Good hotel, clean rooms, cold ac and a decent breakfast. Would stay again!

I’ve been staying here for the past few weeks for work. Overall it’s a good place to sleep and shower. My last 2 stays the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked in that there was hair in my bathtub and my bathroom sink. The floor needed to be mopped in the room and the main hotel lobby there was plenty of dirt on the floor and some in the bathroom elevator. Sometimes other guests can keep a little bit of noise at night time but the front desk staff quickly remedied the issue. All in all a sold stay for basic overnight needs.

I like that the property had a welcoming library. The ceilings were very tall in the room which made it feel more home like and the room was very big.

The ONE exercise machine in the small fitness with weights/resistance was broken and looked like it had been for some time.

There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby.

Despite some general banging in the morning, my accommodations exceeded what I was expecting. I would stay there again, no question.

Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side

First floor rooms have vaulted ceilings; lighting was great throughout the room; large bathroom was definitely a plus-room to move around in even if more than one person; and most of all great price for a last-minute reservation. Only negative is the noise in the above room, otherwise no other issues. Would recommend booking this hotel.

Room was very clean except recliner chair which needs to be cleaned or replaced. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast not the best. Juices were mainly just water. Could not get yogurt out of dispenser even after it was refilled. Eggs & potatoes were good.

Lobby was not cleaned. Same trash on floor from check-in to next morning.

Kids running up and down the halls all day. Stomping started at 630 ams sharp and continued to 11pm.

The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay it could have been cleaner. I do understand that the Christmas holiday made that more difficult.

The room and staff were fine but it was really noisy. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. I hardly slept.

The staff was very nice. I loved that they had a fresh yogurt machine for breakfast I didn’t like what product they used on the floor. It was super strong when they cleaned it and it made me a little bit sick. This was when we left our room and came back in the evening.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the barking from the dog down the hall which seemed as if it were unattended. Since it is a pet friendly hotel, it is not BW fault, but it really made it difficult to relax and sleep.

Everything was perfect! We have stayed here several times in the past but it has been a couple of years. The hotel was just as we remembered; clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and we loved the pillows!

This hotel was great, clean, and the breakfast attendant always had a smile when greeting my son and myself. We loved it here just wished we could have used the pool. Not many people use it so they don’t keep it up all that well. First room we got we did have issues with but we was able to call down to the front desk and get moved quickly.

Rooms are very clean and they have a breakfast bar! Loved this place.

Air condition didn’t work properly and it was kinda hot.

Got there a little early and the lady at the front said i cant check in until 3 and there is an up-charge if i wanted to check in early. Well there were only 4 cars in the parking so i doubt it that it was fully booked especially 1.5 hr before check in. I told her its fine, will grab lunch and come back. Here comes 3 oclock still same amount of cars in parking lot. Game me the keys, went to the room, room was a mess unclean. After having to go back down she gave me another key. So customer service for me was bad. Other than that hotel was not bad and comfortable room.

Everything was nice and clean except the pool.

However, there were several downsides that made our stay less enjoyable. The hotel itself felt dated and could use a deep cleaning. The ice machine was out of order, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty, which was frustrating. There was also a man loitering near the entrance when we arrived, and he remained there well into the evening, which made us feel uneasy. Thankfully, he was gone by the next day, but the presence of someone lingering around the property was off-putting. The breakfast buffet was disappointing—not only was there a tip jar in the dining area, which felt inappropriate, but something we ate must have been off because we experienced stomach issues for several days after our stay. It's hard to say exactly what caused it, but it certainly added to our discomfort. Overall, we expected a better experience from a Best Western Plus. While the staff did their best, the condition of the hotel and a few concerning issues made it hard to fully relax or enjoy our visit.

I Reserved My Room Online For A King Size Bed And Was Placed In A Room With 2 Queen Beds Instead, There Was A Loud Group Of People And I Couldn’t Rest Properly.

I was very pleased with the room but my complaint is with the so called complementry breakfast. Thursday morning at 7:30 i came down to for breakfast only to find no eggs or meats as advertized online. What was avaliable was a joke. Waffles was the only solid item avaliable which i really don't care for. An 18 in. covered steel pan had a handful of diced potatoes in the corner of the pan which i only took half so another guest can share. At a table which i thought was guest was actually a staff member just hanging out with others. To call what was available a "breakfast" was an absolute embarrassment. Since i flew in from Florida and i dont have a vehicle to go elsewhere everyday, i was expecting to have a satisfying meal to start the day was disappointing. For the money i spent for a three day stay that was unacceptable. I understand its not a restaurant but their needs to be a sufficient amount of food available for your guest. Staff was friendly and the hotel was kept well maintained. Hopefully this review doesn't fall on deft ears and this issue is brought to attention. My other issue was being woke up Friday morning at7:30 to the sound of a dog loudly barking for about a half hour. Rooms were being cleaned at the time so staff obviously was aware but i guess did nothing about it. Why would you put a dog friendly room in the center of the third floor? Hopefully next time will be better or i will take my business elsewhere like next door at the Marrott.

It was clean, easy access and had no problems. Enjoyed our short stay.

The front desk staff is wonderful. Room was great and clean. We had an issue with the TV and it was resolved ASAP. Our reason for 4 star was we were by the elevator and it was very loud. People coming in at all hours of the night caused us to get no sleep. Lesson learned. Don’t stay next to the elevator

Property is very isolated - no dining options. Worst part about it - the TV and it's remote control. There are 140 channels but there is no Guide or Menu button on the TV remote control. It's a different remote than the one the TV came with - "eco friendly". When I get back in from a long day of work I want to be able to sit down and relax - not fight a remote that doesn't provide basic options. Never again! I would not stay here if you have any plans at all to simply turn on a TV in your room.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing. During our three-day stay, it was only cleaned once, and the bathroom amenities like shampoo and shower gel were left empty and never replenished. While the stay was generally okay, better attention to cleaning is definitely needed.

Smelled bad The sheets had stained. They gave me another room, but I was in a hurry and had to spent time doing this.
