It is a somewhat remote location. Security could be an issue, but we had no problems at all. There were security cameras everywhere.

Bed were comfortable and the AC worked well. Burn holes found on the sheets, ashes were in the toilet (we were in a non-smoking room), half used toilet paper, just felt dirty. Felt deserted and secluded. Kind of scary at night.

I go quite often. Rooms are always clean, staff is very nice and friendly. Place is very accessible right off the hwy but not noisy. I sleep very well.

It’s a basic place showing its age here and there but satisfactory. The paving in the parking lot left a lot to be desired. Nothing fancy but it was just heat I needed for my short visit to Cajon Pass.

The place says pet friendly, but you have to have a smoking room to have your pet with you. That is simply ridiculous. The place is a crap and I will not be staying there again even if someone paid me.

Room was very clean. Easy check in. We were in the room for the majority of the day, and needed towels and the man at the front got really mad at us that we had the do not disturb sign on while we were in the room. Not the greatest experience to be yelled at for something easily fixed but other than that the stay was fine.

The room was extremely clean and that is the most important thing to me BUT it is also very run down. Paint peeling and towels that were obviously many years old. No modern outlets for charging devices and the owner didn't keep the hot tub warm (over a weekend). It was luke warm at best and not ideal for a soak after a race. He did turn it on when we asked but it was taking absolutely forever to heat up so we gave up. Two people in the room and only two threadbare towels provided for showering. When we asked for a couple for the pool they seemed confused. 3 star because of the cleanliness but that is all. The stay wasn't cheap and I suggest they put some of those funds towards some upkeep and modernizing of their place. There are other options not too far away and we will stay elsewhere next time.

Overall the stay was decent. Office people were kind and understanding when we arrived late in the evening. The cleaning lady was very kind and fit our needs when we needed more supplies. Thank you .

The place is pretty much a dump and the guy working the front desk was very rude. Didn't really wanna help us.

It is not a best western as google maps shows. Very dirty and run down. Not worth staying at.

The building was old but appears to have undergone some renovation. The bed is descent the pillows are hard and so thick your neck is at an awkward angle all night. Few in room amenities. The fridge barely kept anything cool. The place was quiet despite the nearness of the freeway. There is no restaurant near by so dinner is subway or gas station food. Unless the taquero is set up on the corner. Breakfast is also subway or gas station food.

We came in late at night and left first thing in the morning on a road trip. Clean and comfortable is all we needed and it satisfied our needs. Walls were thin as we got woken up a few hours later by other guests talking but didn’t last too long.

Check in was fine. Pool was locked, no explaination of why. Area around the hotel was dirty and noisy, with truck, car, and train noise all night. Room was clean and seemed newly renovated. Nice motel, but hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise.

This is a very run down property. Sheets were clean. Toilet was real low to the ground and slow. Furnishings were in need of repair as was the cracks and unprofessional drywall repair. Lots of cobwebs on ceiling and light sconces on wall by bed had a layer of dust on them.

Nice to have a hot tub for soaking after snowboarding, but wish it were open after 9pm.

The host was accommodating and the room was clean. It’s an older property with very limited amenities.

The property is inside a construction site it seem. So not the hotels fault. But the freeway is so close and the traffic sound kept me awake all night. So...its pet friedly and the staff was very professional and respectful as well as being very accommodating as i couldnt checkin until adter 8 pm.

The property location is great, it just needs complete remodeling.

My room had no heat, they gave me a space heater that plugged in. I was exhausted so I stayed and worried about it all night. When I got up the room had no hot water so no shower, I also found a roach in the bath mat. When I went to the office they said they only had two rooms working and no refunds. They also added $50 to my bill for two dogs and Expedia site said $20. Get them off your site until they clean up and get things working at the very least.

Great experience. A clean, comfortable and fairly quiet place next to the freeway. Easy to get in and out. They have a nice pool and hot tub. It’s a very clean place. The owners are very nice. It felt very safe here too.

I’ve been going here for years now. Staff and managers are always very cordial and accommodating. Rooms are clean, place is calm and although it is next to the freeway I can sleep very soundly.

Sticky floor by the bathroom and the water was hot in the shower and it took forever to get the hot water to start then it wouldn’t go cold. Almost burned myself. I called and they couldn’t understand me!!

It was the perfect place to catch some zzzs after working nearby in the heat all day. Didn’t really use the pool like I thought we would but it was open. The staff was helpful when we needed it including helping us with an additional night and not having to switch rooms.

The room was not great. But the location was perfect to avoid fireworks for my nervous pup. I booked the non-smoking executive king room but because I didn’t notify the office in advance of my dog I was placed in a smoking handicap room. Besides the stale smoke odor, the blanket had a hole from a cigarette. The hotel is old and everything in it. At night, the fwy noise is loud but it was far better than fireworks.

Absolutely the most rude and unaccommodating management , they have no customer service etiquette, and are just mean to their customers. They have the gate to the pool area locked all day, then refuse u to be allowed to use it, out of they want to and their is no signs stating pool hours! They are very in professional and ruined my day to say the Least!

This is a great place for an overnight if you are hiking the PCT. The property is right off Highway 15 on the other side from the McDonalds. The hotel is clean, simple, and no major issues.

Staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. As a hiker I was questioned repeatedly that I was really alone. It was difficut to book a third night. One lady came in with a question and was almost brought to tears. Staff should not be working with people. (sorry for the bad review, but honesty is important)

Check-in took about fifteen minutes. The entire process appeared to be a novelty for the people working there. They were unfamiliar with the concept of passports as a means of ID or of different countries having different numbers of digits in their phone numbers. They refused to let us pay for two rooms with two different credit cards. They were not at all friendly or welcoming. Very stingy on the coffee in the room - only one cup per room. Also there was NO hot water.

Not a lot of food options nearby.

It'll do for a place to rest the bones, but don't expect much. Opinion; continue the few extra miles up to Hesperia or down to Fontana areas for better quality

I’ve been coming here for years, never any problem. Love the friendly staff, room is always clean and ready.

I have stayed here several times over the years. It seems to me that it used to be a lot nicer. There were 3 small pillows on a king bed. The pillows were lumpy and the bed was hard. There were 2 towels in the bathroom and one towel by the sink. There were unfinished patches on the bathroom door and poorly finished patches on the wall in the bathroom. It seemed clean enough but was a bare bones room. It was ok, but I doubt I will stay there again. I didn’t sleep very well.

Exiting the property there is a big hole where you need to do a asphalt repair damaged one of my tires.

Truck parking is a plus

Not fancy but the room was clean and well equipped. The new traffic lights make it easy to get in and out (this used to be a problem). The location is a convenient stop for some trips. There is a Subway, McDonald's, and a couple of gas/convenience stores nearby but no real restaurant.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean, as was the entire property. Had a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. You can’t beat the rate to stay here too. Very very affordable. The down fall was there was no TV our entire stay (satellite issues), no continental breakfast as pictured when booking and the juices and coffee that was in the lobby was absolutely dreadful. The flip side is it’s right next to a gas station that has everything that’s basically a shared parking lot, so that saved the day. Plus it’s a hop skip from wrightwood which we were at the entire time anyway. So it definitely has its pros and cons.

Many things were not good: Cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Fan falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom Desk and tables scuffed and falling apart. Jacuzzi was green and out of order. We had been looking forward to the jacuzzi after being in the snow all day.

The shower had to run for 20 minutes before it was warm enough to take a comfortable shower. It eventually got hot.

First I want to start with the good points. We just needed a place to sleep and it was perfect for our goal. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. It had all of the basic necessities. But if you’re there to hang out you might want to look elsewhere. It sort of shares a parking lot with the gas station and there’s a large what I think might be a water tower right next to the parking lot. Honestly if you aren’t too picky and you just need the basics then this place is perfect.

The showers here aren't very hot. I would describe the temperature as between neutral and cold. Which just frustrates me more because I can't clearly just use one word to describe it

Was the perfect place for a quick stay. Only problem was the room heater didn't work so they gave us a very small heater, and it didn't heat the room very good.

Just needs better TV.
