Room was nice and clean. Upon initial check-in, discovered the room was not what we reserved and front desk moved us into another room. Nice that the lobby has free iced lemon water, but wished there could be tea bags and hot water / coffee as well for hotel guests. Wandered why the hotel has a restaurant on site but no free breakfast for guests. Overall nice and clean and satisfied with our stay.

The place was nice and nicely located. They offer drinks in the evening. I was appalled by the prices! We ordered 2 drinks, charge was $42!!! Needless to say, we left to go have a more cost effective dinner and drinks. So if you don’t mind the cost it’s all good!

We were there for Bike Week in Cave Creek, we felt safe leaving our bikes in the safe and clean parking lot. Staff were awesome from the front desk staff to the bistro staff and in between.

As we arrived the evening of our stay, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who confirmed our reservation and promptly handed us our room cards with directions to our room. We were a little tired and hungry, so we returned to the lounge area and ordered wings and had a couple of beverages. The staff there were very pleasant and we enjoyed a nice evening. I can't think of a thing!

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a trainwreck with inadequate staff. They do not provide a buffet; they only give one dmall cup of coffee. Breakfast choices limited. They had staff laughing snd talking while one person tried to serve. She was conscientious and her presentation lovely but 30 mins to get served!

The lobby was extremely inviting, the staff was friendly and inviting, it was a clean and well maintained hotel. The room was extremely small, good for one person too small for two.

The curtains were thick which kept the room nice and dark for slumbering Having to come down to the concierge to get complimentary goods. The previous hotel offered this, so it was convenient after a long day of traveling. But it is not a total dealbreaker for me since the room was ultra comfortable anyway

The rating is listed as poor because when I booked the room, it was listed as a king/double pull out sleeps 4. However, upon entering the room, the pull out was not a double but rather a twin where two teens or full size adults were not going to fit. The shampoo holders are set so far back in the bathtub/shower where you have to reach or sit on the permeant shelf installed that it becomes a saftey hazard. The bartender ignored us. Front Desk was nice enough to comp the breakfasts for the remainder of the stay and moved us to a room that actually would sleep 5/6, verses the 4.

The hotel staff got us checked in with no issues after a long day. They informed us of the amenities and breakfast schedule for a Sunday. We had a great time. Thank you!

We did not realize there was no breakfast included. Moreover when we looked at their breakfast menu, we saw the prices were very much higher than we could get elsewhere.

It was in a good part of town, easy to access, and nice looking. The staff was friendly and responsive. Mold in the ceiling of the breakfast area. The neighboring rooms were very loud, especially above me. There was a hole in the wall and the paint was bad, where the thermostat had been replaced in the room. I felt that the price did not reflect the quality of the property.

Nice and updated with a great location. BUT!! The sofa bed will not fit two people. It may work for small children, but not teenagers or adults.

Next day they were suppose to have a new room ready we get the keys at 5pm to go to our room to find service techs working in there And told to wait in the lobby 30 minutes later we are able to go to our room over all a horrible experience

Safe, close to stores, clean, and quiet. Front desk could have been a little nicer. We had just drove for 12 hours and looked a little rough. The lady at the front desk was a little rude and not as welcoming. But she did give us cold water.

It’s hard to believe that it depends on how you book your stay if you get a complimentary breakfast or not, and only offer Starbucks coffee for purchase. The internet was horrible so working was out of the question, the pool had so much chlorine in it everyone’s eyes were burning

A reasonable business class hotel. We slept VERY well. I heard no stomping above us, so I'm assuming the hotel has a solid frame. They have a full service kitchen with breakfast made to order. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat and shop (Walmart), so if you're in on business, there is plenty within a short walking distance or an inexpensive UBER fare.

The fan was on all night and it was loud. I couldn’t make the fan lower or turn it off.

The staff were exceptional, polite, friendly, and helpful. When I booked our room we did not request any special services however we were given a room for persons with disabilities. My Husband is 6’2” I am only 5’3” however I have 35” legs (very short torso) therefore the countertops including the restroom were a bit low and we had to bend down to use them. If we had not checked in so late in the evening I would have switched rooms but we were exhausted from the trip there to go through the hassle.

The pool, hot tub, and Bistro. Breakfast was tasty and included with the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The metal chairs by the pool were too hot to sit on. There was nothing special going on here for the holiday.

I love absolutely everything about this hotel. From the minute we stepped in and let us check in early to the minute we stepped out. Made it so easy and quick. ALL THE STAFF from the front counter to the ppl at the lil bar (shout out to beautiful Bridget and her amazing coworker) made our stay a dream. I will definitely be staying here again next time we visit phoenix. Thank you ALL!!!!

Property is in excellent condition and the location was perfect for me & my wife, we were in town celebrating our 12th anniversary, and wanted a place that safe, clean, & close to shopping, dining, etc. I suggest anyone reading this try the angry crab right up the street (if you like Cajun style seafood) and Salt (if you like Mexican) close by as well

Super friendly staff great location, lots of shopping and restaurants all around close to everything. I wanted to be near great access to highways to get anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area! Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Everything was very nice except the beds were not very firm and we tended to roll toward the middle. We were grateful there were two queens so my husband and I each took a bed. We were there for four nights.

Had to get room changed due to the refrigerator be left out to defrost. Wet towels and water on floor. They gave us a new room and breakfast for 2. Need had this happened at a Marriott hotel before and we have stay for at this hotel chain for years. Very reliable

The hotel was quiet, clean, and all the staff were very friendly. I was also easily able to extend my stay in the same room. The only thing i was disappointed with was the pool closing at 9. It would be nice to have it open later since it is so hot.

After staying at a few so so hotels, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed by our room. There was a standing shower (no tub), nice roomy bathroom and bedroom. Everything was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay.

Every staff member we encountered had excellent customer service skills. The whole property is very clean; parking lot, lobby, pool, room, etc. We didn’t encounter any issues from check in to check out. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The pool is clean and had plenty of towels. It’s shared with the hotel next door but it’s plenty big to accommodate. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re in the area.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both stays were excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The beds are great and the bathrooms are spotless.

I went downstairs to order dinner from the Bistro at 8pm and was told since the person called off the Bistro would be closed. This was a major inconvenience because we didn't want to go out in the heat nor pay extra for doordash.
