to Arizona to visit daughter. Room was fair, showed signs of wear. Furniture dirty, couch cushions on couch removed to use spare bed. Cushion had vomit on it. Went to use refrigerator and was warm. Advised staff with response of engineering that it was functioning properly. Stayed the 4 days with warm fridge. No pressure to shower , wife washed hair in sink. Only possitive came last day with pool being refreshing.

The location The staff was not helpful with the daily room service. They had an attitude and the receptionist was not helpful either.

We arrived at 6pm, all we wanted to do is shower and get to bed. We had no shower body gel or shampoo, the bottles were empty.

Checked and when entering my room it reeked of really strong scent as to cover up smoking. The room is suppose to be non smoking. A sign on the 1st floor lobby said “ this is strictly a non-smoking floor”. This tells me there could be smoking on the other floors. I was reassigned a different room which was a lot better in regards to the scent smell. The lotion in the room is highly scented which I did not like at all. The carpet is heavily stained ( room 326) which is a huge turn-off for me, I wore my shoes the entire time even when going to bathroom in middle of night. The guy at the front desk at 6 am on April 25 my check-out day, was not friendly at all.😩 the only good thing is the close proximity to restaurants and the freeway.

The property was well maintained, centrally located and the staff members were pleasant and vefy helpful.

The property is located next to everything you'd want for Seattle Mariners spring training. It's all walkable. The property is ok and clean, but the facilities are dated.

Easy to check in. Nice front desk. The hotel could use some repair and refresh. The carpet looked warn. The beds need to be refreshed too as they are creaky. The breakfast was good.

Again, the staff and manager were great and accommodating, the property needs updating and the breakfast needs a revamp.

Hampton Inns are hit and miss; this one was a miss. Badly in need of an update. Also not well-staffed or prepared (not a criticism of the staff; they did what they could). I'd expect a hotel, even a traveler's hotel, to be able to change a $100 (considering the only nearby ATM only distributed $100s - why isn't there one in the hotel?). Clean but discombobulated.

The cost of the room was outrageous as compared to the quality of the hotel. Rooms were not clean, breakfast was marginal, road noise was high, kids running up and down the halls. I would not recommend staying here for the price. One out of ten I rate this hotel a 2

The breakfast? Yes, it was free, but definitely lacking. The best thing was the waffle. As far as the eggs bacon sausage, whatever was there, they were pretty much. Terrible.

Hotel was what I expected from a Hampton Inn. Clean, courteous staff and good breakfast in the morning. Beds are very comfortable and the AC works great.

Morning breakfast was not up to normal standards. One day (Friday) there was no breakfast available just coffee. Replenishment of breakfast items was not in timely order.

The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was dirty. I had to walk around the room with shoes because the floors were sticky. I used wipes to clean my feet and they were black. The mattress also had brown stains all over it. I will skip staying at another Hampton Inn. Overpriced and dirty!

The place was clean. Staff was nice. Bfast was better than some other “free” bfasts we’ve had. But this hotel is in need of some updates…particularly the carpet and mattresses.

There is all-night road construction right outside the hotel. I was not warned of this or given a room at the back side of the hotel, but given a room that looked right out over the construction. Could hardly sleep all night. Very disappointing.

The area has a lot of good choices for dining that isn’t too far and walkable. The hotel itself is kinda old and the floor is quite dirty. The place needs an overhaul. Staff was nice and friendly though.

The positives were good room rates, nice sized rooms, breakfast served from 6-10am, a check-out time of noon, good location and great staff. The negatives were dog friendly hotel, the carpet is disgusting, always were some type of footwear. Had an adjoining room and could hear the other occupant very clearly at 1 am. Our rooms had handicap showers, the problem was there was no edge or barrier to the shower; you literally flood your bathroom every time you shower. I don't know if those were the only rooms left with king size beds because I witnessed someone else check in and the person asked for the first floor but they wouldn't due to the construction at night. I would stay there again, they have a very nice selection for the complimentary breakfast.

I did appreciate the toiletries provided- called "Zero/0" - or at least that's what the bottles said. The shampoo, conditioner, and body washed were 15oz boxes attached to the wall in the shower. There was also a bottle of the same brand lotion next to the sink. The refrigerator had something spilled in it- which had leaked into the cabinet the fridge was enclosed in. The beds were horrible. Any movement caused loud sounds from the box -spring boards??? Every time my husband moved or turned, the noise was so loud, it awakened me. There were several lamps for lighting options, multiple electrical outlets and USB ports which was great! I always stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling but I have to say this location, by far, was less than stellar. Thank goodness for the front desk staff- she was great! By the way, we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast but my husband did get a bagged "breakfast to go" which contained a bagel, water, apple, and a couple of other items.

Rooms (at least Rm106) was an excellent room. Staff was considerate, courteous and 24 hour. Did not stay for breakfast so cant comment on that.

Great location, lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel was old and carpet was dirty (stained and found hair and small pieces of trash). “Clean” towels in bathroom had hair on them and the sheets did not look great.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. It appeared slightly out of sorts this visit. The AC in our room was sluggish and the thermostat was having issues. The door by our room also wasn't working so we had to walk around. This place is very convenient and there is a lot going on around there. Lots of restaurants and shopping, movie theater close by as well.

Dirty room and uncomfortable mattress. First the room wasn’t ready even after arriving after check in. Then when the room was ready, the bathroom still had lots of hair. The room had a weird smell at first but since they had just cleaned we thought it was the cleaning chemicals. We later found out it was pet urine masked with maybe air freshener. The carpet was sticky all over that we always had to wear our shoes to avoid getting our feet dirty.

Second: the bathroom specifically the shower is poorly designed, at least on this property. There is no lip around the shower so water gets totally all over the place. And they don’t provide enough towels (prob not enough for all rooms) to soak up the water. That water is dangerous, and Hampton could be ripe for lawsuits because the bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. One relatively minor issue is the in room thermostat did not control the AC unit. Had to use the built in thermostat. The unit in our room was also very noisy. Otherwise the property was very nice.
