Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the hotel's beautiful location, spacious rooms, and excellent breakfast, particularly the made-to-order omelettes. However, there are consistent complaints about the hotel charging for parking and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.

We had a lovely large suite with what was described as a mountain view, but you had to look beyond the carpark to see the mountains in the distance. A good breakfast was included in the price, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if I was in the area!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay except the bed was very uncomfortable. But everything else was amazing

Clean, professional, polite

It was in a good location and the pool and breakfast was nice Rooms were kind of outdated they use pictures with filters that make it look updated.

I love the location overlooking the golf course and mountains. Staff members were all professional, cordial and helpful. Great full breakfast and good coffee. Nice, well-lit common spaces. Watch out for the birds trying to snatch your breakfast if you eat outside!

One issue that is becoming more prominent is parking. I was charged $13 to park. This is very irritating, it’s a charge that was considered as “incidental” at check out. I was not notified either by staff or Hotels.com and this is something that should defiantly be out there. I have reached out to this Hotel and told them how I feel, hoping they will respond.

Everything!! The made to order omelettes are great!! The chefs are always so welcoming!! The towels and face clothes seemed a little rough this visit. I might suggest adding some vinegar to the rinse cycle.
- 5/5
Everything. The room, breakfast. Rockers on the deck. Friendly staff.

Loved the employees! So helpful

Hi I stay there for one night but the staff were very helpful and the place is amazing. Recommended for days off sports season or family time.

Clean spacious room

Filthy room severely in need of restoration. Loud pool equipment directly off the patio that NEVER stops running. Bathroom door hits against toilet and couldn't be closed. Dead bugs and blood splattered across the ceiling.

I would stay here again. The suites are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The beds were excellent in a quiet bedroom. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The price was very reasonable. The north end location was exactly what I was looking for. Great views of the Phoenix mountains and right on a beautiful golf course. Highly recommended. The only negative I experienced was the swimming pool area. There were insufficient lounge chairs and many children in the relatively small pool. But this is a minor issue and would definitely not stop me from booking here again.

Windy so leaves were blowing in lobby like crazy, that’s ok. I couldn’t figure out how to work the shower heads (yes multiple) and multiple faucets and nothing notated as to which worked which and I tried several ways. Even called and sent a photo to my husband to get his expertise. He just laughed. The fire alarm going off at 10:30 PM while I was sleeping scared the crap out of me. After five ear piercing blows it finally stopped so I figured I didn’t have to go downstairs. I did get two free complementary drinks at the bar for the happy hour from 530 to 7. The room was quite large. There was a room with a bed, a room with a pullout sofa and the bathroom had a door going to the bedroom and to the living room/kitchenette. The liquid creamer did not mix with the coffee. It just hung out and lops on top so I didn’t drink that. The air conditioning worked. The mattress in the bedding were awesome. The bartender was very nice. I got the nachos and those were awesome. A little mix of things to like and dislike, but I would stay there again.

Amazing place. Wonderful staff. We had three amazing nights. A hidden gem really.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Convenient location, abundant parking, and access to a public trail system for morning walks. The suite rooms are comfortable and have the usual amenities (TV, refrigerator, bar sink). The included breakfast was good and included made to order omelets. A problem was the WIFI internet was not working for almost two days of our five-day stay. I had work to do, so it was inconvenient to say the least. We were not offered a discount for this inconvenience.

While a bit dated, the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view from our balcony. Breakfast was primo! The staff was fabulous! Location was amazing — restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We would stay there again. I really cannot think of anything.

Just plain wonderful
- 5/5
This was a wonderful hotel stay! Everything was great! The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The breakfast options were better than any other buffet of any other hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few! The fact that you had actual cooks on hand to make breakfast to order was perfect! The staff was nice. Kelsey greeted us upon arrival and she was so polite and welcoming! Great first impression of the hotel! I would definitely stay here again. I have only 2 suggestions for this property: 1) our tub was an awful sight. It needs reglazing or resurfacing really bad. However, I would suggest modernizing and turn the whole thing into a walk-in shower. 2) remove the palm trees hovering over the pool. Bits of the trees constantly fall into the water, so it's not the best place for those trees, especially since no one is there constantly cleaning it out. Other than those 2 suggestions, superb stay!
- 5/5
Very clean, pool was a little cold but the sun helps it be warm
- 4/5
Only thing is when you check in they don’t mention anything about the parking but when you book it says there’s parking on site.. I charge you $15 for parking but on the website it says it’s $13.. It just would really help if they told you upfront.
- 5/5
Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Pool was awesome and so was the breakfast. Staff were warm and welcoming.
- 5/5
The room is good and the breakfast is great staff is amazing and also helpful and pool wasn't packed i would definitely recommend also if you like golfing great course and driving range more towards adults having fun then kids also has a bar downstairs
- 5/5
Although this hotel is older, it is still very well-maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Now for the best part......THE BREAKFAST. The buffet was great. It was more than the typical hotel lobby breakfast with powdered eggs and make-your-own waffles. Oh NO....my waffles were warm, fluffy, and made with love by the cooks. Made-to-order omelets were chef's kiss. Breakfast potatoes (my favorite) bacon, sausage, bagels, etc., all consumed by the golf course where the views were breathtaking. The only thing I would've done differently was add grits and biscuits to the buffet (I'm a true southern girl). I definitely recommend this property for the breakfast and views alone, lolol.
- 3/5
On our first morning, there was a large cockroach beside the toilet. Tried to kill it (or corner it to take a picture) but it ran under the sink/cabinet and seemed to disappear. Told the front desk rep on our way to breakfast and asked to have the room treated for roaches. He didn't seem surprised, did not offer us a different room or any additional amenities, and said he'd take care of it. (Don't know what if anything was done but we did not see it again.) We had trouble with the toilet not flushing thoroughly, the tank was not filling properly. We requested delayed check-out on our last day to enjoy the pool before heading to the airport and were permitted an additional hour. However when we tried to enter our room to shower and pack, the key had already expired. We went down to the front desk to secure a working key. These concerns were disappointing because I travel to the area for business twice a year and think of this hotel as my 'home away from home'. Love the pool area, the cooked breakfasts, the food available on site in the evening if needed, the relaxing happy hour and veggies/dip. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will try again next fall and hope we don't ancounter problems with bugs, plumbing, or front desk communications.
- 5/5
Yes, the breakfast was great thank you
- 5/5
Had a great time at the Ebassy Suite Hilton. We stay here at least two times a year.
- 5/5
We stay here often and always love it. The only thing we dislike is the coat of parking. $15 a night is ridiculous. Especially for the location….there isn’t any reason to even be charging for parking.
- 5/5
Spacious room; very clean and a comfortable bed. Beautiful property with easy access to main highway.
- 5/5
only negative was that at dinner in the hotel's restaurant, we ordered 2 Expresso Martinis and they were $18 each. never seen them that expensive!
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast
- 5/5
This hotel had almost everything I needed. A clean room. Polite staff. Breakfast was very good. Quite a selection. The only thing it was lacking was help to get your bags in and out.
- 3/5
The location is great and the pool and golf course out back looked pretty but I can’t get over just how outdated it was. Probably a great deal for a cheap hotel but this is not a cheap hotel.
- 5/5
Made to order omelettes was fantastic.
- 5/5
Wonderful facility. Staff is helpful and always friendly! Breakfast was delicious every day. The evening host for beverages and snacks was always great! The pool and hot tub area are clean and well cared for. Enjoyed both each day. Room was comfortable and spacious. Loved our balcony. Highly recommend!

Keep it up!!!
- 4/5
1) The only elevator that wasn’t broken was extremely slow. 2) the mattresses was quite 3) the mini fridge in the room froze everything solid!
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Hotel services were quick and accommodating when called. Breakfast was excellent.
- 3/5
The property itself needs some rennovations. Our room carpeting was frayed and worn, the bathtub/shower needs replacing, etc.
- 5/5
Clean room, large free breakfast, quiet
- 3/5
Unfortunately there were crowds of families staying for traveling sports teams for kids. Pool area was unruly much of the time with kids being unsupervised by parents and or coaches. Hotel management was unable to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for other guests. Loud yelling jumping and ball throwing ruled the day . We would not stay here again based on these conditions. Too bad for Hilton not up to our expectations
- 3/5
Housekeeping kept skipping my room. Broken elevator. Rude restaurant wait staff.
- 3/5
Clean room, friendly staff, beautiful property. Had to call maintenance 3 times during our stay which was inconvenient. Also, was not told there was an extra cost to park on the property so did not know this until I reviewed my bill. For the price, parking should be included as it has been on my previous stays at this property.
- 4/5
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff, Clean and well-maintained rooms, Comfortable beds, nice TV's, excellent breakfast options (get in line early for a chef-made omelette!), Small work table for productivity. Cons: Small/Tight parking spaces, Noisy (though cool) air conditioners, constant shortage of towels by the pool, weak toilets. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, although the price was a little steep. 4/5
- 5/5
My family spent one night here in transition to another hotel. It was fabulous! Being right in the golf course was wonderful! I got to watch my boys golf and I relaxed by the pool. The grounds were amazing! The restaurant was excellent as well as the bar. The room was phenomenal. Great location!
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful
- 5/5
The pool was great
- 4/5
Hotel was a little outdated but great experience. Hotel front desk staff were helpful. The Breakfast staff was very friendly and Excellent!
- 5/5
The room was well organized and spacious. The breakfast was terrific (and free!) There are beautiful views of the golf course. Very relaxing.
- 5/5
Love this hotel and staff!
- 5/5
The omelet, waffle and pancake staff is talented and very nice. The view of the golf course and mountains is great.
- 5/5
Nice , clean, quiet
- 5/5
Clean facilities, friendly staff. Great breakfast. The two ladies cooking breakfast made a great start for the day.
- 4/5
Clean room and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit on the soft side. The only issue I had was our room was facing the golf course and we could hear the PA system at 7am.
- 5/5
It was good. But pillows could have been less squishy they didn’t have any support
- 2/5
It is not up to date enough for what they charge. Not very guest friendly
- 3/5
Coffee in the rooms is not drinkable and the do not keep a pot In the lobby except in limited times. The also charge for parking which is absurd for the nightly rate

All staff encountered were courteous and friendly! Hotel very clean , including our room! Great breakfast and happy hour! Lovely grounds!
- 3/5
Room was a little dated and there were urine stains on the toilet (not good). The staff was nice but definitely not the quality would have expected for $300/night.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing! The rooms did seem slightly old. The tub & toilet was chipping off paint, has popcorn ceilings & unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable.
- 5/5
Loved the happy hour
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
This was our second visit to this property and we enjoyed it so much that we will return in the future. It is a great mix of amenities, location, and reasonable cost. The rooms are nice and big and the service is excellent.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and attentive, check in and out was seamless. Though dated, the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional.
- 4/5
Furnishings and condition of bath/shower are tired. Staff was very helpful though, and breakfast options were better than most hotels offer. Our room was on the first floor, morning noise from golf carts/maintenance vehicles for golf course next door, and evening noise from the bar. I'd recommend getting a room on a higher floor!
- 5/5
“the Suites” and I am a retired “stewardess “ and have traveled A LOT. The best!
- 4/5
Love the location and views of golf course, sheets were poor quality, and tub was peeling. Heater made loud noise. Beds not very comfortable
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and the room was great as well.
- 5/5
The facility was spotless Staff was courteous. Happy hour and breakfast were fantastic. Have always loved this resort
- 5/5
Really nice spacious room, with separate bedroom. Bar with great bartender and delicious drinks. Close proximity to my sister’s home and excellent restaurants. We will likely stay here every time we come to the area.
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel! Clean rooms and Amazing breakfast and happy hour!!!!!
- 2/5
Would not recommend
- 2/5
Location, site, and facilities are good, but two major issues ruined our stay. While they are famous for their made to order breakfasts, we had to wait in line for 45-60 minutes each day to get them. Also, they don’t use queen size beds here - they use doubles. Doubles! What and odd choice! The beds are tiny and about as soft as a sheet thrown over cinder blocks. We stayed for four nights and every night was a terrible night of sleep. I won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
The amazing accommodations
- 4/5
We really enjoyed the morning breakfast- although the lines were long to wait for made to order eggs, pancakes, and waffles, it was yummy! We also really enjoyed their evening reception from 5:30-7 every night with the free drinks and snacks. The room was spacious, only hiccup was we had our do not disturb sign on and they came and cleaned our room.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
The room was not cleaned and staff accused us that we put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign. No apologies and essentially told us to deal with it. Extremely bad customer service.
- 1/5
The room’s A/C was not working and they were sending us to different rooms in this short reservation. The staff were rude and the hotel was very dirty.
- 5/5
Stayed here for New Year's eve. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable our room was. Staff was great and getting 2 complimentary drinks for happy hour at the bar was an added bonus. I would recommend.
- 4/5
The room was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelets. I would definitely stay again. Good for families and individuals.

Front desk was incredibly nice, very dog friendly hotel with the front desk, knowing my dog by name when we walked around!! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
- 3/5
Bathroom tub could use some updating and food was just so-so from the bar but breakfast was good and otherwise clean property’s. I had to call multiple times for a receipt though.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and amenities
- 4/5
All was well. Disliked that there is a 15 dollar a night parking fee. A person pays good money for a nice place and they added more pay for items. Maybe it was in the write up and I didn’t see it. However one would think, not downtown where everything is crowded and stacked vertically that parking would be included.
- 4/5
Furniture old some spots on couch. Needs updating. Ffound bugs on kitchen counter. Staff good. Happy hour and breakfast, great. Beautiful pool and lobby.

- 5/5
The breakfast is excellent, even the waiting line for the omelet is very long every morning, people is still enjoy and like it. Parking is easy and close although people paid for their parking. Internet is not free but use smoothly and no issue.
- 5/5
The room was excellent, staff were kind, food was great, pool and hottub were great. My children and I had a very good stay!
- 1/5
No hot water entire stay.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the rooms seem to be getting a little rundown. We ran into an issue last year with the pull out couch and thought it was just that room since it hadn't been an issue before. Well, this year, it was an issue again. The couch was almost impossible to pull out, it had parts that were broken and hanging off of it. When it fully pulled out, it was slanted at an angle to where your head were below your feet. To make it worse the king size bed had one of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. One of the worst weeks of sleep I have ever gotten. We may need to go somewhere else next year.
- 5/5
Great stay!

The room was very clean and we had a lovely view of the golf course. The breakfast was delicious and we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. It was a very comfortable stay in Scottsdale and I would definitely come back.

Room was so big, bigger than expected. Cleanliness was spot on.

Nice hotel great amenities. The furniture needs updating in rooms but clean.
- 5/5
The breakfast was the best we've ever had on any of our trips.
- 5/5
It was very spacious. It was quiet. The breakfast was kind of gross though.
- 5/5
Rooms were well sized and clean
- 5/5
The hotel is our favorite place to stay when in Phoenix for business or family.
- 3/5
Rooms were underwhelming but spacious
- 5/5
It is a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff, clean facilities, great views, and a wonderful daily breakfast!
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, friendly staff. What else could you ask for? Spacious room! Wow! Would stay agin!
- 5/5
I thought this was the perfect place, convenient, safe neighborhood, easily accessible and very generous with free awesome breakfast and free drinks in evenings.
- 5/5
Room was decently clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would stay here again
- 4/5
It’s really not a bad property. It’s an older property so it shows the wear and tear of an older property, but it was reasonably clean and the breakfast they offer is fantastic.
- 4/5
The only disappointment was the parking fee we were not aware of. We were told there was parking lot security and that is why, however we never saw any the entire time we were there. I missed the small print i guess that we would have to pay $14 a day for parking there. Other than that it was a nice stay
- 5/5

Tub did not go down , front desk never answers phone and I did not have a Mountain View as requested
- 5/5

- 4/5
Beautiful location. Fabulous breakfast! Good happy hour. Tub has porcelain missing on it. To charge for parking when the lot comes with the hotel is ridiculous!

Great value!
- 5/5
Everyone so nice. Staff amazing!! Clean quiet room. Kudos to the staff member that had to get some unruly individuals under control on Friday evening. We were concerned that the Friday night crowd of people would affect our stay. Thankful for that staff member that took away a very possible full blown ruckus. Thank you!!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
The area was nice, room was clean, and good breakfast.
- 5/5
very comfortable
- 4/5
Nice staff, welcomed each time we walked through the door. Bathroom was dirty, bathtub was not cleaned, and little roaches on the ground, other than that the property was clean.
- 4/5
The breakfast was also outstanding, and there was only one woman cooking omelettes and waffles etc. for everyone. She worked so quickly and had the BEST attitude - always smiling and wishing everyone a great day. She deserves a raise! What didn't work so well was the fact that I asked twice for a luggage rack (there was none in the room), and none arrived, even though I saw André at the front desk call and ask for one. Since my suitcase was small, I put it on the night table on the other side of the bed, which worked. And then I ran out of tissues at around 3am, and there was no backup box of them in the room. I wasn't about to call and ask at that hour!
- 5/5
Our family loves this hotel. Clean, great service and of course the best breakfast ever. We stay here every time we come to town.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
We loved the free breakfast, pool, spacious suite and location. We didn’t like how crowded it was. Some sort of convention was being held there and they basically took over. We couldn’t tell who worked at the hotel and who was part of the convention and lastly we didn’t expect to pay extra for parking. Expedia notes what you pay is what you pay no extra charges so why did we have to pay extra for parking. That wasn’t fair. I feel all parking charges should be credited back.
- 3/5
It’s alright nice to have wifi connection
- 5/5
The young man at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service!
- 4/5
Love the hotel in every aspect except the lack of cleanliness. Couches/chairs stained, vents very dusty, light swtches and door handles were filthy, area around toilet seat attachment was dirty, stained shower. Better cleaning in room 5011.
- 5/5
The amenities the service and the clean of the property
- 5/5
My room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfest was amazing.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The rooms very clean and spacious. The customer service was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for all type of travelers. Happy hour was amazing. I am so happy I chose this hotel for my stay at phoenix AZ. Will definitely come back.

Awesome hotel!
- 5/5
Nice and clean room. Friendly staff and great view.
- 5/5
Excellent room
- 5/5
Really great service
- 4/5
Liked that breakfast and happy hour was offered. It was quiet regardless of sports team there. Clean beautiful grounds , staff was friendly felt safe parking was right size for my vehicle. Nice get away
- 5/5
It was an amazing time. The service was great, the employees were friendly. There was even a drunk redneck from Ohio at the pool for my viewing pleasure. I gave cleanliness 4/5 because the pool wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that everything was great.
- 5/5
Don’t like the fact that myself and my little one had to wait two hours to be checked in, coming from a long distance. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Everything was good, omelet and breakfast line a bit long though on weekends so be prepared. Also you have to pay $14 a night for parking so factor that in as well. Still would stay again
- 5/5
love the staff they are all very accommodating and enjoyable thank you
- 5/5
Great stay! Had a clogged toilet, which was repaired within minutes. Friendly and considerate staff. Alexander checked in us to make sure we were good.
- 5/5
Very quiet, super clean, loved the area.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing! Great food and great staff. Thank you!

First time in Phoenix….very comfortable stay
- 5/5
The hotel was very comfortable, with a nice breakfast and evening reception. The staff members were impeccable. Everyone was super upbeat, friendly, helpful and professional.
- 4/5
I thought the pool area would be nicer
- 5/5
We had a great experience.:
- 5/5
The property is located on Stonecreek golf course. Occasionally golfers leave balls so I went down and hit a dozen balls since no one was using them. Great kitchen great small bar and the rooms were very spacious clean and comfortable.

Nice property and room. Good location near many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was crowded but good. Happy hour is nice but you can tell that the employees hate their job

Mountain View options are not as mentioned. The staff at front desk are helpful and friendly as well as the breakfast workers, but we didn’t have a good experience with the attitude of the evening bartenders each night. The room looked great until bedtime there was hair on the blankets of at least 3 different colors that were not at all ours. The tub also had some dark chalk like stains.

I like the hotel. It was a great stay

Staff was excellent. Room was clean, spacious, and looked nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negatives were had to pay for parking and the bathroom plumbing. Tub wouldn't fully drain and toilet easily clogging.

Comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Great cook to order breakfast and sides buffet. One suggestion…please stop charging for self parking.

We liked the room and was comfortable

Nice room and breakfast but they charge to park in their mostly empty lot instead of building it into the rate, so it’s a hidden fee. Why doesn’t Expedia flag this when you are booking hotels?

Clean, close to food and shopping.

The hotel is very old, it seemed need a total redecoration. You can find some pictures below. And I checked in after noon, and was charged 25 dollars for "early check in". It is the first time I heard any hotel charges for early check in.

Needed to pay for parking ☹️

Enjoyed my 4-night stay at the Embassy Suites immensely. Rooms are nicely appointed and spacious, mine had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the morning and evening views of the golf course and distant mountains. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Daily breakfasts were delicious, with many choices and the cooked-to-order eggs and waffles were a real bonus. Definitely added to a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only negative downside of my stay was being deliberately ignored by the server, Amory (sp?) at the hotel restaurant on not only one, but TWO evenings (perhaps because she didn't think it was worth her while to serve a sole female customer?) Gave lots of attention to other tables, but not mine. Quite upsetting to not be served both nights, putting a damper on my stay. I ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner both nights. That being said, fortunately there are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area to enjoy a pleasant meal, even some which are walkable. Location is also very convenient for shopping, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay and a wonderful hotel. Just skip the hotel restaurant (Tatum's) if you wish to have a meal as a lone female traveller.

I had booked the incorrect dates but the front desk staff went out of the way to resolve the issue. My favorite part of the stay was the pool.

I didnt like the surprise parking fee, when this is not like a downtown managed lot, nor does it have shade or security.

You need to get a paper receipt of charges. Varies from what you thought!!!

By mistake i opened one of the waters in the room, come to find out it was 6.00 dollars! Wow , charging for water, never heard of that usually they have a couple of water complimentary.

It was amazing view. Spacious rooms, and a breakfast feast was included.

Facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was all friendly and professional. Service in the pub was fantastic. The included breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Very comfortable room - spacious and clean. The hotel has lovely views of the mountains and golf course, and a nice happy hour where you can have a cocktail and snacks and watch the sunset near the pool. The staff was very welcoming and were ready and happy to assist at any time. Excellent value.

This is a perfect getaway place. Close to everything and yet private, cozy and quiet. Nice little restaurant on site, along with cocktails and spacious room inside and out.

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and happy hour was nice too. The rooms are a bit outdated and need some TLC, otherwise, our stay was nice.

Amazing hotel! Loved the customer service from staff at the front desk and also from the breakfast / bar area.

Free breakfast was made-to-order and a nice variety. The property was clean, the pool was nice and backed up to a golf course.

Comfortable hotel next to a golf course with reasonable rates in the expensive Paradise Valley area. Had a good breakfast and helpful customer service.

Always love my stay at the Embassy Suites

The Okay: My “Mountain View” room was actually just a view of the parking lot and the apartment complex across the street which was disappointing because that was not as advertised. The breakfast was awful, just because it’s free doesn’t mean it’s good. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first morning. The pool is very small compared to how many people were there so it wasn’t relaxing. For the price ($200 plus tax per night) I was hoping for more but it could have been worse. I don’t think I would stay there again, but it might be a good budget friendly option for families with kids

Great views

The check in was quick and simple and our suite was very nice. All of the staff and benefits were pleasurable. As a bonus the golf course had entertainment for a couple hours which we enjoyed from our balcony.

The ladies at the grill and waffle making were very quick and friendly!!!

Bugs in the room and rude staff at the front desk

Everything was great! The only thing I can think of is to add more umbrellas around the pool.
